I've bought at least 7 things on this app after having it for a few months. I really like this app! All the items I got were accurate to the pictures and if I looked at the size charts provided by each individual store for what I wanted, they were also pretty accurate. I really like that you can message and talk directly to sellers, that helps a lot when it comes to clarifying item details or asking if your specific measurements are appropriate for their stocks. This app has a variety of things, but my only complaint is that if you're plus-sized in anything, you're probably not going to find much because the majority of the clothes and shoes come in Asian sizes. I'm okay in the clothing department for the most part but I'm tall and I have some big feet, so finding skirts and shoes are a bit of a hassle. Shipping is normal for me since the items come from China and have to ship overseas to America (around 2-3 weeks, never had anything faster or slower). The community in AliExpress is surprisingly great, there're options to ask buyers for details on the item you want before buying it and the app comes with a translator so you can technically talk to anyone! The prices are great and the filters on the search option are very useful. One thing to note: always look for more than one store selling the same item if there are any because the same item can be listed many different prices thanks to the abundance of stores in this one app!

App has worked fine, except for some little glitches close to midnight or if you have been on it for too long, it kicks u out without being able to go back to your previous page, not a big deal to me though. I been using the app for over one year and so far it works great for me. You can shop for anything you can possibly think of here, most inexpensive - items from China. Communication with the sellers can be challenging sometimes but that has nothing to do with the app. The more you use it the better you'll get at it :)

Funny how this happened- only a few days after giving this app 5 stars, the app totally logged me out. I was never able to get back into my account to check on my pending orders, I never received 5 of my orders. Money was stolen basically, many attempts made with Alibaba account customer service people, they all were useless. My new recommendation is - DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Honestly, I like this app. A lot of stuff on here is pretty nice and cheap. Sometimes the shipping takes a while but hey its from China. You just need to research the sellers before you buy and read THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION. If it says "Asian sizes" you probably won't be able to fit your very beautiful juicy booty in it. I'm sorry. That's not the sellers fault though. Be wary of scammers. There are a lot of sellers that sell the same products for different prices. Some of them are reputable and some are scammers. Like I said before, research. Look at reviews, item descriptions, message the seller and ask questions. If it seems weird just don't buy it. If you do your research you should be fine. I've been satisfied with 100% of my purchase and I've bought this from clothes to craft supplies and so much more.

So I've been using this website for a while now. As most of you know, they sell pretty much everything at cheap prices! Like REALLY cheap, and good quality (at least on most stuff) sure, they sell counterfeit stuff, but you can really find actual goodies on there. I purchased a set of mice toys for my cat (12 for 2.99!) make up organizer, jewelry, paintings, cat bed, clothes, and many more goodies. Anyways this review is for the app, not the website. This app makes it so easy to browse for items as well as a way to rack up rewards and giveaways! Also, most sellers offer a discount if you order through the mobile app! I'm talking huge discounts like 50% off :) just get the app guys. You save tons of money with their rewards and sales.

I have been using this app for a while and it has been going steadily downhill. Searches return thumbnails that in turn return 404 errors but the same item can be reached on a browser. You get tons of notifications, all exactly the same. Report the issues and you are totally ignored (and I have been a regular customer). Then there is the problem that searching for something on AliExpress is like weeding through a cesspool of lies. The suppliers seed their product with keywords that have absolutely nothing to do with the product they're selling, and the owners of the site have no interest in correcting the issue. Using their service can be worthwhile,as long as you don't mind spending a long time waiting through worthless products to find the few that might be interesting. Personal advise? Use a desktop browser, forget the app, and then decide as to the benefit of the service.

I came across this app after searching the Internet and found that the site offered many products that may be harder to find and more expensive in local known stores. (Similar but better than Groupon, Wish or Geek sites). Products seem of good quality but not typical name brands. I have ordered 3 different items and each seller was in constant communication through messages or email. The sizes differ (run very small) from that of U.S sizes but the sellers recommend what size suits you best based on your height and weight. The attraction to this site is mainly the Prices of the products that are of similar products sold in the US. The only thing is that you will need to wait a few weeks for the item.

