I really enjoy Netflix and the variety of shows and movies it offers. There’s always something entertaining to watch, and the selection is one of the best among streaming services. My only suggestion would be to make the pricing a little more competitive with other streaming platforms. Whether I continue using Netflix will depend on how much prices increase over the next few months. Overall, I’m happy with the service and hope it remains a good value.

Email for secondary profiles
I love using the app but it gets annoying when the add email for secondary profiles pop up because it won’t help me at all and it won’t accept the emails we already have to sign into it so if you could please remove that that would be amazing or make it an option to use.

Removed AirPlay, diminished app
App is functional but they removed AirPlay, which was the ultimate reason I cancelled after 16 years as a paying customer. How user-hostile does a company need to be to remove AirPlay from their app? I guess you can just ask Netflix; the same company that raises costs every 6 months and no longer lets you use the same account at your secondary home without paying even more for the privilege of accessing what you’re already paying inflated prices for. Your content isn’t good enough for you to singularly keep relying on anymore. I’d say goodbye but the Netflix I liked and actually wanted to pay for has been gone for at least a couple of years now so it’s a little late for me to say goodbye now.
It’s 2026. Put AirPlay back on your iOS/iPadOS apps like you had it and I’ll reconsider my rating. But since you already had it but then intentionally removed it to screw over your Apple users (while keeping chromecast support, I might add) you now have a diminished app that earns its single-star rating. Congrats to all the Netflix execs who give the bird to their subscribers each and every day and can now happily watch them leave as intended. Satisfied customers willing to stick around consistently can’t satisfy that desire any longer. Hence the reason to start removing features from apps, I guess.
1-star. Don’t waste your time with this app and its user-hostile product team. Go spend your money and time where it’s welcomed and courted. Unless you’re into sadism, in which case here’s the app you want.

The children are being exposed to something that they’re not ready for.
So the other day I was on the kids account to see what’s on there what are they be exposed to and out a curiosity. I clicked one of the voice actors on one of the shows and to my surprise, I saw a show that was not appropriate for children and I thought OK that’s weird and then I clicked on it and it just started. I’d fast forward it a little bit to see if it would be on my continue watching and no no it’s not so just for all the parents that are monitoring their kids. This is one of the things I can easily slip by now this is a great app and I’d recommend it to everyone. You can even get free games on it that usually cost quite a bit of money like sonic mania and I’m all for it. I just need you to do this Netflix this is something that you need to fix. It is still this is totally worth buying. You can get tons of movies and TV shows. PS, bring back interactive’s, if possible. So this is a review just another concerned Citizen so if you made it all down to this review if you’re planning to get this for your children or yourself thank you This is actually my first review and I wanna make it count so again thank you for reading Netflix this needs to be fixed.😕

i would put -100 stars but if i put less then five, my comment wont show up... anyways... I turned on my TV to Netflix but as soon as I press the search button to look for a show, it says on recent searches.... stuff that I would never watch, VULGER STUFF like anime, one that said my dress up darling... which I have trauma from my son watching (he lives in my garage) anyways me 43 female clicked on the most recent and some anime turned on and as soon as it switches on I go to turn it off cause I would never watch this horrible stuff but as soon as the soundtrack starts playing my 19 year-old son teleports behind me and start singing it in Japanese. I jumped out of my seat and press off on the TV... but it's too late. my son morphs into an uwu femboy fanboy and start singing louder and the TV turns back on and the volume is somehow at 100 I keep pressing the off button but it no longer works. my son's voice booms throughout the room singing some theme song or something he is in a pink mini skirt and blue crop top when Gojo from the show comes out of the screen and starts dancing with my fem boy son. I stand still still in shock of what is unravelling before me, I run out of the room and shut the garage door but the door locks behind me and I can't open it I've been knocking on the door for six hours and I finally gave up and I'm now forced to stay down here until my son's major disorder episode ends...

Sick of the still watching question
We are a handicapped household and my sister can’t operate the television in anyway and Netflix isn’t easy for us cause the Still watching question is too soon its sooooooo annoying to be asked so much. Just deliver my content and shut up! Please change this we are really really really SICK of it. We even regularly skip months at a time of Netflix cause we can’t rely on them to be playing. Update 2025 still they have never made the video playing accessible they do not care about their paying customers and now raising prices too ridiculous your executives are already rich enough stop it with the greed!!! Update August 2025 Their Apple TV app update is Stupid now you can’t see but 4 titles in a row because the selected one is so big it looks cheap and not easy to read now i needed more info on a screen not less. I’m also sick of the price raising you can choose to profit less not be so freaking greedy. I hope lots cancel just as I am today. Update March 2026 Netflix continues to breaking their software now it’s that Siri can’t fast forward or start an episode over. The fact you continue to just screw your handicap customers in your software restrictions and continued damages to the software is just gross there is zero reason to alter so many things you’ve changed. It’s like you change silly things to to make it seem like you’re working on something instead of making changes people really want or need. Stop asking are you watching and just keep playing. Also auto skip of intros should be a thing, it should be an accessibility feature you ableist.

I love this app
There is so many clear apps that you have to pay for, but none of them are as good as this one. There is so many different options you can choose from their LGBTQ plus And anime and a lot of other shows. For example, right now I’m watching Ginny and Georgia for like 1000 time. I love this app and I hope nothing happens to it. The only thing is I wish they had more options like even more. Because a lot of the things they have for options I don’t I’m just not a fan of. But I really do like that. They are very diverse. They have Bollywood movies and a lot of they have K dramas a little bit of everything for everyone so no one feels out of place. There is one thing I don’t know if it’s like Netflix but I do wish they wouldn’t do the two part thing where you get one part one time and another part the next time I really hate that and I don’t want that I hated it. For example, for Stranger Things there was like three different parts you had to wait for and it was so annoying. Also, right now I’m watching Bridgerton and again with the two part thing I have to watch the first half which is only like four episodes and then I have to wait a whole month for the other two. It’s not bad. It’s just really really inconvenient and I don’t like it.

loved netflix but there’s a few things they need to change.
when i left for vacation, signed into netflix there during my time logged out and came back home, i would open netflix and it say im not apart of the household.. idk what bots or operating system they use but if my settings on my ipad and phone say that i allow networks connections and they see where i log in and WHSTS HOMEBASE, THERE SHOULDNT BE AN ISSUE SIGNING IN AT MY HOME. it would also be lovely if they stopped taking things im interested in and didn’t get to watch off netflix. it should be more personalized where i can choose what i dont watch/not interested in watching and what i want to remove (“leaving soon”). there’s a BUNCH of shows and movies on there id never watch like horror and that demonic content that i wish were leaving and something NETFLIX chooses to remove is actually good. but besides those 2 issues, actually one more the only being able to watch on 2 screens in a house with a lot of people and having to pay more is greedy and again the whole sharing update is greedy as well. i feel like it be nice to have at least 1 exception outside of your home without having to upgrade your plan, and like since that 1 access to the account without having an account of their own, it can be like that for year and if others wanted to join the account that way, they can’t because it lasts for a year and only one person at a time outside of the subscribers home can use it. hope this makes sense, run me my checkkk for the ideasss, please. xoxo

But only because you got a remind us like when there’s more of like ones that are in our list that we have like added over the years if that makes sense and then Say new ones because actually when I checked on my grandma’s, they didn’t have the Pokémon horizon but now I’m super excited as well for that one and also like I said you gotta remind us more like that like say new ones that have been added to your list that you love cause that’s like what a Netflix list is supposed to be but anyway, if you remind us more of like that then we can see if there’s anything else that we like love other than the one that I just mentioned and other ones that I haven’t even mentioned yet PS I’ve only got about 126 things that I liked anyway and besides, that’s not so bad but also I love helping out Netflix.

