The future is here a great all that lets you open a store and utilize a legit dropping shipping service. Everything is easy payments come through flawless. No problems. Only upgrades would be small.

The notification in the app is very slow. So I have to rely on the email as new orders appear quicker. Sometime, new order not even appear. Does not matter even I try to refresh. Note, it seems ok on iPad Air 2, but not on IPad mini 1.

Was on it before and I got off. Totally regret it. Back on it again and love how I can do so much on it. Great job.

This app - and program - has been a pleasure to work with. I work with a lot of in-person sales and also online sales, so it has been a time-saving device. It keeps inventory, charges via cash or card, can hook up to my square reader, and it is super easy to manage inventory for events! I love the category option so I can have exclusive convention-only products. I recommend this app to anyone who does a lot of in-person sales.

This app is awesome and easy to manage. Getting live notifications of my orders and being able to change their status from the app is great.

Works like a dream and the support team are phenomenal! Still needs a few things but the constant updates give me all the hope i need! A definite MUST HAVE for any business!

I tried many other shopping carts plugins and apps.

When it comes to integration with wordpress this is the best! Ecwid.

It will never effect your web performance or speed, and the checkout process will be within your website, unlike other plugins that redirect you to other pages to finish a purchase!

I am in love with ecwid and will never switch

Wish I had more to invest but the basic store is great! Can be very flexible with CSS editor. Really love that it takes the process from start to finish with little set up time.

I've used other programs to set up a store front that were easier, but Ecwid is so flexible it's well worth the time it takes to learn it. Get the update and help is just a click away to make your shop look an work great.

This is the best apps I had ever download for my Facebook business page. It really a good apps, I can upload all the catalogs and product right from my phone to my Facebook store. It a hassle-free and easy to use! All you need is add a photos, create a tittle, describe your item, name your price and it in your Facebook store!

Most of features to edit / manage the shop aren't on the app. Or have bugs so you can't really use it.

Missing features to edit / manage the shop

Can not edit shipping profile, anything about shipping ( no function to edit about the shipping on the app), can not change the order of gallery pictures on the app, often can not upload pictures on the app (sometimes can), crashes a lot but no auto save function so have to start all over again (this happens on the pc browsers), takes forever to upload a picture (I'm sitting here and waiting for 5 pictures to be uploaded on the web browser).

What we can do on the app are is to change the login password, create a new product listing, edit description or change category, disable/ enable listings, check the sales, etc... but they are all too basic to "manage".

At least I'd like to upload pictures faster than now or switching to a different service makes more sense. I don't wanna wait 5 pictures to be uploaded for an hour then crashes, start all over again. This is lame.

After doing my homework on Wordpress e-commerce options, I chose Ecwid because visually, it allowed me much more flexibility than any other option I found, and in that area I haven’t been the least bit disappointed. It’s as beautiful as you make it, because it works seamlessly with almost any theme. I also wanted a solution that had a point of sale system, as I have a physical store, too. The eBay and Facebook integrations were very appealing. I have had my share of frustrations; for example, I find the shipping set-up to be underdeveloped, so much so that I almost bailed a few times in the beginning. The eBay integration has issues (though from what I have been able to determine the main problem originates with eBay). The search function is over-reaching, getting into some categories I prefer to sell in my in-person store only, which has been a major problem and requires a work-around. The point of sale app is missing some crucial features, though I am optimistic they're coming. So with these flaws, why the 5 stars? Because this company works hard to continually improve . But mainly because the chat-based customer service is absolutely terrific. Even when I'm at my crankiest (and I can get pretty cranky) they are unfailingly understanding without any trace of insincerity. I’m very happy with my Ecwid store, and wouldn’t trade it for anything at this point. Consider me a loyal, happy customer.

Best ecommerce app I've ever used.

Very easy app to use via android and IOS.

I sell metal art that comes in an almost infinite number of color combinations and styles. Ecwid lets me customize my store to showcase those possible combinations and take the guesswork out for my customers when choosing the pieces they want to order purchase. I have received many notes about how easy my store is to navigate and purchase through. It also integrates perfectly with Wix. Love it!

No matter what device I used to try setting up my store, I kept getting error messages and couldn't even connect my square account no matter how many times I put in my info. I then tried adding a product and no matter how many times I'd upload the photo, the photo would be gone after showing that it's uploaded completely. Frustrating to say the least and I would definitely never pay for this.

When I made the switch from Shopify to using wix and Ecwid it was the best thing for my business. Since I made the switch online sales have become easier and more organized! Everything is so simple and user friendly, not to mention everything looks amazing! Would highly recommend this app for any small to medium size business!

I've use Ecwid for 5 years and it's perfect. A few things I wish integrated don't but to manually do it isn't a big deal. Those things are linking to merchant accounts and telling the customer or us if it cleared/declined and so on would be awesome, instead of having to do it manually. Maybe there's an app for it but haven't found it.

The best app to use with Ecwid if you're shipping is ship easy. That integration between the two has been a life saver and has saved hours a day and money. I don't like getting rid of people but shipping easy made it so simple I had to.

I'd been struggling with PayPal for a long time, and it's very limited capabilities! I found everything I needed in this app! I just wish the shipping portion was included in it, instead of an additional app.

It's wonderful and so effective

This app lets you do so many things. Add products, take pictures of products, adjust all product info, see who had unfinished orders and email them right from your phone. I highly recommend this app.

This app is very powerful yet very simple to use. Though they're not perfect, Ecwid keeps updating their software and functionality. I love being able to see an order notification on my phone and just tapping to quickly and easily see all the necessary customer and item info without having to use a desktop or go through a lengthy login process. Kudos Ecwid!

Love the app and what I can do from it for the right price.

