I love the fact that I can fill a flatbed cart with stuff on the app and someone in store pulls it and places it by the service desk so all I have to do is walk in and sign for tax exemption. I had so much trouble with this app. I was simply trying to key in my credit card information and it took me forever to get it done. It kept telling me all highlighted fields needed to be filled in. The app works fine until I actually want to make an online purchase--it won't allow me to make one! I have made multiple purchases in the past and the items were all shipped to my current address in California with no problem. However, when I tried to make another purchase last week, I was met with an error message that read, "Sorry! Items cannot be sent to this address. Please select a different address." (The items that I was trying to buy were said to ship anywhere within the U.S. excepting only Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.) I was so excited when the newest version of the app became available today because I thought the problem would be resolved. After all, I retried making that purchase all throughout the past week, plus I contacted Sam's Club both online and via telephone to alert them of the problem. Alas, my optimism was misplaced! Sam's Club is still refusing to take my money. What gives?????

I love this option. While shopping, I scan each item then put it in my cart. When I am done shopping I click on checkout and pay for my items. A short check of the basket on the way out and I am done and on my way home. So fast and easy. No more lines for me.

I run the food stand for our local Optimist Club and we get 75% of our stock from Sam's. This App and the curbside pick make that sometimes tedious task SO much easier. I place the order the night before and I stop in the next morning and load up and go. Best thing the club had done! Having the Plus Membership makes life even easier with the early morning entry as well.

When it works it works well. Ring up a cart full of items then decide to buy a case of oil and get an unspecified error that the barcode is not valid. Guess what you can't buy oil and other unspecified items. No marking on the shelf that an item can't be bought with the app. I was told that oil is like alcohol and cigarettes a cashier has to ring it up. So many kids must be snorting oil we must stop this epidemic. So after the hassle of adding all items in your cart you still have to go thru the checkout lines.

This app has changed my life! I started using it for Christmas shopping not long ago but I still went to the store for household items every couple of months or so. One day, sick with the flu and out of everything at one time, I thought, "wow! I bet I can order my household stuff online, have it delivered to my door, come out even on shipping fees vs. gas costs, and not have to get stressed over traffic and crowds ..." A few minutes later I had my shopping done without ever having to get out of my PJs! I just sat back and waited for delivery. Thanks App lady!!!

UPDATE: At some point since I posted my review, the "add to apple wallet" button has been removed from the app, although the app version number and last updated date have not been changed. The front page of this app still says "supports wallet" and the version history indicates that wallet compatibility was added 26 June 2016. My rating remains the same, as a promised feature is completely missing.

The only reason I downloaded this app was because of the claim that it was compatible with "Wallet", the built in Apple app for credit, membership, gift, and loyalty cards. In the description / specs for this Sam's Club app, it clearly says, "Supports: Wallet...". This function would make my Sam's membership card easily accessible through the Apple app "Wallet". After 2 support emails, they still didn't even know what "wallet" is, and said that this app does not support it.
In this Sam's app, under profile (membership), there is a tiny membership card visible above a button that clearly says "add to Apple Wallet". Upon clicking this ("add to.."), I receive an error "Try again later". Restarting and/or signing out of the app didn't help. I'm using an iPhone 7 with iOS 10.1.1.
I tried twice with support. Please fix this!

Sams club has taken off to be a leader in the ease of use in their mobile apps. This App Sams club makes ordering to pickup or to ship as simple as it gets. And when your in the store scan an go is " THE BOMB!!" No more adding to the cart removing to check out and putting them back in the cart only to remove to car and then remove to home. Scan as you put items in cart, you get a running total check out walk to the door they scan your phone check out barcode and your on your way. Way to go Sams Club!!

I love this app, it makes it simple to place your order. Especially if you are purchasing for a store. The only two issues I have ,is it takes too long to load the item you select, and also when you're out of an item it only tells you the item number which is impossible for you to figure out if you have 60 different products on your weekly order. It should tell you which item is not available not the item number. Another thing is that when you order like for instance, a Smithfield pit ham, or the Jennie-O turkey breast it won't allow you to order it because of not knowing the weight. Can't they just allow the product to be selected,it's going to be scanned anyways on the way out at check out?

