Description
Locket is a widget that shows live photos from your best friends, right to your Home Screen. You and your best friends will see new pictures from each other every time you unlock your phone. It’s a little glimpse of what everyone’s up to throughout the day.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Add the Locket widget to your Home Screen
2. When a friend sends you a photo, it instantly appears on your Locket widget!
3. To share a pic back, tap into the widget, take a pic with the camera, and then hit send! It appears right on your friends’ Home Screens

• To keep things friendly, you can only have 20 friends on the app.
• On Locket, there’s no worrying about follower count, just add your best friends and family and live in the moment.
• With Locket, you’re able to be real and share photos to the people that matter.
REACT TO FRIENDS' PHOTOS
• Send a Locket reaction to your friends to let them know you saw their image.
• They’ll get a notification and you’ll love watching the emojis rain down on your photo.
• We don’t count or track the reactions, so you can be real and authentic without worrying about likes and filters like other platforms.
BUILD A HISTORY OF YOUR LOCKETS
• As you and friends snap Lockets, you’ll build up a history of all images sent.
• Share them out as photos or use our video recap feature to stitch together the memories of you and your friends, capturing those “love it” moments.
• Locket will also make you a recap video at the end of every month with all of the photos you've shared.

So I love this app! I have had this app for a while wayyy before the text and today I saw all the new reactions!!! Which I appreciate bc I asked for text. But I do have two complaints and I’m hoping you guys r working on this. 1. Which isn’t very big is a bigger word limit for the text. When I want to type a sentence I have to send multiple lockets to send one sentence. So please have like a 100 word limit or something. 2. The big thing is locket needs to show who the person sent the locket too. Right now it causes lots of confusion because I don’t know if my friend sent that locket to my other friend/s so i think it would be great if it showed who they sent it to so I can reply to the right ppl and not just the one person. I also find that I get sent lockets sometimes that don’t make sense bc the person didn’t send me that locket. But other than that keep up the great work!!

i can see all the photos in my history but they won’t pull up on the actual widget. i really love the idea and concept of this app but i even deleted and reinstalled to see if it would work and it’s not. not trying to hate but i am very disappointed that it’s not working right. also a suggestion it would be really cool if you got notifications when someone uploads a new picture. this might already be a thing but again mine is not working correctly 😓 i hope this gets fixed soon because i was really excited about this app! 💕

I love this app!! I saw an add for it on TikTok and downloaded it to use with my parents, my grandma, and my best friend. We have been using it since late January and it’s been really cool to see how it’s evolved since then! I love that the developers actually listen to the suggestions in reviews to make the app better! I also love that I can see pictures of my friends and family and what they\'re doing throughout the day and start conversarion over it! I used to have many more suggestions but they were already added to the app so now I only the concept of having unique photos added to your home screen with the click of a button is amazing. I do however have some complications I’ve come across I think it would be very cool if we could upload pictures directly from the phones camera roll to the widget. Sometimes there are moments that I want to share on locket but I dont have time to open up to the locket app to snap a picture. It would be a great new feature since it’s quicker taking photos on our phone camera them on locket. Overall I love the app and I’m so excited to see what it will look like in the future!! Edit: Omg I can’t believe the developers replied!! I’m glad that I was able to help add to the app and I’m excited to see future updates!

This is a great app with a really cool concept. I love the new captions update and being able to see what my friends are up to without having to text them or anything.
I do have two problems though. First, I can't accept friend requests anymore. When I first got the app, it was easy to accept friend requests. Now, if I try to accept any of them, it loads forever and never actually accepts any. Also, I can't see when my friends send reactions. When I upload something, the app uploads it and my friends can see it, but it always says tap to retry. This isn't much of a problem because I know that my friends are still getting my lockets, but when my friends send reactions, I don't get to see how they react because the app thinks my locket didn't upload. I've updated to the latest version and tried everything. Help??

I love the concept of this app of being able to send each other pics directly to our home screens. Personally, it makes my day being able to stay connected to friends without having the text every day. I use this for my group of friends and my partner, but would love to be able to use it for more.
One suggestion that I do have is being able to make groups on our home screen widgets. Currently, I only have the option to select one person or everyone and I would love to see a function where I can group my friends together in one, have my partner on a separate one, and even be able to create more groups like a widget just for my work friends.

