College board try to make any of their services functional challenge (impossible)
This app is somehow less functional than their website, a monumental feat for sure. Two years ago, I was able to log in fine. Now, if I even THINK about logging in to this app it crashes. I can log in perfectly fine on any computer, but God forbid I try to log in on my phone for the sake of convenience. It’s not like this is a new issue either, I’ve tried to log in several times over the course of the past year. Every time it wouldn’t work, I’d go aww shucks!!! Guess I gotta wait till I get home and boot up my crusty computer that takes 5 years to load a single webpage!!! And then I’d forget about the whole ordeal for a while. Then, a few weeks or months later, I’d have to use blue book again. I’d be hopeful that since my last attempt at logging in college board would’ve fixed the issue. But I’ve been burned 5 or 6 times so I know better now. Anyway, exaggerated anger aside, I just really wish y’all would fix this app. I know you guys aren’t for profit but cmon dude if I pay $80 to take the SAT y'all can swipe some of that money to fix your app.

Can’t log in
I can’t use my phone number to log in. Unfortunately I don’t have my email linked with my phone number, but every time I want to log in with my phone number, it tells me that my phone number is being used by someone else or another account.

It won’t stay logged in
Every time I click on it I have to sign back in. One time it said I wasn’t signed in so then it was like “use phone number log in”, so I enter my phone number and it says to me “that phone number is already being used for an account. YEAH I KNOW, ITS MINE, THE ACCOUNT IM SIGNING INTO. Like omg, I got so mad. I checked that page multiple times to make sure it was log in and not sign up and yup, it was LOG IN, so uh yeah no fricking shock that phone number is on an account! IM SIGNING INTO IT! But no, then I had to do the whole email and password and recovery number thing which took fricking forever for no reason.

General difficulties
Had my password saved to my phone the moment I made the account. Recently I tried to sign in using that same saved password, and I was forced to reset it. I took me a minimum of 15 minutes to navigate to the “share scores” page to submit them. I was prompted to sign in to search up something on the website (I was already signed in), and when I re-signed in it said that I did not have access to the page because “I wasn’t a professional.”

Faulty app, support, and setup.
I’ve been forced to use college board since I was in 7th grade and as a junior in high school i can confidently say I have never had MORE TROUBLE signing into anything than I had with college board. verify email won’t work. verify phone call won’t work. verify on another phone won’t work. requesting to make a new password should never take hours and hours but it did for me. i can’t even access my SAT ticket that i need FOR TOMORROW because this app is so poorly set up.

Too glitchy.
I have this app only so I can see my SAT score. I waited and waited, finally got my text, and now it will not let me log in with my number. I will type my number in and then type in the code and it’ll either say the code is wrong - despite me writing it correctly - or it’ll just tell me that the application won’t work and to try again later, yet it somehow loads fast enough and can work enough to tell me to contact support or fill out a form. It also doesn’t help that to even access College Board in itself, I have to use Microsoft Edge on my school computer and not chrome. Has a lot of technical issues that just make it a pain to use. I just want to know my SAT score, I should not need to do this roundabout to do so.

Freezing Repeatedly
App has been freezing on the "enable notifications" screen all day and not letting me past it. Horrible sign in system
I tried multiple times to get into my account on this app and it would simply not work. I asked it to text me and email me codes countless times, and the codes would either not work or never send. When it told me that I was finally in my account it had my name on it yet none of my information was there. I know my account works because I have reached it on other devices on the online website, this app would not allow me to do so. The sign in and account process needs to be more seamless and organized.

Not letting me make account on pc website.
I’m a junior in high school and I’ve been trying to sign into an account on the website for my AP class but with every different email I use the website says I already have account. I do have an account with the mobile app but if you know, it only takes phone numbers, no emails! I have used 3 different emails and got the same error message saying my account is locked, call customer service but when I call they are no help! The servicer said there is an account but that account has no email and that I need to try and create an account. I did two different emails and they both gave me the same error message. She told me to erase my history, which I did, and when the same thing happened she just kept telling me to erase my history again. In the end I found no solution. Customer service is unhelpful, the website and mobile app are not compatible, and there is no clear explanation on how to log in on website when you already have a mobile account.