My issue seems to be service at my local club. The app works great whether click and pull or online ordering. The last several times I've gone to pick up my order, I've waited at least 30 minutes. I have four kids and homeschool. I use clink and pull so I don't have to drag them all over the store. I "sign in" on the kiosk, wait 15 minutes, and always have to go to customer service to get my order. I'm them met by an employee that tells me there were several things they couldn't find? Like my other two boxes of cereal or the chips that are always in stock when I go look?!?! My last order had 40 items and was over $350. When I picked it up, there were 28 items listed and my bill was $270. It's not the time and hassle saver it used to be :(

The newer Ready Reorder is much improved over the previous ClicknPull. My only suggestions would be for the app to group like things together (at least non-food items separate from foods, and Refrigerated & Frozen items together. I'd also prefer for all items I've previously purchased to show up on my Ready Order list. Then allow me to select the items I want each time from my big list. But overall this is super handy. To make it outstanding give me the option of having it delivered to my house or business similar to Shypt. Then I'd be in heaven.

This app works extremely well and I am very satisfied with how the system works. The only downside to this quick system that Sam's Club has put in place are the employees at the door. If the employees are not trained or quick enough to have their machines on that sink to the apps it takes longer to get out the door than it does with the register. My wife and I have experienced this numerous times at the Sam's Club in Columbus Georgia. Half the time the employees at the door sit there and look at you cross side when you have everything ready to go and all they need to do is look at their machine. No really I'm not making that up they look at you cross side it's kind of funny.

I guess I am now still dazzled by the performance of my new iPhone 6 running iOS 10, plus an excellent internet connection speed via cable and wifi. But however, the speed and convenience of this app is just incredible compared to shopping on mobile web site with my previous handheld. It is difficult to restrain myself from OVERSPENDING, but all the needed resources are present to do comparison shopping of in-store vs. home delivery, sizes of packages, different brands, shipping charges, etc - and all fairly fast, so smart buying decisions can be made quickly. I don't know if Sam's management is aware, but there still have to be GOBS of potential customers out there who would buy lots of STUFF if they knew how easy it can be - they just don't have the needed devices. I'm urging every business that thrives on online orders to establish reward points or other mechanisms to HELP more people acquire smart phones or upgrade ones they have! I think businesses which could do that would attract LOTS of additional loyal customers, and the ease of using an app goes a long way toward making a customer keep buying from the business that provides it - the better the app, the more business - and this is an excellent one. 😀

I have always wondered why Sam's Club near carried the plus size's for women. I went as I always do to check the new stuff they get in. Because if you get it right after its put out they grab all the big sizes up. And only the smaller regular sizes there. It was hard enough as it was, because they never usually didn't carry anything larger than a size 16. Finding a 18, was a hard thing to do, they would of put then out not long before I got there then. It's the same way for the shirts and jackets. You'd find a 1X if your there soon as they put them out. But after time goes by they get picked over. A size 2XX or a 3XX is hard to find, and rare. But was amazed the last time I went shopping, they had got size16 to a size26. I was excited, and was hoping that they was going to start ordering the bigger sizes now. Because most people are over weight now. So please Sam's start keeping and carry the plus sizes as a every day thing.

On Tuesday, the second day of 2016 Thanksgiving cyber special purchase week, the price shown for Applebees $25 each in a gift card set of 3 still showed the same low price offered for the first day. But, when I tried to make the purchase, the price jumped up by approx. $5. It made this mistakenly look like a bait & switch tactic. I repeatedly tried re-entering the item, without success. I tried searching for a customer service # to call, but found NOTHING. I had tried to make the purchase the day before, however, the online special had stopped working before I could figure out the steps. I was able to get the same special purchase price for Red Lobster cards on cyber Monday.

