Bought 2 things for $80 and thought that was all I was gonna pay and when it arrived at their factory, they send me a message saying I have to pay for shipping, so I thought it would be like $20 but when I looked at the price it was 130$ for shipping. I asked for a refund and they asked me if I wanted it on my payment account or CNFans account, I said payment account (which was Apple Pay) and they said it would take 10-15 days. I waited and when they finally sent my money they sent me store credit which I didn’t want. When I tried messaging them to switch it, they never responded, even after 3 days. Overall horrible experience and REALLY horrible customer service. I would not recommend buying from here. You’re better off with DHgate.

Lost my package, took my money as well as gave me a fake tracking number.
Ordered a package on the 17th of February and was given a message about a few weeks later saying my package “failed” for no apparent reason. Called multiple times but was left on hold for almost an hour each time i called. Finally picked up recently and was told that my tracking number and package number was invalid and wouldnt work. Contacted my agent about the incident and was told i wont get a refund, as well as my package being lost. They also use bots to respond to your messages and give you the same ai generated response. Support system is trash. Nobody talks about these issues that can occur on cnfans because everyone likes to 🍆🚴 the app so bad for a few bucks. Reddit as well as the reviews on this app explain that cnfans is a horrible shopping agent. If you plan on using this app for taobao, temu, or as a shopping agent in general, you will lose your money. I do not recommend.

My favorite part is how you get pictures of the items before shipment and are able to return them then, which has saved me so many times. I’ve also been seeing people saying that it’s slow which is not true at all! I’m not sure of the past but as for now they are for sure one of the fastest available. recently been buying from here these guys get you your stuff and if any mistakes they fix. I’ve recently bought jordan 5 off whites that came spot less right along with jordan 11’s that were 1:1 for my brother and also a pair of grey birkenstocks that also came 1:1, as well with this order i ordered 3 pairs of psd underwear that were amazing and cheap (6.47$) . parcel for this haul came to about 45$ with insurance. Took a while to come but other than that one of the best hauls ever i came from pandabuy and i can say i definitely like cnfans way better! I then order another haul with a few things that came to the total of 65$ for shipping! i order off whites looks fantastic beside the real thing, also a sp5der shorts and shirt set that came amazing and the fabrics were great, and some off white jordan 1 chicago bulls they had a flaws but other than that they were great too!

So much potential but lacking some features…
I’ve been using CNfans for a bit and got a haul coming in but some things need to be added to be able to hold a good foundation. First is the ability to save items or sellers to have them organized. Second is QC pictures of the product to see how it looks like. Third has to better customer service but I know this comes with time as this agent develops.