I am a long time A4 buyer on Aliexpress and have spent thousands of dollars through this app. Ever since the most recent update, we are no longer able to view another buyer's profile nor can we follow another user any longer by clicking their profile photo under the feedback section of goods we are interested in buying. Before the update, buyers could click on other buyers photos under the feedback section of each item for sale, and this would take you to their profile so you can follow other users. Since the update this feature no longer works. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!! The ability to follow other buyers is important to making sales because it allows you to view their feedback and photos of other goods purchased as well. Thank you.

This app has been a fantastic resource to source all sorts of products otherwise not easily found hunting through local shops. Saves me so much time and so convenient. I have placed many orders and all have arrived and products have been good quality and as described. Only once was I not happy with a blouse I ordered and they immediately refunded me. The customer protection system is very good. You can order with confidence. Only delays we had with a couple of orders was due to our local postal service. The free international shipping on smaller items is great to save money. Great that you communicate directly with the sellers to get product info and negotiate better shipping deals. Great you can order small quantities of items. Very efficient and productive business! Thank you Ali for making my life easier!

Products are just as described. Watch out for the clothing. Sometimes the size difference will get you. But that's to be expected considering who they are made for. I bought a hoodie that fix excellently, but then a sweater in the same size that did not. But any and everything else I've bought has been exactly as described and the quality is as good as any other place you might go with. I've never had any issues with the shipments and the sellers are very fast to respond and make sure the order is to specifications. At least with the sellers I've felt with. Product range isn't as large as other places but the things I do find are worth the price. And it gets here as fast as it can, again considering where they are coming from. Surprisingly fast. 👍👍

I've been shopping on aliexpress for about a year and a half now. Shipping to Hawaii takes about 1-3 months unless you choose priority/express shipping.

A few tips I have is to read the CUSTOMER REVIEWS of products AND of the sellers.

Second, is to DOUBLE CHECK THE MAILED DESTINATION OF THE PACKAGE. I never knew why, but I had always forgotten to enter my address, so the seller would ship it to my post office with only my name on it 😔

Out of the 26 things i have purchased on this app, only 2 have not made it to my door. But because I see that people have written good reviews and have said the the seller gave the money back if somehow the item was "lost", i would trust the seller and would get my money back. "Sellers" that talk to you and answer questions are the ones you want to talk to. Watch out for scammers.

This app has amazing deals and you can see pictures of the items that others bought if the customers upload them. I'll probably never stop using this app since i can get stationary and bags and wigs for cheap.

This app and services are trustworthy. Since I started purchasing from AliExpress, I stopped using/shopping at eBay. For the first time user, you need to verify your payment by uploading id, credit card and statement to proof this is you, which is kinda frustrated and it will take them a week to verify it. You can cross out part of ur address, id # and credit card # and any other sensitive information, so it is still safe to upload these sensitive information to them. Once verified, you are allowed to shop and able to find some good deal items there. Other customers will show pics and review of what they receive which is good and give you more judgment whether you want the item. Recently, I filed a dispute against a buyer(this is the reason why I am here to write this review) they did a good work for protecting the buyer and get the money back while the buyer tries to cheat. In another side, there are some helpful customer representative but some are not helpful at all. It is very convenience to reach out to them too. Overall, I enjoyed this app and buying from AliExpress.

I have purchased things multiple times from this app. Normally clothing items and accessories. I have purchased a few bikinis and I am always very happy with the quality. It should be noted that they are sold in Asian sizes, so it is smart to size up. I am normally a 4 or 6 or medium in US sizes and I usually purchase a large. It is helpful to read others reviews to learn about the sizing in a particular item. Additionally, shipping will take anywhere from 2-5 weeks in my experience. Don't purchase items that you need immediately! These items do not come quickly. However, the wait is totally worth it for the price.

Ok, so this app will be your best friend if you use alibaba or eBay! Prices are better than eBay on most items and communication is 100% better. Shipping time can be frustrating if you live outside of China/Japan. Usually shipping time is within 15-22 days to California. You can also choose 'free shipping' and 'low to high' prices + more in your 'recommended' settings. This comes in handy when your on a budget. eBay does not offer much of the baby items Alliexpress does.

