I started eating here one Thanksgiving when I didn’t have no one to have Thanksgiving dinner with, like my family had did in the pass. They were so kind and the food was so good and I appreciate them for being there/ here 😊 Also after working over night I talked about blueberry pancakes all night and someone said do y’all have a Cracker Barrel where you are located I said yes they were like they have the best blueberry 🫐 pancakes 🥞 and OMG!!! I ordered I believe every day for a week. You want good food 🥘 this is the place. Thank you Cracker Barrel and your staff for great food and great service.

Doesn’t work in-store
When I paid in-store at our table using the app’s mobile pay, my points for the tab never credited. Along with that I did not receive the bonus rewards spins for ordering the campfire chicken and using mobile pay. I also did not receive an email credit card receipt that was supposed to be sent. I went to the help page for adding missing points using a receipt, but the form requested the “order number” but wouldn’t accept the various numbers. Seems poorly thought out app.

The old app was better
This current app they’re using is extremely laggy it sometimes won’t load the menu, it’ll come up with a error message when placing orders, it logs you out when you have it closed. The old app was seamless and extremely easy to navigate and place orders. This one is just laggy, crashes etc

Mobile ordering
I just ordered a mobile order (or so I thought) and I checked the app 30 mins later to see that the order went through. Apparently, it didn’t and then I went to place my order again, and it gave me an error message saying that the order item wasn’t available. Truthfully, if a menu item isn’t available on a given day, it shouldn’t even show that item on the menu for that day. Literally just make the API not return those order menu items if it is not available that day.

Garbage App
Don’t bother wasting your time with this garbage app. I used the app for “the convenience” of it in adding myself to the waitlist to save time and to get ahead of the line. After submission (and clicking on the “I’m Here” button), the app indicated that I was 2nd in line and would receive a text message when my turn was up. This never happened and the hostess said she never received my name on the wait list. Just do yourself a favor and go the traditional route of going to the hostess station and adding your name to the list. Otherwise, you’re in for a real disappointment.

Various Issues
App has various issues. I signed up at the same time as my partner, I got stuck on the sign up page where it would not let me check the box to accept privacy policy and terms of service no matter how many times I tapped. I restarted app and it worked. My partner also got stuck on that page, but it would not let them enter email. They restarted app 3 times and then, as it still didn’t work, finished signing up in web browser.
After signing up I had 4 free spin rewards, but after my second spin it said an error occurred and no longer let me spin. My partner received the error on their first spin.
Overall very buggy and needs polishing.

Bad workflow
Tried creating a rewards account through the app, but couldn’t complete registration. Verified my email, got to the page to enter my name phone and birthday, where I’m unable to check the accept terms box. I can’t continue without checking that box, so I’m stuck. I’ve tapped all over and I can’t check the box agreeing to the terms.

Broken sign up
Unable to sign up due to various and changing issues. Spent 45 minutes dealing with screens and “check boxes” that were non-responsive to my entries. One moment the check box worked then the “continue” button did not. Then the check box did not work. Then it did and the “continue” button lit up but did NOT respond to my input. At one point the phone number field was non responsive.

I have to sign in each and every time I open the app and then I have to sign into the rewards part separately. It’s such a pain! As far as restaurant apps go, it’s not bad. But it still has issues. When putting your party on the waitlist the time estimated is way off. Also, once it tells you what number you are in line, it never updates. So whatever it told you will stay the same regardless of how many names are called.

Half the time you can’t actually see the full screen to add your payment information. The entire menu isn’t shown for a location which is annoying. I am logged out all the time & then have to reset my password just to be told my previous password basically still works. Curbside check in never works so I have to go inside just to still wait in line. What’s the point of the app other than to see half the menu?

Online pay needs work
I wish the dine in pay option was easier to find and use. Once I found out it the fine in pay was easy enough to scan the receipt with but it logged me out and took me out of the app and onto a browser to process and I couldn’t use my rewards for the biscuit biegneis I ordered. I had to log in five times before I asked a manager for help with using my rewards to which he replied that he was not sure how to do it as it was not his forte and he just took them off the check. It was fine for me but if this is happening several times a day the server and restaurant are losing out on sales and inventory. Please make this payment option easier to find and use for your rewards members on the app.

