Very impressed!
I've thrown some pretty challenging acid base problems at this to check my own work and even with triple disorders it has been remarkably accurate. Very cool to be able to verify I am working through stuff correctly. The DDx it gives for the various derangements is pretty helpful too. Definitely worthwhile!