Simply adorable, soft outfits for newborn and up!! House hold items are a huge score. I wouldn't recommend buying electronics for the fact of the super long distance it must travel. Buyer protection is given on every purchase with LONGER CUSTOMER PROTECTION TIME than eBay! You can also cancel an item much easier than eBay as well. No need to CALL customer service, for you can

I've purchased many things from this app and have had little to if any problems. The issues I have run into were a minor fix as many of the store owners are consistent in communication. There's a mobile app as well as a desktop site, however you're more likely to enjoy the mobile app, because I've noticed that "mobile coupons" don't apply on the desktop site for the same items listed in my shopping cart on the mobile app. Even with that I see no reason to complain. The user interface is friendly and easy to navigate on the mobile app and it's honestly more convenient. There are always featured deals, as well as a "For You" section which localizes your preferences and suggestions. Overall, I'm fascinated with this app and recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind waiting a minimum of two weeks-month for their items. The prices are fantastic and shipping and handling is either free or reasonably priced...so hey, man, go crazy.

It lets you collect coins daily for free, which you can trade for coupons. You can also win coupons using the coins to play a game that randomly gives you more coins or coupons. The negative reviews are for the goods, not the app, which seems unfair because the app is great! It sorts orders to show you what's shipped, what's awaiting confirmation from you that it arrived, what needs feedback, what coupons you have active - if you use aliexpress at all, it's worth signing up just to have everything so well organized. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars, I WOULD! I've wanted to be a nail artist for a long time now. If I hadn't found this website, I would've been having to pay an insane amount of money for some of the nail art tools and equipment that I now have. Everything here is soooo affordable and a lot of the times better than what's offered on other websites. It does take time for your orders to come in (sometimes over a month in some cases) but in my experience, the wait is always worth it. This is an app everyone should have! I've literally ordered hundreds of items. The prices on most items (jewelry, kids items, etc) are really good if you are willing to wait. You have to keep track of each order and if you have not received within the timeframe you have to open a dispute. They will either extend the processing and therefore extend the insurance on the item or they will refund. If the seller does not do either, you have to escalate the issue and you should receive resolution from the site. You just have to make sure you do everything within the insurance timeframe which varies depending on the shipping chosen. I have never lost my $$ on this site. I recommend highly, but you have to keep track of your order.

So first of all its a great app. I have purchased many things. You must research though to be sure of what you want. I have no regrets in anything I have purchased. Only one time did I receive something I did not like, but for the price I didnt mind. It was like $3.00 total. Only negative is that many or all items (not sure) but most everything I ordered took more than 2 weeks. Not big deal since it was not a rush to have item. Keep in mind most items come from over seas. Or for me they do. I live in Austin, Texas. But, if you want it within a week then more than likely you wont have it in time. So, for future reference plan ahead and order ahead of time if you need it now.

The APP works great! Easy to find everything I need and to organize my (many) wish lists! Also easy to communicate with sellers and keep track of orders and their locations. And I appreciate the fact that some items are cheaper when you buy them via mobile. App also works great on iPad! Haven't had any issues making purchases with this app and have also saved money! The only problem I've had is that lately my wishlist hasn't been loading all my items, it stops after I scroll down twice. Hopefully this most recent update will fix that. For some reason the other reviews leave negative feedback because of purchases they made - this is not the app creators fault. Please leave negative feedback for the sellers you bought from, not for the app which works great. ❤️

