Wow! Amazing App!
I'm not usually one to leave reviews on apps, but I had to for this one. This is the BEST APP I'VE PURCHASED yet! My husband followed a couple of the instructional tracks on the app (Legs for Athletes and Lower Back) and all I can say is WOW! Words can not even express how helpful this was, especially with the pain I've been experiencing. Made my husband feel like a pro!

I havent tried all the routines yet (there are alot of them), but I have done many of them, and learned alot. Its nice to be able to browse individual techniques and get ideas to try. This app has great content, and there is alot of it for sure. If you want to learn massage techniques, I recommend it.

Great app
I am not a professional therapist, I am just wanting to give my girlfriend a better massage... This app has been great, I have been able to follow along all the routines and learned a lot of new techniques to use.

Buyer beware
I can not recommend. Graphics are limited and not detailed beyond the simple and obvious. The human body has many, many more muscle groups and even bones than what was depicted. (??) "Videos" do not show techniques or how to..just a one angle view of someone getting a massage. If you were looking for instruction, pressure points, muscle manipulation with cause and effect, this is not helpful. Live and learn I guess. Disappointing. I also doubt the ratings are from people who actually purchased the app.

WOW. What a truly useful tool.
Hats off to the developer. An incredibly useful massage resource, complete with descriptions+videos of TONS techniques, as well as full routine video sessions to follow along. I am just beginning to get comfortable with massage and this app is a definite boost in understanding.

Not bad, not great
I am a self employed MT, and so after attending the Institute For Theripudic Massage around 10 years ago I was looking for some anatomy reminders and perhaps some new massage insights. There is no actual anatomy section to speak of, at least none to be helpful for Massage Therapy. The techniques are basic, but for a beginner who wants to learn I'm sure it would be very helpful. As a MT I was severely disappointed, but I guess you do get what you pay for.

I have the Muscle Trigger Points app which is profession and informative. This app also doesn't disappoint. Tons of techniques! If I had one complaint it would be that I wish the videos had sound, but I am sure that was a memory compromise. Bravo!