Locket is a fun app. It’s great for sharing very common daily snaps you wouldn’t normally bother a chat thread with. I use it with many of my friends.
But I wish there were one or two more useful reaction emojis. There are heart, sparkle heart, lovey face, laughing, on fire, and i want to kiss you. The yellow heart functions (by default) as “like”. Ie, “I saw this, nice”. The sparkle heart functions as “love”. Laughing’s use is self evident. Fire is typically a semi sarcastic response when someone posts a selfie (I’m a guy responding to my guy friends, after all). That leaves “I want to kiss you” and “Lovey face” as fairly useless. I suppose there are some young lovers out there who send each other the kiss emoji. But lovey face is pretty much the same as sparkle heart in meaning.
The common response that is most needed but missing is a “wow” response. iMessage has the exclamation mark. FB has the wow face. I’d love if Locket replaced lovey face with wow, or gave us the option of customizing the response emojis.

I’ve had Lockett for probably a year now and it’s my go-to for social media and quick pic snaps. The software is a super easy to use and has a trendy format! I use it with practically all my friends and so fat can’t believe how much better it has gotten just for a year. Some of my friends can add text, and though that update hasn’t gotten to my phone yet I’ve been waiting a while! I also would love if you could add photos from your camera roll onto your locket, it would be fun to share a few of those embarrassing baby pics and fun photoshoot snaps.
Thanks again Lockett team for giving me a way to share my life with my besties without spending hours browsing their Facebook pages searching for a glimpse into their life. It has been a fun way to see friends who have moved or don’t like close, especially family!! 💛 Lockett love all the way!💛

I LOVE THIS APP!!! my friend suggested it to me during quarantine so we could see what each other where doing and it was so much fun being able to post and send her stuff! then i eventually added most of my friends and we have so much fun seeing each mother day to day lives since we are not always together! i love photos and things like that so being able to basically talk to my friends through photos was so cool to me! it always gives me something to text them about when they send something cool or interesting! this app is so easy fun and safe to use DEFINITELY would recommend! ❤️

okay i loveee locket so much it is a great app to see what your friends are doing and it’s just fun to take photos and send them to alot of people. one thing i think would be really cool if you added was little short video clips. like take a 3 second long video and just send little shorts to your friends instead of only photos. the last thing is if you could send photos that are already in your camera roll. i think it would be fun to share photos you already have with your friends. so i hope the developers see this but these are just my suggestions that i think would make the app better but overall i love the app and i would for sure recommend someone to download it 💕✨🪴

I absolutely love this app. I got it a couple months ago to connect with my friends and family, and it’s really great! You have so many different options now, rather than how it used to be. I like how they’ve added the reactions, “sections” for the people you have added, etc. If I could suggest, though, it would be nice to add more emoji reactions. Or make it to where you could react/reply emoji from the iPhones emoji selection. Either way, the app is amazing and I highly suggest to get it!! I try to make it a habit to send pictures everyday to my friends and family. It’s fun to make prompts for the day as well. (Ex: funny face, pets, etc.) ❤️

i got it for my mom, sisters and boyfriend and it’s great all around :)
i LOVE that you have to send a fresh photo rather than being able to send something from your camera roll because it feel so much more like a “hey look i took this for you cause i was thinking of you and wanna show you what i’m up to” rather than just a random thing they could’ve sent over text
my only thing is i wish we could customize the reactions! there’s 2 hearts, a kiss emoji, a heart face emoji and honestly i forget the other but personally, due to the lack of options i only use the yellow heart and very rarely the heart face emoji. it would be so much better if we could put our own emojis that we use regularly rather than being stuck with only the kinda random ones we have now
other than that i recommend it for everyone!!
it’s really a great way to show you’re thinking of someone in the moment no matter what photo they choose to take since there’s no option to add from camera roll
(please never add that 😭🙏🏻 camera roll is meant for texts and dms not home page widgets from friends and family :( it’s really the main reason i have the app and recommend it to others)

I downloaded this app earlier in the year after seeing people post about it online. I had sm fun using it with my partner! I love how u can only send pics taken directly on the app so they’re more authentic and candid.
However, this fun was short lived because we slowly abandoned and forgot about the app altogether, leaving the same random work selfie my partner took to sit and marinate in the corner of my home screen for months...
I wish we could get notifications reminding us to use the app once in a while to prevent this. I think receiving random notifications daily (kind of like BeReal) to update ur Locket selfie would be cool. The app doesn’t even notify you when someone on your Locket updates their photo (which would be another minor feature that I wish was an option) so it’s easy for locket to get dismissed and abandoned. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever received a notification from Locket. I don’t want to forget about this very cute app!! Please add a notification feature so this app can continue to bring people joy consistently <33