I have used the app several times when shopping online and it works great. They have a new feature where you can supposedly scan items in the store and skip the checkout by paying through the app. I have tried to use this multiple times, in that when I use self checkout, I always get behind that parent who is letting their 4 year old scan the items. 🙄. So this was a VERY appealing feature to me. However when scanning, multiple items are "not found" which makes this feature useless. In that if one thing you want to purchase is not found you have to go through the checkout to pay. I think it will be great when the bugs are worked out however. Looking forward to that day. Hope it happens in time for Holiday shopping. 👍🏻

I'm glad they have the app. They have improved it but it still needs work. When I just did my order off of frequently ordered list every time I pick something to put in my cart it would take me away from the page. When I would go back to the page to order it would start at the very beginning of my list and I would have to scroll all the way down to where I was previously. Very irritating. Also asked for my phone number so I put it in and it text me eight different times while I was still trying to finish the order out wanting me to verify that I wanted their texts which I promptly turned down.

Obviously this app is helpful.
But.... It could be faster. When adding items from a list, you should be able to choose your list first, instead of it automatically bringing up the last list you ordered from. The loading after increasing the quantity of an item is slow. And when I want to add a pick up person's number for a text alert it forgets what I've already put in when I go to my contacts to retrieve the number. So, it would speed up the checkout process if it memorized the previously used pick up person and their details.

The app is glitchy. Has trouble recognizing my actual home address tells me the City and state are not valid which is bogus. The credit card functionality inside the app is horrible because it lists the transactions as collapsed sections so that the relevant data is hidden from view only revealed by manually clicking on each transaction. Also when you try to log into the application it is unreliable even if you type in the correct credentials it has difficulty actually logging in. The app is also VERY slow--you have to watch the spinning wheel while it "thinks" a lot. And often it does nothing… You have to click a button over and over again to get the function that you need. Very frustrating. It has been bad for several years with no improvements.

Prior to this update, when you pulled up an item that is part of the instant savings deals it would show the price, then the amount of the instant savings, then what the price of the item is with the instant savings. Now, again sadly, that is gone. Before they added that feature, there were some items that had instant savings, my Sam's club didn't give you the instant savings off, they increased the cost of that item to offset the instant savings cost. Without the ability to have all that information, it was difficult to prove it unless you shop there all the time. I wish they would put it back!

I like how it pulls items from previous purchases to build a Quick Reorder list but every time you add an item it spins & spins as it adds each item individually then returns you to the top of the list where you then have to scroll back down to the next item. It has taken me literally 20+ minutes to finalize an order before sending, not very efficient. It'd be nice if you could simply scroll through the list adding items and quantities as needed and then submit at the end, this is typically how every ordering app works.

There is not much new about it. I still have the same old problem of getting to final check out to get a 'this item is currently unavailable' msg. Ok but I have to back out of check out three steps to cancel that item, then reprocess the check out to find another 'this item is currently unavailable' msg. So back out repeat etc... IT could easily move this error msg to a page before check out and capture all out of stock in one screen. But then this is a BIG BOX STORE why are they out? Then I go to the store for pick up and they are not out!! IT just doesn't keep the website up to date. So not so convenient after all the bragging. Fail.

The app it self is not so bad if you know what you are looking for but still you shouldn't have to know!!! You should be able to SHOP!
My biggest problem though is that it's almost like the app really doesn't want to sell you anything....when I got to checkout the thing kept giving me an error saying that my credit card address didn't match with my acct address but NO ONE. Has been able to figure out why!!! So I just purchased a gift card because the item I am trying to buy is only online and it won't let me remove my credit card info from checkout but keeps telling me that I can remove it in the "checkout setting " lol!!!! Geez!!! Just complete frustration! Please fix this app! I usually don't even review these but this one is really ridiculous.....

I don't know what I would do without this app!! It so easy to use when finding, selecting and paying for your items. You can also get special online deals that you don't see at the store. I love being able to save things for later but the best thing is having the ability to place your order and pick up at the store when it's ready! No more long lines or having to hunt through each isle for what you need which is awesome! This app comes in handy when working two jobs, I can place my order and then pick up after one of my shifts!

