Good app with good video demos

Pretty good app. I like the anatomy chart and clicking on the muscles to show what technique to use to work it out.
I wish there was audio explaining the technique with the video. I also wish you could just create your own playlists of exercises.

Disappointed

When I purchased this app about two years ago, it said that they were working on adding the audio. Still waiting. It would be much more useful with audio. I'm tired of watching the person "giggle " his way on the foam roller.
Too much to pay.
What are you waiting for?Add the audio!

Easy to use and target the area you need

This app is has an easy access the area you need help with. Go to the muscle chart or go to the injury you have or go to the section of the sport you participate in and there will be a series of short videos to do and a do not do this hint. I am sold on the roller after I got hip bursitis in both hips when running. PT did not help or a cort. Shot. I got a roller and it solved my problem. Now after every run I roll and stretch. I was a little disappointed bursitis was not on the injury list but the exercises I need are. There are over 100 bursa sacks in your body and I think the dr needs to add this to his app. Roll baby roll.

This app opens with a disclaimer that requires an anknowledgement. When I try to press the "accept" text nothing happens and I have not succeeded in opening the app. Waste of money.

Helps relieve muscle tightness and improve flexibility

I bought this app even after reading a prior negative review and was glad I did.
I understand why a prior reviewer called the exercises "creepy." Let's face it: foam roller exercises aren't pretty. But the ones in this app get the job done.
The only downside to this app (and the reason I gave it four stars instead of five) is that the exercises are organized by muscle group rather than in set routines, so you need to keep interacting with the app in between each exercise. Everything is arranged more like a textbook and less like other workout apps.
Once you get used to it, though, it's easy to use and a comprehensive resource. There are exercises to cover just about any muscle group you need to work on.

Exactly what I needed!

I do Crossfit so something is always sore or in need of stretching. This app is a lifesaver for me when I'm in pain. I like how I can look by body part of injury for ways to use the foam roller. I recommend this app to anyone because the videos are great and it has helped me a lot!

Wow - best money ever spent of foam rolling education

Don't hesitate, seriously. I downloaded others available and it beat them hands down. What I really love is the education specifics and the ability to choose rolling just for random health reasons, like having an office job! I will be able to use this for workout purposes and just the opposite, deteriorating flexibility thanks to the good old swivel chair.

Great Reference

I play sports and practice Jiu Jitsu 3 times a week so I find various muscles are tight or sore on a daily basis. This has been an excellent reference app to hit all the right spots. Definitely worth the money

Keep Rolling

As a running coach, I saw my runners coming down with injuries as the mileage increased. To combat this I got training as a trigger point therapist. Using a roller can bring elasticity back into the muscles and aid in recovery to keep you running. This is a nice app to have out in the field to show someone how to use the roller.