Frankenstein
Thank God for "FRANKENSTEIN" because I was beginning to think going to the cinema is a waste of my time. Writer and director Guillermo Del Toro tells a story, that starts slowly but builds to a compelling climax. Del Toro is responsible for the classic "Pan's Labyrinth" and his Oscar winning "The Shape Of Water" where he intertwines horror, terrific cinematography, superb art direction, and takes audiences for a fantasy ride.
Oscar Isaac is Victor Frankenstein, a scientist, who believes that he can defy death and create a live being from corpses. The creature he creates is played by Jacob Elordi. The first part is narrated by Isaac and we get to understand his motives. The second part is narrated by Elordi and we get to understand how he adjusts to living without being human, and not dying. The moral is "be careful what you wish for” and "no man should feel that he's God"; Frankenstein is a narcissist like our "current president who wants to be a King." Isaac has his best role in his lengthy career. Elordi discards his handsome boy image playing the creature.
We have seen movies about Frankenstein before but never with such detail. Del Toro will probably be Oscar nominated for his excellent direction. Most impressive are the art direction, visual effects, and cinematography. I'm glad that I saw it on the big screen and I did not wait for Netflix (distributor). The images from the movie are unforgettable and will remain with me for a while.

so i was watching netflix like a normal saturday at 8pm and wednesday was doing her little goth dance and i was vibing and then the screen started glitching and i blinked and suddenly i was on a 9/11 plane and the pilot turned around and it was osama bin laden wearing airpods and i was like “sir???” and he said “i’m dropping the hottest mixtape of 2001” and i roundhouse kicked him into the cockpit and the plane did a barrel roll and then darth vader showed up and said “this is not the turbulence you’re looking for” and i screamed and woke up in disney junior at 3am and mickey was doing the hot dog dance and i was still vibing and then we played handyman and i was like “pass me the wrench” and mandy said “im gonna get handy 😈” and i thought he meant like fixing the sink but NO he pulled out a chainsaw from his diaper and screamed “TOOL TIME” and chased me through the living room and the tv turned into a portal and doc mcstuffins said “this patient is UNHINGED” and then the couch exploded and bluey barked in latin and the wallpaper peeled itself off and spelled “RUN” and i tried to hide in the fridge but mandy chainsawed through the milk and yelled “I’M THE TOOL NOW” and then the blender started singing and the ceiling fan flew off and became a helicopter and now i live inside a toolbox and every time i hear the netflix intro i cry oil 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Need to keep good popular shows and get rid of the old weird ones
So I’m basically addicted to rainbow high right now and I have to even I have to download happy kids so I can watch almost all the seasons because Netflix only has three seasons of it and I really want to see the new seasons with the sparkle series and stuff, but Netflix has not added any onto it and like a lot of my friends has dolls and like rainbow high right now it was really popular. I feel like you should add onto that and like alien TV that’s really weird and that hasn’t been a top 10 and like in the popular section in who knows how long and also keep Cocomelon and get rid of all the other shows that are just like Cocomelon it’s just weird. They have several at the same exact show or same exact copy and also I mean I really like Netflix. It’s like really good cause you guys have a lot of good movies and stuff but like you get rid of good movies and bringing in like weird ones like right now like Leo is for sure keeper K-pop Demon, hunters for sure keeper and alsothere are some other things that yeah I mean just I really like Netflix a lot and I’m just gonna read it for stars cause you know it could always be better and also I really want to see the new rainbow high seasons so yeah bye but I’m gonna run at five stores. Some more people can see and maybe I have a better chance.

it WAS good
netflix overall is an amazing app if you would like to watch movies, or tv shows ad-free. i’ve grown up with this platform and i’ve bonded over it. however, i’ve come across a few problems that i believe should be addressed. for one, they remove or cancel all popular shows and replace them with corny teen shows, or just kid shows. don’t get me wrong, they are great for that specific target audience, but half of the good shows are gone. what really annoys basically everyone is that a show could have 3 seasons but they only put 1-2. not all shows are like this though, so don’t expect the worst. i believe letting us choose which shows we want back and replace it with one of the shows they added would be a better choice and that would make most of us happier. another bad part is that they made an update where you have to be part of the household the account was made from. this account was made by a family member of mine that i’ve been using since. but they moved away and i can’t watch netflix anymore. we have tried multiple times to make us to try and be part of the household. it would work for maybe 5 days, and then it wouldn’t again. this problem annoys me the most. take my words with a grain of salt though. this is a great movie/show watching platform and i genuinely do love it. but these needs to be fixed.

Netflix is great but…
I love Netflix. It has a lot of things to watch on it, but I used to have a favorite show on Netflix that I watched all the time and it was like one of my favorite shows and they were deleting it so I think that you should stop deleting the I think that Netflix actually not you You know what I mean she just stop deleting stuff because a lot of people could maybe like a show it could be really popular, but then Netflix could delete it and everyone has to find like a different show to watch like let’s say I like Stranger Things so if I was watching Stranger Things and it was about to get deletedI’ll probably be crying well actually I will be crying so I think that Netflix should stop deleting stuff and start adding more stuff so people can watch more stuff like the minions the rise of Gru Despicable Me one despicable Me two and I like how a lot of stuff on Netflix is free and I think you should keep it that way because a lot of people are paying for Netflix. It’s gonna be annoying for them to pay again on Netflix so I think you should do that and I think a lot of people would start liking Netflix better and you get more money. Thank you for reading this. but also about the deleting stuff thing. It’s usually the things that they delete that aren’t getting used anymore like no one watches, but a lot of but some people can but it doesn’t really get that much credit. Let’s say I’d like Powerpuff Girls. I liked it at once and I stopped liking it, but I still wanna see it sometimes but then I can’t really find it anywhere and I know there’s another Powerpuff Girls but that one’s not the same so I think you should stop deleting stuff. Probably add some stuff that you deleted or add stuff that you never had that people probably would like that’s just my request bye

