Improvements we’ve made to this version include:
- Localization improvements
- Improved theming support when using iOS 13 (integration with the system theme is coming soon)
- Added the search button to the category screens in Discover
- Carousels that contain audio clips or videos in the Home tab will no longer auto-scroll while that content is playing
- Fixed a few crashes, including one that occurred in the background causing audio to stop playing
- Audio will no longer repeat when skipping forward or back
- Fixed some font issues on iOS 13

Terrible Apple Watch app

I had to unsubscribe from the Audible membership as I can’t sync with my watch easily. It’s been a real pain just to sync.
I did follow all the steps. It syncs and suddenly it doesn’t the file synced to the watch.
Sometimes the app crashes.
I had to remove and sync it again.
It’s not a easy task to sync the audiobook to Apple Watch. I’ll have to find other way to listen to audiobooks.

I love using this app and how it connects easily to my CarPlay but if you go through a lot of audiobooks quickly, it starts to get pricey. You basically get 1 credit a month and free downloads from audible originals, but honestly, I’m not interested in the originals. If u buy 3 more credits, it works out to $11-12 a book. I feel they should do another option where if u buy maybe 5 credits, it’s $8-9 a book. I would spend the money. I don’t feel like I’m getting a deal for $11-12 a book

I Love Audible, but what I don't like is that the chapters in the in the audio don't match with the actual book. Why is this? If I want to go to a specific point in the book, I have to guess at which chapter it is in in the audible chapters. It seems to be like this with most, if not all, books. Can you please change this so that everything is uniform with all books and the chapters match from the book to the audible version?

Absolutely love this app. It makes reading books so easy now. Some days when I’m too tired to read, I’ll just listen to the audiobook and follow along with the physical book.

All of a sudden my audible app stopped opening on my iPhone. Even after I updated it’s still opens and closes immediately. If I try to delete the app it will delete all my data as well as my position in the books I am reading. Help!!!! Not cool.

I first read this book 27 years ago at the age of 19, and hundreds of books later, still remains my favorite of all time.
This is an amazing epic of scientific intrigue and discovery.
James P Hogan leads the reader through a fictional tale that seeks to explain the known discrepancies in the evolutionary history of mankind.
The story is entertaining and far flung, but strangely presents a credible theory to the origins of our species.
This book will leave you contemplating these theories for years!

Sync issues every where. Won’t sync between devices and won’t sync reliably to Apple Watch. Guess will have to look elsewhere after being a loyal user for many years. Calls to CS not helpful, acknowledge issues but no timeframe for fix.

I love audible and often listen to either Audible or Libby (through my local library). One thing I wish Audible had was the ability to accurately see how long I have left in the book I am listening to. Libby has this ability and I love it. I often listen to books at a speed of 1.75 so it is harder to determine how much time is left.

They give you a nice deal to start then charge you $15 a month every month and give you absolutely no way to cancel the membership. It’s basically the new digital book version of those old scams where they send you 200 cds and then send you a bill for $500 afterwards

Forcing me to sign it, says I’m not connected to the internet. It removed my huge downloaded library! Can’t access my library and if The app finally figures out I have an internet connection I’ll have to burn large quantity of data to reload my library.
I’m traveling internationally and was looking forward to listening to the books I bought before the trip. Shouldn’t have to spend this much time trying to sort out a poorly executed update.
Really dislike how Audible is changing, once I get logged in and re download my library I’m cancelling.
Every time they do an upgrade I lose my library, have issues logging in, and have to re download my library.

I can’t figure out how to purchase an audiobook from Amazon (either website nor app), in which case I can’t use the Audible app. I’ve used my “free trial” credit and have been gifted a book by a friend, both of which I’ve listened to. However when I search for the next book in the series, the only audiobook option is “I want this book” which then emails details on how to use my free trial. But I’ve already used my free trial, so I’m at a loss.

I’ve reached that age where, if I curl up to read I’m asleep. When I drive , traveling long distances , Audible is a God send because music leads to daydreaming, and eventually I’m nodding away. Plus, all those books you promised yourself you’d read some day are now possible thanks to earphones while walking.

Doesn't work well. I keep deleting the older bookmarks and they keep showing up again. Doesn’t sync between devices hardly ever anymore. I keep having to shut down my phone because the app locks up and the only way to get it to work is to reboot my phone.