Lately it has been better, but this app has caused a lot of headaches. Having to log in every time it is opened can be a pain, but what is worse is getting the location, and method of exposition put in, as well as selecting the order with all the preferences only to have it glitch, and lose it all when logging in (because I didn’t notice until checkout that I wasn’t). A Perfect App
Today was my first time using the CB app to order 2 separate carryout orders. The app worked perfectly and is so much easier to order through than the website. I haven’t experienced picking up my orders as the wait time is 35 minutes, but I don’t expect any issues. I have some hangry relatives that can’t wait until I drop off their order. My fiancé is also patiently waiting for me to get home with our order. Thanks for providing a great app experience!

Mobile Dine-In Pay Will Not Connect to Account to Get Rewards
I have never had an app where mobile pay was available, but impossible to actually sign into. You can pay as a guest and not get rewards points, but the only way to get points is to actually go to the register and sign-in with phone #/email. What’s the point of paying with the app if you can’t sign in and get points?! And to wait in line during the holiday season just to get points can be frustrating, especially after waiting 30-45 minutes to be seated. It is obviously a ploy to get customers to purchase from the store, but it makes the app useless. I have left several messages through customer service, but never received a response. Please fix this very basic feature.

Cracker Barrel…. Y’all Can Do Better Than This
I’ve had this app downloaded for a while now, I very rarely do order CB To-Go, but when I do, I’d like to be able to use the app. This app will sign me out randomly, I’ll add something to the cart only for it to vanish seconds later! Then, when I go to re-add my order to the cart, it’ll appear twice! The menu loads when it wants to, and I have to re-enter my card info every single time I order. I would love to have the option of using Apple Pay when ordering. Y’all are a national chain… please fix the app! It is 2024, after all. Invest in some good techs who can make your app what it COULD be.

I have always liked Cracker Barrel‘s food, but using this app is frustrating. It shouldn’t be that hard to order food. My wife and I attempt to use this app traveling. Look ahead on Google maps and find a Cracker Barrel that’s convenient for us and then order out. It’s always frustrating. Have one of your developers look at the Chick-fil-A app. That’s a great app.
Submitting an update to my review as of July 7, 2024. This remains possibly the worst app I have ever used. Spent 20 minutes trying to order food couldn’t get it submitted wound up at the store before my wife could submit an order from the passenger seat in the car. Oh my gosh. Oh, and don’t mention the fact that you can’t save a credit card so it takes forever to try to get food.

It could use some work
It never shows my orders in order history and if you build your cart and THEN sign in, it empties your cart when you sign in, so you have to remake your whole cart. Which can be a pain when ordering for a whole family. And if you try to order before “lunchtime”, it doesn’t always tell you that you can’t order it until you try to check out. Instead of having the time listed on the page for that item.

Poorly Functioning
Out of all the tens of thousands of apps out there, you wouldn’t think this one could be so strangely and inconveniently different, but it is.
I cannot imagine an older person (those are the majority of ppl who eat at Cracker Barrel) trying to navigate through this app and enjoying it.
It never signs me in the first time. Always takes two tries, sometimes more. Never leaves me signed in.
Once I go to the rewards page, or any other page of the app, there’s no way to get back to where I was before. Most often, the navigation menu at the bottom disappears I have to close the app and reopen to go to a different part of the app.
It’s absolutely ridiculous and I thought by now this would have been fixed. It’s 2024 ppl, if you’re going to force your employees to push this app on ppl it needs to work properly.

This is the buggiest app I have
The only reason I’m even using the app is because it’s cheaper to order on than Uber Eats. The spins that I was supposed to get didn’t work at all. Just glitched out and used up my spins. I was trying to add items to my cart, and they took a solid minute to actually show up in the cart. The app freezes up for no reason. Can’t save passwords. For some stupid reason, a national company doesn’t have apple or google pay??? The checkout screen kept giving error codes as well. Can’t easily back up to change between delivery or pick up either. We eventually just used the app on my fiancé’s phone, which was also buggy, because we wanted to make changes, but didn’t want to risk screwing up the entire order.
The look of the app is fantastic! But it’s barely functional. I have no idea how they have so many 5 star reviews. It’s a mess.

Love Cracker Barrel
I just wanted to give a quick shout out about how much I love Cracker Barrel’s food and gift shop. I unfortunately had a bad accident a few weeks ago and broke my wrist and my tailbone /pelvis. I am know recovering at a rehab facility for a short while. Cracker Barrel has been a true blessing to me during this time. I have been able to order from your app and have it delivered to me. The food at this rehab place is awful!! So having some delicious Cracker Barrel meals delivered to me a few times a week has been great and a very much needed blessing!! Thanks!!

