How to create a bottle:
Touch the “beach” button to go to the beach ,then touch the “write” to create a new bottle. You can choose your favorite letter paper and bottle here, then write what you want to say.
How to get bottles:
You can walk along the beach to search bottles by finger, or touch the dog icon let it help you pick bottles.

Talk to people from around the world in multiple languages! Built in translator!
As of March 27th this app has fixed all known glitches. This app is literally the only app that I have ever been able to rate at 5 stars.
Your messages that you throw out into the ocean go to multiple users so there's no need to spam people for contact. You'll get a lot of fun and worthwhile conversations. There's a lot of room for customization that you can change at any time.
You can talk to people from all over the world and not worry about language barriers because there is an inbuilt translator that you can use.
You get what you put into this application tenfold. For once I literally have no complaints. This app is the best dollar you could ever spend on your iPod, hands down. I couldn't be happier.

Good but.....
I like it but now I'm getting spam bottles from people that don't seem to be getting any bottles they ask for replies like 10 in a row. Ok here's the glitch people .....
Have any of u blacklisted any1 ? If yes the u need to download the lite version of this app becuz it don't blacklist
Check the beach on the lite version and u may find a bottle from some1 u blacklisted it's blocking all other bottles since u collect bottles in order of received since it's from a blacklisted person it won't be delivered but all other bottles will be blocked as well
Like the app but this needs to be fixed.

Good why it lasted
I got this app a few months ago and absolutely loved it! I've talked to so many new people, but then there was the updates. Granted they were nice ( add friend, translate) but now it doesnt work and I've lost contact with all those people. My friend who I attempted to add has never shown up and the only bottles I receive are from some guy I keep black listing who seems to still get through some how. This was my fav app but sad to say has definitely lost it's touch. Please update or go back to original before all the big changes. If you can fix this with all the fancy updates this app will stay at the top of the charts.

Well, I thought this app was goingvto be really good based on reviews so I bought it. I have send bottles out with responses. I have received 4 bottles in a week and 3 of those were from the same repeating user (like an add) I would have rather donated my dollar to charity or something....

I don't usually review apps, but this one is an exception. It's a very cool way to meet people from all around the world. I'd like to see this app supported so it can achieve its full potential.
The only issue is that the app is crash prone. I have a message that crashes the app every time. Please fix crashing and server delays and this app will gain a HUGE following.

Pretty good but crashes
I met a lot of people from England which is cool, I'm friends with them on Facebook now lol. But recently it crashes when I try to read bottles, so please update and it would be perfect

It keeps saying server error whenever I reply! Fix that ASAP! New message themes would be awesome down the road.
This is a total rip-off of Distant Shore, except with worse graphics. The message's looks are a lot better on this app though, and I do like certain features better, so it would be a 5 star app if it actually worked properly. Really great try for v1.0 though! Nice job guys, keep it up!

Pretty cool
Pretty cool app. Had no problems for like a week. Now.... Every time I want to reply to a message I received it says server error. I can still send new messages. But I want to tlk to my friends!!!!

I love this app!
This app is amazing but it is very buggy though. It seems to be very slow on wi-fi but works fast on 3G which is weird. I've only encountered one immature person and I just didn't respond to their message. Everyone else has been very nice. This app could really take off if they iron out the bugs and improve it. The concept is genius.

Fun but buggy
Tons of bugs: reappearing messages, whole messages not being displayed, profile and chatlog incorrect mapping, image attach doesn't work, inprogress call bar pushes icons too low to a point that the icons are almost unpressable, can't delete friends, can't view profile images, 7 bottles causes total crash that completely kills the app. Reinstalling is the only way to fix but you lose all data. Probably more bugs but these are the ones I remember.

Ugh!!! FML! Pleeeez fix this app! It crashes a lot! I've downloaded it twice. I have lost contact with some really cool people on here because of it. There should be a button that says "reconnect with friends" or "keep n touch" or "send me a smoke signal so I can find you" or something. I'm just saying! I like this app a lot! It's really cool and a lot of fun when it works!

Great concept
I believe this is a great concept. Few things. A block button would be nice for those annoying people who don't take no for an answer. Being able to make the pictures bigger would be nice. Being able to look for bottles would also be a great feature. Really cute app though.

I love the flexibility with the app and how you never know what you will get. As for the people that say others are rude, they are the minority. The majority of us love the app fir what it is. I would honestly have to say, if this app was monitored or regulated to something like pg-13, almost ALL of the users would discontinue using it. The original idea, is always the best. Thankyou app developers, great idea and great work. :)