This is great app that makes photo sharing easy and fun. A few things that would make it better: 1) Tapping the widget should show me the photo! When I tap the photo widget, it’s because I want to see it in better detail. It’s annoying to be greeted by my own ugly mug in the selfie cam when I’m just trying to get a better look at a pic. Obviously there could be a quick and obvious next action to share a pic in return! 2) Should be able to change the default camera to the rear-facing. Idk how most people are using this app, but I use it to show people what I’m up to during the day. The rear facing camera is better for this and I’d like to make it the default

The widget is not updating with my friend's pictures. Can this be fixed? Or somehow having the app to give notification that I've received a pic so I can check?
Developer response -Hi! Thanks for the review; When a friend sends you a picture on Locket, it will appear instantly on your Home Screen. Once a friend sends a photo, it can take up to 5 minutes to appear. Locket introduces this delay to conserve your phone's battery life. Another option is try deleting and redownloading the app and turn your phone all the way off and back on again for an immediate fix! I hope this helps. We are working on updates to the app now and should have new features, like notifications, in the near future! Thanks for using Locket💛

I love this app so much! Great way to stay “in contact” in a way with people in your life other than directly talking to them cause sometimes you don’t have the effort to type out a text😂
My suggestions: I wish when I go back to history I could see who I sent a picture to, cause sometimes I forget and then when I go to send a locket to someone I’ve forgotten if and when I already responded to that person/ people. So maybe just a little thing or a button on personal photos that’ll say sent to this/ these people. I also would love to be able to add text, because sometimes I wanna say what I’m doing in a picture or say a specific thing to do with the picture, and having to text it with the picture defeats the purpose for the app i feel like.
But other than that I have no problems with this app, i love it!

I think it would be greatly appreciated by everyone if there was personal profile tab where we’re able to change our name that other people see. Along with an option to upload a profile picture. Nothing more than that because i like how it’s not a social media app…more depth to my situation when my gf and I first got the app I thought it would be cute to put my name as her deceased cat..hear me out ladies pls 😭..We had a lot of spiritual similarities and she always compared me to him (like i’m his human form and such) so I thought seeing his name pop up every time I sent a pic would be sentimental?? idk…she was appreciative for a couple days but now its begun to haunt her. IM SORRY M*** IT WAS NEVER MY INTENTION. But yea i think adding a little personal info tab that we can edit our name and profile picture would make this app perfect. 5 stars when they add this. i feel terrible.

Hi Locket!!! I really love this app and it is a great way to connect with my friends now that we’re all out of school for the summer. We can also text and other things but we find it best to use this app to send pictures and interact with each other. I have noticed some pros and cons about this app too. A pro is that I have about this app is that there is a history box where it shows all you and your friends pictures from the past with all the dates which is very cool! So a con that I have for this app is that, when you delete a picture, it only removes from your end and not your friends and other people you are sharing with. So be careful of what you send because it will be there FOREVER!! But although, this app has made me happy and getting to see my friends pictures and etc … really hope that you would enjoy this app too!!!

I love this app! It’s so great to be able to share your life with your friends and it’s great if you have strict parents and can’t get Snapchat. I have a few ideas that can make this app even better. My first idea it to make it so you can add text to the pictures you take. I feel like it would be good to explain what is happening in photos. I also feel like it would be good if you could take videos too. I do see how it could be a problem so I suggest not making it so the videos would appear on the widgets. Adding videos would make it so you could talk if you want. Those are just suggestions that I feel would make this app better then it already is.

Love the app so far, one of the coolest apps I have ever seen! For the time travel feature maybe you can add a few music options when it plays? Also please update the app description you can now add up to 20 friends not 5. Please let you add photos from camera roll, be able to draw on photos, have filters on photos, be able to zoom out more than just the original image (since we can zoom in why not out as well), add text to images, have short videos with a max time of 30 seconds or so, and have timer so you don’t have to click the button. When you press on the profile picture you may want to add if you can’t add widget it might be because of… Whatever reason. When you send a reaction do others see it?

I noticed that on locket, you guys had added that we could add multiple widgets. So i was trying to do that but in the process, deleted my main widget. Trying to add it back has been pretty bad and not working. The app widget isn’t showing up on the widget library and the developer advice was to wait an hour or shut off you phone and turn it back on but i’ve been waiting for over 21 hours, and i shut my phone off and turn it back and it still isn’t showing up. This has been happening since yesterday. I need help please. I’m getting really frustrated because i can’t see when my friends send me pictures and it’s getting quite annoying. Please help me.

