Currently Not Working
I use this app for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege and I do the challenges. I've selected them but I haven't been making progress even when I have done what it has asked. I restarted the app, my phone, logged out and back in, restarted R6, and I've even deselected and re selected the challenges on my Xbox One and still nothing. I'm not sure what is happening but I hope it either fixes itself or gets fixed soon. These challenges are basically the main source of income for the game. Thank you for you time if anyone takes a moment to read this review.

This app is amazing for seeing base stats but y'all really need to add our ranks into the app under stats like y'all have on the website it would be so mych easier to check stuff using only he app that having to get on my computer or go online when im not in a match or at the end of the match to see my points plus it a nucince to have to use both bc i have a smart phone and apps for a reason i give it a 4 for its quality but needs update on the speed at whice it refreshes the stats too it just took me 3 hole hours to tell me i compleated and action and update it on the Ubisoft club app

I would love to keep up on my rank stats and where I'm placed without having to go through a browser (or in-game), but beyond that it's a wonderful tool. I don't have to go add challenges through the interested Ubisoft club they have in-game. Instead I can add challenges while debating with my party whether or not will be doing ranked at the same time as adding my new challenges!

Will Not Load
Very poor app. I have to continually uninstall and reinstall to be able to get the app to open and load. If I exit the app it will not load back up. This is where I have to uninstall/reinstall.

Great app!
I love this app, it allows you to quickly access updates on all your Ubisoft games with ease. You can claim rewards, track achievements, and check up on what live events are going on, and what's new. A must have for anyone that owns a Ubisoft game.

R6 Siege
I love the app to be able to see stats on the games I play! Overall very easy navigation and pretty well designed. However, IF it's a multiplayer game like Siege I'd like to also see my ranked stats and rank. K/d W/L ratios should be separate between casual and ranked. More club unlocks would be nice. More ways to get money on any game would also be nice.

Good app...But!!!
The app is very useful for getting bonus digital items from UbiSoft. I got unique vanity items for my Tom Clancy games. But after the last update I'm being forced to log on almost every time I use the app now. That's really annoying. My they need to add the finger print sign in to fix that issue. Love the app just don't like the repeated sign in's.

Has Real Potential! Good App!
Overall great app! Its exactly what it promises to be. However having a connection to the games themselves would make this even better. An example could be adding a homepage for each game giving individual news and updates. Like having faction war updates from For Honor (Great addicting game!!!)
or perhaps to just create separate companion apps for the more popular games. Just a couple possible ideas that people would like. Anyways good app!

Very clean app, easy to navigate, simple to compare stats against friends, and any other information you'd expect to see in an app like this is available. Works seamlessly with all Ubi games from my experience. Definitely recommend.

Lacks customization
After several updates and it still doesn't allow you to view the app horizontally and also doesn't let you customize your games area (i.e.: small icons, medium icons). It's okay just for viewing your games, that's about it.

Log in issues
Currently locked out of my account. It absolutely refuses to accept my email and password claiming on or the other is wrong, I know for a fact this is not the case. When given the option to choose "Forgot Password" it has me enter my email and claims to have send a link providing a solution to the situation, this however is completely false as I have done it 6 times for over and hour now to no avail. Please fix whatever your log in issue is, it is bring great displeasure to playing games that I once enjoyed.

I have had nothing but success with this app it's one of the better running apps that I have it's never crashed I've never had a problem with it and I like the features that it has it's definitely a huge step up from u play so what's everybody whining about and about the bug thing maybe it's just your phone because I've had zero crashes stalls or anything this is my first review I've ever written in my life and I'm 31 years old from what I can tell probably be my last because most people on here they just want to gripe it's not a real review bunch of spoiled greedy punks SMH

Features under the stats that include maybe a current trend in your gameplay. or what's your current best operator. Would love to see like last 20 game stats. Or have an option to toggle the amount of games. Idk just some thoughts. I like to look at all the stats part of my game.

It's great for what it does do but it would be a 5 star app if we could send messages and read our messages from our uplay friends list and choose which console to view like I play Siege on PC and PS4. I'd like to view each ones stuff!

I don't really understand the purpose of this app. Is anyone so excited to see their progress in Ubisoft games that they need to check it on their iOS device... when they already see it during gameplay? Change your avatar --> go to Ubisoft in browser! Shop for games --> go to iTunes App Store! Want to see videos of Ubisoft gameplay --> nope. LoLwut..

No reason ....
I just see no reason why my email for Facebook connect has to be enabled. Well, no that's not exactly true. The only reason I can see for it is so they can send me unsolicited emails with news and offers.
I won't continue with an app or game that makes it mandatory for me to provide my email.
I'm already interested in these games or I never would have downloaded this companion app.

Don't what everyone is complaining about how it doesn't load. I just downloaded this to get stuff for Farcry 4 and it loaded up very quickly.

Inconvient app
This app would be better if there were notifications for messages or friend requests. As it is now you have to open the app to check for activity which is pretty lame. Also if you switch to another app and back to Uplay you have to wait for the login process again as if you had closed the app which is also lame. Ubisoft can do better.

Then facebook made update and now the app just cycles, over and over between its self and Facebook.. And trying to find a Point of contact to let the app writer know its broken..
--solved the problem by removing the Facebook application access and logging into the app manually. Still a pain, with the facebook error, won't close or crash problem.