My favorite breakfast spot
This is my favorite breakfast spot. I usually always get 2 sides of hash brown casserole and in occasional the sampler. My only rant is when the has brown casserole has been sitting under the warming light and it gets hard on top. They will still serve it even though it’s very hard and my teeth are sensitive so I can’t eat it. Sometimes it’s hard and it equals almost a serving I paid for. So that’s money down the drain because I can’t eat it. I know there’s a time limit allotted and I wish they wouldn’t serve it if it’s this hard. Other than that, this is my go-to.

Buggy App
Used this app a few times and each time it’s terrible. Their website is marginally better for ordering. Today ordered at my normal store, but decided to check my order before hitting confirm and it was completely different from what I selected. Redid my order and confirmed it was correct and then hit order. Somehow my order in the app said the correct location but sent to another entirely different location.
The store could also not find my order at all. Manager was nice and helped but how does this app have two different locations for an order and it can’t be located? Money was taken out but no record of the order?
The app will also reset your order multiple times to something completely different, and often times get a pop up stating this item isn’t available at this store but then show up in the cart? Hire more engineers to help fix this.

Not user friendly and cannot SPEAK to anyone.
Downloaded and used pay at the table. I got no receipt emailed and my points were not credited to me. Called my local CB and was told I don’t know. Well can I speak to someone who might. Well I’ll get the Asst manager who said she doesn’t know either and begrudgingly gave me a phone number there was no option to speak to a person so I have left 2 msgs and never heard back from anyone. Not sure what you do with rewards but they do not want me to get any. Service and food was lousy and so is this app. Not a good look for a chain restaurant.

App needs work!
The CB app needs a lot of work! When trying to order, it does weird things other than accept the order. It’s been like this since I downloaded the app in 2023. Same for trying to redeem rewards-flukey, doesn’t work. It’s basically good for looking at “most” of the menu & playing their promotional games.
The greeting when calling the restaurant says to use the app for a “seamless” ordering experience. That should be removed. It’s never been a seamless app ordering experience in a year’s time for me, unfortunately.

Zero Stars if I could
All menu items are not in the app. Hash brown casserole is missing which is a main item for most of the meals on the app. Calling the stores is next to impossible. When ordering country fried steak the gravy is not listed on the receipt so it is never included ruining the meal. I have never ever had one right meal using this app. Please fix the app!

Good Food - Terrible App
I’ve had this app for quite some time but it rarely works right. I can add things to the cart okay, but when it comes time to pay I usually get the spinning wheel of death followed by the “oops something went wrong” message. We like the home style food, so the app not working doesn’t stop us from ordering, it’s just beyond frustrating and feels like a waste of time to even try it first. I have found it faster and easier to just call and order to go. Have to go inside to pay though.
Developers… we just want you to fix it. I don’t have these issues with a lot of other food order apps so I know it’s possible for them to work correctly.
Cracker Barrel… if you’re not going to spend the money to fix it, at least let us still earn rewards when we have to call in. 🙏🏼

“Something with wrong”
This is probably the worst app I have ever used. When trying to place an order it just spins and spins and then an error message pops up. Then, I close the app and when I open it the food will usually show there is something in the cart but when it gets clicked on the screen is blank. I had to open and close it 4 times just to get all the orders in the cart and for it to show up. Finally I tried to check out and after putting my info in and checkout it kept spinning and spinning and then popped up an error message. After trying 3 more times I finally stopped and ordered from a different restaurant with an app that works smoothly. They need to find someone that knows how to make an app that can operate.

Spent 2 Hours Ordering for Me
This app is a waste of time. I spent 2 hours ordering breakfast tacos for myself. Only 1 order of them to be clear. Then the app was not taking my debit card all because the app won’t put a slash in between the expiration dates when inputting your card info. Not to also mention that app forces you to make an account and a rewards account. Lets also talk about how I tried to copy and paste the numbers and you can’t. I tried changing the keyboard for this section and it won’t let me so I can input the slash. I literally sat there trying to glitch this app into letting me put the slash. But nothing. Trash.

Terrible app
I’ve had this app for a long time. Not once have I been able to just open it and place my order. I usually have to fight with it 20 minutes before I actually get my ordered placed. It seems to be different issues each time. Today it wanted me to sign up for the rewards program. I didn’t care to, but it was determined I would. I filled out the info but there was no submit button. So I was stuck in that page. I closed it, reopened, and still on the that page. I deleted the app and re-downloaded. Curbside service and the food are great or I wouldn’t bother at all.

