Owner of safety note + pro
I’ve been using Safety Note Pro while all of a sudden today he change from English to Chinese. I completely got lost I download the new version I believe after I uninstall the old one so all my files are gone got to start from scratch I do back up automatically do iCloud where can I find how to restore it from iCloudit’s absolutely ridiculous. Sketchy subscription practices ….
This company first sold the app, then decided to offer an subscription, and now wants me to pay another subscription for the app that I am already subscribe to…. I think it is time to stop doing business with this company, because their practices are sketchy and questionable!

Update
When the app was updated all I could receive with the app was number 8. Nothing else. I lost all the passwords I stored on the app. Now to get them back by accessing my ICloud I have to go premium. So I deleted the app. If you have the app don’t update 👎🏽

A Very Good App
I have used this App for several years and found it to be exactly as advertised. It is easy to use and I like the fact that it can be locked from curious eyes.

I like the fact that I can Print the pages directly from my Computer
BUT
I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU MAKE A WAY FOR US TO ADD A LEFT MARGIN TO THE SET-UP. WE COULD THEN HAVE SPACE AVAILABLE TO PUNCH NOTEBOOK HOLES AND NOT HAVE THE HOLES TAKE AWAY SOME OF THE PRINT COPY AS IT CURRENTLY DOES….

Really I can’t copy text and paste into a note ? It makes no sense, what use is it. I really can’t believe it, maybe I’m wrong.

I purchased Safe Note Pro and I set it up for two password configuration. One for regular notes and another for my secret j notes. It failed to do this. After setting my secret note password, I closed the app and re-open to set-up my regular notes password. After closing the app, I try to access my secret notes and it is not recognizing my password. It tried my regular notes and it pass through. I updated the app with the hopes of fixing the issue. Now it doesn’t recognize any of my passwords, and when I try to click on Forgot Password, it’s charging me $1 to go further. This is ridiculous. If this is not resolve, I want my money back!!

Useful but….
It has a nice look and feel to it

Yearly iCloud fee is not realistic as others have pointed out.
As curves gales noted it is a nice $5 app for which you could offer updates for another fee.
Software companies come and go so excellent export options are necessary. Lacking
Need folder within folder
I like the organizational aspects of it. However, I do not like the idea of paying a yearly fee for iCloud storage. The life expectancy of non-commercial software is probably a year or so until a competing title becomes available. I would prefer to pay $5 for the current version with iCloud and than for upgrades should they be worth it. This is true for all software and not this title. This has to compete with Apple Notes and the new beta version 15, offering a wholesale of new features, all fee. I do wish you well.

BEYOND GLITCHY NOT WORTH USING
App is beyond glitchy. It crashing repeatedly. Losing ALL of the work you have done on a note, sometimes the entire note itself. Even while typing, it constantly glitches adding or eliminating letters making it impossible to spell words correctly.

App update
I was originally using Safety Note+ which is free. Had no problems with it, it did have ads but they were not intrusive. Recently there was an update, but after the update I saw that I now had 2 icons…one for safety note+ and one for safety note pro, when I tried to open safety note+ which is what I had originally it did not recognize my password however once I managed to get into it all of my notes were gone, it was as if I never had the App. However in safety note pro I could see the number of notes but had to create a password and pay for safety note pro and was thanking me for the upgrade . .. The same thing has happened on both of my iPads however I did not let it install yet. But I know what’s going to happen when I do, it will probably lock me out of the free app and force me to use the upgrade. It’s too bad I cannot attach a screen shot to this to show it… my iPad shows safety note + but the upgrade is for safety note pro.

Bring the search icon back!
I used to love this app. After latest update, the search icon is gone and now if I want to find a password, I have to scroll through ALL of them to find the one I want. Please put the search option back in!

App still crashes on startup
So for a long time before, this app has been working wonders for me. Now, it ends up crashing on startup, and the update didn’t do anything.

