Very cute! If I am around a bunch of bored kids, just give them the Talking Cat for a few minutes. Before you know it you'll want to take the cat back cause YOU want to make it say something!

Hate the upgrade!
The original version was sooo much better. I don't want to hear a voice repeat what I say. It's not a funny app anymore. If I had known, I wouldn't have upgraded. We should be given an option to be able to choose the old version. Feel like I got ripped off.

Loved the old version. Hate this one! Already plenty of other apps that will listen and repeat in cartoon voice. Please offer choice to those that want the old version.

Awesome app!!
There's only a problem if you don't have headphones with a Microphone already in them. The app won't open if you don't have those headphones.. Other than that, this is a really funny app, love it!

NOT the same cat!
Not the same cat as the one on Ellen show - the shocked look, cheesy photo, and yellow eyes are what made it funny. Now the cat looks relaxed and professionally photographed w/ green eyes = boring. I'm asking for a refund.

Does what it says
The app is a talking cat; no more no less. Works well and kiddos love it. If you're expecting more than a mimicking cat, you'll be disappointed. I knew what I was purchasing and as such am very satisfied.

Not great fingers in picture
Unfortunetly you can see the programmer's fingers holding the talking cat. The cat would be cute WITHOUT THE FINGERS. Don't buy this if you like cats.

Not the best talking app
I found this app through talking monkey. I love the monkey and was expecting a similar thing with the cat. It's not nearly as good - in fact I may never use this app again. The hand in the picture makes it rather amateur. If you want a great 'talking' app go for the monkey - it's awesome!

Pretty funny
Singing Cat is basically a picture of some dude’s cat that moves his mouth to sounds picked up by the iPhone’s mic. The thing about this app that surprises me is the quality of the mouth animation… it’s way better than I was expecting! Honestly, I thought it would be like a ventriloquist’s doll where the mouth moves up and down in a single piece, but I can tell that Gigabyte Solutions Ltd. put some effort into making the cat’s mouth move as smoothly as they could. The cat even blinks at you which is a nice touch.
For most people, Singing Cat will have a pretty short shelf life, but in the right hands I think it could be set up as a prop in some mildly amusing pranks and maybe even diffuse a hostile situation. Imagine you’re screaming your guts out at someone and they hold this app in front of your face while you’re yelling… the cat will be mimicking your every word and, unless you’re on a truly murderous rampage, you just might break down and laugh.
Worth a buck? Ehhh… to some, sure. Cat fanatics, especially those who have a cat like the one in this app, will probably love it to death. Dog people like myself, not so much, but even so it’s still pretty funny.
If cats annoy you, Gigabyte Solutions also sells this app in other varieties: dog, monkey, camel, orangutan, and snowman.

Great Funny App
Really fun! It either makes someone luagh or it freaks them out. Either way it's fun. I would like there to b some options: control settings for mic sensitivity so it doesn't sing to the bass line when held to music. Also some more animal faces sinse this isn't a free app, like a singing monkey or bunny please. Thanx 4 the laughs ;-)