I wouldn't say it's the best.. But I love how a lot of things are cheap and affordable like phone cases, but shipping is bad and too long, another thing on top of that it takes too long to confirm and approve it and when I track my order I can't understand the website where you track it at because it is all in a different language that I don't know. Also If shipping wasn't bad/shorter, and I could easily track/understand the tracking page with no problems I would be fine with this app and I would probably give it a 4 maybe 5 star rating. I recently ordered stuff. my mind might change after that but so far I don't like it that much because of shipping and that it takes forever. You pretty much are responsible for who you purchase from by reading recent reviews and comparing pictures from customers who purchased the product so use wishful thinking. This is my GO TO SHOPPING app! Why pay retail price for a top from forever 21 when you pay a lot less. Also be mindful on the shipping before purchasing because who really wants to wait 15-45 days for a item?! I really like this app but I just wish it had a option to view new arrivals of each store because I could click on some really cute shoes in the arrival section and notice that they don't have my size and it'll be a bumper because I don't have the option to find it elsewhere. I was fraudulently, repeatedly charged in increasingly smaller denominations until my account was completely emptied by Aliexpress. These items don't show up in my account so you can not even file a claim. I reported the FRAUD to my bank, closed my card and am now waiting to find out how bad I got scammed. I never imagined something like this could happen from a legit website like this. It is amazing that I was so stupid. You can't report an issue to customer service because it doesn't exist. I challenge anyone that reads this to click on the customer service links on the app... They don't work, they take you in loops. My banker gave me the American office for ali express and guess what?.... The number doesn't actually exist!!! Even my banker was laughing about how bad these con artists are. This website and app should be shut down. I'm reporting this fraud to the FBI. Shame on the App Store for allowing this kind of scam to take place. BEWARE

Hello everyone I just want to tell you to NOT give this site Aliexpress your personal identification, like your security card front and back of a credit card, your drivers license number and photo. This site is very questionable because of its system of appealing orders. Let's say you use a credit card with a different billing address then your shipping address, Ali express will flag your order and make you appeal the order in order to receive the product. They then ask you for a picture of your drivers license with the number and a picture of the front and back of the credit card. I think this is ludicrous because this is pure fraud. How do I know if they're not stealing my personal identification in order to hack my identity? I would not recommend this site if you don't want to give up your personal identification for an appeal. Instead of appealing I simply just made a new account and place the same order and got my item shipped.

The clothes are all really good quality it's nice if you sort the results by orders because then you can see if the seller is reliable and pictures that Boxell patrons of the site have posted so you can see with the item actually looks like. Note that Asian sizes are really small so it's best order one to two sizes larger than what your actual size is that's just how it is like don't consider yourself an extra extra large in real life because it's just the small sizes and play.

They have "designer" brands but hey why pay more for the same look!

Just a tip make sure you ask the seller to ship through the packet it's best for the United States because it's a partnership with the United States postal service so you'll always have your item trucks and it will get there within two weeks.

Ok , first you have to know how to buy on Aliexpress , meaning if your new to Aliexpress buy from sellers that only have over 30-50 positive feedback scores and read those reviews. I have had only 2 problems in over 300 purchases from different sellers on Aliexpress . One problem resulted in a full refund and I kept the goods for free do to the seller shipping an item that was other than their listed product, (this is in Aliexpress legal docs) the other was lost in customs and the seller shipped another one as soon as I informed them, it arrived and 65 days later the other arrived as well after customs decided to release it. 2 for 1 ha ah . You gotta have patients and know shipping speeds very from registered to privet or e-packet. You get what you pay for and that means if you like it , read reviews before you order ! Also some sellers have the same items for sale at 30-60% less so don't be lazy, search out that price point you are looking for. Quality can very greatly by seller as well , so again read reviews to see. If no reviews , I would say pass, you are taking a chance , but it may pay off. I have had a great time on Aliexpress and have found some great prices and products! Good luck

Ok. I’m not saying that this app itself is bad, but there was no where on the website where I could leave feedback so I’m posting it here to save everyone trouble. I order some halloween type costumes that I was going to use for a dance competition. I had to order 6. They were delivered within 6 days which was awesome! But however, when I opened them, they were obviously child’s sizes when the description clearly stated women’s/ladies. Even the size chart looked like a general size chart you would find for any other women’s size product. And so I’m trying to get a refund, there is no number to call. They didn't include a return form. And I am having to file a “dispute” and provide photo evidence that the tops were not true to the size described. And they are messaging me back saying stuff like the M/L and L/XL are the same size and refusing my request. I’m like “HELLO, THAT’S WHAT I’M TRYING TO TELL YOU.” Anyways the whole refund process is EXTREMELY complicated and I just wanted to share my experience. The Company I ordered from that sold through here was Walson Collection.

