App doesn’t work

I am trying to log in to get my gaming chair to use Bluetooth and change color but I can’t pass the part where it says to put it your email, i press the button to send the verification code and it says unknown error and I can’t do anything to stop it

App does not work on iPhone

I just got a chair with Bluetooth speakers from GTRacing and the chair is great! So I scanned the QR code on the power pack for the chair’s speakers and downloaded the app. I can’t do ANYTHING with the app because it keeps flashing between two screens. Now I do use an older iPhone, but shouldn’t make a difference for a speaker control app. Fortunately the chair’s speakers are compatible with my MacBook so I don’t need the app to use the speakers.
