Best timer I use
I have this app on a 4s Iphone that is only for kids to play apps under now, under a different Apple ID. It is still very functional. But since wanting it on my current Iphone for a long time, I bought it finally. Considering I time even brushing my teeth and rinsing my mouth...I can never have enough timers! And mostly I time my food as it cooks or bakes. So when an alarm goes off I know I must tend to something. This app lets you KNOW what needs your attention as long as you input what you are cooking. Clever idea- fun graphics
I really like the concept behind this timer. The sliding temperature scale for oven temperature set is too temperamental. Reach the temperature you want, release the slider and it jumps up or down, can't get it to stop on the desired temperature.😔
Update: I decided to contact the developer directly to explain my issues with this app. I am pleased with the level of attention that was given to my concerns which ultimately lead to a resolution with this latest update. I am happy to see this app supported. I like the look and feel of this app, and it is a pleasure to use.🙂

I Can Cook!
I am very pleased with the response from the developer for this product. Just the other day, March 22, 2017, I wrote a review about my concerns with losing the KitchenPad Timer app. Now I see that there have been improvements. I was afraid to update because I thought that there would no longer be an app. But after reading about the most recent update I was encouraged and very pleased. I am happy to find that the developer has plans for more improvements in the future. Now I can cook something besides Pork and Beans - just kidding! Thank You! - and now for my previous review of March 22, 2017 >>> Afraid to update because I do not know the status of the developers/company. I've had a few developers/companies abandon or switch my app for another, rendering the app that I paid money for unable to update in the future. I am hoping that will not be the case with this one, but only "Time" will tell.

Juvenile, undeveloped
Was a free app of day -- has multiple timers on layouts like stove, broiler -- but would be more useful if could have microwave (with intensity) and slow cooker (with heat) and pressure cooker with pressure notes... Also sound are ATROCIOUS. This seems more like some class project than a serious effort to be a kitchen timer -- definitely not worth any purchase fee.

Excellent graphical timer
EXCELLENT!! Especially for one who is slightly ADD and new to cooking, this timer enables me to track multiple items on the stove (often 3) and in the oven (often 2) and never miss a beat, never heat nor over cook.
The only change I would suggest is having more charming buzzer sound options. But the at the least the one buzzer it has cannot be ignored - so I DO react quickly!
With sound options I would give this 5 stars.

Help! Its sound isn't working
The sound isn't working since I upgraded my iOS. I LOVE this app. It was the best of all the timers, until now. Please, fix it. I used to use it all the time! And I WANT to continue using it.

Was my favorite timer
Unfortunately on my new iPad this will not make a sound. That is absolutely not OK for a timer. The iPad one's Version still works fine. So I still use this and would give it five stars if it worked on all of my devices.

A Big Mistake
This is a great example of how to wreck a good product. One screen timing, audible alarms, and selective temps are now gone. This is a step down, not up. How do I get the old version back? If there was a zero star rating this would qualify.

March 2016 update brings silence
The latest update no longer gives an audible alarm at the end of a timer cycle. That renders this app useless so I deleted it.
Yes, my volume is turned up and, yes, I used the most obnoxious tone I could find in settings. And yes, my iPad Air with iOS 9.2 works fine with everything else that make sound.
My Pebble smartwatch has all of the timers I need now so this whole class of apps is obsolete anyway.

Worthless waste of money
This app is worthless. Unless you leave your phone in the app, you get no notification of timers completed. Save your time and money and purchase Thyme instead.

Forget this app and this company
KitchenPad used to work but it no longer alarms at all. Alarms work in the default Clock app, so it's clearly a KitchenPad issue. Don't waste your time going to their web site and trying to send email to them about anything. *ALL* messages to the company get marked as spam by their site on and aren't delivered. My dinner got burned because of this app and I got burned because of this company.

Bad feature
If your iPad screen goes blank to save power your timer does NOT alarm. I like the setup but this is not acceptable. I will delete if it is not fixed with an update soon.

Still my favorite TIMER"S"
Again marvelous. Frogmore stew done in two big pots on stove. And able to time each item as needed to be timed as waterlogged potatoes, corn on the cob, & fresh shrimp is not tasty. Over cooked shrimp is a waste. Everything perfect. With four burner timers going and if needed a fifth I was able to easily juggle things.

An Excellent Aide
As I rebuild my memory from a stroke, I needed reminders for the oven and stove. The developer thought of labeling the timers, location of burners, frequent favorites, and so attractive. Thank you.

Good app
I like the app, but one very annoying flaw, once the timer counts down and you dismiss it, it always goes back to zero and not the time you had set to begin with, that really slows me down.

