My app hasn't been working lately. But when it did sometime ago, I really loved it. Made shopping so easy. I don't know what's going on right now. All my other apps have been working just fine so I know it's not my service or phone.

Great app, but too many downfalls
I made an account, but doesn't let me change my billing info or address. It just stays as NYNY. These other five stars seem to be people that just don't use the app, robots, or brain dead people because although it shows great items for sale, I'm not able to purchase any. They're losing a lot of money here. I'm sure others will agree.

Easy but doesn't work
I honestly like the app very much, but only if it worked. I can't put items on my "love" list, I can add things to my cart, but right after I add them, they disappear from my cart. I've deleted the app and redownloaded it several times, along with closing it out to see if that helps. Nothing works! It also takes forever to even open. It is disastrous. I have an iPhone and I don't have any problems with any of my other apps for the record.
Please fix these issues.

This app is great. I had no idea how many sales and clearance items Steve Madden has until downloading the app. I also love the fashion blog section, great to stay on top of the trends!

I really like the closet feature which lets you store styles you want separate from styles you have. I wish it would let you retro-add styles that you bought prior to having the app, though! I want to see every pair I have picture in the "have it" closet, like a trophy wall :)

SO FRUSTRATING!

This is a great app, though item seem to take time to load, especially when you want to view a different colour even over WiFi. I love the app, I love how you can use the store locator to find you size at you local store. Well thought out.

CRASHES WHILE OPENING
I'm pretty sure all these five star, cheesy reviews have to be from the maker of this app because IT DOES NOT WORK. Every time I try to open it it crashes on me. I got this yesterday hoping to find a good pair of winter boots but that obviously wasn't going to happen because it doesn't open. Don't waste your time downloading this thing and don't listen to the other reviews.... They're probably all written by the company.
