BEAM CALC

Quickly calculate beam angles, throw distances and beam diameter. 2 easy to use modes providing a choice of speed or super accuracy.
GEL CUTS

Powerful functionality for calculating the number of cuts and wastage from all major gel manufacturers and a wide range of frame sizes. Specify your own frame size or choose from a wide range of standard lanterns.
DIPS CALC

Quickly input DMX values and see the dip switches change live in front of you! Works with both major dip switch configurations.
Fully integrated with the DMX Calc, see below.
DMX CALC

Set the local address and universe to see the global DMX address, or set the global address to see the local address and universe simply and swiftly.
Specify channels per fixture and this will update a list of fixtures with the various addresses. Need to set the dips for a fixture? Simply click the button for each fixture and the Dips Calc will load showing you just how to set the switches.
POWER CALC
Quick and easy power calculations in both single and 3 phase configurations. Specify current and voltage and quickly see how many of your selected fixture can be powered by the circuit.

Very useful for anyone who works in Show and Event Lighting

I was weary before buying the bundle (ShowTool LD & Swatch apps). After purchasing them, I can confirm they are very helpful and well designed apps. You won't regret getting either app!
Great app for Lighting Designers, Directors, Technicians and Master Electricians.
Even if you know how many gel cuts can be made from a full Lee sheet or how to calculate beam throws, this app gives you easier and quicker onsite methods. It's much cleaner and organized to plug in numbers than to type an equation into a calculator.

Solid.

What the app claims to do, it does quickly and well. Can't ask for much more than that.
Would I mind more features? No. But I'd rather less features that are more polished and work perfectly than a ton of stuff thrown together that barely works.
I think the price is slightly steep considering most of this can be done with free apps as well, but there is value in dependability.
Don't be afraid to add more stuff in the future, though, dev.

Great app!

This is a great app! I love having the dip switch calculator. I bought the app for that reason but now use it for so many things. Makes my job so much better.

ower of a lighting com.

I bought the program and found nothing useful. I was hopeing for more tools. I design and do alot of "one ops" and was hopeing for info of fixtures, {how many channels, power and colors}. I e-mailed my issues and did here one time stating it gives dip-switch config. I have a program I got free to do that and power consumtion cal.