Needed in the kitchen
If you like to cook and have multiple dishes going at once, this is a must. Has multiple burners, oven, etc... My wolf range has 1 timer, this was a must. Works perfect!

Has potential but needs an update
It is well designed and it is cool that you can save the times for your most popular kitchen tasks. I like the multiple timers and the way it ties them to the oven and the stove diagrams
That said it has some annoying short comings:
- Sending feedback to the company is a pain in the a**. You have to create an account in this very clunky feedback system so I'll post here instead
- No support for looping timers
- Would like to see support for timing tasks that take place in the refrigerator, freezer, and counter top
- Please fix the annoying audio bug. If you clear the alarm while doing something else and later go back to the app it kills whatever audio is going on in the background...... Soooo annoying!
- You can't alphabetically sort the the save timers. If you have a lot this is a hassle
- App has not been updated in almost a year so buyer be aware

Won't even run!!!
This app worked good for me but now it won't even open, run or start. Ugh... This is frustrating because I purchased it for me culinary uses and now it's just a waist of "time" and money. I wouldn't recommend this app to anybody that is looking for a reliable timer app. Especially since it's not free. >(

It stopped working
I loved it the first time I used it! Had four timers going at once, it was great! Tried it again today and it will only set one timer and seems to be stuck on the one timer. Not worth the money, not dependable. Having to keep track the old fashion way with a clock and pencil.

Has potential
Fairly good, with potential, but after about 3 weeks of use, seems to have a few glitches. Their support site seems to be a message board which does not seem to get checked very often. My posts seem to be unanswered even after a couple of weeks.

Love this app… but
I love this app. As an avid bread baker, I use this frequently to keep track of the bread rising so I would give it 5 stars if they added a 3rd screen for miscellaneous cooking items like kneading dough, rising dough, marinating, etc.

Love culinary stuff!
I really enjoy things for the kitchen. This app is my new favorite toy. I used it to time two things as soon as I downloaded it. One in the oven and one on the stove. Super easy... Not using my timer on the microwave frees up the microwave while I time my food! Wish I had created this app! Thanks!

Seems to be working now
It seems that the timer is working again. It was not going off when the iPad/iPhone was locked or asleep. As such, I'm still a little nervous about using it. I've been setting 2 timers so I have one if this doesn't go off. If it continues to work reliably, I'll eventually trust it enough for it to be my only timer once more.

This was a great program but ios5 broke it. Unfortunately the new update does not fix the problem, it still will not work when in background or iPad is locked. When fixed will rate a 5 again.

Fantastic App! And Support!
Great app with great features!
I was having issues trying to download the application. I contacted app support and they responded right away. Come to fine out iTunes on both my Computer and my iPad had to be restarted so the iTunes app would work properly and allow me to download the application. So I am blaming Apple for this falure and not the App.

Awesome app. Even the pros can struggle at home trying to get things out at the same time without ignoring their guests. Really helps you stay organized. Stand alone timer equivalents go for $30+. Worth every penny. Get this app.

Suggestions for added features
I like the premise of this app, but I do a lot of BBQ that requires long cook times & constant temperature checks of the grill. A timer for BBQ cooks that would allow for reminders without detracting from total cook time would be very handy.

A Terrific timer
I use the the app as a typical kitchen timer but I now I am required to wait five minutes between eye drops given to my dog for dry eyes and my wife as a result of cataract surgery. The timer is a valuable device to time these two different events. I use to be able use a standard countdown timer, but no more.

Use it all the time
I'm sometimes timing bread rising or baking and yogurt which takes hours and is easy to forget. This app understands multitasking. It really helps me. It's easy to use and rates a place on my front screen.

This is a great app for people who need to track time, whether they are cooking or waiting for adhesives or even paint to dry etc. With multiple timers all your basis are covered.

Helpful
Great for keeping track of everything you are cooking. The visual displays of the stove and oven make it easy to remember where everything is (very helpful if you are preparing several things at the same time.) The ability to save your favorite timers is incredibility useful in this app because it stores both the amount of time and the heat setting; giving you less to remember the next time you want to prepare the same dish.

I love to cook! I cook via many sources- this app is SUPER! It allows me to time multiple items on my STOVE and OVEN, but I also use a grill (often burners and side-burners). I'd like to be able to know my stove/oven items' timetables, as well as my multi-burner grill. With that, I'd raise my score from SUPER to OUTSTANDING!

Great App and Saves Counter Space!!
We all have bought timers at the store and you do need more than one sometimes. If you're making a huge meal with 2 ovens and 4 stove tops, you might need more timers than what you have already. There are some apps that have multiple apps in 1 and they work pretty good, but those don't have timers not just for your stove but for up to 4 ovens! This is a huge help and I would definitely use it everytime I cook. I am hoping the developer will make a new set of timers for whenever I grill out. That would be awesome!!

