Glitches

I started this with my husband this year and the app is great. There’s so many glitches. I can’t post a photo erases after I put something in I mark something and it on marks it. I definitely love the app. I love how it keeps me focused and I myself personally like checklist. It helps me throughout the day. The only problem is the glitches.

Glitchy

I have been using this since it first came out. I have trouble logging in a lot of times and get a message about a handshake error randomly and can’t log in. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and it persists.

Don’t need to be berated

Deleted the app when I was repeatedly told I needed to “up my game” when others arose earlier in the morning than I. Very annoying.

Just feels like it’s missing something,maybe they should incorporate a system to where if u reach a certain milestone of working out and showing proof of weight loss,they give u a good big discount from their products or something like that ,motivate people to use the app a bit more,idk,just an idea.

A bit buggy

Decent app, but please make it so the workout videos can be expanded to full screen otherwise you can barely view them and if you turn your device sideways, it shrinks it and gets locked in that position. Also, no way to edit things you check off like getting up. I have no desire to immediately open my phone when I wake up just to check it off.

I agree with other users, the app is for my own personal accountability and data, but I, too, am unable to enter my profile to listen to “The Word,” which I was REALLY looking forward to this Def Reset. Hopefully the bugs will be fixed soon and old users can enjoy the new perks.

won’t let you update anything on your profile, just gives you a perpetually grey load screen

app won’t let me sign in, says my password is wrong. clicked link to reset password, gives me an error message saying to try again later. tried again 8 hours later, tells me i’ve exceeded the login attempts limit and to try again later

Cool idea but unable to use.

Love the idea behind the app, but unfortunately it does not allow me to login and is unusable. Login keeps showing invalid user. Also will not allow password reset claiming too many attempts and to wait. This happened on the first password reset attempt.

Great concept, poor execution

My buddy showed me this app on his Android and it looked so cool. Downloaded it on iOS and the app will not allow me to register or log in. I keep getting batch errors and invalid response errors while the loading wheel turns forever. I know it’s receiving my input because I got confirmation emails, but it won’t let me past the log in screen.

Hopefully they get it sorted out!

Was able to create an account but every time I get to the terms and conditions screen I’ll click agree and nothing will happen. I have 5 bars and good wifi signal. Settings are set to use cell data when WiFi isn’t good so hopefully that gets fixed haven’t been able to use any of the app yet

Issue with iOS 18?

Love the accountability of the app and that you can follow your friends and connections. Looks like there may be an issue with it running on iOS18. Tapping the icon in top left corner just displays a white screen. On my son’s iOS 17 phone he can see his image and settings.

Good concept, needs some tuning.

Sidebar doesn’t work, cannot edit/delete personal information. No privacy settings on display information or ability to change your profile visibility. Tried to delete account information and no avenue for that currently exists, developer link takes you to marketing website.

I need some tech support

I really want to use the app for the new year, but when I log in, it asks me to agree to the end user license agreement which doesn’t work. I’ve deleted it, redownloaded it, closed the app, signed out, but it won’t let me agree to the end user license agreement, so I can’t use the app.

Can’t reset password!

Hoping this can get fixed quickly. Cannot do a password reset as required given I already have an account. Getting a message that there have been too many resets - try again later. Happy to jump on a call with a developer if needed to demo the issue or provide screen shots. “DEF Reset form January Reset” flow is broken. “Resetting Password limit exceeded” is the error message, followed by my device IP address.

Great Idea, App glitches

Very cool idea and I’m excited to check off my objectives each day. App seems to work okay except for the profile page. I click it and it’s just a gray box that slides out with no information. Can’t access my profile or upload a picture, kinda disappointing and hope it gets fixed soon. Had some issues logging in as well. But I guess I’m using it for personal accountability anyways so no need for profile pic right?😂

Unable to Login, No Support

I have an account set up that I can use on desktop, but this app doesn’t work. Repeatedly followed instructions, but keep getting a “first name required” message on app login. This makes no sense because there isn’t even a field to enter that. Reached out for support and got a canned answer that doesn’t work. I love Jocko’s message, books, etc, but this app is worthless.

I love the app. It’s really nice to have some basic and important habits to keep track of. My only complaint is that it seems they do t update it anymore. As of November 2024, it still says “Summer Reset” and the workouts and meal prep page are the exact same since I got it 5 months ago. Please keep it going!!!

Cool community

Cool idea to create a little social networking community of like minded people. Y'all should download the app and get after it. There's a couple of bugs though. 1. I didn't initially upload a profile picture. When I click on the profile photo icon in the upper left corner, I get a sliding view port that slides out, but it's just a gray box with no buttons or text or anything in it. 2. Some of the workout videos don't seem to function. For example if I click on the mace to the face or totally tires workout videos I just see the video icon with a slash through it. 3. In the "activity" tab that pops up when you select the watch icon at the bottom middle of the screen, if I hit the "stats" icon on a goal that I haven't ever completed before, it just pops up with an empty gray box in the stats area.

The perfect app for personal improvement.

I love the user interface with the app. After going through multiple others this one is simple and the easiest to navigate. The fact i can see others posting their times they achieve a daily activity and each activity being so general is motivating. Keeping everything general rather than being overwhelmed with greater achievements than my own is great in my opinion. Also love so far how the workouts are laid out and kept at pace for the individual. It is clear with how they are explained that you are their for your benefit of future progress and not to burn yourself out.