Bugged
This app is not well supported for the iPad. You will fail on attempting to log in but it does seem to work on at least the iPhone4 (tested and proven on both accounts) and I cannot say for certain but it may just be an iPhone only app. The company is not doing anything to fix this known issue so do not expect a fix. However, if you log in on your iPhone then on your iPad it should work or at the very least, it did for me, go figure.

Horrible app
Twice now I have had my progress destroyed. The first time this happened, they lost my premium status and wiped all progress. I contacted ubi who at least restored my premium version. So I started over and had over half of the missions completed...
The second time was with an update, that 'restored' my game to what it was before they lost my information the first time-- essentially wiping all my progress again! So frustrating!
You will never complete all the missions on this app- so just give up now completionist friends... Those little blue chests just aren't worth it.

Potential... If it didn't crash every time I opened it!
I like the possibility of getting more content, but every time I go to assassins creed unity in "my games" it crashes. I'm using the latest iPhone, so I know the processing power is there.
Also I wish that I could manage my avatar in the app instead of going to the website, where once again... Surprise surprise... It crashes my iPhone.
I love assassins creed, ubisoft makes great games! There is much potential to take gaming to another level with this and the companion apps. Please, please, they've got to work!

I go to redeem points to purchase an assassin working in conjunction with the Unity app. I can't get past selecting which game I want access before it crashes. And it crashes every. single. time.
You'd think they'd have their **** more together the week after launch. It seems like Uplay gets worse with each major release. Ubisoft - you make money hand over fist. Work on your infrastructure!

I find it easy to use and it helps to see what games I have fully completed but every time I go onto certain game the app exits out. It needs to be worked on for it to be a good app but so far it's just been sitting there not doing anything.

UPlay has never been perfect and this app is evidence of that. For something that ties in to so many of Ubisoft's IPs, you'd think they'd invest more into it. UPlay is a really cool idea, so is Initiates, but they need to work better. Currently, for me, the app crashes whenever attempting to navigate to the Unity page. Would love to not have to type in my account details each time I utilize the app. Thanks Ubisoft!

Unless there has been no major release in the last 4 months, it hardly works. I've never been able to use it on launch day/week. Which is when these "complimenting" apps are most useful. I've had Uplay since day 1 when it cost money, and ubisoft has really dropped the ball these past few years when it comes to any kind of second screen experience. Shame.

Can't eve sign into my account! Also when I was playing Assassin's Creed Rogue and went to redeem a reward for finishing Sequence 1 I didn't get my points! What gives?! I got the message saying Uplay Points rewarded! But when I logged in (on the main menu of AC Rogue) my points stayed at 10 instead of increasing to 20! What the hell! Whoever runs Uplau better give us complimentary points for this #%*€ storm of a problem!

No friend support? Seriously?
I downloaded this app solely because I expected to be able to add and manage Uplay friends at a minimum. Imagine my shock when there is no way to see friends let alone add new ones. As far as I can tell, this app is next to useless other than for seeing how many Uplay points you have for each game. If they add this support into the app, I'll change my review. Until then, don't even bother with it.

It's a good app but for some reason it doesn't show tc's splinter cell conviction in my games even though I have and played the game and my brothers account doesn't show any games that he's played from ubisoft like assassins creed so please Fix the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Underwhelming
This app is useful for keeping track of your games and points, and it does those elegantly and without bugs, but it's not good for much else. There is zero social integration. I can't even check my friends requests or send any of my existing friends messages, which seems to me like extremely basic functionality. Come on, Ubisoft, if you want to compete with steam then you've got to up your game.

Most useless concept for an app
Basically allows you to keep track of earned points and spent points and earned rewards and other game info...in other words it's useless you can't really do anything new with it that you couldn't do the last time you played a game off your PC because it shows you points and rewards as you earn it and exit a game so what function does this app apply Anyway you can't play those games on an iOS device

I am beyond thrilled with the loading screen; the only accessible screen this app currently provides. With Assassins Creed 4's launch being a few days ago, you would think it would be a priority to get this app functional. This desperately needs a fix. Soon.

Uplay cant keep track
I dont like much uplay since it wont keep track of ur games uplay points.
I play ios assasins creed and log to uplay and it show i got 85 uplay points then log in to uplay app and it only show 70 and i have experience this with pther ubisoft games. So im not fan of this uplay thing since ubisoft hasnt fix the glitches on it. But i like AC

I don't know what some people are expecting. It's an app that gives you access to your uplay account. It does this very well. It also has news, tips and tricks for your games as well as some social media stuff. I like it.

Ubisoft has another perfect idea
I love this. I used to not be able to use Uplay on my 360 until I got the slim. Now, I can use it on my PS3 when I get all six Assassin's Creed videogames. The only Uplay drawback is the loading of the application on the consoles. Now, I can just redeem points on the phone app, sign in on the console, and have the rewards. THANX UBISOFT!!!!!

This is cool much better than waiting for Uplay to load during a game. The only thing is what about people who own iPads? I would like to have this app on my iPad. Keep in mind Ubisoft, you should make an iPad version of this app.

Can you please fix it so i could buy addons for games and wallpapers with my Uplay points on my Ipod! I have a 4g and the app wont allow me to shop.

Great Way to Keep Track of Your Uplay Stuff
If you're an avid gamer looking to keep track of your uplay points and rewards, than this app is for you! I personally play a good number of ubisoft games so this app let's me check out all the free content for all games. It also has a uplay help section to check out videos of tough spots in the game and any little tips and tricks. Overall great app!!!