I took the PSAT on October 23rd and on the 12th of November I got an email saying that my PSAT scores are ready to view. When I took the PSAT, I provided my number and an email, but when I enter my number onto the app it says “please enter the recovery email associated with your mobile number to access the app.” After entering that email, It says that it was “not found” and I am not able to log in. It was the same email and phone number that I had used last year to view my score so I am confused as to why it is no longer working

Very useful app, but a few issues with connections
I just took the psat for the first time as a junior, and I got to the app to see my scores and if any colleges have messaged me. The thing is, about every single one that has is a Christian college or colleges with anti-queer or trans policies. AS an atheistic trans person this is beyond annoying because every time I get interested in a college that messaged me I have to immediately go on a hunt to see if they’re incredibly religious or literal bigots. And literally every single college I’ve been interested in that’s messaged me has been one of the two. It would be INCREDIBLY helpful if there was even the most barebones option to stop AT LEAST religious colleges from messaging me. Or idk, have some very obvious indicator that says if a college is Christian or has anti-queer polices.
This really shouldn’t even be an issue that needs to addressed.

Account Recovery
I have tried downloading this app multiple times, but it never works. I have an email and a phone number I use to send my scores, but every time I attempt to log in to the app, I get sent to the ‘Account Recovery’ screen. From there, no matter what email I put in, it claims I have no account to find.
While I think this app is smart, it’s much too difficult to navigate and has frequent problems. The execution for this was relatively poor and disappointing.

This app is good, but not when the exact information for both the app and the website are both declining despite being the exact same. I’m trying to see my PSAT scores but they aren’t showing up anywhere and is even saying that I haven’t taken any PSAT’s before, while knowing I have both last year and this year. I cannot get into the app.
I have an account on BigFuture but I’ve recently gotten a new phone and have to log in again to see my new scores. But every time I try to login it asks for my recovery email and it tells me it does not exist. I use the same email for everything so I know for a fact that it “exists.” I have also talk to my fellow classmates with the same issue. We have called support and received different nonsense answers. I hope that this issue will be fixed in a future update or something. Not being able to see my scores because your app can’t recognize an email that already exists in it’s database should not cause this much stress. Fix it now.

Horrible
This app is terrible. I take my PSAT and they asked for my number. I gave them my number and they texted me after I was done to send me a link to the app. I downloaded the app but it won't even open. Everytime I click the app it closes me out. I have downloaded it multiple times. I tried to troubleshoot and just make an account online. I made my account with the same number I gave them originally and they texted me with originally. I can access the website but it doesn't have anything on the test I JUST took. I know it is too early to see my score but it should atleast show that I took the test. Although it's not the SAT this is still something that affects my future and is important for me to see, wouldn't you think? After this I deleted and redownloaded the app and it STILL will not open.

Suggestions
I like what you’ve done, but there are some improvements I would like to see, especially in the newly added career explorer, I think it’s great, but here are my suggestions: More career options, Save data to bring up more careers personal to each user, guides on tips to get closer to goals in those career paths. It would be more beneficial to students if you turned this into a full guide to help picking careers instead of just exploring, maybe tests to narrow down your interests.

I took the SATs in about April and I know that I took them because college board sent me a text saying my scores were ready to view, but since then I cannot view my scores because they say that my number is associated with multiple accounts. I only have two email accounts and I already tried them both. I made sure the spelling was correct but they still say email not found. For about a year now i haven’t been able to log into the big future app. it just says my phone number is associated with multiple accounts and i need to use my recovery email. i know i entered the correct phone number, as i used to receive texts from big future about my sat scores, but it has since stopped. College board is a horribly run company
College board doesn’t not let you sign in and their password reset buttons do nothing. After I had reset my college board account, after being on hold for an ungodly amount of time, the same day it wouldn’t let me login again. In addition the prices of SAT are biased towards richer students as they can retake as much times as they want till they get a perfect grade making richer students have the ability to get better Sat practice grades then poorer students. I don’t understand why college board holds the keys to millions of students futures when they can’t handle creating a website.

Hi! Im in 11th grade and i couldn’t view my scores for the longest time just because i have to do it through this app that I can’t even open. When i try to log in with my phone, it asks for a recovery email address, which I don’t understand, but ok. It all would’ve been good if it actually excepted my recovery email, but it doesn’t. So now after trying all the emails in my house, even my confused grandmothers, I can’t even open this forsaken app. Maybe it is the greatest app to exist, but I wouldn’t know, since I can’t open it. I downloaded the app to keep up with AP classroom assignments easier, but I could not log in. The number i presented was correct, but it stated invalid. I went into my account on my browser and changed my number back to the same number, just to see if the system would properly register it. It still did not work. The email recovery doesn’t work because it’s linked to the number you have to try to sign in with.

Can’t even log in
I’ve downloaded the app multiple times. Deleted it and redownloaded it over and over again to just try and sign in. Every time I try, it says my phone number is invalid (it’s not. And my phone number registered just fine on the website) and I cannot even click on the button that allows for the other option of using a recovery email.
This is incredibly frustrating as an AP student who needs this app.

