Easy to use! Well designed! Worth the $
I first downloaded the light version of this app, and although it was nice to have, The payed full version is worth every penny. It makes it so easy and quick for me to send to clients or show them. I have installed this application on all of my devices, as well as all of the agents in our office and my two business partners. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great tool
I really enjoy this tool for pretty accurate estimates for both buyers and sellers. What I don't like is that I had to pay $26.00 for the app and then I still have to bug our local Chicago rep to keep the app active. Seems silly to me.

I need assistance, I called title company, nobody knows anything and I paid close to$15.00 dollars for this application, and it needs to be unlocked every 6 months????? And nobody knows anything???

Great Assistant
I love this app! I am able to give my buyer's payment estimates on the spot and look like a real pro. I am also able to email my Seller's a net sheet that looks professional in just a few minutes. I love that Chicago Title keeps this app updated with all of the most current closing cost fees which again makes me look like a professional.

Not having a good experience with this product. Will not load for me after initial download. Tech support said they will have to have someone call me back. While this looks great and may be a useful tool, I am loosing faith in the product as more time passes.

Love this convenient app. Thank you Marilyn Smith, for installing this and showing me how easy it is to navigate.
I use it all the time! You simply put in a couple of details about your transaction and voila, you have an instant idea of how much the payment will be with different loan programs, very important for the buyer. Also, how much the seller will approximately net.
My clients love this, takes he mystery out of down payment ant closing costs.

This app needs the ability to enter a down payment higher than 20% in the My PITI module. Ideally, you should be able to enter any percentage instead of pre set increments

I've had this app for about 6 months and have been very pleased until about a month or so ago when it began to crash more than it did anything else. The pre-populated fields based on location specifics were awesome and even for being the Lite version it met my needs for quickly calculating payments at different purchase prices for clients. The fact that it calculated PITI without my having to feed it a tax amount and estimated closing costs gave this app the most value for me. Please fix the crashing so I can have my great tool back! I am so frustrated its not working anymore...the others out there simply don't compare...but that's not an edge if this app remains unstable. I almost wonder if it's a ploy to get me to buy the paid version - NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, JUST FIX THIS ONE!
