Designed to be easy to use, this is a handy reference and study tool for your mobile device. All documents are stored on your device including all scripture proofs — you don't need a wireless connection to access this excellent reference.
You can use the catechisms as a memory trainer — you can choose to have the answers held back until you touch the screen giving you a chance to test your memory. iReformed remembers your last location in the documents so you can pick up where you last left off in your study and memorizations.

The material is obviously ver good. The formate the material is presented in is good. However, the neon blue font used for the answers is very difficult for me to read.

A handy help!
Proof texts at my fingertips! Thank you. I would prefer more modern language in the choice of Bible translation for proof texts. But still much easier than looking them up individually or using the old system of footnotes.

Best study tool ever!
I love this! No excuse to not reference the doctrines we hold dearly! It’s right at your fingertips on your phone! Bible references and everything! Neat bc you can quiz yourself by looking at the question alone then add the answer... love, love, love it! I made all my kids put it on their phone too! 💕

Can't Leave Home Without It
As a pastor, I've often left my Standards and BOCO at home. With this tool you can't do that; it's with you...well, unless you forget your smartphone. I use this app while preaching, while doing Sunday School, while doing family devotions (we mirror the Bible and this app onto our TV), and while counseling and making hospital calls. I wish the ESV was an option for the Proof texts, and I wish highlighting and note-taking were possible, but it's a great resource.

Exactly what I was looking for!
This app is great! Comprehensive in containing all of the confessions & catechisms I was looking for in a very readable format. A search function would be icing on the cake but this cake is delicious even without icing!

Great purchase
As a Reformed Christian, this app has been pivotal in the last few days since I've purchased it. It has been much easier to use this in order to access my catechisms than carrying a hard copy around. Furthermore, it is just as accurate as the hard copy of one's Westminster Confession and shorter and larger catechisms, being that it has the Scripture proofs in full.
This app' is also very helpful in studying some of the early foundational creeds and confessions that have been significant in establishing Reformed theology. Rather than carry different texts via hard copy, with this app', one can access some of the most significant texts of Reformed theology digitally all within this one quick and user-friendly app'.
My only desire is to see some way that one could quiz him-/herself on the catechism questions in a more unique way, i.e., fill-in-the-blank answers, recital, word bank answers, or trivia. This would definitely make the app' that much more beneficial, but all around as of now, it's a great purchase!

iReformed is a must have
Reading statements of the Church is never a waste of time. The idea that you can have these key confessional docs for this price is amazing, and TimBecca (sp?) has done a great job in form (the aesthetic is great) and a decent job in function (proof texts and answers can be hidden for memorization purposes). The only downsides that would be great to have rectified are: 1) no search function, and 2) no ability to jump to a certain question in any of the catechisms. Until those two things are developed, Logos and other apps will outshine this one. Still, for the price, you should certainly get this app ASAP!

A must have for Reformed junkies :)
As a first year seminary student getting aquatinted with the historic reformed confessions for the first time, I must say this app is fantastic, a real blessing from the Lord Jesus Christ! I'm memorizing the Westminster Shorter Catechism on it and it is very helpful!

Great app, but would love to see a reference page for the catechism in list form so that we can easily and quickly find questions. This would be a huge improvement. Otherwise, excellent app, nice interface. Well done guys, but please make a reference list =)

Wonderful reformed app, but...
Overall, I agree with other reviewers: this is an essential app for any reformed christian. I do have one, however, have one suggestion: the translation of the Heidelberg is much too archaic for modern day use and application. I don't know of any Reformed church that uses this old translation. My suggestion would be to use the 1978 Modern English Version used by the RCUS and some URCNA congregations. But, please know that this app is a helpful service to the church. Thank you, indeed!

Asthetically, practically, and theologically pleasing, this app. is well worth the .99 cent pittance. The format serves well not only for reference but for memorization. A must-have for pastors, elders, and all of those who used to think they didn't have the time to catechize themselves and/or their families.

The Best Reformed Reference Tool for the iPhone!!!
Ever since getting my iPod Touch about a year ago, I've been searching for a good app that contained the Westminster Standards (CoF, LC & SC). After months of searching, out comes iReformed! The first version I bought had all three Westminster standards along with the two main ecumenical creeds (Apostles and Nicene). The interface is simple and elegant, and more importantly, the catechisms contain the Scripture proofs.
Then as I was searching for an equivalent app for the Three Forms of Unity (Belgic Confession, Heidelberg Catechism and Canons of Dordt), iReformed updates their app to include those three historic documents too! They also toss in the Athanasian Creed to boot.
Bottom line, this is the BEST REFORMED APP FOR THE iPhone/iPod Touch!!! You can't beat $0.99 for all this material!

Handy App!!
Very handy for my iPod touch when I don't have wifi. Being able to rotate to landscape view and zoom in on text would be a helpful update. Worth $.99!