I love you Netflix ❤️
I almost never watch television so I don’t really need Netflix or any other streaming platforms, however I felt as though Netflix was just one of those streaming platforms everyone just had. However into their slow decent into becoming…. Worse.. it feels as though the shows or movies I want to watch are never on here even though it says it is when I look up where to watch ____. I rated it 5-stars because it was the easiest subscription cancelation I’ve ever gone through. Most companies that require a monthly subscription often hide where to cancel or won’t even allow you to do it online, on top of that before you hit cancel for most places it begs you to stay, offering lower prices and promises to be better. I find that absolutely pathetic and annoying every time. If I’m canceling my monthly subscription one month of it being $5 cheaper isn’t going to change my mind, if they really cared they would’ve offered the lower price from the jump. Not Netflix, you hit cancel, then one more time to confirm, and that’s it. No lower prices, no begging, nothing… If I’m being honest it was relieving to not have to go through an annoying process that inevitably strengthens my disdain for the service I am canceling which in return makes me never want to come back because I know it’s a major pain to cancel when I don’t want it. Netflix will always be a service I come back to when I need to watch something and I appreciate them sticking strong to pricing and understanding that someone canceling their service doesn’t mean they’ll never come back, just that it’s not needed at this time. Thank you Netflix.

Netflix platform
Netflix and the whole streaming industry have bamboozled everyone one. We supposedly paid for commercial free on demand streaming of entire movie series or television series. We were paying for the convenience of watching what we wanted when we wanted without interruption or scheduling. Now fast forward some years… Now we wait a whole off season if not a whole year or longer to watch a new series or a series of movies! To make matters worse you don’t even get to binge watch a series anymore you have to wait for the same time next week for the next episode. Sound familiar? Also no commercials interruption was what we paid for yet now we get commercials before after and sometimes even during the program. Sound familiar? Commercial advertising is how public broadcasting services make money. We were tired of the constant interruption so we were willing to pay for cable then eventually streaming services to avoid all the advertising and waiting weeks to see what’s next on your favorite show. If everything I’m communicating sounds familiar it is because it was called free television. Somehow streaming giants like Netflix have tricked us while consistently raising prices to the point where it is the same cost of cable with less content and no live broadcast, into paying for free television while doubling dipping by selling advertising on top of charging us subscription fees. Wow!

The OG of entertainment
I love how Netflix tailor to my interests . When I allow myself to watch a new show or movie that I am not sure if I’ll like it I trust the references Netflix makes according to view “more like this button” I like the wide variety of family friendly and comedy selection. My second go to is romantic and action . Of course drama and military type of movies are big interest to me as well . The great outdoors scenes are always fun for me because I enjoy camping too so when I don’t get a chance I like watching movies or shows that gives me fulfillment in that kind of entertainment. I am only subscribed to Netflix because honestly the little bit of down time that I do have , I feel there’s always something special that I look forward to watching .
One dream of mine as a little girl back in the day when I was growing up I really wanted to be an actor . Now that I’m 34 years old and I see a lot of normal looking people that remind me of myself on Netflix. One day it will be a dream come true to be casted in a show on Netflix or a movie one day . I don’t know the process of how to become one yet . Would love to know how to be an actress for Netflix.

A fun family action pack movie that delivers!
I just watched back in action with my family and we loved it. This was a great example of a family, friendly film that is suitable for children and adults alike. The storyline is engaging and the action scenes are thrilling and the cast is diverse and talented.
One of the things that stayed out for me was a positive representation of in interracial couples in the main characters. It’s refreshing to see a movie that celebrates diversity and inclusivity, and it’s something I think it’s important for families to see.
But what really made this movie shine was the way the entire family was involved in the action it was a great way to see the parents and children working together, using their unique skills and strength to overcome obstacles and save the day. The chemistry between the cast members was palpable. And it was clear that they all had a blast making this movie overall, I highly recommend back in action to families who were looking for a fun entertaining movie that is suitable for all ages. It’s a great way to spend quality time together and it’s a movie that will leave you feeling uplifted and inspired so grab some popcorn gathered a family and get ready to enjoy this movie with a wild ride.

Outstanding!
My mother was in the 6888. My brothers and I knew she was in the army in WWII and drove trucks and knew drivers in the red ball express and that’s it. Now I see why we had inspections on Saturday mornings, spit shining our shoes and organizing our foot lockers and clothes in order. My dad was in the army from WWII through viet nam. I now have a much better understanding of my parents and why they were so tough and taught us no task is impossible. Sometimes it takes courage and belief. We had it when we integrated schools and everyone in our neighborhood wanted their kids in her kindergarten class. The movie could have been a mini series and characters fleshed out more . The fighter pilot could have been a Tuskegee flyer as they were based at Ramiteli Italy. However, seeing them march brought tears to my eyes. America has under appreciated the contributions of Black American women. It’s a shame my mom did not see this movie. At least I was able to get her full military honors for her burial. After seeing the trailers i thought this would be Tyler Perry’s best work. I’m glad I ignored the naysayers and critics. This is one of the most educational things i have ever seen from Hollywood and I have seen a lot. God bless Tyler Perry and the cast and crew.

