My first sports bike was the 675ss and so far it has not disappointed. the app is so user friendly and gives me all my ride stats which is pretty awesome to have that handy, I RECOMMEND this app and brand to ANYONE

Constructive Criticism
Only two complaints I have about the app are 1.) the app sends constant vibration alerts even when the machine is locked in the garage, this I believe is being fixed with the upcoming system update on the machines. 2.) you cannot trim any routes that you have saved. I have on numerous occasions had the track not stop when I stop recording my track. This leaves a cluttered mess when you look at the map.

Great App but small changes or tweaks
Overall I like the CFMoto Ride Sync app. It’s clean, functional, and does what it’s supposed to do for the most part. But there are a couple of things worth flagging.
First, the welcome lighting feature — where the headlights are supposed to activate when your bike detects the phones Bluetooth as you approach — has never once worked for me. I have it enabled in the app, but nothing happens. Not sure if it’s a connectivity issue or if the feature just isn’t fully implemented yet, but it definitely doesn’t work as advertised.
Second, and this is more of a cosmetic thing but still matters: the app shows the same generic white bike image regardless of which VIN you register. The 675SS comes in at least three color variants — white/black with blue accents, gray/black with blue accents, and the dark gray/black with red accents — and it would be a simple but meaningful touch to let riders select their actual color scheme so the app reflects the bike they actually own. Even better, allow users to upload a photo of their own bike. It’s a small thing, but it adds to the ownership experience.
Fix those two things and this is easily a 5-star app. Good foundation — just needs a little more polish.

It works
It does everything it says it will do. Unfortunately in the US we don’t get the features the rest of the world does and those would be nice to have.
You do get some good info about your vehicle and the GPS feature is always an added bonus. I also appreciate the “vibration trigger” notification because it gives me peace of mind to know if someone is messing with the bike or not.

No longer working like it used to
The app is great! But, I turned off the Bluetooth once and restarted it, and now it doesn’t track vibrations, or rides. It just keeps track of the vehicles location. Nothing I’ve done is making it work. Any ideas are welcome and appreciated!

App is great, especially for a new rider concerned if they were to have it stolen, maintenance, or just track your travels. I’d like a setting where you could customize your vehicles graphics maybe, or have chime notifications sounds, different color themes like white grey or black small stuff like that would be cool

Nice rider app
The CFMOTO ridesync app is very nice. It has a clean and easy to use interface. Everything works properly and the layout is easy to figure out. It’s a very nice addition to my vehicle.

This app allows you to monitor your compatible vehicle’s current millage, previous trip information, fuel level/range, battery voltage, current location and it even has a “panic” function that flashes the lights and blares the horn. 10/10 features.

Would be perfect if it had Navigation.
I bought a 2024 Nk 800 this summer I've put almost 5000 miles on it. This app is really good. It captures so much information about your rides. How many times u lean, rapid acel,rapid decel fuel consumption voltage, it knows your vin the current mileage of your bike. The geo fence work's great too. Any time my bike leaves my garage I get a notification. You'll also receive a notification if someone touches the bike while parked. You can see your bikes location on a map at all times and it's really accurate. The only down side is they promoted directions from the app to the motorcycle's screen which is what i was most looking forward too and... it absolutely doesn't work. So I bit the bullet and bought a rock form system. My iphone 16 pro max has gone flying off my bike twice! I retrieved it both times with no damage. (Good job Rockform) but i cant wait till the gps directions are added. And i can just leave my phone in my pocket

A great addition
I have a CL-X, which doesn't get to use most of the features of this app. However, it is still great. Without paying for a service like you need to for every car brand, you get info like the location, data about your ride and fuel level. It warns you if it senses ANY movement or bumps, which is a little extra, but nice.
With other bikes you can get navigation directions and such with it, but the CL-X doesn't have a screen to support that. It also shows the info from rides, distance, max speed and mpg and stuff.

Helped me get my bike
Bike was stolen, app helped me track it down and helped me prove that the individual was joyriding. Long story short, bike was recovered and was able to help stack charges against the individual. Was good for insurance purposes too.

To be honest I’m surprised with this app! I can track mileage! My routs my bikes location and vibration alerts when my bike is touched or moved there’s a lot of hard work put into that app and it just works! not expecting that from there smaller series of bikes especially the Papio ss but it gives it such an important feel. I truly love it!

Overall a very smart app.
I purchased my cl-c 450 a couple months ago and love it. The app is pretty good with a lot of features I like but I would like them to add an option to delete all tracks rather than having to open each one manually. As my commute bike I get a lot fast. Also in tracks if it could locate the lean hard accel/decel recordings on the map would be amazing.

No vibration on iPhone
I have a 450ss, when it sends me a touch notification it’s completely silent. There is no vibration or noise for the notification. I have an IPhone 13, and I’ve turned on my ringer and turned on notification for the RIDESYNC app. Please fix this!

