Even phone help is useless. Try using an iPad or iPhone to access. Doesn’t work. They need to put some of the toll money into hiring real app developers. This is what happens when you have Republicans pillaging revenue streams instead of reinvesting in infrastructure.

Really laggy connection ( no good for a state run app)

Did Someone’s Kid Make This?
Of course someone’s kid made this, but the execution of this app is completely amateurish. Bugs and a poor user experience. And why an app anyway? Why not just a responsive portal. No one woke up in the morning and asked for a toll road app to be made for their phone. SunPass wasted their money and wasted my time. Exactly what I would expect from a government agency. Exactly what I’d expect from a government agency in Florida.

This app will detect if you have a jailbroken iPhone and will not work at all. Developers, please change this so those of us with jailbroken iPhones can access the app. Zero stars

Everytime I log into this app, there are problems. Are there not people in charge of making sure this app runs smoothly without causing the customers problems. It's always problem after problem.

Issues with the view image icon
When I got the app a couple of months ago I was able to look at pictures of my cars as they passed through the tolls now I’m not able to look at that feature.I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again but still nothing.When I get a charge on my account there a link that says “view image” I press it and nothing. I haven’t been able to fix that problem other than that the app works great.I wish they could just fix the it or tell me how to correct it.

Omg that’s SunPass app it’s crazy. After update u need write username and password every time. I was did Face ID but after update it doesn’t work u need a write all info. That’s crazy some people forget it that’s why we r do Face ID or Touch ID.

Possible to use this new app.
Please please fix. Locked out no matter what I do. The check marks are there but they don’t appear to give any access. No way to add funds so keep sending those bills ... costs as much in postage, envelope and a check as the toll. Such a backwards system. UGH.

It’s annoying
Every time I pull the app up on my phone I ALWAYS have to put in a NEW email and password because it tells me my old ones are “incorrect.” The app crashes half the time too! It’s very inconvenient because I use tolls almost, if not everyday to take my son to school!

Error error error and now lock my account out
Error error error error everything I tried after update and now it lock me out. No luck contact with SunPass. Impossible to get help from SunPass. Now look like I’m going see pile of mail invoice from SunPass ask me to pay because my SunPass device need add funds is about to run out of funds.
Tolls is full of joke rip us off even though bridge is paid off 15 years ago and still raise price, charge us $4 per toll. Now app update don’t work anymore, lock me out, and want me pay tolls. Screw you!

App v4.1.0 To Tall For iPone 5s
I still use an old iPhone 5s with WiFi.
Downloaded latest SunPass app 4.1.0 on 02/15/2021.
After logon, I used several buttons, and each took me to a page/view that was formatted for taller device screens. I am unable to see or use the tab bars at the top or bottom of the app. I had to close the app and logon again to use each feature.
Also the Profile screen did not have a cancel button, only an update button. Maybe if I had tab bars it would be ok.

In 10 years, easily the worst app I’ve used

I downloaded the app in hopes that I would have a better experience than the website. However I couldn’t even get past the user agreement page. Didn’t think it was possible but the app is actually worse.

Problems
The app has problem after problem. It’s really annoying to be surprised by app saying that funds are low when I am on auto-reload. It’s constantly forgetting who I am and I keep having to reset my password. They make it so difficult to do so. I don’t want to have to deal with this while I’m trying to drive, and I’m sure that no one else does either. It’s crazy that I get hot with a toll bill later because the app isn’t doing what it’s programmed to do. Might as well just go online and checks your funds before driving because this app won’t help either way. These problems need to be fixed.

Needs huge update
I agree with the prior review. It needs a lot of work. Very slow, the cost from pint A to B doesn’t seem accurate. It should have all cities in Florida.
Also, I couldn’t figure out how to change the “low balance” amount I had set up years ago.

I Need This Information
A short sample of the reviews show how users are frustrated by an inoperative app. I would simply trash this pathetic excuse for an app except I need this information. Fire the nieces/nephews, cousins, brothers/sisters-in-law and hire some competent coders. It ain’t rocket science. Get it done.