I have love Netflix for like ever but they keep taking off all the good things like stuff from like 2000s 11s and stuff like that but they keep on the stuff that was made in like the 1800s like what like I love this one movie and it’s called Honey girls and it’s been on there for like ever and I would and I love watching it but then they took it off and the only place that I can watch is on prime video for like $20 like what I literally watch for free on Netflix and like they be taking off this one show Jessica Darlene it list I think that’s what it’s called but and I watch out to bed like every night but now I can’t watch it at all because they took it off and now the only place I can watch is like prime video for like $20 like what they taking off all the good things will be keeping on these horrible things like what they do have some good things to on there and do some good things but they be taking off good things too. but don’t get me wrong. I love Netflix. I love all the things on there but they gotta stop takeoff. All these other things too. Also I use my microphone that’s why my punctuation is so good. oh I forgot they take forever to make new season of things like this can be out for like five years and then like five years later they make another season and then like they say that like it’s a week after it ever happened in the last thing what they look so much older like you cannot be doing this. I don’t get why you had to make JJ die. I really really loved JJ and I can’t believe you guys would do that. My voice started to crack when I saw that he was dying and I’m crying while writing this review. I really don’t get how y’all did it. I really don’t. and I mean it I really really mean it doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t. I just don’t get it. Why why did you have to make him die? Why why why why why did you have to make him die now? He won’t be in season five because he’s dead. He’s deceased. He’s gone because of you Netflix and the directors. Why do you have to make him die? I hate Outer Banks now and I always will because JJ is gone and I loved JJ. JJ was my best friend, but he wasn’t really my best friend. because we didn’t really know each other but if we did, I bet you me and him would be the closest friends ever. I just might make this review to start, but I won’t do that because I love Netflix and the shows. I’ve only watched two shows on Netflix and movies only watched Outer Banks and Young Sheldon Young Sheldon can stay out of this because they actually do great things on that show. I think it should stay that way. It’s really don’t get it how y’all are not crying. it means so much these people including me I do not rely on Netflix all the time but if Outer Banks wasn’t just on Netflix just might’ve stayed with you but now I really don’t have any choice pay for it and I don’t want to cancel. I really love a Whisker away, and can miyo, Hinode, Yori, isami, and the other students go into 4th grade, so can you make a a Whisker Away series that is rated TV-Y7 in the final episode of season one miyo and Hinode get married in the 4th grade graduation and then in season two Miyo goes into the 5th grade, turns 15,and gets pregnant and then has a baby girl named Sakura and then in season three Miyo goes to 6th grade and is 16, and she gets pregnant again and then has a baby boy named Kaito and then also can you make a a Whisker Away 2 movie that is rated TV-Y7 and it’s about when miyo and Hinode go into 9th grade, Miyo is 18, and Hinode is 19, and they’re family is complete but then Sakura really wants to go to cat island but miyo said no because miyo had a terrible past there so then Sakura and kaito go to cat island and then turn into cats and then miyo was scared to see that Kaito and Sakura have gone to cat island so then miyo turns back into taro the white cat and then there was the cat mask seller and he was going to make the people turn into cats forever but then Sakura, Kaito, Miyo, and Hinode defeat the mask seller and then everyone was safe and they don’t have to worry about turning back into cats anymore. I’ll get to the point. I understand Netflix doesn’t want those pepes using vpns to watch whatever show they want but what about actual travelers. This has been a major nuisance for the past fue years. Basically, when your location changes (like going to another country) the content changes as well and it varies. Some things you saw before are gone but some things you didn’t see are there. People try taking advantage of this by using a vpn to make it look like they’re in another country to watch content that isn’t available in their country. But Netflix has a “fix”. They simply set the language specifically to whatever languages are spoken in that country. But then this conflicts with people that are ACTUALLY on vacation. I’ve had to watch mha in Spanish. Luckily I know Spanish but i don’t know French. I don’t know German. I don’t know Japanese. I watched season 1 of Mob Psycho 100 on the way to Switzerland and made the mistake of not downloading season 2. So now I have the options of watching it in Japanese or German. And no, no english subtitles either. There is not a SINGLE show of my interest in my language. So now Netflix, my main entertainment on the plane for example, is utterly useless. Absolutely useless. Now I have to watch the Acolyte and who knows what else on Disney+ for a 9 hour flight.

The New Update
Since last December I was watching Korean series on my phone on Netflix and on my tv but since the new update that got I couldn’t enter because the account was my sister‘s father that was in Texas he shared his account with us because my mom didn’t want an account since she didn’t want to pay any more apps, but then when you update it only lets me watch the kids profile and I can’t enter any adults profile since any update I’ve always liked Netflix and could watch anything on any profile but since the last update, I can’t watch Korean series on Netflix and I needed an app to watch Korean series, but some Korean series are only on Netflix and I can’t watch it on the app since the last update I can’t get into any adult profile I could only enter the kids profile so please can you change the new update some of us have others Netflix profiles that share with us since we don’t have one so I hope that you can get rid of the new update since I can’t watch Netflix and any other person in the world thanks to the new update my sister‘s father he’s the only one who can use Netflix as he shared with us his account so we can’t watch Netflix so I hope you can get rid of the new update hoping for response this year

Be better netflix
I’ve been a loyal customer to for 5+ years without ever taking a break from the subscription. However as my family has grown we’ve also spread farther apart and don’t see each other as often. Netflix is one of the few ways we can connect with each other from time to time. Not to mention the cost of living has gone up which means it’s harder to pay for subscriptions especially when the price of the subscription goes up just about every year. The thing is you’re not the only tv service that i can subscribe to that will actually think about the consumer as a human being and not just someone they can pull money from. Ever since the new “household” update why whole family has been thinking canceling our netflix account. Since not only is the price always rising but also the freedom that came with using the account. I find it unacceptable that you get to raise the price AND dictate how our account is used when several other services that I could subscribe too that are affordable, give discounts, provide quality show and movies, and allow their customers to enjoy the account that they paid for without any type of bothersome restrictions. Now I do understand making sure the amount of screens being used at the same time is limited but that should be the only one. If you have to add that many restrictions to your customers then the content is the problem NOT the customer. Let me clarify if you didn’t understand YOU are the issue for YOURSELF. I hope that you do look into fixing this issue because you do have a few good shows and i’m on the verge of canceling my account. Have a great rest of your day!

Renewable series and movies
I’ve had Netflix since 2014 and I’ve never had a bad movie or series experience, but I do have a problem with some of the series and movies they take off/on, and how long they take them off for, like when it comes to series that I love like “The Vampire Diaries” and “The Originals”. I understand they have to take some series off so they can put new ones or the ones they took off before that one back on, but how long some of the series are gone is crazy it has now almost been a whole year since “The Vampire Diaries” has been off of Netflix and I am a binge watcher so I love to rewatch series and movies that I love, but a year is toooo long for me, I like to get my binge watching on and Netflix is lowkey stopping me from that, and DON’T GET ME STARTED ON THE MOVIES, I am a fantasy, romance, drama, comedy girl, so I love movies like twilight and I do now for sure that Netflix takes that movie on and off all the time, but once again the amount of time that it gets taken off for is crazy. Me personally I think Netflix should take series on and off based off what is actually being watched by people, and if they take a series or movie off, and it’s a movie/series that people have been watching a lot they should take it off for a short amount of time (3-5 months)

Love the app but..
Hey! Any devs reading this may you please fix this, I use this app to watch movies and to entertain my little brother when he doesn’t have his tablet or if it’s dead. But when I try to watch something and one of the previews show up, I can’t pause it and when I try to get in until like a movie or a show or something, it’s really annoying because the audio of that preview is continuing to go through my movie or show, may you please fix this? It’s starting to get annoying. (( Edit: also for my age group I’ve been finding a lot of problems with using Netflix for example, the kids don’t have a lot for my age group and the adult section has way too much stuff that are more mature and it’s really hard to find shows and movies for me to watch because of my age group and I would recommend to add a tween to teen section in this case 12-16 section and I would like to use Netflix, but Netflix just doesn’t have a lot of stuff that support my taste. I only have one show on Netflix that I will watch again. I want to try more things. This will be great update for me and I don’t use it as much because of this and thank you.