Great stuff - Waiting for fixes and sw upgrades
I love the fact that you can see all your previous rides and the bike status, mileage and other stuff. Also the face you can change bike setting directly from the app.
I did see that in some cases the rides won’t sync between the bike and my phone app. Then, after a couple of days, somehow it’s magically appears. Would love to have a fix for that.
Also we heard a rumor that we will get an ability to use some kind of maps navigation on the ibex using the app. Looking forward for this update too

Amazing.
The cheapest adventure bike is by far the coolest!! The CFmoto ibex 450 is a amazing bike. Quality fit and finish. And the app is crazy. GPS track and get notifications if the bike moves! Fuel battery level. Average mpg.

I also did a update via the app that really fixed a touchy throttle!… super cool bike. The cheapest surely isn’t the worst. This tech is better then the big names. I’d bet anything

Not tracking my trips
I love the app, but it has not tracked my trips for the past two days. On both days, including today, they have not been tracked I went on a 20mile trip and in the tracker it says 0 miles I would love to rate a five star but until then it’s a two

Works as it should
Got s isn’t 100% accurate but it never is on any ride app other than that I actually like how this app is set up a few things could be changed to make it more user friendly but overall the detail provided is amazing would like to see maintenance reminders that would be a huge thing to help keep track of maintenance schedule and let you know when your nearing a service either by hours or mileage since it is deadly accurate on mileage routine maintenance is key to any machine lasting if it could be worked into the app it would hands down beat every other manufacturers factory app

First use and I love it!
I rode my new 800NK home from the dealership today and love the fact that I was able to see all of the ride statistics and user operation data after checking the app post ride. I can see fuel mileage and fill status as well as a host of other mechanical data via the app. This is certainly the future of connectivity in motorbikes and I personally feel that China has pushed the envelope and made great strides to help the industry progress. They are right beside the American, European, and Japanese manufacturers and deserve as much respect and recognition as I believe the others do. Long story short, if you buy a supported CFMOTO machine, download this app!

Vehicle Tracker
The tracker is amazing. It actually pin points almost every location your bike moves to. Someone stole my bike & I found it within the next 2-3hrs.

Fantastic App Overall
The app is very accurate with gps and notifies you the second your bike moves. It tells you stats for each trip which I really love, as well as tracking your location. The address location is always spot on. My only wish is that you could change the color of your bike on the home screen because mine displays the wrong color, and they are aware of this issue so hopefully it will get a fix soon. Overall very reliable app and helps me appreciate my bike even more.

The app itself is pretty good but I don’t really know a good spot to put a quad lock on the bike so I’m stuck using the gps on the app. The gps isn’t bad but only shows the distance before the turn it’d be nice if they updated it to include a map so you have a better idea where you going

Pretty cool. Needs a little work
Using this for my 2024 cf moto 450ss the data this captures for the bike is pretty impressive and the alarm system and geofence work flawlessly. My biggest complaint is the navigation does know display street names. You will have arrows directing you where to go but it will not say the name of the highway or street. Other than that this app works as intended and has lots of cool features

Some nice features.
I really have had great luck with the app, and I love the features like being able to display directions from it to my Ibex 800’s display. The notifications are timely, and it’s nice to be able to do a quick checkup on the bike when I need to!

Hopeful of the future
Really good little app with some solid features. Definitely could use a little work on some current features. Such as the navigation being this bland proprietary map with only 2 selectable routes and the inability to name saved addresses (it formats it weird or it wouldn’t be an issue). It reports all the information pretty well and the vibration sensor works pretty well too. I can certainly think of some other important/convenient features the app should already include that both my bike and the app already have the capability of doing. I’m sure you will too. All in all it’s really good for what it is and the future is a blank canvas that I’m sure will not disappoint.

Still won’t read my vin
I’ve tried and it still won’t read my vin. I’ve tried to get in contact with people to help they got my information and never got back to me. Truly loved my Cfmoto but this is ridiculous. I’m moving to a city and I need the tracking on it. If there is anyone that is working for the app that can help me please. Tbh I would have never got a cf moto if I’d of known this

CFMOTO Ride App
I like the fact that this app will notify you when something touches your bike. It’s an all around good app! You can get your trip information on here and also see your riding behaviors. The inspection check list is a good way to look and see if there’s anything going on with your bike. I think it’s a good app all around I recommend downloading it if you have a CFMOTO bike.

Transitioned from CFMoto Ride With No Issues
I have a 2024 Uforce 1000 and been using CFMoto Ride since May. Downloaded and signed into RideSync per the instructions. Everything but vehicle status transferred/migrated over fairly quickly. Waited an hour or so and vehicle status was active. Deleted the CFMoto Ride app and RideSync app screens identical and with all my data. No issues like many others have noted. Just wish CFMoto would actually implement the OTA updates (as shown in this app) such as the current throttle reprogramming but was told I have to take the vehicle to a dealer.

New app has lots of issues
I’ve had my CFMOTO 650 adventura for 3 years now the original app never gave me any issues then I see the prompt CFMOTO ride is not binding vehicles in the US, download new app and migrate. Now I can’t add my bike at all it continues to say that my VIN number is wrong and my original account doesn’t exist anymore. I’ve made multiple accounts to see if that was the issue and they all say incorrect VIN When trying to add my bike.
