Can’t locate church
I can’t seem to get past the Find My Church section. I’m not sure if there is a current glitch but I can’t continue setting up my account without finding my church. HELP.

Timely & Fresh
I coach a team of 20+ volunteers in the Childrens ministry at the church I attend and I recommend this app as often as I can. The emails and notifications are always relevant and timely. Organized, thoughtful and meaningful
I just downloaded this app about a week ago after getting a message from my church. I signed my kids up quickly and used the app to show them a message code and read from the daily devotional then when we watched the message from church all were tied together. My children were even inspired to find the messages from the Bible on their own. Well done!

What I’ve been looking for!
What an amazing app this is. There are so many things to love about this app but for me the two that stands out is how the devotional are curated for different age groups so it is easy to get my children reading the Bible and all the resources they provide for the whole family. I am so happy I came across this app.

Just what I need
I don’t need a whole bunch of ideas about just motherhood, or just kids activities or just kids milestones and eating habits. I need a whole bunch of ideas about all of it because it’s all encompassed in parenting! Oh and I need it all to be rooted in the same faith that I’m raising my kids in. That’s why I love Parent Cue. And it’s true that you’ll read emails from people or companies you want to read emails from so keep it up Parent Cue! Those of use who aren’t on social media appreciate the email connection point!

Thankful
There are apps to help parents through all kinds of child development. But especially when the pandemic started last year, I realized that I had been relying a lot on our church nursery and Sunday school to teach our kids about faith. I wanted something that would give practical advice on how to help your child grow in their faith from infancy on to keep me on track, especially while we were having to stay home. This is that resource! My kids will actually watch the videos! They’re actually learning the memory verses and prompt question and answers. I know the stuff presented is theologically solid. I am so thankful to have discovered this resource. 5+ stars :)

Wonderful teaching tool
Such a great resource for teaching your kids about God. I love that there are themes to reinforce the topic over the course of weeks. It makes having a routine Bible lesson with my kids so easy. My 5 and 2 year old love it! And I love that they are learning God’s word and promises in their heart.

Parent Cue is great
They have excellent content that age specific for each child. My daughter loves watching the videos and it makes it much more fun for her to get in the habit of turning to the Word and the Lord for guidance on everything! Also the resources, challenges and articles are excellent! I love this app I heard about it from my church. Last thing the weeks of influence they list really help put in perspective the limited amount of time we have before they 18. I do know my influence will continue past that point however it’s still very important.

Great resource!
I am a grandparent raising a teenager. Although I’ve been through raising a child before; many things (most especially technology & the part it now plays in our children’s lives) have changed. I find that there are also different & often more encouraging approaches than some of the tools we had in the past. I enjoy every podcast segment & appreciate the encouraging weekly texts. I share them with other parents I cross paths with & it benefits others in the community. I’m so glad our youth pastor thought to share information on this program with the parents in our group. Best Parent Tool Invented
As a children’s minister, I am always on the lookout for quick ways to encourage parents. Settling for the idea that everyone is just busy is not acceptable. If I received news that my child had a terminal illness, EVERYTHING would stop while we worked to follow a plan. We have a spiritual terminal illness and PARENT CUE is the answer.

We are a huge fan!
We were introduced to this program through our prior church, and have absolutely loved it. We loved the weekly guidance on how to encourage our beloveds to the Lord, reminders on how to lOve on them, our “time left” until college (or 18), and the encouraging videos for the preschoolers and up.
We had a period of time we couldn’t get the parentcue app and it was very disappointing for our family (we had old software), but once we updated it was really lovely to have it back again.

Amazing app
As a new mother this app is a great reminder of how to keep God in my daily communication with my son. I love that I have a weekly focus and activity that deepen my son’s knowledge of God. This app is an amazing way to communicate Gods love with my son. I love that the prayers are always focused on what I truly want for my son. I love that this app continues to remind me of how much time I have left before my son is “grown”. This keeps me focused on how much time I have to teach him about the love of God and being a Godly man.

Great advice (+age specific)
One section for each child with specific advice to their age. Sometimes it tells me things I already knew, and those can be the MOST valuable because knowing something and being “mindful” of it when interacting with your children can be two different things - maybe you don’t need reminders, but I do.