House Holds
Change the way your house holds work, I travel for work and am away from home very often and sometimes for long periods. Make it so I can select which accounts I want to be able to use while traveling! My family should’ve be able to watch at home while I’m on the road. I get that you want to stop people from sharing there accounts with everyone. But this is very annoying for us who don’t share our accounts and want to use Netflix on the go. I like Netflix it’s probably my favorite steaming service but this makes me want to cancel my subscription! For example if you pay for an account with four devices, you should be able to select four devices that can be used anywhere. Then with that same account set a home IP address that you can use as many devices as you would like. For example your home computer the tv in the living room and the tv in the basement or the one upstairs in your room. This would allow all family members at home to still be able to watch. While also letting four and only four devices to be used any where. The same would go for if you only payed for 2 devices you could only use 2 devices anywhere! Also keep the vacation mode I think that’s a good feature! I am very disappointed in this update Netflix I hope you actually read this and any other comments/reviews because this makes me hate a platform I love!

Greedy company
I live in 2 different apartments during the week due to working 2 different jobs. I have the most basic plan because it is mostly just me watching. Occasionally my roommate watches something on my account on the shared tv. I am barely affording to live in this society while working 2 jobs and all I want to do sometimes is sit down and watch something while I eat dinner or before bed. Since they made the new 1 household rule, I continuously have to verify devices and re sign in. I have contacted them and they’re like too bad you have to verify your devices every month in order to use them all. They won’t discount my membership for the inconvenience and they won’t fix it. I finally cancelled my membership due to the emotional distress this has caused me on several occasions. I have pretty severe depression and the lack of accommodation for this disability is quite disappointing. I consistently use the same devices to watch Netflix and yet they still have to be reverified every month. I’ve notified them on multiple occasions of the issue and nothing is done. Sad to cancel but I can no longer handle this extra source of stress in my life. It already costs too much money as it is. Using my very limited energy on re-verifying devices constantly is something I no longer wish to participate in. When you fix this issue I will consider signing up again.

Not compatible with ROKU Tv
Dear Netflix, for the past few months I have installed the Netflix app on my ROKU TV to watch Netflix content on my TV. Unfortunately, your program doesn’t run well with ROKU’s service. One the biggest issues I have with your platform, is the app kicks me out randomly and sends me back to my Home Screen. The other problems I am experiencing with the app include slow loading, and lagging with the pause features, rewind and fast forward features. This has made my watching experience unpleasant and I find myself watching shows on Netflix as a last resort when the shows or movies can’t be found anywhere else. I have tried many things in order to solve problem such as, disconnecting and reconnecting my WiFi, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, none of these Methods have done anything to improve the functionality of the app. Also, this problem isn’t limited to just me, someone else I know happens to own a ROKU TV and is experiencing the exact same problems. I don’t understand selling to a company that is not compatible with your services nor do I have any interest in continuing to give you a monthly fee for inadequate and lagging services. I suggest you fix this before you lose more customers like me. I would recommend others do the same, and support rival companies who can provide adequate service for the same price or less.

Some great suggestions! Please read Netflix
I would love to recommend adding a “Start Over” button prior to watching or even once the movie/tv show starts playing. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to swipe the lil’ timer button aalllll the way to the left o start something over & then the app freezes. Just add a Start Over button! But keep the resume button as well. People prob. want both! Would also like to remove the rating thumbs off of the screen while watching. It was fine where it was. I understand it helps y’all know what to keep as well as I’m sure it helps the algorithm to suggest shows I may be interested but I actually want to press it less now that it’s in my way. A section geared toward teens would be awesome! Not just young children. Lastly, I would also love an “Expiring Soon” section & also add a little notification as well when clicking on something to watch. Nothing I hate more than when I go to watch something & find it’s no longer on Netflix even though I added it to my watchlist within weeks or even days….Had I known, I would have watched sooner! Otherwise thanks for always being there for me :’) Been watching since the good ole mailing system days!

Disgusting Corporate Greed
They’re greediness is disgusting and they’re “No password sharing” is nonsense. I’ve tried so many ways to contact Netflix to issue complaints. Upon doing so, I’ve noticed they’ve taken away all their means of communication and contact on their website, so I tried to contact them through Twitter which only lead to them somehow locking me out of my own Twitter account. Under the premium plan we’re supposed to be able to add 2 extra members that don’t live in the household under the same account. What a lie that is because now it’s $7.99 ON TOP of the premium plan payment. My family bit the bullet and tried to sign up for the extra members plan because we all live in separate cities and are unable to live within the same household. They had the “extra members” create new accounts first, and then said we could transfer our old profiles over to the new accounts so we could continue watching without skipping a beat. Now they’re saying we can’t transfer any profiles over because “new accounts have already been created” which is what they told us to do in the first place. We’ve tried to contact them by phone to help resolve the issue but everything just keeps going in circles and they are flat out refusing to help. My family and I have had enough. We’re cancelling our subscription until they can hopefully get back to their old business practices. Netflix is 100% not worth the money and stress they’ve caused under their new policies. If you’ve read this far, thank you, and please don’t put your own family through the same stress that mine has suffered.

Finally canceled subscription
After years of marking up the price over and over I have finally had it with Netflix and their price increase over password sharing. I reached out to customer service to see what I could do about using the service in my home I travel to for work, as I am still in the same household as my family but would like to access Netflix. This man’s response to me was “use the mobile app” and when I said I can’t watch on my tv he said “no you have to pay 7.99 for another screen”
So I have to pay extra for a service because I travel for work and want my child to be able to watch at home still? This is how you treat customers that have been with you for years? I hear you loud and clear Netflix. Paying for 2 screens is not enough for you, you need more from me. I think you will find this move, and the way you are having your representatives address this with customers (rude and dismissive quite frankly) will be the end of your company.
No amount of original content games or reruns will entice people to pay for your app, when there are much better services out there for a lot less money. I actually think I pay in total for 4 other services for what you were going to charge me for your service in both of my locations.
I hope you will learn from this mistake, but I don’t think you will. Congrats on being the new blockbuster!

