I can log in fine on mobile web. App never lets me in. I have changed my password on the web three times, but the app never accepts any of them. And of course there’s no way to complete an order in the app unless you are signed into an account, so right now it’s utterly useless! Please fix.

I enjoy this app very much. It is a helpful tool to order my Starbucks faster. I do have one suggestion, though. Could it be possible to transfer stars to another app user? If I only had 149 stars, and I needed one more, someone who has this app would be able to send me the one star I need for a free drink. Love the app! Hope you consider my recommendation!

I ❤️ Starbucks! However, this app was perfect until you moved the “History” tab from the home page to “My Account” page. It’s buried in “Profile” & “Transaction History”. This require extra clicks and makes it very inconvenient to leave a tip, keep track of transactions, Bonus Stars earned, Stars earned through purchases etc. Could you please put it back to the home page? What is the reason for moving it? I can’t think of anything...🤔

So I had the app for a long time, and now all of my stars have disappeared. I have no clue why but I went on to get something and they were completely gone and reset to 0 stars. Besides that, the app is really well made, and it works perfectly.

I love using the app. There’s always a long line in the drive thru and inside no matter where I go, so mobile orders are a lifesaver!

I work 35 minutes from where I live. I sometimes, rarely go to your location next to my job because this store is one of the worst when it comes to putting customers first. They don’t greet, they’re rude, they socialize way too much and they take forever to give mobile orders to customers or call out names. They make you wait which is not good for crunch time when you need to get to work and you just want to grab and go. It’s frustrating there is little sense of urgency or lack of an employee manning the mobile order window inside the store. There needs to be a better system for those orders (who do it in advance) and those who walk in to the store. I spent $6 a day 5 days a week sometimes $14 when I buy food and to wait to where I’m almost late for work is awful. If I lose my job then I can’t give you my money. Let they sink in. I’m early and punctual but this store is poorly operated.

Thanks for moving the Purchase History and burying it under the user profile. Now it’s more difficult to find past transactions and quickly see what you were charged and gained star wise for the transaction. Why would you do that?! It’s like you guys DON’T THINK!
Also, your support phone system needs to be updated to take CallerID into account and automatically pull up the user’s account, verify security to give them access and get on with things. This whole “type in your card number” bs is getting old. It makes it cumbersome to switch into the app switcher to read the number and go back to phone and type it in. It’s just stupid to ask for that number when you can easily pull up info if the user has a number associated with their account. It’s a simple PBX programming change to pull info from your user database and crosscheck for that number vs CallerID and either take it into account or if it’s not available to prompt user for their card number, like you’re doing it now. It would help make the interaction easier for the user. If you think it’s fine the way it is now, make a call yourself to Customer Service when you’re driving... hands free, even with car integration, you still have to find the stupid card number and type it in, which can be difficult or dangerous. Ridiculous!!! It’s something you could handle in much better ways. We know you’re making bank, so update your phone system with all that money!
Also, as always, 150 Stars, i.e. $75 is still too much for a free drink or item!!! Are you serious or just think your customers are stupid?!

This is one of the worst food apps in my opinion. When ordering through the app it allows you to pick curbside or this & that but doesn’t give you an ETA. Kind of important.
Also, I didn’t feel it was as intuitive a others. I was fine with it but I could see it being difficult for less savvy users.

This app makes ordering coffee easy in a whole new level. For a Starbucks addict such as myself I don’t always find the time to sit in line in the morning on my way to work and this app makes it easy to order while earning points for free drinks and toppings. 100% recommend.

The recent update seems to have removed the extremely useful history tab or relocated it to where I can’t find it. Now there’s no way to look at recent purchases, and to check to see if stars and bonus stars have been assigned. What a bad move on your part Starbucks.
