Update This App Please!!
It is basically just a portal to the website, does not function as an app, and is completely NOT user friendly.
Why should it take me through 3 or 4 screens/pages of login prompts just to sign-in, get redirected and then finally after half a dozen steps, be able to pay my insurance. You guys can do better, please make it easier to access my account and give you my money (vs auto pay).

AAA Drive!
I use this app for the AAA Drive part. I was skeptical before trying it and rightly so, but figured it should be able to accurately monitor speeds and whether someone is on the phone or texting. Truly, that’s about all a phone app can do to monitor driving. But this app tries to monitor how smoothly you drive. How can it know what traffic is around you or why you may not drive so smoothly? It also monitors accelerating and braking. I have gotten dinged for “high accelerating” and for “medium braking” but I have no clue why. If I am pulling out onto a busy road that is 50 mph, I’m going to accelerate a little more than usual! Is this “high accelerating”? No! And “medium braking”? First, this is silly to ding for and second it seems random and inconsistent. Then there was the time I went to mail something at 10:30 pm and drove less than 10 minutes and got dinged for “fatigue”. The app doesn’t know what hours I work, what my normal awake hours are, or whether I just got up from a nap! It’s rating strictly on time of day (which without any context is meaningless) not even duration of the drive! And don’t even get me started on speed! I don’t speed. Period. Yet, in the short time I have been using the app, I have been dinged for that too and several times already! The app is inaccurate in SO many ways! I’m disappointed because AAA is a quality organization and this app is beneath them. In addition, I find myself aware of it far too much while I’m driving - so it’s a distraction that shouldn’t be there just like talking on the phone!

Not available for California?
I moved from Michigan to California so I had to get a new membership. They all direct me to this app, but when I try to register the app tells me it’s only for a few select states - California is not one of them. So what app am I supposed to be using?

Required login authentication twice then lost my identity after closing. I could change my own tire in the time it takes to use this app.

Please fix the error with signing in. Whenever I sign in, nothing happens it goes back the dashboard asking me to sign in again. I can’t use the app if I can’t log in to use it.

UPDATE - Problem fixed itself! I was able to logon.
Signed up for AAA and I can’t login to this app. It says “Loading Membership Details” then takes me right back to the home screen. I can login to the website just fine. Can you please fix this problem?

iPhone app is terrible
Nothing works. I can hit the roadside button at the top all day, nothing happens. The screen brightness blinks for a second then nothing. Going to the my account section is the same hitting any if the options there dues nothing. Hitting the red button that looks like a car crash gives a pop up to select what you need but when making a selection nothing happens.
The iPhone app doesn’t work at all. I have to get my iPad and use the app there. On my iPad it works and the pop up screens show to get what you need. No clue why the iPhone version isn’t working. I have a iPhone 12 Pro that is up to date with software patches

Hotel Reservations
I think the app works well for the roadside assistance and emergency features, however every time I attempt to look at my hotel reservations the system wants me to put in a specific code for each hotel that I’ve reserved, and, they can only been seen one at a time. This is PAINSTAKING. I wish the app could have a complete itinerary built in to the profile to see the reservations that you’ve set up vs having to input a code each time.

iphone up to date crashes as soon as it opens. So many two and three year old reviews many times updates have made these reviews meaningless. Makes one wonder if you only putting up positive reviews.

Constantly asking you to log in or sell you something. Cant expand many of the pages of iPhone. Cant pull up your reservations. Very very clunky and slow.

For the second time in two weeks, I have tried to use the mobile app for roadside assistance. For the second time in two weeks, this app does absolutely nothing when I click on roadside assistance. Instead I will be on hold on my phone forever. Not happy.