Look out! You’re $$ don’t count if you pay at table
So frustrating. Just realized that using the quick “Pay at Table” even when you are logged into the app, as soon as you scan that barcode it takes you out to the online portal and you would have to log in again.
Asked to have my bill added to the rewards at the cashier and was told no, you have to call corporate.
Either take off pay at table because your servers are pushing both the app and pay at table, add “Pay at Table” WITHIN THE APP, or, have a place to scan your receipt to add missing “pegs”.

What is the point of having an app this broken????
What is the point of having an app that doesn’t work? What is the point of having rewards when they don’t work? I have been trying to enter an order with a birthday reward for a month. I have not been able to use it. It will go bad in a week. This is ridiculous. It will not take the money off. It will not put the order together and every time I try to check out without it I can never actually get to the checkout because it says there there’s an error. My app is up-to-date. That is everything I have to say about this app. This has been a nightmare to use. I have never been more thoroughly disappointed and I will probably no longer eat at Cracker Barrel. I am so angry. This is ridiculous. Hire UX designer and developers that knows what they’re doing.

So Many Problems
This review is based on experiences over the years, not just one experience, so I don’t remember all the full details. All I know is that my family loves the food at Cracker Barrel—they never disappoint. We often prefer to order out instead of eating in, and whether trying to order online or in the app this process has NEVER been easy. Some examples are: lack of clarity on how to switch the order from delivery to pickup, having to re-enter the entire order when trying to change something difficulty making substitutions and numerous other technical issues. If not for these factors complicating the ease of ordering pickup, we likely would have eaten here about twice as often as we actually have. I’m sad to not be able to bring my business here as often as I want to.

Dolly Parton RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!
The App never works & the few times it has worked, the Store # 746 never gets the order correct and it takes them 2+ hours to get your incorrect order ready! Store Management is Terrible. I love Cracker Barrel's food but getting it is impossible!
So Dolly if I were you I certainly wouldn't want my Good Name associated with this disaster of a company. Poor service, unusable App, Store Management that doesn't care about their Customers, and Discrimination and Rude treatment of their Customers.
Love you Dolly, but please don't associate yourself with a Company that doesn't do right by its Customers or Employees. And doesn't want to fix the problem!

TIME WASTER
First, why in the WORLD is the menu not setup like the menu in the store!? I couldn’t find ANYTHING. THEN, after I selected what myself and my family wanted, I hit the submit order button and it tells me I can’t purchase something in my cart.. WTH??? Then don’t let me CONFIGURE THE ITEM!!!!!!!!! This happened TWICE and I had to keep putting in my order details because it was deleting my info!!!! ALSO, whoever coded this app needs to fix the fact that every time I click in an info box when entering my checkout details it slides to the bottom of the screen and I can’t see what I’m typing in!!! It took me 25 MINS to order our food AFTER we had all decided what we wanted (not including me having to re-pick two times bc it didn’t tell me I couldn’t buy something) Good riddins! Next time I am warm out and just want to place a mobile order so I don’t have to cook at home I’ll remember to call my local diner instead. What a TERRIBLE mobile order experience.

Horrible app
This app is absolutely terrible. For literally the last 2 years I have had nothing but problems with the app. I have successfully been able to place an order on the app probably twice in a 2-3 year time span. No exaggeration. Whenever I try to add things to my cart it will say “oops! Item unavailable” or “error, could not load shopping basket”. It is a joke and such a waste of time! The whole reason I want to order on the app is for convenience, and also curbside. You cannot do curbside by calling into the restaurant. They need to fix their app or will lose more & more business.

We love Crackle Barrel Food, but we hate the app
We love Cracker Barrel food and the Cracker Barrel shopping experience. But we just tried to sign up for the app, because we use Cracker Barrel so much, and the requirements of the app were absolutely tedious and frustrating. And, even more concerning, to complete the app sign-up process, we had to say that we would allow Cracker Barrel‘s promotional partners to access our personal information. In all my history of signing up for apps, I have never been forced to choose this requirement. So, I backed out of the app and did not complete the process. Because I don’t want to be forced to allow other companies to access my personal information in order to be part of Cracker Barrel’s process.

