Not Board Member Friendly

About the only thing this App is good for is making payments. If you are a board member it does not have anything you need. You will still have to use your computer to do anything board related. There are no options in the menu like there are on the website. And I don’t know if it is a glitch or what but no matter how many times I try it will not let me turn on notifications for board communications. Ugh! The App is really just a waste of time and memory on your phone. Do better Vantaca!

Helpful communication

I have only been using this app for a couple of months. It had some major problems at the beginning. Lately, it has improved and I can use it to keep track of monthly maintenance fee payments and to input work orders when something needs to be fixed around my condo. Hopefully, it will continue to improve and provide more valuable information/services.

Needs Additional Information

Coming from TownSQ, the Vantaca APP is very simple, see and pay your monthly dues and send in requests for support. This APP is missing what TownSQ has to offer a directory of owners in that complex, documents where you can access all your owners and HOA documentation. had access for HOA Board Members to see and communicate with homeowners if needed. This Vantaca Home APP needs some serious work and upgrades to get into the year 2025 of get left behind.

Has Never Worked

This is one of the worst apps ever. It’s worthless & not made to be convenient for use at all. I still have to take out my computer at inconvenient times to pay HOA fees. Why even have the app? The developers need to rebuild the app from the bottom up. Horrible!

Worst app I ever used

Every property manager that left TownSq to force this on their owners needs to be replaced. This app doesn’t do a quarter of what the TownSq app is capable of doing.

Useless

Can’t login or reset my password on the website, even though I have that info saved in my password manager. I downloaded the app, expecting a method to reset the password. It just errors out and says try the website. So, it’s useless.

Vantaca is horrible

So many unsuccessful attempts to sign in and then it tells me that I have to create account and when I try to re-create an account, it says I already have an account and yet I keep getting late statements from my HOA which also says on the bottom this account is currently set up for auto draftand all of my listed payments. What a mess.

Crashes, can’t set up autodraft

Trying to set up my payments & the app crashes every time. I waited a month, updated my phone, no luck. Hope it’s not a sign of how it works on Management’s end. 🥴

Not functioning

Don't waste time downloading an app that doesn't work. My property administrator emailed to download this app to request a service or reserve a shared amenity. However, after downloading the app, I could not create an account. Instead, I received a message to contact my property administrator for assistance. When I contacted the property administrator, they directed me back to the app's help assistance. As someone posted on another review, THERE IS NO OPTION TO SET UP A USERNAME AND PASSWORD; this is basic.

So far, it’s worthless

Why the heck wouldn’t I be able to set up a username and password on the app? It is wildly inconvenient to have find a desktop to set up login credentials to use an app!!!

Not Functional

The app is currently not functioning. A video on how to view monthly statements keeps popping up no matter how many times you close it to the point that you cannot do anything in the app.