Today is March 18th and I have been dealing with an issue since Thanksgiving. First off I didn't get my merchandise although I paid for it at the time of purchase and because I didn't file a dispute quick enough the merchant got to keep my money even though he agreed he never sent me anything. Their systems won't allow them to give the money back as a refund after the dispute phase expires. My story, we were on vacation (the items were purchased for this once in a lifetime trip and guaranteed to arrive before our departure) and I just assumed the merchandise was delivered to my home so why would I waste time while on vacation to dispute. I tried working with the merchant but he couldn't do anything because their systems don't work like that. I talked with 5-8 reps over a 2 1/2 week period with promises that everything was being escalated. I gave up after 3 weeks and contacted my credit card company. My credit card company finally had to file a fraud claim. I received the credit but I'm still waiting for Aliexpress to fulfill their promises for the issues and the hours and hours of time spent trying to resolve. I can assure you based on my experience they never will. Beware beware beware!

When I came across this app it seemed too good to be true and that usually means it is BUT I was willing to give them a shot as I have somewhat decent history buying from China. Now I have purchased several items and I can say this: your buying cheap mostly knockoff items folks( save for a few things I purchased that came in the original packaging) what did you expect? To keep prices that low of course they use cheaper parts and if you happily bought them then you at least virtually agreed you understood what you were buying. Now yes I've had the same issues with shipping time takes forever and that tracking number is garbage unless you wanna pay for DHL which is an extra 25-49 dollars depending on said item, which defeats the purpose of cheap. Your taking a gamble either way item could be great or it could be a horrible experience, you have to ask yourself: Do I feel lucky?

Overall this is a good app, and I haven't had problems with this app until recently. I will try to contact a seller by sending a message, but after I send the message, the conversation disappears. I have deleted an re-download the app to make sure it wasn't a weird bug, but it kept doing it. The same thing also happened to multiple other sellers when I tried to contact them. Also, I was in the process of ordering a hockey jersey, and after I had entered my payment info, I went to check to see if it went through. I looked at the tab "orders awaiting payment" and saw the jersey I had just ordered was waiting for payment. Assuming that the information didn't save or something I proceeded to re-enter my payment information. Checking the same "orders awaiting payment" it now said that I had two items awaiting payment, both being the same jersey. I cancelled both orders so I did not get charged for both. I will not be ordering anything until these bugs are fixed.

Update: after ordering 30+ items as a test, I've found suppliers consistently break the rules, AliExpress Will Not Become The Alibaba of Retail Online Sales, They Just Don't Understand How To Deliver Consumer Services To The Western World. It is possible they will learn from this first experiment and make adjustments to bring the suppliers in-line and weed out the scammers, but that will be another day and another app.

Pros: I love this concept, let Americans buy direct and bypass the U.S. companies that have been ripping the consumers off for years, make them pay for sending all the jobs offshore. The jobs are gone, they won't be coming back so while the companies are down, kick them by using sites like eBay and Aliexpress.

Cons:

1. Enable sellers to sabotage buyers when something's not right, by empowering seller to approve any problems.

2. Sellers can refund on items never delivered and still make money on kickback of portion of shipping cost from China postal service, so no real incentive for seller to deliver on goods or resolve issues.

3. No coherent shipping plan, just however you can and whenever you can.

4. Many of the sellers don't really have access to the items inventories, thus the long delivery times, they are not real businesses , just scammers trying to make a few extra bucks

5. Aliexpress has no customer service, At All, zero, zip, nil

They have some of the best high quality products for a affordable price. I ordered hair from them that lasted me over a year and still was in great shape . I only paid $140 for 3 full bundles I never even use all of the hair with sewing in a full head . So this time I purchased 2 for just $108 . You can not beat that ! They also are always having deals or coupons you can get for the hair. Shipping is extremely fast also hasn't taking longer then 3 days to get to me . Also customer service is an A+ they always get back to you and answer any questions you need . They also send a thank you out for purchasing from them. I love aliexpress and already have and will keep purchasing from them (:

I love AliExpress, especially the mobile version because you get a small discount on an item since you're using the app. Just take your time in deciding which item to buy as there are some that are exactly the same but significantly cheaper. Read reviews of the items, don't rush an order if you don't want it as I once canceled an order since I found a cheaper version of the same exact item and it took about 3 days I believe for the refund. So choose wisely and make sure what you get is what you really want! Overall a magnificent app and store with a variety of products <3

