Can't Use EagleEyes On WIFI Not Tmobile 4g LTE
My Tmobile customers with IOS 10.2 can no longer access their cameras systems using their 4g LTE. We can only access our systems with WIFI. I am a Avtech installer and can't install or service my systems due to wifi is not always available or strong enough to focus and adjust cameras. Plus when I give estimates I show the customer a sample of an existing install, but I can't do this without asking for there password to be connect to there wifi and unprofessional. This has been a problem since December. Please fix this asap!

After new update it shows only save it on single channel picture

Crashes
I have been using Eagleeyes plus since it was introduced and it has always been exceptional. Lately it crashes each time I attempt to open it. Opens then less that 1/2 second later it crashes. I find no updates on line to fix this. Please fix ASAP

The newest update 01/27/16 makes it so when you try to open the app it shows the eagle and then shuts down. Good job with that!

I cannot believe how big they screwed up as the playback functionality is gone in the paid Plus version. With the most recent function the Plus and Free versions became identical. What a steal of money !!!

Problems with OS8
According to Apple, all makers of apps were notified in advance of the new operating system. If this is so, AV Tech must not be concerned over the current problems. Doubt I will purchased any of their products in the future.

Apps just crash... and exit!
The apps was working well before the iOS8 upgrade. Please help fix it asap. Issue was when we try to activate/deactivate the notification/alert switch. Seems EagleEyesHD no issue working on my iPad with iOS8.

Currently this is not compatible with IOS 8
This use to work on my iphone 5S. With the new update to IOS 8 it no longer works and just crashes when it goes to the display screen.

Things were working pretty good till last update... Now can't see any recordings (no list at all)... Besides fixing this and some other bugs it would be nice if you could add "tap" to return to previous screen as when "tap" to go to single camera full screen... Also maybe swipe to advance though the camera views...

No more Push Video Alert sounds since update
I've gone thru all the settings and since this update I no longer receive the alert sound when I receive a Push Video alert. I have 3 AVN80x cameras all having same problem. They were working fine, but very fragile stability, prior to this update. Also the App Support button leads to an invalid web page.

It is amazing to be able to view cameras on a telephone for sure. However, it's the UI that isn't that well thought out. I really hope to see improvements.

No One Cares!
I was able to view my cameras on the go in 3G over AT&T, Verizon & Sprint confirmed! Today is another story, back to not being able to view. Got a response from AV and they suggested to change the port number. Still No Luck! Please Fix! Only works while connected to wifi.

Still works on EDGE. Although unbearably slow. Need 3G working again as I'm a traveling businessman who wants to keep an eye on his stores. Will 3G ever work again?

Can not view over 3G
Before this update I was able to log in to view my cameras over wifi and 3G. After this update I can only see them on wifi. If I switch to 3G it never loads. It's all very slow when switching from one camera to the other. Please fix this issue ASAP. I run a CCTV business and all of my customers are having the same issue.

Working good
You have to have Gestures Command on in settings to tap and go to one camera full screen. Need to be able to tap again to go back, and double tap to go to the next camera in full screen. That feature would be worth 5 stars.

No difference basic or the Plus
I tried basic loved it and bought the plus. There is no difference. Event recording is not available it displays device error. All I got is the basic again for $4.99. Thanks AVTech for fooling your own customers.

Does not work with AVC760
If you have the AVC760, the only extra you have over the lite is the additional address book entries. Save your money and use the free lite.
No tech support for EagleEyes Plus. Sent two emails to tech support and have not received any response.

Great App
Good performance increases! Much much faster response times from the original app.
Please fix the quality of video options.
It now auto sets the video display down from 720x480 to 352x200.
If this minor issue can be fixed it'll be amazing again!