It makes me too sad to open.
Glaringly, in your face, they have a count down until your child graduates high school, even saying “until they move on.” How utterly depressing. It doesn’t make me enjoy the current moments but makes me sad about the countdown. Who thought a countdown would be good or encouraging?? You literally can’t open your child’s profile without seeing it. So I’m deleting the app. The information and suggestions are not so life-changing that I need to see that horrific countdown each time I open the app.

No volume
There’s no volume on the app. All the settings are correct and my volume works in every other app. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled and nothing. I was very clear when reporting the problem to customer service that the app
Itself has sound, just not the kids videos. You can hear the podcasts fine, just not the videos. I received the most unhelpful response every to turn on my volume. 🤦🏼♀️ Come on Becky. If I tell you I’ve had your app for months and the videos don’t have sounds, don’t tell me to take my phone off mute.

Fantastic Reminder of what really matters
Each new stage of development for our children is new to them AND to us. If this is the first time through this phase or the fifth, it’s great to be reminded what really matters to our kids at that stage, where they are developmentally so we keep our expectations of them in check, and what kind of questions we can be engaging with them.

Incredible app!!
So this app is sooooo cool! There is so many amazing things about this app that it is very hard to just pinpoint one part of it! I have all of my kids and step kids in the app and it is a reminder for myself that I have so many weeks left with my kids before they are grownups! When I am at my ends wit and feel frustrated I am able to open up the app and it reminds me how blessed I am to have each kid and helps me understand where they are at emotionally mentally and gives me ideas for what I can do to be a better parent! Also for my younger kiddos it has videos that we’re able to watch together! And my kids absolutely love the one on one quality time even if the video is 5 to 7 minutes long it gives enough time for me to be able to give them that and learn with them, and go over scripture with them and pray with them... but it’s not too long to where it takes up all day if you have more than one kiddo! It gives me solid biblical direction- in my home our kids are ages 5-17 which is A LOT of different stages! I have emotional crazy teenagers that are challenging new things and ideas and wanting more freedom and independence and sometimes I’m stuck because of questions or behaviors but I seriously am able to find great ideas and understanding because the app designers really went out of there way to do the research to get every area!! I hope you enjoy as much as I have!!! Super amazing!!

Count don’t
I understand each moment I have with my child is precious. The count down of weeks is a terrible idea. What happens after the count down is over? What an awe full concept. Anyway I can only imagine the teenage years are just about as over influencing my child as the arbitrary 18 year mark. How about the years after where I still lean on my parents for perspective and wisdom?
I’m new to the app and am only still following in hope I caught the week timer as a trial concept. Giving the app the benefit of a doubt. My wife refuses to use the app, and another mother she shared it with rejected the countdown idea.
Please eliminate the count down.

Great reminder
This app is a great reminder of how quickly time goes by. You get so caught up in the day to day business of taking care of your children that you can forget the important things. I had my grandchildren this week & I had forgotten how busy life is with kids. Lol Using this app helped me remember to talk to them about God throughout the day & tell them I love them.

Love this app!
A necessary tool for all parents who want to be in the know when their kid “can’t remember” what they learned in children’s church, or just to help review the lesson during the week, or to catch up on when you miss a service.
My only gripe is that my app freezes every time I try to use Apple’s Airplay and send the video out to my TV, but that could be an Apple issue (or Samsung).

Way we go...
It has come to an App to recognize my grandchildren’s age appropriate material! But it is more precious because it gives information for the individual 8 yr old, 6 yr old, 2 yr old and those waiting to be added, the 2 babies born in the last 4 months! I like the way it relates to the children’s ministry at my church even though only 1 Granddaughter goes to”my church”. I need to use the app more to give the 5 star award.

This app is concise, straight to the point, yet very moving and transforming! It provides the little transitions, sayings, phrases, reminders that we parents need to plant the right seeds in our children. It provides the material that they’re learning at “Sunday school” for us to help it stick the other six days a week.
I can’t believe a tool like this exist and everyday I feel like I’m still under using it - simply incredible!

