Description
"Crew Rest" is intended for Crews around the world who need to divide a specific amount of time in different rest / work periods.
Typically, it is used by Flight crews (Pilots and Cabin Crew) on long haul flights.
You give the app the time range available to your crew for these rests / work periods and it generates a timetable of the different times at which these periods will start and end depending on the sequencing you have chosen.
For anyone reading this with no knowledge of airline operations, don't worry, crew rests are normal, scheduled and only take place on long haul flights in order to ensure a perfect level of alertness upon arrival ! NOBODY is asleep at the controls ! !

Works great!
This is my go to app to figure out crew rest. Luckily I've never screwed up the times when I was doing the math in my head but with this app I don't have to worry any more! Thanks for a great app! I'll definitely buy you a beer if I ever meet you on a layover!

Needs software update
As others have stated, this app is giving an error that it may slow down the iPhone/iPad. It's a great app, however needs to be updated to a more recent version to allow newer IOS versions.

Love this app
I've been using this app since 2010 when I moved to the 767 and it seems to be the most common app used for crew breaks. Serge, can you down update when you have a chance. My new IPad says it needs an update. Thanks again for your awesome work!! Semper Fi Mitchell

No update
Nice app but it's not being updated anymore apparently, every time I open it I get a message that the developer isn't updating it and it may "slow down my device". I can't recall if I paid for it or if it was free but either way no support means useless app.

Insufficient
Would have given the app 5 stars. I'm a flight leader who has to figure breaks for the entire crew. What I need is a combination that reads :
R S R S which is not available on this app. Would be great if we were able to change the formula ourselves. Other then that it's a great app.

Can’t figure this app out
Downloaded the app, put in times and I get this message “Please check your entered times for errors” I have break starts 5/18/15 @ 11:45pm and an ETA of 10:15am , time between end id 1;30, handover is 0:05 , number of breaks 3 , In short, I can’t get this app to work.

Excellent for long horn flight
Excellent app. I recommend this app for all flight crew specially purser. Remember the time u wish ur company just give u some type of device well this one just did. And it's free. Just need correction where it says time to decent it's actually asking u for ETA

Works as advertised
This app is simple, and performs perfectly, computing rest periods... It is amazing how much time this app saved me today as we climbed out of Taipei enroute to Anchorage! I'll use it every flight--well, at least those exceeding 8 hours anyway :)

Great application! Use it all the time when working as a purser on international flight, where I need to calculate the rest time for all crew members. Like the other poster said, should change "Time of descent" to ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), but I am getting use to it already. Thanks again for writing this program.

absolutely brilliant
Programme works perfectly fine and everyone who ever had to calculate break and service times will much appreciate. We always use the ETA for calculating instead of decent and sometimes have even an in between service.
Will be a huge help on my next flights. Can't wait to try it!!!