I ove this, if you were to gte 9 9timers at the store it would be like 90 dollars, ten a piece, this is cheap. I would suggest getting this if you love to cook. Even if yo uwould only ue it once, it is worth it. And you would probably use it more then once...thursday night, want to watch a show, so you put the timer on. Botta bing botta boom.

Suggestions
I really like this app. But for me the app could be improved. I was baking an item, suggested baking time varied by 5 minutes (e.g. 8 to 13). So it would be nice to show original time (e.g. 8) and the ability to add additonal time (+1 minute). So that if you add 2 minutes the time original time is adjusted and the countdown clock is adjusted from orginial time (eg. 8 goes to 10, and if it takes you 30 seconds to input new time, countdown would show 1:30). Or you could have a count up clock that shows total time passed.

Great app
I love this app. I use it for everything I have to time. It reminds me to take pills, make calls, etc.. Great for hard or soft boiled eggs. Extremely easy to use just be sure to turn up the sound.

KitchenPad Timer
I'd give this app five stars but for one thing. It downloaded fine to my iPad but wouldn't work on my iPhone. Description says its for both, but it doesn't work. Won't allow me to even purchase it for the phone. I keep getting an annoying message saying that I already bought it. On the iPad, it works great. Love it that I can have up to 8 timers going at once. It was such a huge help at Thanksgiving. The alarm is annoying. Can't wait for the upgrade so I can use my own sound.

Very good app...
Downloaded this the day after I saw it on the news. Tested it out and I must say this app has the potential to be the best cooking timer app in the AppStore if it's not already. I would like to see a defrost timer and maybe 4 more stove top timers for the serious cook with a big kitchen.

Fails to Launch on iOS 3.x.x
Program fails to launch on iPod Touch 2G running 3.x.x. Program's support site acknowledges this as potential problem, stating that fix is on the way. Bottom line is that I was counting on this for yesterday's meal preparation and it didn't work. Avoid until developer updates program. Too bad, because I think this program could be useful.

FAIL
Well, I discovered the hard way that if your autolock isn't set to never, when the timer is done it sends a little notice to the screen but the sound never goes off. Not to mention, when it does go off, it's so quiet that if you aren't holding your ipad you'll never hear it. Also, it works in landscape, but not portrait. And really, what's with the graphics? That whole oven thing in the lower right corner doesn't do anything but glow orange when you have an oven timer set. Ultimately, if the ipad came with the same clock that the iphone did, I would have never bought this in the first place.

Timer Ive been looking for all my life.
This timer does it all. I hav been witing for the moment whn I can set more then one timer because i & other's alwys cook multiple things because we are simply bg time multitasker's nowadays so we need the power of many timers (he he) to get the job done. I love this timer app & I am sure that you will also, so go & buy it you will be happy with this purchase. Great!

Finally... a kitchen timer that makes sense!
I do a lot of cooking and always have multiple things on the go.... I've tried a lot of timer apps in the AppStore, and there are some good ones out there... but nothing that has the style and visual appeal of this app, not to mention it fits the flow of how I keep time in my kitchen. It's simple, but I can see whats going on in the kitchen all in one place.
Anyway... just my thoughts... there is still room for some improvements... so can't wait to see what new features come in the next version!

Pleased....
Quite pleased with this app... and I found it just in time (prepared big meal for family last night)... and boy did it come in handy.
I just like how everything is on one screen on my iPad, I don't have to jump from screen-to-screen to set timers and I can see what I got going on both on the range and oven with one quick look.
Not to mention that everyone that came over was like "what's that!" pointing at my iPad on the counter... it has that cool factor! I guess even mom's can be cool sometimes.

Average at best
I purchased & tested quickly. Less then 3 minutes to be exact. My first immpression... When you pull up a timer the text is not HD and sharp, it's a little fuzzy. Almost like it was a tweaked iphone app. That alone made me question the price for is app. If it were free, I would accept the no HD..but for $2.99, it's gotta be tight and sharp.
The concept is pretty cool, especially when multitask is avail for ipad. Hopefully, timers will work in background.
Being able to label what's cooking is a cool feature...
The used should be able to choose different timer sounds.
When timer finishes, it would be nice if label did not dissapear from stove top. However, it does stay in memory when you call it back up.
There is so much wasted real estate on the page. The oven in particular. Maybe microwave timer? Thaw timer? Global timer?
This app could be embedded in other receipe apps..hint hint.
Conclusion... Price should be free or $.99. The concept is fisher price like, but the app has potential. My 3 dollars spent is giving you and the developer heads up. Wait to buy!!!