Great app idea
Love the interaction this allows with parents. Having the ability for kids to watch the lesson videos even while they are out is amazing. Our parents are loving the tips and videos too!
As a ministry leader, I’d like to be able to customize in settings to specify 1 video for the large age group K-5 when you start out with basic. It’s still seems to pull from ages or grades not the group video.

With 3 children you’re life can get busy and remembering things can be a challenge. Connecting the dots
The Parenting Cue App is a wonderful way to interact with your child, no matter their age, as you can help guide them along through different stages of their lives. I am a Children’s Pastor & I’ve been able to use it with my own children, as well as pass it along to the parents of other children. Meeting my spiritual needs
This app helps me to guide my prayers over my children as well as helping me be deliberate in modeling what a Christian looks like. I love how I have exactly what I need to meet each of my 3 kids needs, in a simple, easy to follow format. Realizing that we only have so many weeks to influence our children’s hearts makes me even more motivated to use this app weekly. My church is also using the program with the kiddos so it helps us to stay on the right path all week long. I just love it!

We love this app as a resource for our family. We suggest it to everyone; if your church uses Orange or not. It provides cues for us and then the kids can watch the video as review. I love that I can see exactly what my kids saw and we can talk about it at home.
When looking for a church in our area, we found one that uses Orange with this app.

Good, could be better.
Lots of good emotion coaching and support for teaching life navigating skills. The depth of the spiritual development coaching though seems on target for tiny ones but super light and ineffective for middle grades. Also wish that the podcasts were more like Ted Talks and went straight to the point. Parents need a high content to time ratio and there was way too much chit chat from the hosts to be able to get in enough potent info in the small amounts of time avail here and there to listen.

Fantastic Resource
I cant say enough good things about Parent Cue. I think their content is really engaging and age appropriate. I have a three year old and a one year old and they both love to sit and watch their videos with me (we love the new toddler videos by the way ). Listen to the podcast when you're doing the dishes, read the blog, pay attention to the “remember this” sections and you'll have way better (and more funny) convos with your kids for sure. We just got our next phase books and are pretty stoked to fill them out. Treat yo self. God Bless

Wonderful tool
I absolutely love parent cue! It has helped me to carve out intentional time with my son as well as growing us closer together, spiritually. I can tell my son is thinking about what he is watching and he’s understanding who Jesus is. In a world of technology, I appreciate the content and quality this app brings to my son. I love how this app caters to the age of the child. So often as a parent it’s hard to know what is age appropriate, this app does the hard work for you. It’s enabled me to count my days with my son while I have him, to train him up in the ways of the lord and watch him soar in life. I love it! Easy to use, relevant for both parent and child.

Love it!
I love the app. I love that it gives me talking points to use during the week with my kids to reinforce what they learned on Sunday. I love that it shows me how old the are and how many weeks they have until graduation. It reminds me to not waste time. It’s well organized and easy to use. Good job Orange! You guys are amazing! Perfect fit
I really like the Parent Cue app. I’ve tried various ways to have devotional times with my kids ages 10 and 4. It has often felt forced and not productive. I appreciate that there is a different lesson/video for my 10 year old than my 4 year old. The lessons are well done with up to date talk, themes, dress, etc. I especially appreciate that African American’s are included in the the line up-I could tell my daughter was excited about that. My kids learn these lessons on Sunday and we can go back and watch them once or twice during the week. The conversation starters also help keep the theme going in a natural way during the week. Parent Cue is definitely a perfect fit for us!

Love it, but also needs...
Love all the info on it! I do wish the notifications were more of letting parents know what they should do that day (like watch this video, do this activity, ask this question, etc...). It’s a Parent CUE app, so it ought to actually CUE them on what to do. Having said that, I love everything in the App, the personalization, the incorporation of the legacy countdown, the phase stuff, and still having the weeks lesson. Well done!