Has platform errors but LOVE Safety Notes App!
I love this app and would rate it a 5 because I depend on it and use it almost daily but have been forced to view it in a different format from what I preferred. You used to have the ability to view it in different ways but the way I preferred is all jumbled together now. I haven’t tried in quite some time since losing the ability to sync your info to another device with the app so you could store all your info on other devices without having to retype everything but I’m sure that’s another feature that was taken away permanently. It was a nice feature when it used to work. But Safety Notes still comes in quite handy, just had to get used to looking at it differently and have stored ALL my passwords, emails, bill info, anything that is constantly changing, have a variety of or just info that I want easy access to. You are able to label each category and USED to be able to pick a logo for each one but they only show up as question marks now. I do like how you can change the order of each category to how you prefer to have them prioritized so your most common ones used can be found quicker OR you can alphabetize your categories if you choose to place them in that order but I have so many categories and only use a few on a consistent basis so I’m glad those can be placed at the top instead of being alphabetized. I had them alphabetized at one point but found the ones I use almost daily I preferred to have at the top. It’s definitely a great app for keeping passwords up to date and being able to easily go back to them to keep them all up to date. That’s basically what I really depend on for this Safety Note App. Overtime (years) I’ve dwindled the ‘need’ to mainly use it for categories of UN/Password, Emails (with passwords), Bills where I’m able to store ALL of my bill accounts and necessary info I need to readily have access to by the (for example) category: BILLS then the next platform shows everything alphabetized... I think you have options of what order you prefer to see this layer at and I have just stuck with alphabetized because that’s what works best for me. Every bill is captured by title of each bill then its a free for all of whatever info you want to add for future reference then once its set up you are able to see each bill by title and then you just click on it to capture whatever info you input which I prefer to keep my account numbers and user name and passwords for each one in addition to whatever info I may need to make my life simpler. Same for User Name/Password (my category says UN/Pswd) for all my miscellaneous ones. Click on that category then they are all alphabetized for easy access and you can easily keep them up to date. This app also has a password you need to get in and if I’m not mistaken, you can choose your preferred way of getting into the app including face recognition with Apple which works smoothly. A must have app!

Safe storage of passwords
The only reason I got this app, was to have one place to keep all of my passwords and it does exactly that! It automatically locks when you move off of it, which is what I want to protect my passwords. It also had a place for notes and other things you would want to protect from being hacked or discovered if you lost your phone.

If only
If only the notes could be saved in the cloud this app would be perfect. I had over 100 notes in it and my iPhone took a crap and had to reset it as a new phone. Unfortunately this app does not use the cloud so thank goodness I emailed every note to myself but than had to copy and paste each one back in. What a pain that was.

Deleted
Loved it until the app crashed and deleted with all my data with it. Can't get the data back. Very critical info lost. Emailed the developer and got completely ignored.

Great app
This is a great app and really useful as well as easy to use. The one thing that would be helpful is to have automatic syncing to your iPhone or other devices when you change passwords. Also, the sync should not create a subset of files as it does now; it should overwrite changes.

Great app!
Good App. I wish I could search. Also when you open the app,it will flash the last page you viewed before you closed the app for a split second before you log in again. That part doesn't seem so private. Lol. Also, I recently had the app accidentally deleted on my phone and there was no way to recover all of the lost data. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Great App!
Great App for keeping your stuff from prying eyes! Keeps all my passwords and private stuff protected and in one place. Plus it lets you share/update your notes to another device with the same app with Bluetooth/WiFi without having to type the same stuff all over again. Exactly what I needed! Thanks!

They need fix several things and adds more options. Its hard to select a word or move the cursor between letters. The button to hide the keyboard is in a bad position, its hard to read or select the word is behind it. You cant highlight or black words, that is a option it should have, even the simple note app that comes with the iphone had it. Folders and password work fine.
Necesitan arreglar varias cosas y agregar mas opciones. Es difícil seleccionar las palabras o mover el cursor entre las letras. El botón para ocultar el teclado esta mal posicionado, queda encima de las palabras en la esquina inferior derecha y es difícil leerla o seleccionarla. No tiene opción de subrayar, poner en cursiva o negrita las palabras, me parece que es una opción simple que debería tener, hasta la sencilla aplicación de notas que trae el iphone lo tiene. Las carpetas y contraseñas funcionan bien

I think it's just a bug but...
I cut and pasted a cpl things from my non secure notebook and it worked great but then did not save? I'm hoping thats just a temporary glitch. I like the security of the Notes as well as the ability of securing individual files even further. I like that the font can be increased/decreased but wish there were color/bold/style options. It would also be nice if you could have different fonts and layouts and not be limited to the one font you choose for everything.

GREAT for all kinds of notes, journals, reminders. Can customize with own folder additions. I made one folder to be my prayer journal and it's wonderful. Wish you could rearrange the order of the folders because I won't be using some as often as others. I like the two different options for passcode input, too. Excellent app with excellent features!