I buy stuff from them because it is cheaper than most places but you buy at your own risk. I ordered 24 items with different quantities. From all of that 1 I never received and two were shipped short. I don't mind to wait long and I don't order items I need right away. But when they short ship you, they expect you to go to the post office to chase after it. And when they short ship, you need to spent hours of valuable time to prove they short shipped you. They rely on the fact that a person like me doesn't do all their ask go $2 item so you get screwed and you pay almost what it costs here in U.S. Ali Express doesn't provide you any means for them to take ownership. They should have a rating for their supplier to show the frequent offender of short ships etc so people know who to order from But Ali Express only takes the money and really don't care about customer service. After I gave a bad rating to one supplier of reusable K-Cup, since it wasn't fitting the machine, I was being Harassed by supplier for giving them the bad rating.

I absolutely adore this app!! Better than Ebay or any other online store like this I've found. I've found dupes of some great items for insanely cheap, and, after buying 20+ items (most for a dollar or less), I can happily say I've not yet had a problem. It may take a few weeks for the stuff to get to you, but it is top quality for the price. Just make sure to check reviews and see what others say about the product. My only suggestion: I would love for, instead of completely messing up your list when a wish list item stops selling, the app to show you a similar piece of jewelry like ebay does with their wish lists. It would make it much easier to put together and keep a wish list. Overall, beautifully designed for easy usage and great things!!

I have had nothing but positive experiences on here, and it's because I use it carefully! So here are the steps to ensure successful shopping on aliexpress:

1. Contact the seller before you buy! Ask to see a picture of the item in real life, NOT just a stock photo. Credible sellers will be happy to oblige; everyone I've interacted with has been sweet as can be.

2: Buy items with lots of feedback and lots of orders. There's probably a reason the item isn't very popular if it has less than 5 orders, zero feedback, or terrible feedback. (Then again, I have bought a sweater with zero orders and been pleased with the product, but if you go out on a limb like that, you have to be prepared to chalk up a loss if it doesn't go well, so I wouldn't go for anything pricy and/or anything you don't absolutely love.)

3. Compare and contrast! There will often be multiple items that are exactly the same from different sellers. Don't JUST but the lowest $$$, check our the reviews and see if there's a difference in quality/shipping time.

Basically, do your research and use common sense and shopping here will be great. Low prices, a user friendly app and free shipping on almost all items; it's the best.

Every time I place an order it says "for some reason, we need more time to verify your order". And yes, this is AFTER I paid already. And we're talking less than $100 spent. I mean I would understand maybe if it was a $1,000 order or something but really. One time they rejected my order all together! I tried to pay with 2 different credit cards that were in good standing with plenty of credit and they rejected my orders! Just like that for NO REASON. I had to go and buy everything over again and then they demanded PROOF that it was me ordering! They wanted photos of the front and back of my credit cards, a photo I.D., proof of address.... Never have I been so angry and inconvenienced just trying to pay for something that I bought!!! Like I said these were all fairly low amounts and never anything over $400. Absolutely ridiculous. And this is the site ITSELF, not the sellers. ... which is a whole other list of complaints in itself.

I love this app to keep track of my orders but prefer the desktop site to look at items and place orders. Since people seem to be reviewing the actual website, I will share my experiences too. I've had mostly great experiences with Ali Express. I've found custom made things at very reasonable prices. That being said, I'm sure there are the usual number of scammers and/or miscommunications given the international sellers and buyers. I had one instance last year where a seller only sent me 2 jackets instead of 3. It was a little bit of a headache but I think it was due to the language barrier. From what I've seen this year, the site seems to be encouraging the sellers to communicate more and their translations of the messages seem better. Just use caution, read reviews, and leave reviews for your transactions. It really is a great site if you use it right.

Really low price stuff.. The plus to me is that they have hard to find things. Shipping is free but it takes like a month.. No biggie just order way ahead.: always read descriptions and reviews.. Please always leave feedback with pictures.. It's so helpful to find reviews with pictures!! Always order by measuring not by "size" always keep up with AliExpress protection time. They have 24/7 live chats they can advise u on ur orders.. Always open disputes before ur AliExpress time is up.: that way u secure to get ur money back before it is released to seller. Seller does not get money back until the time expire or if u click it as received. Keep track of ur stuff. The app is nice but for live chats u need to go on website.. Love it shopping there I find stuff there that ppl sell in IG advertised shops or etsy for like 3 times the value PLUS shipping.. Yeah..

