Deserted by the developer!

It's been three years since any update. App crashes almost every time I try to change something. My advice. Turned around and find a supported app. Apple should either tell this developer to either update the app or Apple should pull the app.

Buyer beware- Don't buy this until it works !!!!

Here it is June 15th, 2015 and the app still isn't working ..... Would somebody wake up and take this app down or suspend it until they get their act together ???

Server down. Error messages - could not get any current information whatsoever. Useless.

Doesn't work

Barometer antique is a unique app but doesn't work. It always says "Error Loading--Error Code 76." When I type in my city, it won't registrar it.

I had no problems with the app, works great, provides nice and easy to understand information.

TOTALLY USELESS

This is a waste of money and has the potential to put you in danger. A severe thunderstorm came in. This app shows no change in pressure. Do not use this for anything other than a novelty. It is inaccurate and fraudulent. DO NOT BUY THIS APP.

Nice app - one question

App seems to be accurate. Works nicely. Can anybody tell why the icon shows a number in the upper right corner like it has a notification? Can't figure why that's there and how to get rid of it. Thanks.

Never worked

Total waste of money. Wouldn't update, always said "sorry cannot update at this time, please try later". Showed same pressure for a week. Useless.

Excellent app

I love this app so far! Nice antique look and refreshes quickly and smoothly. When I compare to my home barometer it is very close, within 1 torr. The other features are a nice addition too.

Pretty but useless

Never really worked well to begin with,the tap the screen for trend always showed the pressure to be rising no matter the actual trend was, and after iOS 4.1.2 update it pooped the bed. NOT WORTH IT!!!

It still needs work

It works but needs more development. Sometimes its setting are 12 hours behind the true barometric pressure of my area, and I have my settings at "every 20 minutes updated."

I think it could be a nice app, but for now it seems to need some work.

Without the updating problems it would be a nice app, and I would rate it higher.

Hopefully, there will be an updated version soon.

Not perfect but not bad either

I submitted some suggestions to make the $2.99 more palatable. The weather conditions are transmitted correctly but the actual barometer doesn't always read the same data. I like the design and concept and would love to see the developer pay attention to the comments I sent. Will change rating when updates are made.

Absolutely the best barometer

Extremely accurate barometer which also shows recent trends in pressure - perfect for fishing/hunting info. Many other features easily accessable. Never crashes - always works. If you need an accurate barometer with extra features, get this one. It's the best!

Just quite working

The app worked fairly well for about a month, "fairly well" because it was always slow to load. Then it just quite working. I noticed someone else had the same experience. This is a pity because I liked the app when it was working. It had some quirky presentation features that were fun, and I always accessed the pressure readings map. I tried to find support from the website, but it just sent me back to the store. I'll keep the app and hope for an upgrade fix in the future, assuming that someone at the home company reads these critiques.

Quit working??

Worked fine for a while. Worked as advertized but suddenly, it just quit. Reloaded it several times and it seems to lock up on finding "my location". Even if I put my zip code in...it still refuses to show the info. It was great...while it worked. : <

This could have been be so if it worked.

Can't ever figure out where I am when other apps can. Doesn't respond to tap like it should. Is not worth your 2 bucks!

Filled with bugs

Fun concept but sloppy and error-filled in execution. Usually gives an error message whenever I run the app. Always displays a red bubble with the number "1,021" on the app icon. No idea what thus number refers to--email messages? text messages? number of bugs on this app???

The GUI does look very nice & the Maps look good too. I am considering another app by this developer, however, this experience provides EXcellentCONFIDENCE in this devolper's apps right now

Review Update, Nice app for weather buffs

See review below. Now gives 4 stars. Update fixes the inches of Hg problem and the new font is appreciated, easier to read. New 4 day outlook niice too.

Wil give 4 stars when developer changes the PSI setting to "inches of Hg". Nobody uses PSI for barometric pressure readings. The barometer should also pointr to the correct pressure.

Kinda cool but my clock's way off and the icon now shows the number "14" in the red corner bubble. What's up with that?
