New App, Same issues
If you've moved over from Payzerware you'll see they still haven't fixed the app crashes, invoices disappearing and you'll be greeted by " we have no proof" replies. Years of tickets that never got resolved has a new face. Worse feel to the app and not ready for daily use on launch. I could go on for so long. Hope they update through the store in stead of bypassing review like Payzerware did that doesn't follow the App Store guidelines.

Riddled with Incorrect Information
I attempted to look up service stations with car washes or standalone car washes. After five attempts, I was unsuccessful. The listed locations did not even have car washes or the address did not exist. There’s no way of contacting WEX regarding these issues, to fix the app.

Nothing loads
I’ve gotten this app to work once in the last three years. Nothing loads from any of the options. It sits there with grey boxes and that’s it. Really annoying.

Truck Stops and Diesel Fuel
The app needs to be able to differentiate between gas and diesel for professional drivers. Also needs a filter for commercial tires and service vs for passenger vehicles.

Better oversight and ways to report
Fuel portion is good but the app is not able to be updated by users with live info. Such as, I have no car washes that work at gas stations anywhere near me and none or the car wash only locations will take the WEX Card.

Terrible
When opening the app it does not show your current location and there is nothing to tap on to show current location. I have to restart my phone every time for it to show me the current location.
The app is also not semi truck friendly. I always have to go to the filter and select diesel each time I use it and it only gives a search of up to 25 miles.
It may show you where the cheapest diesel fuel is but a lot of them places are not truck friendly.
This is a terrible app for truck drivers and there was very little if any effort at all in making this a quality app for truck drivers.
No way would I recommend Fleet One and it’s because of their app.

Directions
Please fix the issues with using inaccurate addresses and directions. It’s not safe for drivers trying to find a station when the map is sending the person to the middle of a neighborhood or country road.

Meh
The app is pretty meh, it locates fuel sites well but that’s about it. App does not automatically update to your location. Location button moved to where I first opened the app not my location. The gas locations overlay your position on the map so at times you can’t see where you are.
It would also be nice if it had a rating system for gas stations so you don’t end up going to a gas station in sketchy part of town or go to one when the next one was much nicer and cleaner. Not that this happened (it totally happened)

First time we use it and none of the prices are correct. Drove 10 miles off the interstate for cheaper gas and it was 20 cents more than the app said. Went in and asked about it and they had no idea why it would show the cheaper price.

This is so outdated they don’t even have the right names for the businesses or which have car washes. Went to two different locations and one was a completely different business name and didn’t accept wex cards while the other wasn’t even a gas station anymore. Useless

Support staff a major fail
This app was working fine for over five years. Then it stopped working suddenly. It lost all my favorites and the locater services were not working. They do not have support for the application. I had to try to contact them through there fleet website. It took three attempts to reach someone. When I did, they wanted to know what my account number and business was. Then they sent me a PDF file of how to use the app. I think I already know how to use the app. You just can’t use it when it’s broken. They have no support for the application whatsoever.
A few years after this review, It happened again. Years of building favorites and now they’re gone. Still no support. (6-6-22)

Came here to try this app because the efs app for big trucks completely went to the garbage can after they made the update. This app is better atleast I can search using the map but I can’t enter my card to get my fuel price. Whoever is making apps for efs should lose their job immediately

Inaccurate
Does not reflect accurate fuel availability. Stopped at 4 listed gas stations and none would accept WEX card. The last station in town was not listed on app, WEX was listed on the gas pump and I finally got fuel. Annoyed and inconvenienced.

Not sure if it’s from a recent update, but it always shows no gas stinks found now. Always. If you push service button the app shuts down every time. It’s basically of no use.

One complaint with multiple examples.
Had to disable location services for the app to bypass and force it to request a zip code.
Search within 5-9 miles? Not good enough. Should ask for a variable distance and allow choices as when location is disabled. the first choice doesn’t always work or even necessarily have the services as advertised.

Terrible Card
This is this worst card I’ve ever used with the government. There is always issues getting a car wash, and getting the annual state inspection and even gas. Sometimes the card isn’t accepted at locations that I just got gas at a week before. When the use the WEx app to find car wash places it always says none found.

I went to two gas stations that claimed to have gas+car wash, only to arrive and a third party had taken over the car wash. Rendering my fleet card useless. It would be helpful if you could flagsutes with inaccurate info, including telephone number.

Worthless for Canadian use
I drive a truck into British Columbia and Alberta. Did a search for locations in BC. Nothing found. Tried Alberta. Nothing. Customer service said there were 840 locations but the app won’t list them. Even narrowing the search to a city doesn’t help.

This app is horrible
I loved this app when I first downloaded it about 6 months ago. Now the app keeps closing the second it opens. I’ve deleted and reinstalled hoping it would fix the problem but I get the same result. It’s a shame, as I used this for work and now it’s completely useless.

Your App said 7/11 on firestone blvd was selling gas for $1.84
I drove 2 miles out of the way to take advantage of the low price.
I paid $3.80.
Also Your App sends me to gas stations that are closed. Several times I’ve encountered this.

When i first downloaded the app it was great. I used it for two days without issue. Today when I went to use it. It tells me that it cannot find my location. If I try to manually enter a location it tells me the same thing

Inaccurate info and UI harder to use than it should be
I’ve been sent to so many stations that don’t exist or have bad addresses that I feel like I’ve burned as much gas as I’ve put in the tank.
The map mode has limited features, and “use two fingers to move the map” is archaic. I feel like if this was outsourced to use something like Yelp’s AP, it would be a lot more user-friendly as far as navigation goes.

Brain dead app
App worked great on my old iPhone 4S, not so good on my new iPhone 7. At least once a week the app goes brain dead and does not respond. I have to delete it and reinstall. Works good for a few days then bam! no response from any feature. I have to reload the app and all my favorites again. I have complained but no one seems to know what the problem is.

Good app, but needs work
In my area, pricing is fairly accurate. Some stations show as not updated for 72 hours. Since I’m not sure how updates arrive in the database, this could be an issue with station and not the app. Data is presented well and will surely find you a gas station if you need one. What would make this a better app would be to increase the load speed. Users are familiar with WEX, but to see the logo up to ten seconds on older devices is just ridiculous.