I love this app!! I love the idea of this app!! There’s just one complication. Whenever I first downloaded it, i got it for me and my boyfriend. I was with a friend so I had her added on there to see how everything worked before I added him in it. It worked perfectly fine. I removed her off of it and then added him into it. As soon as I added him into it, all my pictures are going through. But none of his are going through. My homescreen widget is stuck on my friends picture and not pulling up any that he has sent. I’m not sure if it’s my phone, or the app. I’ve deleted if, reinstalled it, and everything. I’ve even reset my phone. Not sure if anyone else has came across this problem either but it’s something that needs to be brought to attention.

I love this app but I fell that you should be able to have more than 10 friends and you should be able to upload photos from your camera roll onto Locket but other than that I think it’s a pretty good app and I love the concept of it and you can have everybody in your contacts that your parents are ok with but I also think you should be able to like comment on peoples posts and like a certain emojis or like be able to save it without having to share and then save it
But other than that I think like it is a really good app and has amazing concept of having a Locket on your home screen and pages that you can click on and share with friends and family

I love love love the idea of being able to send your friends pictures and have them pop up on their home screen but i would love if you could have different widgets for different people. i have my boyfriend and my best friend who send me pictures all the time but i miss almost half of them because i’m a student and i can’t be on my phone all the time. i love having them on my home screen i just wish they could be there all the time and they could change it as they wish. i would also enjoy a drawing feature. that one is not as big of a deal for me as the other one. These are just suggestions but i really really really hope you take them into consideration (ESPECIALLY THE FIRST ONE) because that would make things much more convenient for me and i’m sure it would for other users if the app as well!!

I recently got this app and I’m in love with it! Especially with the new update (ability to zoom in ect.). Just a few recommendations that you can take into consideration if you choose: Maybe put a setting where you can choose to either keep the newest photo on your Home Screen, or after a few minutes to randomizes it or something. Next, maybe the ability to have separate groups (a widget on your device for each group) and it’ll show different photos from the different groups (example, friend group, family ect.) otherwise, this app is perfect!

i love this app and i think the execution is pretty spot on, although obviously there's room for additions if they want/the interface can handle it. however, my widget consistently will not update with the new photos my friends send me. i can see them in the history when i click on the app, but the most recent photo won't actually show up on the widget until i click on it. i think part of the whole point of the app is to be surprised by the images on your homescreen—you can almost kind of forget that the widget can change and when it does it's a nice surprise and really fun. so having to remember to actually click on it in order for it to change eliminates that aspect and also means that you'll miss some photos your friends send if you don't click on the widget before another photo gets sent. i absolutely love the idea behind this app and it would be perfect if not for this one thing, which happens to be pretty crucial. and i can see from reviews that this has been an issue for many people for a while now. please fix this!

I love this concept, it’s so fun and I love sending the photos. however, it took me a while to get it to work. at first, I couldn’t enter my phone number bc it was set to a different country. but, I easily just deleted and redownloaded the app to get it set to the US.
but the thing I had the most trouble with was getting the photos from my friends. after I set the whole app up, the widget appeared as a black screen no matter how many times one of my friends sent a photo. I deleted the app a bunch of times and it never worked. after a few days, I signed out and signed back in and it miraculously worked.
overall, love it. it’s so fun and no hate at all. it had a few minor bugs but once it’s all fixed it’s great.

I love this app I have a bunch of friends from school that I have on this and friends I don’t see that often it is super nice but a few suggestions I have are, short videos like boomerangs that would be super fun also I think the idea of filters where you can have a filter on your photo would be cute. I also wish you could adjust the camera like when you take a normal photo in your phone because it doesn’t adjust to sunlight very well. Last i think that being able to add captions and sticker to your photo would be cute because sometimes people send photos or I send a photo and I isn’t really clear what is happening so the captions would make it clearer. Even without this stuff I love the app and every update makes the app better. Keep it up 👍🏼

My friends and I downloaded this, and it’s actually so cute. Lots of random/unexpected laughs throughout the day. One thing I wish they would add or change are the reactions and comments. They give you a set of reactions and I wish we could choose our own emojis to set as reactions. If that would be too difficult, I would even be satisfied if the reactions had more variety. Example: there is a yellow and red heart, but there could just be one heart and a thumbs up or something. The “comment” option is sending a text message to the person who posted the pic. So it’s 1 on 1, instead of it being shown and available to the whole group. Wish it could have an option for both! Other than that, it’s simple and cute and does it’s purpose, so still love it! <3