I have been using Netflix for years now. It is so amazing! There are unlimited shows for all ages and show types…what i mean is different types of shows for different people. Action, comedy, horror, romance, family…it’s all there. Personally, my favorite show is Bunk’d, which would be considered comedy. I highly recommend it!!! So amazing. There are so many options.
One thing, though. There are some inappropriate shows that show up on even a kids profile. My mom still makes me use a kids profile because of all the inappropriate shows about nudity, drugs, etc and shows with swearing and stuff. It still shows up even on that profile. Just not as much. But could you please have that stuff ONLY on adult profiles? I don’t like seeing it, and I’d rather have a Watch Together profile, and still not see it much. My little siblings—we’re talking toddlers here—see that stuff on their profiles too. I really would like it if you didn’t have all of that.
But Netflix is mostly amazing, which is why I gave it five stars, though it was close to four stars because of the inappropriate show stuff. The search bar is so easy to search stuff up, and downloading is nice too (BUT PLEASE MAKE BUNK’D DOWNLOADABLE!!!!!!!). Netflix is cool yo. 😎

Love you, but you need to control the canceling.
I'd put Netflix 5 stars normally. I mean, it's easily one of the best apps for watching movies or a series. However, Netflix is canceling way too many good things for my liking. I was already a bit saf with Criminal Minds getting removed, and I was hella annoyed when you removed Pokemon : Xyz the series. But you had to remove even more?
Like, wasn't taking those enough? Clearly it wasn't because when I arrived from Cuba you had already removed Pokemon : sun and moon.
And that was yesterday, so you can tell that really hit harder than the others. I'm not an adult, but that doesn't mean my opinion isn't valid. My age is in the range of 10-17. Basically, the whole 10 days I spent in Cuba I was missing the sun and moon series since its been atleast a month since I haven't rewatched it. And when I arrived back to Miami, I quickly went on my phone to start watching it. However, it obviously didn't appear, so when i searched to see if it was cancelled, it was, which of course is why i'm here after all. Criminal Minds, I did like very much, maybe even love. Not just cause it's interesting, but my dream job is to be in the Fbi, so it really was fun and interesting, but also important and special for me to see how it was really like, or an example of how it is like. Pokemon Xyz I always adored, i might be into the Fbi, but I am kind of childish, or very, so even if i'm a teenager or not, I still adore pokemon, I mean it's my whole childhood! But sun and moon was obviously my favorite, so i'm going to get to the point now after typing all of this, can you explain why you canceled it, and if you can put them up again? Doesn't have to be all of them just Pokemon : Sun and Moon, if you could, Thanks!

Reasons why Netflix is in financial trouble
1. They keep focusing on the quantity rather than the quality of their original movies and shows, so much to the point where most of their content is essentially a mixed bag and half-baked. Meaning that they spend so much money on so much content that it does not matter to them how great it is: it’s just “throw stuff to the wall and see what sticks and what doesn’t” kind of attitude. There are some originals that are good, but unfortunately, it’s not enough. And most of the shows get canceled after 2 or 3 seasons. 2. Most of the movies and shows that they produced for their streaming service are rated “R” and “TV-MA” owing to the unnecessary amount of violence, language and sex that is in them. And there is just simply no rhyme or reason for that. 3. You are able to connect other streaming service apps like Disney+, HBO Max, Peacock, etc. to the Apple TV app so you would get recommendations from the other services and a streamlined experience in the said Apple TV app (basically an “all in one place” kind of deal). Even Amazon’s Prime Video service allows you to do this, too. But with Netflix? No, you cannot, which is honestly pitiful for a company that I think/believe has been a pioneer of streaming TV. Yesterday, I saw that Netflix has laid off employees - mostly here in the US - due to their financial struggles. I’m sorry, but I am not joking. That is how bad things have gotten with them. And I would not be surprised if someday, they file for bankruptcy.

Jojo’s bizzare adventure
You can call me Yoshikage Kira. I’m currently 33 years old. Not that you’d care, but I reside in northeast Morioh’s villa district. Also, I’ve yet to marry. In order to make a living, I work for Kame Yu department stores. After a long day’s work, I return home no later than 8 PM. I don’t like smoking, but do enjoy the occasional drink. I’m always in bed by 11 PM, and I make it a point to get no less than 8 hours of sleep each night. Before bed, I drink a warm glass of milk. It’s always coupled with 20 minutes of stretching to decompress from the long workday. Sweet dreams are the usual result of this. I then awake as refreshed and recharged as a newborn child, ready to take on the day’s challenges. And after my last checkup, I was given a clean bill of health. For as long as I could remember, I’ve done everything in my power to live a productive life that allows me to pursue a lasting inner peace. This may be a foreign concept, but I choose not to concern myself with winning or losing, life’s troubles, or enemies who bring sleepless nights. That is how I cope with this backwards life we find ourselves living. It’s what brings me happiness in a world fraught with hardship and misery. Of course, if I were ever to engage in combat, I would win the battle without question. In other words Shigechi, you are an irksome troublemaker who stands to hinder my sleep. You boy are the enemy. 「KILLER QUEEN」 I named it myself and truth be told I’m quite proud of the moniker. But before you have the chance to utter a word of this to another soul, I shall eradicate you. I’ll sleep soundly tonight, I can already feel it.

Breaking hearts
Do not waste your money on this app. You may think that you want to watch what Netflix offers but seriously listen to me… they take off and cancel the best shows for horrendous shows. Would you like an example? American horror story. The best show every created. The most astounding mix of strategic directing and acting. Each season was a new feeling, a different season for every mood you were in. Every phase you might be going through, there is a season for you. Growing out of that phase, you can still watch the seasons to remind you of that time. Either to remind you of the good times and or show how you overcame those obstacles. I might be over exaggerating but I honestly connected with this show and I am having some separation depression from this masterpiece. From becoming in love with the characters to basing your personality on the strong women. It goes through and shows all sides of serious problems as well as make believe ones. I honestly could tell you I felt connected to the plots. Luckily, AHS (american horror story) is not a Netflix original as I’m not so sure that all of these seasons would be here. This is to show how Netflix really does not care about you. They remove shoes like these and replace them with shows such as the Hype House which cast real life problematic people. I will not get over this loss. Please Netflix just bring back American Horror Story. Or else you will be hearing from my attorney. While you’re at it create another season on Grand Army.

Making train wrecks
While I do enjoy the concept of Netflix, I think they utterly destroyed everything they’ve done well. Their new business model “making train wrecks” has made the quality of the app on the same level as a Chuck E. Cheese ball pit. Shows like ‘The society’ and ‘Julie and the phantoms’ were cancelled while shows and movies like ‘the kissing Booth’ and ‘hype house’ are popping out sequels like their the Duggar’s having kids. They cancelled ‘the society’ due to COVID which is a valid reason, though I don’t get why the show couldn’t have just been postponed. ‘Julie and the phantoms was cancelled without warning or reason. I don’t need a trilogy about a princes and a girl who switched creating bad writing and horrible plots or fuller house which may be the worst thing I’ve ever seen, I need the good shows that get good reviews like ‘the society’ and ‘Julie and the phantoms’ (if you couldn’t tell these shows getting cancelled were my 13th 14th and 15th reason). I need quality, I need excellence, I need you to do better. If you’re not willing to cater to what your users want and instead make things that no person ever would enjoy than prepare to fail in life. Netflix has past its prime and its only down hill from here. Ps. I gave two stars because I appreciate you feeding my new girl addiction but I also heard you took it off in every country but the US. Maybe you could afford to spend more on shows if you got rid of the dumpster fire that is Riverdale. Also canceling Anne with an E and was probably the biggest mistake Netflix ever made and it’s one that can’t be forgiven.

