Do not buy their premiums! I bought the whole month of February premium and after a few days of premium, it went back to basic. Couldn’t watch past episodes and the worst part, I reached out to them to fix it 3x or 4x but they didn’t respond. They were helpful in the beginning but after I provided my Apple receipt, they were gone! Horrible customer service!

I cannot watch free series
Since you had your maintenance few weeks ago I cannot watch the daily soap for free
It says I need to download the newest version but no update.
I uninstall and install again logged in and no free anymore
Always showing free episodes for the old days like January and NOT the daily soap update or episodes

Glitches not user friendly
This app have a lot of glitches, not user friendly. My advice is not to use the auto renewal because it’s not an automatic transmission. Pay separately on their actual website to assure no disruptions.

THE MOST FRUSTRATING APP
There are too many issues with TFC.tv! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING OR SUBSCRIBING! You're better off finding episodes on YouTube. My account keeps showing I have a "FREE" subscription even though I pay for PREMIUM!!! Can not access show or movies as needed.

Waste of money
I paid for premium but my account never upgraded to premium. Customer service takes days to a week to respond. Showed proof of purchase but they keep saying they get back on you. Ended up just cancelling the membership. Waste of time and money. Deserved 0/5star.

This App frustrates me
I have to keep deleting and downloading. the App, and it keeps telling me an Update is needed, when I click Ok, I don’t see it updating. Also, when I log on using my Facebook, it doesn’t log on.. UGH!!
And they want you to pay for a Premium One? Don’t even go there! It’s not worth for anyone to spend money on.

I had high hopes for this app and it started great I was able to watch all my current shows then after the new year this app would show current shows that is why I cancelled my tfc subscription and am deleting this app

Upgraded yesterday and still says free
TFC is the worst app I have ever used in my whole life. I paid $12.99 yesterday plus fees for roku and I’m still waiting for my premium to show up. Don’t sign up for premium, you’ll get your hard earned money stolen by this company. ABS-CBN you failed a lot of people living in America. I can make better subscription than you guys

Review
I was paying for the premium subscription but when using the app, I still had the commercials and it still was not letting me stream “premium” shows (watch shows from previous/earlier dates). Such a waste! Also, what’s with the “update” message. How do we update the app when there is no link for the update? I deleted the app and downloaded it again, with the same exact message.
You guys need to get it together. Smh!

Cannot use the premium subscription
It still shows I’m on basic subscription after I logout/login and use different devices. I even tried to uninstall/install the app. I tried to use their chat support and I haven’t received a response. I don’t know if I use what I paid for.

The whole point of this app is allow your subscribers to watch the shows and movies anytime and anywhere on a mobile device. How is this possible?, if the app doesn't function properly. ABS-CBN, you need to fix the following glitches, Log-in requirement, KBO redemption, airplay or casting device function and many more. $15.00 for a premium subscription without a functional app is worthless.

I have a premium subscription, but cannot watch premium shows. I missed two weeks of kadenang Ginto because every time I open the show, it only allows me to watch the trailer. I want to email and complain, but it doesn’t show anywhere where to ask for help. My subscription will end on Feb. 19th. Please help!!!!!

App hasn’t been working properly
This app was functioning correctly until 2 or so weeks ago. Every time I try to watch, it’ll play for a few seconds or minutes then it’ll automatically restart to the beginning or replay a certain part. I haven’t been able to watch a full episode anymore. The app either has a bug & needs to be fixed or a new software update should be made to improve the app. I will gladly fix my rating once the issue has been resolved.

So annoying
I subscribed as a premium member so I can watch the shows when I’m at work but every time I select the show that I want to watch, I can hear the audio but the screen just stays black (I tried restarting my phone and the app but nothing helped). I hope you guys will fix this problem because it is really annoying especially that I just use my break time to watch the shows that I like. Btw, I have a good internet connection if that’s what you will tell me to check.

Big piece of crap
I dont even think they deserve 1 star. I never put any review until now on app store. This has been a headache since they started charging via apple subscription. It says in my subscription it is for supposed to be automatic renewal. But they cut you off after 1 month. I tried calling them someon said they dont have a number for customer service! The only way to contact is via email and no one is answering. No I just found out they charged me in my apple subscription but I can only get those free one! Ewan ko magsara nalng kayo.

In-app auto payment doesn’t work!
Don’t do in-app auto payment on here. Sometimes abs-cbn doesn’t get confirmation from Apple Store and you’re forced to pay another monthly fee again just to watch shows. Absolutely frustrating!

I got this app in how many years ago. I never had any issues to sign in before but now I can’t even open or watch anything movies in this site.What can I do to have this back? I pay premium plan and I can’t use it still stated there that I’m in subscribed in free plan but I paid premium plan already. Then they took the money in my account already can’t even watch movies it’s played but never get have any sounds in the movie.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎!!!

App is not good. Pls dont get it.
I had a premium subscription since my wife loves to watch previous episodes of telenovelas. The first month was great.
On the second month, the app indicated that I was on a free mode. I checked my subscription in my iphone and it said i was still subscribed which left me perplexed.
I tried to contact tfc email support. No response. I then cancelled my subscription. I paid for two months worth but only got one month of use.
After a month, my wife tried to subcribe again. Again the app shows the free mode and when she tried to subscribe in app, the app indicated that we had paid but the app can not connect to itunes store.
So frustrating. I lost 26$ already and no help from anybody.

Worst app ever
Kept downgrading me to “free” package when I had already paid for the platinum one and on top of that most of the shows don’t really have English subtitles, so if your like me and you don’t speak Tagalog then your screwed... Went ahead and contact customer service and they semi- helped but their website is another story(also needs improvement) please save your money and don’t get this app, as much I hate to write this review and erase it, I’ll just save my self the stress and watch Netflix

Bad Customer Service
I have an IOS itune auto pay for this apps set up a month ago after years of autopay online, because I thought it will be convenient to do all in one subscription thru iTunes. But then yesterday, after my money was taken out thru Apple Pay, TFC apps is showing no access for premium when the fact is, money was already deducted from my account for premium access. I tried to email the tfc support four times and until now, they haven’t get back with me and my premium access is still off and my money is gone, went to abs-cbn account!!! Really annoying!!!

Ridiculous!
The app and live chat is ridiculously bad!! The chat box said somebody is available to assist me, but I have waited a long time and even started a conversation, but there was no reply! I subscribed to premium, and they took out money right away, but hours later, it still has not updated and I cannot watch the shows I want to watch!

Wow really tfc
Its been a week now that I haven’t been able to watch my show. I don’t mind paying and subscribing if its work. None of it works, i cant log in in Safari, Chrome is not workin either, even this app is not working. This is the only way that all Filipino can be feel at home even their out of the country and they couldn’t even watch their favorite show. Hope you guys can able to fix with with the amount of money that you guys earning.

Tfc is non reliable app
I paid 2 months of premiuim yet my plan was still under the Free plan. I didnt realize
That the app was running under this plan while they already charged me. I have chatted with tfc a few times already but promised were not kept. Its fraud in my eyes. They dont have an 800 number? A million dollar company who cannot provide a toll free number that you can talk to. But they have dealers everywhere to subscribe you. I dont suggest anyone gets this. Find another way. Just unreliable and crooked.

I was paying for premium subscription but my app after a few weeks will say PLAN: FREE and will not let me access any of the latest shows and when I opt to subscribe it charges my account even when I’m currently paying for the premium subscription