Error: could not load shopping basket
What’s the point of offering online delivery through an app that won’t ever let you check out? I wrangled the family, I passed the phone around to enter all the choices, tapped “Checkout Now” and all I get is the error message above. Might be for the best… We’ve had more trouble getting our orders than you would believe. Happens every time we order. Without fail, something is wrong or something is missing. Sometimes several things. And don’t get me started on the quality of what we get, and how quite often the things we order are pathetic replicas of what they’re supposed to be.
Honestly I truly don’t know why we keep ordering from you guys. You sure give us plenty of reasons not to.
Incidentally, I’m running the latest version of the app on the latest version of iOS.

Couldn’t complete order
I was excited to discover this app for a couple of reasons. First, we like the food but have difficulty enjoying the LOUD restaurant environment, so we don’t get to enjoy the food very often. Second, someone in our household is sick. Because of this I wanted to place a curbside order to avoid potentially exposing anyone else.
Unfortunately, after multiple attempts my order failed with a “Token Error.” I called the restaurant to place the curbside order and was sad to learn they were unable to do so, I would need to go inside to pay.
I’m sad we still won’t be able to enjoy Cracker Barrel’s yummy menu options without putting up with the excessive noise created by the poor acoustics in the dining room.

Cracker Barrel Rewards Prigram BROKR
I downloaded the app and registered to become a member of the Cracker Barrel rewards program. The first time I used it, I presented my phone to the cashier, and they said that my purchase went through using the app. I never saw the points on the app. I went online and submitted a trouble sheet with the information to try to regain those points… Nothing ever happened. I ate a second time at the restaurant, and this time used the app to pay the bill thinking that this would generate the points. It’s been a week and my balance is still listed as zero. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Tried again… still the worst of all restaurant apps, by far. NEVER WORKS, EVER
Every single time, it’s one thing or another! Something about “token no good” or card expiration won’t go in, or timing is messed up! Instead of adjusting pickup time to 20 min from when I hit “order” it says 19 minutes isn’t enough time! There’s no Apple Pay or even a way to save credit card so I don’t enter it every time. The food is good, the app is terrible. I hope you’ll get someone to make a working app & fire your grandson in the basement trying to make this one!

I love the food, but this app is the worst. It lets me add everything to the order and returns a random error at least half of the time when I try to checkout. I have been lucky a few times with it working, but most of the we have to call because this app is so unstable and frustrating

Wait list does not work
I used the app to join the waitlist for the Huntsville Alabama store. When I got there clicking I’m here did nothing. I looked at my text messages and saw I had to check in with the hostess. I waited in line to check in with the hostess for quite some time. When I finally got her attention she said I wasn’t on the wait list and it would be 25 minutes for a table for one. After already standing for 10 or 15, I was not about to wait another 25! I buy 100’s of dollars worth of gift cards every year to give as gifts. Not again. I deleted my app, account, and took my business elsewhere. The app is useless.

Worst app
I have been “using” this app for several years and it is a source of constant frustration. Today, it won’t move past find a location. It finds my local store but won’t move beyond that page to let me place an order. I have uninstalled the app twice, restarted my iphone twice. Still won’t work. Then there is the whole issue of why can’t they process gift cards for payment. Check the version updates-a “fix bugs and improvements” update every month? Please put together a team that can get this right!

Won’t let me order
This app was working great. I ordered on it one day last week & it worked fine. Tried it the next day & my order wouldn’t go through. It came up with an error that said my app needs an update but there isn’t an update for it. A week later, I tried again, exact same thing. When i search for the app in the App Store there isn’t an update. So I can’t figure it out. Also, if you are going to have us create an account it should store all of our personal, vehicle, & cc info so we don’t have to enter it every single time. Come on Cracker Barrel. Fix your flipping app!!!

I TRULY HATE THIS APP MORE THAN ANY APP I HAVE!
I’ve had this app downloaded forever! But I have never got to use it as long as I’ve had it downloaded! It either doesn’t let me sign in, when I have it on… leave me signed in, or when I’m putting in my order it will sit there and spin and pop up… WOOPS Something went wrong… if and when I finally get my order in… it has never taken my card for the payment!!!!! Of course when you call the restaurant itself they tell you that you have to come in! The whole point of me having these apps are for the points and curbside because I can’t stand on my legs for any period of time! I’ve never received any points, promo codes, I mean to tell you I have never received anything for the hundreds of dollars I’ve spent with Cracker Barrel! I have even stopped going because of the hassle, and waiting one night over 2 hours for them to bring out my food and them saying it was my fault when I clearly had proof I called them when I got there on my my phone! The food at this location has really dropped the quality from what it used to be as well and that’s from several people saying that. Oh I did send a letter to the corporate office about the night I waited for 2 hours. Never even received a response from them!