Experiencing technical difficulties and issues with Netflix.
I really like Netflix, but for the past month my family and I have been experiencing some technical difficulties with Netflix. The T.V shows and movies will begin to play and then all of a sudden the sound will completely go out. Also the picture will sometimes go out. I started to think there was issues with my television so I had someone come and check my television but no issues detected and not to mention my television it’s a smart television 65in Phillps t.v. That I just purchased last year from bestbuy, But anyway I absolutely would of given Netflix an 4 star or perhaps a 5 star rating if that was an option. As I stated earlier I really like Netflix it’s the small technical issues that’s the only problem but far as New television shows and new movies especially the older movies I haven’t seen since I was a child I love the fact that Netflix offers so many different varieties of movies and television shows, as well the cultural difference I really appreciate and love that. There’s something to watch no matter what gender what religion what sexual organ you are/consider, So basically keep up the great work just please fix the technical issues! You NEED to read this NETFLIX PLEASE RESPOND
I love Netflix but there a lot of defects one is the fact that when they put new shows on they won’t put every season and it’s really annoying I’m watching a show and there are 6 seasons but only two are available and I know it’s not just me that hates this and PLEASE PLEASE fix this because I know it causes lots of problems and sometimes when a series ends with a hook they may put the next season but shortly take it away and an even bigger problem taking series away they constantly take series away and it’s super frustrating someone I know was watching a series and just suddenly stopped I asked why and they said that in the middle of the episode the series was taken off it’s annoying because I know others were watching so the three stars are there for a reason. Netflix was amazing but as the years went bye it got really bad they just got lazy and no matter how many reviews we right bad or good they don’t do anything like the bad reviews that list many bugs they don’t matter because Netflix won’t do anything they don’t even acknowledge the good ones so if your looking to get Netflixes best option think twice and I recommend the worst one because that one is better than the most expensive and if the maker of Netflix reads this I want you to know that if you or anyone else doesn’t fix this many people will cancel their subscription. I also think that Netflix should put up more Nickelodeon shows like Icarly but include all seasons no other app includes nick without subscribing to the Nickelodeon subscription so adding more nick shows possibly means more people watching.

I want to watch credits and read subtitles
Netflix service forces a trailer for another movie to present itself in the app before the current film’s end credits have completed. A few seconds into the end credits and a trailer hijacks the app fullscreen and autoplays. There is no instructions on how to cancel out the trailer. After restarting my film and scrubbing to the end a number of times, I figured out the need to click on the main movie during trailer countdown so that I can continue with the credits. The intuitive swiping down to hide the trailer actually brings it to fullscreen sooner than the 5 second countdown. It’s ultimately a fool’s errand, because if you start PIP the same trailer takes over again. And then, of course, the trailer plays after the credits because the app is designed to annoy the user. I’d like to watch the film credits please, and then decide for myself what to watch next.
If you like to watch foreign films and shows with subtitles, then by default you are missing most of the dialogue. That is, unless you turn on closed captioning. Every non-English language film/show that I have watched has been translated incompletely when using standard subtitles. Using the normal english translated subs only displays *some* of the foreign dialogue. Turn on the CC and all the dialogue is there! Sure it includes the sound FX descriptions, but at least I get all the dialogue.
These are two serious missteps that will result in the cancellation of my Netflix subscription.

Yea Netflix is great and stuff the part that I like is that there are tons of movies that are in Spanish and differnt like France,Italian, and more the things that I don’t like is that like sometimes this happens, when I press a movie it’s loads and then just stops at like 72 or 82 I I cant watch the movies so I need to wait the other day and it works, I think this might be old or new it’s like when you watch a thing called black mirror I do not know if it’s like that but like when you watch a episode it just says black mirror like quick and goes back to the movie I thing the company already fixed this but I getting to scared of thes rumors sooo please do something’s the best part is there is a room of movies and I would like you to put a movie from 2019 and 2020 the 2019 on its fight with my family with the rock and Paige from wwe I want that there so please put it please listen please because I want to watch it but I do not want to pay 20 DOLLARS please put it for free next is trolls world tour please put it on its new and it’s getting real famous I did watch it by PAYING 20 BUCKS and that’s the only movie that my mom will buy and she won’t let me buy FIGHT WITH MY FAMILY please put that for free but back to the trolls world tour put it for free some people don’t have money so you should put it and the awsome thing about Netflix is that EVERY SINGLE MOVIE IS FREEEEEE🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪 but please but those two movies hope you read thissss😂🙂🙂🙂

Currently watching is a nightmare!
I love Netflix and admittedly have things streaming far too often throughout the day. Everything works beautifully and it’s easy to search for what you’re looking for and the list of saved shows is fine too. My big issue, however, is with the currently watching area on the tv app, phone app, and website. Sure there are tons (and I mean TONS) of articles all over the web giving instructions on how to remove shows from the currently watching section that you no longer want to view, but Netflix it’s your job to provide an easier method for doing this. It’s unrealistic to expect people to go into their history and delete a millions episodes of a show just to get to the movies and whatever other shows they need to remove from that section. Just allow a space on the titles to remove them from that area. Especially for shows or movies that you try out and end up not liking. They stay there for months! Also, the app on tv plays the show or movie just when you’re trying to read the info about it and guess what?? That also adds that title to currently watching! Fix this issue please! It’s 2020! We shouldn’t have to google the hundreds of articles teaching people how to get around your archaic ways with this one thing. Do better, Netflix.

DONT DISCONTINUE “LOST IN SPACE” !!!!
Overall, Netflix is great and the shows they offer are great as well. I’ve watched Stranger Things, all the Marvel movies they offer, I’ve been watching all the Agents of Shield, and they have been my favorite shows so far. But when Lost in Space cake out, that all changed! I’ve loved the series and I was really happy to see that the second season was coming in December. A week after the second season came out I watched the entire second season in about 2 days. It was probably the best second season of a tv series I’ve ever seen. Most second seasons of shows in my opinion aren’t as good as their predecessors, but Lost in Spaces’s second season was astonishingly incredible, I was blown away and the last episode left me on the edge of my bed. I did some research after I watched the last episode and I found that there might be a chance that the show could be discontinued as the continuation of the show was dependent upon the amount of views the show received. My hope is that the show will not be removed and that people will come to love the great story that is “Lost in Space”. I am aware that it is a recreation of the old 1960’s Lost in Space, but this newer version is much better in my opinion.
Anyway, my only hopes for this series is that Netflix doesn’t overlook it and that they can look past the number of viewers that the show attracts, and focus more on the quality of the show that is obviously present when you watch the perfectly crafted episodes.