Good start
I feel like this app is a good start. For starters, it’s super easy to navigate. I like that it shows you how many weeks you have with your kiddos before they graduate from high school- it kind of puts things in perspective. You get to watch what the kids are watching in Sunday school so you can talk about it later. There’s the monthly memory verse and activity to reinforce the lessons, too.
The additional parent blog and podcast are nice resources- my kids are little-little, so it’s easy to get caught up and forget that they’re still new to EVERYTHING.
I wish it had an option to add more activities or memory verses. I’m seeking for any tips to put God’s word into tangible actions that they can understand and connect to. (I.e. giving them honey to eat while saying good words and vinegar while saying unkind things.) And they’re little sponges, I know they can handle more than one memory verse a month.

Must-have for parents
I love this app! Being able to easily scroll through each of my kids (all in different phases) is so helpful. My kids love getting to review their story from last week, and they know right where to find it. I also like the way the Phase ideas are being incorporated. This is one of my favorites!

Stay in touch with your children
I love that I can see what my children may be learning at church or talk to them about what they learned. For example, there is an educational bible video I can watch that my child watched in Sunday school. A memory verse is provided along with tips on how to relate the verse to everyday life. Finally I like being reminded how much longer I have until my children graduate so I can make every moment count! :)

User-friendly, amazing resource
We have really benefited from this streamlined version of several resources. Instead of having to go to several different apps and/or blogs, we are able to use this app to hit the highlights for our kids in multiple phases. This also allows us to further connect with our church and our kids' small group leaders, keeping the conversations going and building relationships with those we entrust our kids to on the weekends. Wonderful parent resource!
One of the things I love about this App is that even though my church uses a different curriculum it still helps me to be more intentional with my 10th and 12th grader. The phase content, the countdown to graduation, the conversation starters, the Cues at certain times of the day... they all help me to parent with intentionality and it's all right there on my phone. Yay for easy!

Love the Updates
As a parent with kids in three of the four phases, I love the chance to have all of my kids in the same place with their pictures and profiles. Love how it all connects to the Orange curriculum and parent cues the church hands out too! This is a GREAT update to the ParentCue app. Thanks, Orange for keeping parents in the loop with how they can help their kids grow in faith!

LOVE it!
If you want to be the best parent you can be, download this app right now! So excited about this. Parent Cue has the best resources out there, and it's free! The week markers help you keep perspective with how much time you have left with your kiddos. I also love that the content is geared toward each age, with different ways to engage and interact with your kids.
My only suggestion, or thing I wish was better, is the video playback. It doesn't seem to have to option to rotate to make larger.

Awesome Parent Resource
I love the new app! It allows easy viewing of information and the ability to flip between several children. The integration of the "Just a Phase" shows just how precious the time with our children is and how quickly it can pass by. Our church recommends this to parents on a weekly basis to stay in top of what kids are learning in Creek Kids. Great job!

Love the Updated App!
I love the new Parent Cue App with it's integration with the legacy app. It makes it easy to review the main things my kids are learning at church and is helping us all memorize Bible verses. I also appreciate the ease of switching between my preschooler and elementary kiddos. Finally the addition of the 'just a phase' is a easy to try tool or encouragement. For parents just starting to become the primary disciple makers in their home this is an easy and helpful app. For those of us who have been disciplining all along it is a quick and easy help when life gets busy and overwhelming!

Terrible update
The new update is terrible. The last thing I need is for my toddlers to fight over who's profile we watch the video under. I also don't like how only the current weeks video is the only one we can view...and what happened to the memory verse videos?! Those were so important to my kids! Especially my child with a speak disorder that can't actually verbally speak bible verses...the videos were great because she could at least do the actions when I would repeat the verses to them.
Lastly, you can no longer turn your phone horizontally to make the video larger, which is a pretty basic function.

Not a fan of the new version.
I absolutely LOVED the former version of the app and it was a big selling point in getting my church to switch to Orange curriculum. With the update it seems like they removed most of the content and really paired the whole thing down. Instead of different sections (cuddle time, bath time, etc) and layers of depth everything is summarized in one brief page. There's no consistency between the look of curriculum Parent Cue handouts and the new app. In fact, the sections themselves have different titles now. For example, the memory verse is now called 'remember this' (and it no longer includes the video with the motions)... I'm really hoping this is just a rough change over and that more things will be added in as the month moves on.