Never updates
Update to iOS 16.5 already. I long to have favorite stores saved and other menu items saved. Instead of putting in the restaurant location every time. It would be nice to log in and have the app just know the usual location. Come on already and update my favorite southern restaurant app, please!

crackle barrels on bush river road in Columbia South Carolina
Sunday evening, we went out for lunch. It took 15 minutes for the hostess to come to the desk. 15 minutes for the server to come to our table 20 minutes before our food came out and when it did it was cool. I have tried to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but this is the fourth time that I have
are Cracker Barrel‘s on bush, river road lately and the food was not attractive, or pleasing to eat. Cold pancakes the butter wouldn’t even melt. I have gone to this establishment for years after the pandemic it has gone down drastically. I will not be visiting they are again. And I will tell my friends they are taking a chance.

can’t place order
I love the meals here but this app has been so frustrating today. I tried 3 different debit cards several times, restarted the app, double checked my balances, started my order over twice and still had no success. It just kept saying something went wrong and didn’t even tell me what went wrong. 🤬

Great, but…
If you don’t want to store the credit card info, at least be nice to provide me with a numeric-only input to enter my credit card number. Also it would be nice if you to process my cc expiration date and add a slash in there or at least put a placeholder to see what format you expect.
And it would be terrific if I didn’t have to log in every time. My password manager does not pick up that I’m on Cracker Barrel site.
Basically, I am very lazy. The less time I have to spend retyping the info, the more I’m likely to order.

App VS call in
In this age of Covid and the CDC telling everyone to be cautious of those around you, calling in to the store to make a to go order doesn’t make it easy for those with loved ones at home with Covid. I’ve been exposed and you tell me you can’t take my card over the phone or add to an app order, I’ll have to come in to the store and possibly expose others but I can make another mobile app order and pay on the app. I’ll take the app all day long rather than trying to call in and get people on the phone who are rushed and show no consideration or understanding. Customer service has reached an all time low.

Think I left my blue purse with all my I d & quite a large amount to hel our daughter is on a vent & drs don’t give her long to live. Please if you found it just return it to your Cracker Barrel. All my debit & crdit cards are there so if you use them they will get you. If you return it to Cracker Barrel’s manager, I will not press charges. That money is to use to keep my daughter alive!! I beg you to please bring it back. If you want the purse, keep it but return credit cards & if & money!! Please do this. I know people do this all the time!! Be a good person & do what’s right!

Waitlist is completely useless
Signed up for the waitlist and was given a 30-40 minute estimate on when to arrive for our table. I have two children 2 and under, so this was going to be very helpful. We got a confirmation text with the same estimate time and arrived on time.
We checked in with the hostess and after 10 minutes of waiting in the crowded store, we checked in again for a time estimate. She said it would be another 15-20 minutes. When I mentioned the estimate we were given, she said the app isn’t connected to what’s happening in the store.
Texas Roadhouse has their system figured out. I don’t know if there’s any connection, but it’s worth it for the app developers to find a way to connect the times to the store otherwise the time estimate is completely pointless and frustrating.

Great app BUT
This app has improved amazingly. The reason I don’t give it a 5 stars is because it won’t allow me to set up a schedule. Doesn’t matter what I do I have to pick up my food in 20 minutes. I went to the website and I was able to schedule a time for me to pick up the food for any time I wanted. Also, it won’t saved your credit card information. I should have the option to save it if I want too.

Thanks for the response, but I just went to the app and will let me pick a date but not a time. Whatever time I do my request, that’s the time it will stay and once I finished my food request it shows food ready 20 min from the time I requested. Date will change but not the time. In the website no issues.

Awful app
Really buggy. Cannot delete stuff from my cart once I added them. Doesn’t support basic auto filling when typing in delivery or billing information. Not being a be able to paste into certain fields is super annoying. I’ve gotten so frustrated that I’ve given up a couple of times and just ordered from another place through Grubhub or DoorDash and just accepted the extra fee’s. I rather pay Cracker Barrel directly, but I literally can’t order from this app without it being s buggy mess.

So easy to use!
Just saw it pop up as an option when I went to order. At first I was worried that using this app would be hard. There are so many options to choose from at CB that it would be so easy to get this wrong. But it was so easy to navigate! It was almost like they designed it knowing that I’d need help choosing from all their great options.
Someone at CB really understands what people want from their app. We’ll done!