Netflix was my go-to app. I would spend hours and hours watching movies and shows on Netflix. My family and I would have our own profiles with our own likings on each profile. But I am a Christian at heart, and I know that there are many different belief systems and many things that I will not agree with but I know there should be respect at the end of the day. This movie that Netflix aired on their app just made me go crazy. It was the movie about a “gay” Jesus and it was about a choice the “gay” Jesus had to make, if he wanted to be with his gay boyfriend or die on the cross for us. It bothers me because it disrespects my belief system very bad. At first it didn’t bother me because there are many people who disrespect my religion so I thought, “hmmm, I don’t agree with it but oh well Netflix is a private company.” But they are making fun of my religion because I do believe God sent his only son Jesus to come to earth and die for us on the cross so he can wash away our sins. But there are many people who won’t agree with me. Cool ✌🏽that’s on you. But Netflix shouldn’t disrespect me and many other Christians or many other believers of Jesus Christ. I unsubscribed. Bye Netflix you won’t get any money from me anymore.

I want to be able to see any show no matter the country
I was recently in Mexico for Christmas break and I was going through Netflix to see what I could add to my list so when I came back to the USA I had some new things to watch, to my surprise I found Naruto Shipudden and wolf children. I was surprise to find these since I done plenty of search before and never came across them, but most importantly I was so excited to watch them. I wasn’t made aware that when I cross the border they would be gone from my device. It’s almost a shame I was starting to love Netflix but finding out that what I want to watch differs from country too country it’s not worth the price I’m paying since I run the risk of going to another country where if I choose to take my list of Netflix to watch over there in my spare time I run the risk of my show or movie disappearing from my device. The whole “it’s about location, popularity, and purchasing rights.” Shouldn’t fall under what people are paying in order to watch what they want, people are unique and they watch different shows, I thought the viewer was more important than the location and the popularity of a specific show or movie.

Inform netflix
I am writing to complain about the change which you have made on netflix for the rewind and skip button. Firstly i have no idea why you have removed these buttons as they were very useful to me because when i was watching a film or drama i could rewind back to the parts which i had missed or if i wanted to skip a scene or a inappropriate scene i could skip that part. I am sadly very annoyed at this and i feel very put off on going on your app as i feel like i can not relax and enjoy what i am watching. It honestly made my netflix experience a lot better as i could easily go back to my favourite scenes but now i cannot and i am very upset about this. I would appreciate if you could bring this feature back so that people like myself will remain on Netflix and enjoy the experience more, as i feel like you will be losing a lot of customers because of removing this feature, which is not fair for the companies which have given you their dramas and movies to be viewed on your website as they will be receiving low reviews. I kindly suggest you to bring back this feature otherwise you will start to lose customers and have low ratings which is not fair on your website on a whole as netflix is a great app and has very high quality, interesting movies and dramas for people of all ages so i recommend you bring back the skip and rewind feature so that we as customers are satisfied, so that your app will remain its popularity and you still receive good ratings and reviews. I would appreciate if you could take this in consideration and understand that it’ll benefit your apps reviews/popularity and customers/viewers. Thank you very much.

Why did you have to update
About five updates ago, (maybe less) the setup of the app and the selections changed. When you search for a title, there are automatically movies that have something in common with the one you searched for. Not only is there a chance that the one you searched for isn’t there, but there is too much going on. It is frustrating. This makes it confusing because, one, you sometimes can’t tell which movie is the one you searched for. And two, if the movie you searched for isn’t there, you waste time scrolling through the movies it brings up, thinking that the video you want to specifically watch is in the selection given. Also, the selection of shows and movies have went down. There WERE so many good movies and shows to watch but they were taken off. It is really disappointing when you want to watch something (knowing that it is, or in this case, was part of the selection of shows given). For example, one day I wanted to revisit my childhood and watch “Drake and Josh” but I couldn’t. Or when I find a trailer for a movie that has been out for a while. I’ll be on instagram and I’ll see a trailer and it will say that it is from Netflix. Sure enough, it is not on there. This has happened to me over ten times now. I have only been able to find one movie so far out of the multiple attempts. On the other hand, i really do enjoy Netflix, but some of the setup and the selection is a bit of a disappointment. Please fix so I can give it the five star rating that this app needs and should have at some point I time. Thank you.

Well we are considering Canceling..
My family have been Customers since Netflix was 'Unlimited Streaming' which it is no longer unlimited what a pathetic joke anymore. Now it is either number of Tv or However many Gigabites. Lol Now I try to watch Family Guy and American Dad and can't even locate either show on my list it is very much like what happened with South Park I guess popular shows are not good enough to keep your customers. I know both shows where there I watched them daily. It is such SHAME HOW OUR PRICES GO UP AND OUR CHOICES GO DOWN. I am finding that your prices may just be too high. I have discussed this with my family and friends and if my family pull out of Netflix 20 of our friends and family will join us. It is bad enough that when we first joined Netflix you were 'Unlimited Streaming' which you changed, sad I could get more shows like South Park and American Dad and Family Guy which none of those shows are available at this time. I have 20 families ready to leave with me. It isn't so much just the shows but the whole package. When you once used to be 'Unlimited' now it is #of TV and up to gigs. Lol yet price goes up. I couldn't care less about most movies. I like British shows like take a letter Mr Jones and Are you being Served Keeping up appearances, waiting for God, etc. and Faulty Towers. I also like American Dad, Family Guy, Murphy Brown and few others which most of them are not available. So why do We pay seriously my 20 friends no real reason to keep your service. Over the next month we will make our decision.

Almost amazing, very good
In my point of view, this app is amazing. I haven’t yet had the problem where I can’t find I show I love. Netflix is constantly changing what they have and I love that. There’s a little thing that bugs me which are certain updates such as the way of rating a show/movie, but it doesn’t really affect me that much. If you love mystery and dramas/romance like me I suggest you watch: Once Upon A Time, Flash, And Stranger Things. Netflix is my personal favorite when it comes to entertainment because I can watch a show with my daughter and it creates a bond where we relate experiences or situations to each other based on shows. There is honestly such a large variety of things to watch and anyone can find something they like. And I just want to say something for the people who leave hate reviews for no reason...when you say it just loads forever and the app closes, its not Netflix that isn’t working, its your phone so maybe consider getting it checked. And also, just because the app is updated and you can’t rate a show 1-5 doesn’t mean the app is garbage and deserves a 1 star rating, last time I checked it doesn’t change the quality of the shows. Anyways, I definitely have some things I wish was included in the app. For instance, I feel like I’m kept prisoner on the app and the only way I can listen to the show and do the things I need to is when I use my kid’s iPad. Not only her iPad but it only works on the newest ones so it would be nice if you get a message that you can just exit the app and still listen.
