Deposit Delay or disappearance !!!

I wanted to try out this trading platform so I uploaded my bitcoin to the correct address and still haven’t received the funds on the account. I paid for 2 hour rush fee and it’s been almost 2 day and I haven’t even received any notifications saying that my bitcoin is being processed. If this happening this early with this amount I could only imagine what will happen if I person was to put a substantial amount. Stick to Robinhood and other more reputable trading platforms like thinkorswim. Without out property customers support , this platform can’t stand. Other than that I love the idea that they’ve create here! It’s just not completely user friendly. Good luck!

I used 150x leverage and made $130 profit on a trade and ended up paying $50 in fees. Binace we need you back in the USA.

Scam liquidations

Liquidated me while I was heavy in profit?? Professional trader, it’s my job, and literally BloFin liquidated my isolated position due to insufficient margin whilst i was in heavy profit, never close to the liquidity or mark price, yet still managed to get “liquidated” and lose my capital amount from my balance. Don’t trade here. Zero stars.

Best out . No Cap Boi!

I love BloFin. They built this for every trader . Trailing stops ! Tokens on Tokens! High leverage ! Easy deposit and withdrawal ! Only problem I ever had was once I got liquidated on an isolation play because the system didn’t catch my stop loss I entered. I low key just chalked that up to human error. Other than that it’s great !

No Sl notification

Other the some bugs in the UI system there is no way to know when your order hits and Sl or a limit without opening the app, every other exchange has the notifications and it would make blofin better overall if it was added.

Over 2 years looking for an exchange to trade futures legally at Texas and I couldn't find it until I knew about Blo Fin thank you guys for making it possible, and I want to add that the exchange is very simple and easy to operate the trades you need to do.

No help or support from them

I have tried submitting tickets and emailing them multiple times about a deposit issue I had. I used the correct destination address but accidentally used the wrong tag number. I did research and figured out there’s a way they can fix it if you contact them. I emailed and submitted tickets on their “help” page, and have received no response. If it wasn’t for the complete lack of help I’d give them 5 stars for sure.

Not user friendly, Overcharge on fees

I only opened an account to get the $GUMMY airdrop. I tried out all the features and I know how to use the app just fine. My problem is that you have to transfer between spot, funding, futures, etc before you can make any moves. Extremely frustrating and time consuming when you’re trying to trade. They also won’t let you use your entire balance when moving money or purchasing. For example if you have a $1 you’ll only be able to use .85 to .90 cents and the rest is stuck there. It’s just change but it’s also a form of theft ! I transferred my $GUMMY out of it and it cost me 50 $GUMMY ($10). Ridiculous, criminals !

Wonderful App

This is hands down one of the best crypto platfoms ive traded futures on. Lots of exchanges lag your return upon selling profits/losses but this app is very dilligent and accurate when it comes to giving you your returns upon execution. Scalping high leverage is not effective due to the fees unfortunately. but other than that its great!

I can’t withdrawal and support will not answer my support ticket. I was on chat and the person told me they are aware that sms does not go through but would not give me any further info. He just stopped responding. I’m a little nervous this is a scam. It cost me money every day I can not withdrawal.