Ok this app is really cool because it allows you to send and receive photos from your friends!! My friends go to a different school, so it’s fun to send each other updates during lunch, passing, etc. In addition, you can see past photos in the ‘history’ section, so it’s more permanent than Snapchat, for example. (If you don’t like a photo you can also delete it, but this will only delete it from your acct) My only drawback is that you can only have one of the same widget, so you can’t have two different ones with different people. This is kind of annoying because I have some friends who don’t know each other, so sending photos to each other might be awkward. Also having filters might be cool! Ok ty for reading and thanks for your consideration! (This would make the app better, I think!) ❤️❤️❤️

This is such a great concept for an app! I love using it with a few of my friends to really connect in a personal way without it being social media. I feel like it’s the one avenue I’ve been able to find that doesn’t have this toxicity. A few other reviews have had requests for expanding the platform and even being able to have unlimited friends but I disagree!! I love the simplicity and limitations—it’s a good app because it’s NOT like anything else on the market right now! I was actually a little bummed when I saw the latest update let’s you react to ypur friend’s images with emojis. I think the only updates the developers need to work on is little bug fixes!!! They’ve struck gold and I would hate to lose the app to petty requests for more and more details because kids need too much from their screens! Keep up the good work!!

ok. first of all, i LOVE this app!! it’s so fun, i’ve used it for a while and it’s a really creative idea. but even though it’s great and easy to use… it glitches a lot. first i thought it was because i was using cell service, and not wifi. but even with wifi, it glitches a lot! i’ll go into it, and after 5 seconds it just kicks me out of the app. when i first go in, it also takes forever to load when i try to swipe down or up or click on something. it’s very slow all of the time and it eventually works after reloading the app and waiting a bit, but it’s very frustrating. also, sometimes it takes a LONG time to send a picture. overall, this is a great app. don’t get me wrong. but the glitching and loading is inconvenient. so please fix these issues!! it would be even greater! thanks,

I was reading the reviews on this app (after i got it) and noticed that u actually added some of their suggestions to the app instead of completely ignoring them which i love!!
Anywayyyss I love the idea of the app and the app itself. It is such a fun app to use so u can interact with your friends!! A few suggestions i have though is to be able to add more friends and not limit it. Though i can see how that can be a problem and might glitch out the app so i won’t totally be disappointed if it doesn’t end up happening. BUT I HOPE I HOPE THAT WHEN ANOTHER UPDATE HAPPENS WE CAN ADD PICTURES FROM OUR CAMERA ROLL OR TO BE ABLEE TO DRAW ON PICS WE TAKE!!! I FEEL LIKE THAT WILL BE SUCH A GREAT ADDITION TO THE APP!!! it would be so funny to see pics of my friends with doodles on their face on my homescreen. Locket is such a cool app. I mean in theory it’s awesome but the execution could have been better.
So the first problem happened a lot when I first got it but not as much now, and that was it wouldn’t let me post the photos. Basically every time I’d open the widget or the app it would like glitch and say I had no friends to send pictures to and so I’d have to search for people in my contacts before it would like load properly. I don’t really know what happened but it was/is very odd. That’s kinda the biggest problem for me but there are some things that would really improve the app being some different camera settings. THERE NEEDS TO BE A TIMER ASAP
it’s very annoying when I want to take a photo and like step away from the camera or use both hands and I can’t. As well as it would be very cool if you could add photos from your camera roll. Other settings like being able to zoom in and out as well as like panorama or something would be cool but obviously not necessary.
But yeah the app is great and for me there isn’t a lot of problems just some small improvements that would make it so much nicer and least in my case

i love this app a lot. im in a long distance relationship and i wanted this app so we could be able to send random photos of our pets and us for when we’re already having a couple conversations at once. one issue i have is that you cant send pictures from your camera roll, which honestly i think is dumb. the other issue is when you take a picture with the back camera and flash on it, it flips the image. it doesn’t flip when you don’t use flash which is annoying. these are the only issues i have and i’d give it a 4.5/5 if i could. i love the concept and i love seeing the surprise on my home screen :)

I would definitely give the app 5 stars if it hadn’t stopped refreshing on my Home Screen. Initially, it was working just fine, but then it started just showing a grey square with the yellow-orange circle around it and it doesn’t refresh. Right before it started doing that, it was showing older photos that were posted by family and not showing the more recent ones taken.
Aside from that minor issue, the app is wonderful! Super simple in that it’s like a super quick version of Snapchat for only the people in your inner circle. :) My siblings & I live within 3.5 hours of each other so we can’t always just travel for visits as often as we’d want. This app helps us share quick photos of our kids with each other though!

