lost package
My package was supposed to arrive 15 days ago. I wrote to them and they didn't resolve anything for me, nor did they give me any alternatives. They say my package was returned but they didn't even return my money, only that I should change the address. I did it and it still never appeared. I wrote to them again and they didn't even respond. Terrible customer service.

YoungLA is the best brand for gym wear. Every product is original style and very comfortable. I highly recommend the 403 Elite Tees. It is my favorite fitting shirt and it comes in really nice colors.

If you’re starting out skinny or small in the gym you definitely want to wait until you put on some mass before buying most things they sell. If you’re not big yet, you’re limited to compression shirts, tanks, some shirts, a bit of the outerwear, and accessories. Everything else will look goofy on you.
Once you start building yourself up though you’ll see that a lot of their items are really cool, and compliment muscles well. You can do a lot with the pretty simple designs they have. Occasionally they release something stupid looking but everything else looks pretty sweet

I’ve dropped a lot of $$ on your brand because I love the style, fit, and feel of everything I’ve purchased so far. The hoodies, crews, abs joggers are super lux and I pretty much have some combination of them on when not at work. Sometimes even at work. 😂

App does not load
I’ve spent a lot of money on young LA and their clothes are quality but their app is the worst and the fact that I can’t access my account or my orders from Chrome on my phone is archaic. I’ve contacted customer support and they advised to just uninstall and reinstall. I’ve done this now three times and I still get a blank screen with a line at the top halfway through the page loading… Loading for days. my son gets the same screen. Please fix this as I love the brand, quality and close, but I will not be making any more purchases until this is corrected. and by the way, I never leave reviews. Ever. But I feel that the developers need to address this and improve their user experience as they’ve got the quality down pat.

App Needs Work
I absolutely love the Youngla, the brand, the clothing… it’s all good quality and worth buying. However, the app is a bit slow and when you have something in your cart that has sold out, you can’t remove it from your cart. I tried buying other clothes but it won’t let me add it to my cart because it keeps saying “blank” is sold out. Yet there’s nothing in my cart. It makes no sense. The website however works great but I don’t carry my laptop everywhere like I do with my phone.

From the 1 hoodie I have and the 1 pair of pants I have I absolutely love them, the quality is so good and they’re so thick that they keep me so warm and and the pants I have are great to work out in. Would 100% buy again.

Nice Clothes But There’s Hidden Fees….
I was told by a friend to try this brand and I got stuff for Black Friday. Well, first I recieve the wrong product and I can’t even exchange it because they’re out of stock. Yet, they’re releasing new products but haven’t restocked old items and it’s almost been a month since Black Friday. I tried to return the items and now they’re charging me a $6 fee to return to my original payment method. You can get your full amount of money if you return it to their store credit. Unless you really want an item I say don’t even bother spending your money here. I was really excited for this brand and I like the material of the clothes but I feel like they need to be more responsible about restocking or atleast giving updates. Plus, I just didn’t know they would charge you to put money back into your own card …

Option for shipping protection is available! The clothes I ordered came in the nicest bag i’ve ever seen a company send clothes in. The quality blew my mind away you can tell who ever made it put a lot of effort and care into it! The price is absolutely killer for the quality. Website, which is the opposite the website is way fast then the app , also being younla I would expect it to be some what like there competitors like gymshark or Nike , the brand itself is really good and etc but the app would make a better satisfaction on purchasing and having a better view of products. Being that said if you guys decide to put more work into you guys would have more sales I guarantee that for sure, also just out of curiosity I found the app on my App Store you guys should promote more the app instead of the website.

Big issue with me when first shopping
I love the ideas that YoungLA has to offer. They look amazing the quality it’s clean. But when using their app I’m having trouble ordering thing, like it keeps saying something in your cart is 0, now I know that means that the idea is taken but I got it in my cart the moment the count went to 0, and it was gone, they while doing the payment I was waiting for 20 minutes just for it to process. I still plan on shopping here for sure!!!