This is a Chinese wholesale site, and as such, it can offer RIDICULOUSLY cheap products at the cost of having to wait a while for shipping and less-than-fluent communication with sellers. As a result it's wise to download and use this app with a grain of salt; you get what you pay for, so if you're desperate to save a bunch of money, you should expect a less-than-ideal experience. Personally, I am more than happy to wait a few weeks for things I spent less than $10, including shipping! I've never had a bad experience; the only downside of using AE is the wait for shipping, and the likelihood of not being understood should you try to communicate with the sellers. Using the app has made it easy for me to track my items, however, so at least I know I'm actually getting them. AE is the best site I've ever chanced upon and I use it to buy all kinds of things that aren't worth spending a lot of money on!

The prices for everything on this website are cheap but beware that you do get what you paid for. Also if you are buying clothing but at least 2 sizes up unless you know for sure you are a size 0-4. I bought a hair curler from this website that is a copy of the nume which works great. I also bought a lot of clothes but many of them were not the correct size or description. The sellers are very hard to communicate and do not care about you at all. I have to send 5 emails and finally turn it into a huge dispute in order for aliexpress to do anything. There is no backup from the website if you need help or would like to make a refund. Even though it says you can make a refund I have found the sellers will fight you to not return and give a $2 coupon. As if that compensates in any way at all. Most of these sellers are China wholesale sellers who do not understand English and ignore your concerns. I will definetely never buy anything from here again. I have also had 5 orders closed due to suspicious activity. That is way to many canceleded orders for me.

Compared to eBay, AliExpress is a mess. It is difficult to trace order status, vendors are useless in communicating with buyers, and shipments to USA take F O R E V E R!!! AliExpress won't take PayPal, which makes it risky to pay with credit cards.

I did several orders on AliExpress about 2-3 weeks ago, and none have arrived as of yesterday. One is still in the first stage by the vendor to get the item shipped! This is intolerable. If I don't receive my orders shortly, this will be the last time ordering anything from AliExpress!

Update: it's now almost 4 weeks and two orders have not yet arrived. I noted that I paid for EMS or DHL shipping, but the seller shipped by China Post, which is the cheapest way to ship and takes the longest. He pocketed the difference in price.

This kind of dishonesty has ruined aliexpress... I hope they realize it. I don't think I'll ever order from aliexpress again.

Update #2: the other aggravating thing is that automatic tracking like on eBay does not exist on AliExpress. They expect you to find the tracking number, if one exists, and then seek out an app that lets you enter a tracking number for tracking information.

All in all AliExpress needs work in order to become a world class e-seller.... Starting with the honesty of its sellers and turning attention to shipping speed to the USA and improving the customer interface with regard to minimizing complexity with the app.

I don't understand any of the complaints, I've had no problems w/ app functionality at all. I can delete items I've chosen by swiping them like songs from my playlist. I can enlarge photos by stretching them out just like from my photo albums,& any category filter I use always works. If you complain about the wait then order from a warehouse some place closer than China! I've received most of my items within seven days and in perfect condition. I'd recommend this app to everyone like me! And the vendor feedback and response is great! Why wouldn't they be super cool? They want our return business you guys! …try it and if you have any issues I can tell you what you're doing wrong,trust me😄

This is a site filled with glitches. You will need to go between the classic site on your computer and the app constantly because the app cannot do or complete most functions. This is not a user friendly app. Firstly, you cannot enlarge images in the Description of the product. Who wants to but something from a one inch image without being able to expand it. Next, in the proct image- you can expand but they have a serious glitch as the image expands OFF OF THE SCREEN- so you cannot see the entire thing. Another issue, is that you cannot file a dispute or access other of your important information through the app version. Always have a computer handy because this app is a zero! Yet, Another issue there are various "submit" buttons throughout the site for various functions and you can press them one hundred times and they will not work. Another doozy is you can search for items by "Price range"- I invite you all to test that as it will 100% never work accurately. Aliexpress - for a multi billion dollar valuation- is a total mess and most glitches could be fixed by high-schoolers!