This app is pretty great. I especially appreciate the list and order features. If you've ever been out grocery shopping with a child/children you know, the struggle is real! I've placed my first order using this app today, unfortunately I was not able to pay via the app but it's not a huge deal, I'll just have to pay upon order pick up. I was able to set the time and date for my pickup, just note that right now, same day order pickups are not available.
When creating an order or just searching for products you can filter the results to show only the items that are available in your store and the interface of this feature is seamless, much more so than the Target App!

I use this for ordering for my business weekly. I have a list of items but it is not very user friendly. If I check items from the list and something is not available, it simply gives a vague message and does not tell you what item or items aren't available and then won't add items to your cart. I have to do them individually. Also, it will say certain items are out of stock or not even available at my store when I know they are. I have to do searches for them and then add them to the cart or add a note to the order so they will get it at the store. Please fix these things!

Just placed my first click n pull order on my phone. Pretty easy as I've done it several times online so I was a bit more familiar. It was a little confusing on which club it was ordering from though. The last time I had opened the app was in another club 35 miles away. Though it now showed the nearest club, where I live, when I went to check out, it showed the pick up to be at the previous store. Just be sure u start at the correct club. Pretty neat to be able to order from my phone.

It seems that sometimes, while placing a click-n-pull order into my cart, I've looked at the summary of the cart at checkout only to find half the items missing. So I add them back in, but then once I add all of that back to the cart, all of those items have reappeared & now I have to edit the total number of items ordered. Its happened to me a couple times already. That part is pretty frustrating. On the other hand, having the items already pulled & waiting for me is very efficient (except when employees that don't care, give me almost all heavily dented cans - that is an in-store issue though).

I love that I can place my order online but with my phone it can take some time. I have a list saved and add things to my cart, but sometimes it clears my cart. It also will say the items were added to my cart from my list when they weren't.
Make sure you have all your items before you go home. Last time I was missing an item, had to drive back to the store (I called first thinking they would have it up front for me). I was wrong. They had me run to the back of the store, sending me to the wrong isle twice with some of my kids in tow. That was frustrating.
Other than those two issues I really love the online shopping. I do it at least once a month. It usually saves me time.

It is slow when putting something in your cart, not all items are click and pull, but it had that option before, and a special color coding system should be used when purchasing from a list. Items out of stock one color, items with delivery only one color, click and pull items one color, etc... It is highly difficult to add things to your cart when choosing from a personal list. I had to choose one item at a time, place in the cart and then back out only to place me at the top of my list again instead of returning to the list where I left off.

I can search and shop and created shopping lists, create click and pull orders for my local store, and even have items available only online shipped to my home in no time with the cheapest shipping charges I have ever seen. It saves payment info and I can so my Sams Club shopping right herd in my home or anywhere and not have to be in store tempted by impulses purchase and end caps of things I don't need!! For the organized and savvy shopper like me, this app makes my life easy. I can generate a click and pull order and set up a pickup time at my local store den just simply go in and pick it up. I can pay online or in store. It's a VIP service most people don't even know about. It saves all my orders and shopping lists and even had my tax exemption information for my business saved so it takes me 3 minutes to do something that would take hours to locate and haul around the store!!! Easier to use the regular website than the app from my ipad. The app is much slower, you can't stretch the screen to utilize the larger ipad screen, the descriptions are limited and since you cant stretch the screen to expand for the description you must select the item and go to the next level and therefore wait for the next screen to load. Example- when searching for tv mounts you couldn't see the size range for the mount and painfully had to select each one to see what it was - 50" or 80". Also, although my address was updated in the app, when finally ordering my mount, the app didn't initially allow me to select it for shipping. When asked by the app "are you sure you want to enter this order?" Hmmm not really through this app - although I did. Maybe it was because of the product I was shopping for. If I was ordering socks I may have had a better experience.