App is helpful for looking at orders and adding items to store. However, it is seriously lacking in the products area. There is no way to add options, edit taxes or shipping options, etc. The typical business owner is usually very busy. The ability to add options and combinations would be game changing.

Very helpful and a great way to keep up, edit, add new products, and send tracking numbers! Not sure what the camera part is yet but hey, I'll figure it out!

All around great app. Can easily handle my online store from my iPhone & iPad. Management of sales and payments make this app invaluable. Never had any issues with glitching, failing or closing out.

Really the functionality of this app is practically useless. You can't manage your store with it, it doesn't even have a link to view your store! You can see orders but do nothing with them. To access this app you have to pay for the venture or higher but it provides no benefit. Really I find it almost useless.

I love how you can except different payment options like stripe, and square. PayPal only allows you to make 20,000 a year.

Seeing Ecwid for the first time I knew it was the right thing for my online presence. It was extraordinary in its ease of use and the installation process was awesome. The plugins that make it even more functional are very helpful as well. Ecwid has been pivotal in growing my online business.

App works great and so does the desktop version. I never have issues and it's always fast.

Solid app. Easy to use. Not as easy to navigate as the browser version, but let's you manage the bulk of sales & product maintenance.

Though not as feature rich as the web version, the ecwid app is an awesome tool to use while your on the go as well as make outside sales with. You can manage your inventory, track sales and create orders. Very handy to have on a mobile device.

I use this app to compliment my Ecwid App on Wix. I wish they had a feature to tickets and events but right now I sell them as products and I love how easy it is for me to browse through the app and find specific products or search for an order. My favorite part of the app is the notifications ever time an order comes in. Overall great features, never stalls or crashes, and I'm sure it will only get better!

Love this application, great mobile store front. Things can get a little slow on mobile devices. Particularly when your inventory starts to get high. Very easy to use and learn. Now all I need is some sales.

Not only cant you use the app unless you upgrade, which they fail to tell you until you go through all the motions....then for some unknown reason products added to the facebook store wont show up using the facbook app on your phone, only using your desktop....because so many people use facebook on their computers these days /sigh....stay away imo

I love this app.

I wish the mobile window for our website online store had different viewing options for customer. Instead of one big item scrolling whole page. Customer should be able to see thumbnail view of multiple products, or a have a side scrolling window with bigger preview on the side. Other then that, they just need to make the ecwid app give the ability to add options to items from the mobile app on the go! We currently can only make items options on the desktop site): Mobile access is key. ECWID has the right idea!!! Hire me haha

I've used Ecwid for a couple of years now and I must say they have one of the best platforms to date. Constantly updating and making the services better...they're top notch!

Adding products from the app is easy. Point, click, and upload the info.

Aside from my personal business I refer most of my e-commerce clientele to the platform for the ease of use, inventory control, and overall satisfaction. Huge supporter of ECWID & you should be too!

I love love love this app! It was the first site that i chose and my first 10 items were free to put on the site without an expiration date! I highly recommend this app and business tool!

There are so many apps available that offer limited functionality. This is not one of those. I actually prefer to use the app over going to their webpage. The app is robust and fully functional. It allows me to manage my entire store from my phone easily. Hats off to the development team at Ecwid for getting this one right!

We LOVE this app! It is very intuitive and easy to use yet extremely powerful! Not only can you track and update orders right from your phone, you can add any type of product, (including photos, details, and more), on the fly! Just try it! You'll see how this app leaves all other ecomm systems in the dust. We can't get enough of it!

Great for keeping track of what orders I have coming in and going out. Only thing I'd like to see is a camera scanner for the UPS tracking numbers..then I'd practically not have to do anything!

NEW FEATURE where you can select the options is fantastic. Been begging for this. I seek tshirts and it was hard to track inventory at festivals..until now! I love the app, truly is so convenient and efficient! Since my last review hey came out with an update and it is spectacular. Still some kinks in the armor, but I give 5 stars for them recognizing what we need as a store and now I feel much more confident tracking combination orders and etc. well done 👏

This app is literally a waste of space if you haven't upgraded your account on your computer & there is no way to get directed to that via the app even if you wanted to upgrade on your device. They don't let you have access to anything until you upgrade. I get they need to make money somehow, but it's frustrating that there isn't even basic mobile access for their users.

Doesn't allow you to specify size for an item to be properly removed from the corrected inventory, instead you have to write down everything you sell in person and remove it from inventory manually.

Need a better POS system like Shopify has. Something that allows us to sell online and in person and have one inventory that we do not have to manually update.

When I launched this app, initially it timed out. I tried it four times before even getting a prompt to enter my account information.

It finally connected, only then to state I needed a premium account to use the app and provided a message to log on to their website to upgrade.

I'm just starting out and set up a free Ecwid account to test functionality for my customers and am not yet ready to purchase a premium account.

Some recommendations to the developers:

1. Add a statement to your app description stating a premium account is necessary.

2. Fix the lag time to connect and provide a message to the user explaining the app is trying to connect (or whatever it is doing), so the user knows what is occurring.

3. Allow restricted usage of the app for non-premium customers, especially if the app's features could help convert a customer.

4. Build in the option to upgrade via the app.

thought you guys were smart.... i figured hmmm i have less than 10 products so they are allowing me to use it for free so i can get hooked...I was ok with that, until i wanted to use the app and whammo.. must pay.

you lost the chance to hook me as a paying customer, all you had to do was let me use it long enough for what i needed and as my needs changed, you would have had me. I found Salesvu and they are well on thier way to addicting me with their free options. buh bye.

It's a decent app. Great for tracking orders although I can do the same thing just by checking my email.. It would be nice if you could actually change things around rather than just looking at orders. It states that you need a paid account for it to work, but if you are running a business, you should be paying for it! They provide an excellent service that anyone else would be charging a lot more for.