I'm definitely back and forth on this site. I like the customer service I get from vendors, and prices are decent. However, orders take FOREVER! The site is complicated. For example I cannot delete something from my cart, there is a shirt in there that I don't want but I can't find a way to delete it so I constantly have a notification on my app, I have something in my orders waiting to be paid for, however I'm not trying to purchase it, I already purchased one. It told me to confirm shipment so I clicked the tab to see what it was, was i confirming I want them to ship it? No I was confirming I received it when it hasn't even been shipped yet, and I had no way of going back out of the tab so I had to proceed then contact the seller. Why is there an option to confirm with a notification on it, if it hasn't even been shipped yet? I've been waiting 20 days for me 15 day purchase and the seller said it could be another 20-30 days when I emailed her. Insane. Definitely a flawed app.

I really love this app. The prices are wonderful depending on the seller. It's like eBay but cheaper and better communication. Anything that ships Epacket is delivered (in US) in about a week. Anything china post mail is 6-10 weeks! but that's completely up to you to choose.

I really love that I can send whatever I'm buying to ANY address so I can buy for someone else or send a gift to a friend, which as cheap as some items are-you could buy for the whole family for the price of 1! Be smart though and check the buyers feedback, rating, ect! Because just like eBay, there are scammers sneaking around!

My only extreme annoying, makes me want to throw my phone, problem with it is that the server crashes. ALL THE TIME. Could just be my phone but I've deleted and re-installed the app with the same problem. It says "server error." "Can't connect to server" "server is busy". Drives me crazy because I save items to my wish list at night so I don't have to pull my credit card info out of my wallet, and then try to purchase in the morning...or afternoon...or evening! And it won't show ANYTHING I've saved. I'll try for hours until it finally miraculously works again. I've tried on wifi, without wifi, phone off, phone on, cancel app, delete app, and so on. But like I said-my iPhone hates me so could just me my app.

Aliexpress and its built in shopping cart, unlike the few other import listing sites, has been a great source of manufacturing items I can't get cheaply in the US. The tiny screws that hold phones and laptops together are about a tenth the price of US suppliers. The common FedEx or DHL options are great for prototyping projects. The variety of materials on the site is extremely useful as I develop new jewelry making ideas.

Alas this app is missing the option to search within a supplier's shop instead of searching the whole site. It's also unable to locate a shop by name. The web site shopping cart failed on my favorite iPhone browser but now I can't narrow down items in the shop I entered by locating it in my order history.

It's certainly a professional app though, and the continuous scrolling is efficient. I kind of wish it had a gallery view too though, for real power scrolling through hundreds of items. Tabs would be nice too, you know like a browser, but I guess I'll just switch to one of my backup browsers instead then.

I am new to online shopping, as I prefer to see & touch what I'm buying. Despite this, I went online looking for a tutu for my daughter's ballet solo. What I found was a plethora of costumes, each more beautiful than the last. I had A LOT of questions & was very pleased with the responses provided. The tutu was delivered to us in Michigan from China in record time. It had been made to my daughter's exact size & fit perfectly. The stitching, fabric, and colors were top of the line and the overall quality completely surpassed my expectations. I was so pleased with their product & service that I've ordered a protective tutu bag & 10 colored garment bags for other dance costumes from them. Again, the service has been top notch. I think I'm hooked on this app!

I am new to this app, but I've found it to be very resourceful. It's very easy to search, browse, and purchase a huge variety of goods. I personally can compare it to work similarly to eBa* and Ama*on, specifically in finding related or similar items. I recommend adding it to your device in addition to other shopping apps you currently use. It provides you with the ability to buy singly or in multiple amounts, even bulk, at greatly reduced prices when purchased in quantity. In some cases, I've found items here that I have yet to see in other sites. It's definately worth a shot.

A great feature, however missing, would be refining your searches by price, like the aforementioned eBa*. Also, zoomable and scalable photos of the product, for ensuring you on what your viewing. It would be nice if those were added, though I am completely satisfied as is.