This app seems to work very well for me. It has never crashed on me or anything. I use it often to check prices, look up items, and see if my store offers it. So far this app seems fine! I also like the feature of creating my own list, this is very helpful especially when I'm actually in the store shopping, it's my computerized grocery list, l love it! I also love the click n pull feature makes shopping so much easier especially since I have 2 young children, I just place my order and pick it up! It saves me so much time! I was about to be quick with a thank you for fixing the issue that caused the app to constantly refresh, making it difficult for blind users to use. I thank you for that, but, almost all of the buttons have not been labeled so that voiceover knows what they are. Having voiceover say "button" does not help a blind user know what that button is. It took me several tries to add something to the cart before I asked for sighted assistance and realized that I had five of one item in my cart, when I only needed one. Also, when trying to choose the time and date for my click and pull order, it wouldn't take the time or date, And even though it was showing the time and date that I had chosen under my club location, when I would click place order, it would tell me that I needed to choose a time and date. It finally worked, after I clicked the time and date, and save, for maybe the fifth time, and the app crashed. When I reloaded the app, and went back into my cart, it had the time and date that I chose, and it finally allowed me to place my order. This app needs a lot of help!

The app works well with the service, which is also a 5-star. I have several list: frequent, office supplies, frozens (in-club use only), and I can put an order for my typical items, complete with saved quantities, in minutes.
My only complaint is the quarterly sku changes means I need to search for the item in the general catalog, put it in the list, and delete the old one. A better idea would for the app/website to allow the user to update the item directly from the list ("Item is no longer available. Search for a replacement, use these suggested replacements {based on name}, delete item).

I use this app for the click and pull function for the restaurant of which I am GM. The app used to work, albeit slowly. Now, every order I attempt placing says that it doesn't have enough of a particular item in stock...but it doesn't say which product so I can't place the order unless I unselect each item to try and get the one that is out of stock for the order. Also, the list I have created for my regular orders is in the opposite order of what they are on the website when I use my iPhone. I don't understand why that wasn't caught. Another thing that would be nice when ordering from lists would be if you could change the quantity of the item without having to go back and forth to the list an edit screens.

Enjoy the ability to shop online and pick up at the store. Just wish I could pay online and when I show up to pick up my order have a number to call or someone to be at the pick up entrance to help me. The past times I've used the service I waited over 30 minutes after I had already gotten my 9 month old son out of the car to go in and pay after I asked specifically if someone could please bring the my order out to my car. Then after I flagged someone down as I wasn't about to leave my son alone in the car and it's a fairly high traffic area in the pick up area so parking and getting out to go back in seemed to not be an option the nice direct tv guy was on his break and went in TWICE to get someone out to help. When my order finally made it out the door another 10 minutes was spent waiting until I got out and had to interrupt the person with my order from watching a video with his co-worker friend to be able to leave. I probably wouldn't have been so aggravated if I wasn't 4 months pregnant myself and it wasn't such a hassle to get myself and my close to 30 lb son all out for something I've used multiple times with a lot of success at Hyvee.

Fix these issues or I'll scrap the app!

I like using your Sams club app in store for the virtual card. BUT it is the most frustrating/annoying/difficult thing EVER when you are standing at the cash register with people waiting behind you and you did not bring your card with you since you wanted to use the virtual card in the app AND you cannot find where in the app the virtual card is located. This has happened to me every time I came to the store trying to use the app. I stand there for 5 minutes with the register person WAITING for me to find my virtual card. She can't even scan items while I wait since she needs the card to even start! I tap stuff until I get to it. Oh and another thing, the brightness should automatically go up as the virtual card is loaded since the card will NOT work unless the brightness goes up. My suggestion: make a button in the menu for the virtual card - for easy access, and have the phone automatically put the brightness all the way up when I launch the card and back to the previous setting when I'm done. Key ring on the iPhone does all of this. Maybe I should just use that and uninstall the Sams club app - that's the only thing I use it for. Another suggestion - allow shopping in store with the app so that I can scan items as I go through the store and get a total with tax - I budget shop so this would be EXTREMELY useful. I don't mean to sound demanding - thanks for hearing me out.

I am constantly looking for the BBD! Once you plug in ur store info, all the prices & weights/counts show up! Makes Comparison Shopping Sooo much Easier! Can make many lists & personalize the titles. Can't categorize according to store isles, bummer. So I still use my shopping list app. Also the app "couldn't connect to server" while in the store, one time. So I couldn't access my list... So glad I had a Master list in another app. It also shows what's on super saver list. Pretty neat. A weekly go to app for me. Also takes the Guess Work OUT if my shopping. I know ahead of time if SAMS has what I need or not, @ the Right Price!!