I can’t even log into the app. When you open the app, the first thing it asks you to put in order to access your account is the number it’s tied to. But when I do this, it keeps on saying that my number is invalid, even though I literally copy and pasted the exact number from my account. Whenever I attempt to login to the app to review my Sat and AP class scores I am told my phone number is invalid. I’m using the same phone number that is listed on my college board account so it isn’t as if I changed phone numbers. When I select the trouble logging in option there is nothing for what to do if your phone number is dubbed invalid by Collage Board.

Amazing resource!
My high school doesn’t have the best college resources, and BigFuture has been amazing throughout high school. From test study resources to college connections, BigFuture is a service that I cannot recommend enough!!!

Amazing App!!! It has helped me so much to explore new colleges and career opportunities, AND it shows me my test scores along with my strengths and weaknesses! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Useless
The only trying you can do is see your PSAT and read articles with obvious information and/or information you can find elsewhere. You can’t use it for any other college board feature. There should be access to SAT scores and AP classroom at least. Also, when I took my PSAT, the scores didn’t show on the app till hours after the website

Won’t allow scores in PDF form
I cannot access my scores in PDF form even after creating an account on the college board website. It seems the app and website don’t communicate because the phone number is the same for both but the website says “no scores available”. I can look at my scores on the app but need them printed off.

Input Info On Testing Day Unable to Access App
Like many others who are reviewing this app, I took the test and input my information saying I would be interested in this app. But when I go to sign in it’s saying it’s unable to send me sms. I’ve already called the support line and they were wildly unhelpful. Its ridiculous to have an app that so many students are supposed to rely on for accurate testing information so impossible to access and not user manageable.

Just bad app in general
As a lot of other people on here, whenever I try to log into this app, it always says I have multiple accounts linked. I put in my email and it says, ”Email not found” even though that is the email associated with my account. I’ve tried emailing about this, but I got a “We don’t have access to student accounts” response. Please fix this I just wanna see my SAT scores to see if I have to retake it.

Great app!!
This app is great because you can easily access your scores and areas you need to review (for psat), but the app also provides information about colleges, scholarships, and learning opportunities. It’s a great app, and the only complaint most people have is about not getting scores fast enough, but that has nothing to do with the app itself. I would definitely recommend the BigFuture College Board app, it’s a great resource for high schoolers.

Cant see anything
So, ive seen this app work before. Ive already had my results and everything but I went back to check my messages to look for potential colleges, suddenly it says im not connected to the internet. I double check my wifi and cellular data and everything seems fine but this app. Please fix this mess, its obvious many others are having other issues regarding the app recently.

No scores and just an overall bad app
Why are they gonna email me that I have my scores with the email I’m signing in with and then they’re gonna say unable to sign in. Also, when I signed it, I kept on refreshing the page and I couldn’t see my score. Also, if you see all these bad reviews about this bad app why don’t u just FIX IT or EMAIL the grades likeee let’s be for real. I wish there was an option to rate it a 0.

No scores and can’t login to app
I took the SAT in march at my school and was excited to see my scores today since all my friends were texting me about it. When I tried to login to the app (that i previously had access to for my psat scores) it said email not found even thought they sent me an email about my scores the same day I tried logging in. I also tried viewing my scores online but they are not showing up. Two of my friends are also having the same problem and who knows who else. I also checked my account information and the phone number and email that I put in to login is the same so I don’t know what to do.

No Scores
They keep saying “your scores are now available,” but every time I open the app, it says that my scores will be “arriving soon.” This has got to be a joke. There should be NO reason for an app that THOUSANDS of teenagers are trusting with the very thing that can make or break their potential attendance of college to not even be able to do the ONE THING that we ask of it: GIVING US OUR SCORES. I did NOT spend weeks upon weeks pouring my blood, sweat, and tears over notes, study guides, and textbooks, preparing for the SAT, only for some poorly designed app to withhold my score from me. Why do you guys think this is okay??? I genuinely want to know what your though process is??
Update: Nevermind, it works. I had to wait several hours, but it eventually worked.

I can’t sign in
I got all my scores but when I try to log in on my laptop it won’t take my password and when I try to change the password I don’t get the email no matter what. I have used 5 different emails to change the password and nothing gets sent

The app is poorly designed
The scores don’t go through. My psat still hasn’t been shown even though I was texted 3 months ago that I should have received it. Then on top of that they logged me out and won’t let me back into my account. Their support email operators are a joke. You can provide them with everything and they still won’t help you. I’m disappointed and annoyed

Terrible app
I have the same issue as another user who left a review. Yes, I did put my number and email when I was taking the test. Yet I still get the same error when putting my phone to sign in saying multiple accounts linked. Then when I put in my email it says “email not found.” Very frustrating issue when you need the app to work. Many others who took the SAT with me are experiencing the same issue.