This app never works for me. It does not include items from the cafe, however they get angry if you don't order in advance. It is missing many items and has items listed as in store that my store no longer carries. It gives you an allotted number of characters for additional comments which my store asked me to use to add cafe and bakery items, but they can not print the whole section - it gets cut off. The items that I mark tax exempt and not tax exempt do not get communicated to the store and they have to de-cart and re-scan every item every time I come in. They always tell me they would prefer I use click and pull for my large orders but I always can shop more quickly and accurately if I just do it myself. Also, the recent update to the app makes it more difficult to navigate, links don't work, and it freezes.

I have worked at Sams for a few months as a stocker, but I will try my best to be fair.
The app is good for checking which clubs have certain items and whether or jot they are in stock (we sell out more often than you'd think.) you can also see what roadshows and special features items are in each club and for how long. If you are looking for an item and can't find it when this app says its in stock give an associate the products item number. If they have a scan gun or if they are near a computer they can check its status without hunting down the item number itself.
The ordering process can definitely be streamlined. Placing or even faxing an order would be easier, but its a nice feature to have. No indication of whether an item is active, canceled, seasonal, or a one time buy.

SAMs Club app is very easy to navigate. I have an iPhone4 and once it downloaded my club info was right there. Prescriptions are easy to refill. It even tells you how much you saved with your membership. This app has a chock full of navigations to keep you well informed of the SAMs Club shopping experience.
I was impressed with the entire format of this app. Other retailers could learn a thing or two from this app.
I did have one problem trying to update my phone number. There was an unknown ph no on my club profile and I have no idea how it got there. I sent an email but still haven't heard back from anyone so I'm going to call the store to update it. Something I shouldn't have to do.

I really like how I can order from my iPad and it even can give me directions and filter club features. I would like to be able to compare unit prices on this app. It would help me when trying to save my family money. I can figure it out on my own, but I have to keep closing it to use my calculator and becomes pretty time consuming. I love the click.n.pull feature though! Now if only they had a service where you pull up and give them your list so you don't have to go in with the kids! That would be something!

I shop weekly at SAMs now for 10 years and was looking forward to this app. As a business account making the shopping lists and having pulls would be great. I have never had an app crash on my new iPhone till now. Constantly crashes and what a pain to use the features. The app will not run correctly on the new iPhone with tons of room and memory. I hope they fix this issue along with proper inventory in the store. Things I purchase there are not listed or they will even say not at this store when I have bought it there for several years and seen it yesterday. The website is terrible and this app has a chance if they update it and fix the stability. The new update does not connect to my account even when it says logged in. I have given up on the app and it is much easier simply to go back to a shopping list and do it the old fashioned way. Seems that the app is like my local store. Put things wherever there is room and keep moving them around so it becomes a game to find them these days. My favorite is stop having something you like as well.

Haven't used the app for anything useful, thought I might be able to use it to renew since I was given a trial upgrade after the purchase of my iPad, which means auto renewal included the upgrade that I also did not find useful. My cart renewal descriptions did not show which renewal was which so I could remove the upgrade portion. Thinking it might be visible on the iPad version I downloaded that app here. Couldn't remember my email/pw- to find your email address you have to remember your email address ( your online profile ) um, hello, if I knew that.... So from too many attempts to figure it out, (no helps, still waiting for the email - that I finally guessed by using the forgot password feature) I've been locked out. My hubby will be finished shopping before I will be able to renew my account via the app... Also the majority of the products aren't listed, just sale items, coupon/advantage push... So pulling my order is useless, half of what we get isnt there, or needs to be picked (produce). We love Sam's Club, but the app isn't worth the time it took me to write this review.

Love the app except one thing. I have have searched for a product in the app, found what I am looking for, and looked to see if it were available in my local store. The item showed that it was available at the store, so I drove across town to get this item. Once I arrived at the store, the item was not there. I asked an associate if they could find it for me, and they said they haven't had any if those items for a while nor was it on order. I asked to speak to the store manager and he told me that very often the app is wrong with items and inventory available. He told me not to use the app and just call if I was looking for something specific. So my question is, why even have that feature on the app if it is so off all the time? I mean I could understand if I had walked in there and they told me they had sold the last item. But the item was not there for a while.

I have an iPhone 4 and I am also a Sam's Club member. When I found out that I can upload pictures from iPhone and order prints, I was ecstatic. It was the #1 reason why I installed the app. I could print current pictures to send to my parents who were not computer saavy. I tried to upload my pictures several times (5Xs to be exact) and the app has froze up and crashed all 5 times. I am now unable to upload anymore of my pictures into album (I have a total of 16 pictures) in the one album that I created. App just continues to crash when trying to upload. It also took a long time to upload the 16. Please fix this issue. It's very frustrating.

Make sure you call your photo center to be certain they actually intend to print your pics in an hour. EVEN IF THE APP GIVES YOU A TIME AND CONFIRMATION! I uploaded mine waited a while and then drove the 45 mins to my sams. The girl did not have my pictures ready and when I told her I had just submitted them a couple hours before, she very unapologetically said 'oh, I'm doing maintenance on the machines, I won't be able to print anything for another three hours. We do this every month' like somehow it was my responsibility to psychically know that today was the day. I suggested that she call all the people on the tickets expecting one hour photo to let them know not to take the trip for several more hours, she didn't seem to think it was necessary...so, just saying, I love the convenience and the quality of their prints, but make sure you call to confirm.

I really like being able to use the app to preorder and pick up everything I need at Sam's, but I honestly think it would be quicker just to go and pick up all the items myself. This app crashes constantly. I can't get through even a few items before it freezes or kicks me out. On top of that, it does random stuff to the things in my cart. Sometimes it empties my cart out completely and other times it deletes items I put in it earlier. I really like the idea and convenience of picking the order up and it even saving my lists. Too bad it takes me an hour to go to war with the app to get what I want. Before I break my phone out of frustration from this app, I'll just go back to picking up my own items at the store.

Ok - let me preface this by saying that Sam's club has done a great job at trying to improve this app, and I've been watching it get better. There are several important features that thousands of users have requested / voted for that have not yet been implemented. Using the app on my IPAD is not fun. They need to release an IPAD version. Also, things like being able to use the app as my membership card, or being able to have a list of receipts of things i've purchased would make the app much more usable. Please understand - I shop mostly at your brick and mortar store, and so the app needs to complement my in-store shopping experience. That's great that I can see a record of my online purchases, but the breakthrough and game changer will be when I can see a record of my in-store purchases... that would be amazing!!! So for now 3 stars until we make the app more usable.

I've been using the app for several weeks and haven't had a problem. Today it even saved me a bit of time in the store. One of my items wouldn't scan so the cashier called for a price check. She finished ringing up the order and called again but still no one came. I used the barcode scanner and the details came up, including the item number she needed to key in. We were finished and heading out the door when someone finally showed up to help. I was glad I had the app and the cashier was impressed!

This is a good app overall.
But, the tire selector needs improvement to be usable. It should allow you to first select the size that fits you car, then the type (ie all season) and then show you all available tires. Instead, your now have to select a brand, then for that brand, you sort through a list that can be sorted by "top seller" or Brand (this doesn't make sense since you already selected a brand) or price. You are left with going through the multi page list looking for you size, then selected each tire and reading the description to see if it is all season (some don't even say what type it is. Clearly the person who wrote this section never shopped for tires.
I sent Sam's several suggestions using their feedbal tab. It worked great for short feedback. However when I sent a longer set of suggestions which took me 5 min to type in on my iPhone, the feedback section turned red and wouln't send. There is not note that the feedback is limited to X characters. If it is limited they should state thus, if not it is a bug. You would think they would want all the feedback they can get from dedicated Sam club members.
The load more feature on the product list (which ended with J) did not work
Hopefully they read these posts and fit these few shortcomings