I love the idea of this app, and I still love it despite the bugs and glitchy aspects of it. It’s almost like a roll of film where you forget what picture you took and then later come back to it and remember everything about that picture and the day it was taken. I also love the idea of getting to see them pop up on my home screen as my friends are taking the pictures. I know this is already a feature, but mine doesn’t really do it. My widget is just a grey screen so I have to click on the widget in order to see any of the pictures my friends send. Another thing is that before the most recent update I could see pictures on the widget but it would get stuck and wouldn’t show me new ones. All that aside I love taking random pictures throughout the day to document even the smallest of things, because at the end of the day the smaller things in life tend to be the most beautiful. Overall great app and just needs to be polished up more, but it’s wonderful either way especially with all the hard work it’s probably taken to get to this point. Thank you Devs!

The app is amazing! Being in a long-distance relationship myself, it can sometimes be difficult to snap each other whenever we are busy working opposite schedules. This app works miracles whenever I want to see her face instead of scrolling through my camera roll or using Snapchat. I don’t like that it stays one solitary photo and then swaps to a random one over time. My suggestion? Maybe have a setting to where it stays one photo, but when the other person sends a photo, it automatically changes to that picture until another one is sent. That way, when somebody opens their phone, they see a brand new photo instead of an old one that is backed up into the app. It would almost make the person receiving the photo anticipating what the other person sent next!

I just recently got this app. It’s like the much better version of Snapchat. No annoying streaks or numbers, just the people you care about :). I think this app is the first truly fresh idea in a long time. I wish the camera had more options for example it doesn’t adjust to sunlight. So if you’re standing in direct sunlight it washes you out. I was really sad when I found this out because I can’t send my friends any golden hr pics! I also would love to see a heart/like feature so you’re friends can let you know they saw your locket. I saw someone else recommend that you can create different widgets for different groups or people and I have to agree that would be fun. Honestly other than that I am extremely satisfied with this app. I’m a huge fan it’s really helped me feel more connected to my friends who I can’t see often in an organic way.

the only issues i have are the widget doesn’t seem to update when i have more than one friend sending pictures, i’ve tried resetting everything but im back the to the same problem. Another problem is that when i go into the app it frequently won’t allow me to send pictures because it says my friends list is empty then after a few minutes it refreshes.
I love using this app with different friends so if there was a way for me to have each person on their own widget that would be great. This would also allow me to send different pictures to each person.
Those are my only issues but me and my friends love this app!!!!

I love this app! My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship and seeing his random pictures pop up on my home screen has made me very happy and feel more connected. At first my boyfriend mentioned that this was almost exactly snapchat, to which installed some doubts about this app in me. But it’s not at all like snapchat! It feels completely different which I love. I think the app is lacking some features but it does have a bunch of cool ones already! I’d love to see a reaction feature we’re you could place a thumbs up, heart, maybe even emoji? on the picture. I’ve also noticed it tends to update slowly rather than instant every time. Sometimes it’s just a few minutes behind, 10-20min. Other times it’s 1-2 hours. Still, love this amazing app!!

i love this app and i adore its purpose 💓 it’s amazing to see a new photo of my friends/what they’re seeing each time i unlock my phone! i just wish i was able to add more than 5 friends. i’m also echoing the sentiment of some other reviewers when i say that i’d love to expand the number of friends and perhaps get another widget for another group! one more suggestion, though i’m unsure how feasible it may be.. i know you can scroll on some widgets (like widgetsmith) to reveal another photo / widget. i’d love to see this replicated on locket! if that was the case, i could cycle through the photos i missed without clicking on the widget itself! just a fun feature idea for an already incredibly fun app :D

I love this app, the concept of having unique photos added to your home screen with the click of a button is amazing. I do however have some complications I’ve come across.
First, when I initially added the widget to my Home Screen it did not work. I did some research and found that it was due to the rotation lock on my screen, no problem, easy fix. Once I resolved that issue and had the widget added to my screen, photos weren’t showing up. That brings me to my next problem…
When my friends add a new photo, it won’t show up on the widget. It’ll appear in the history, but it’s not refreshing onto my screen. I’ll wait for new photos to replace the old, but it never does. I’ve been stuck with the same photo for a day, even after new ones have been added. I can see these new photos in the history section, so it’s not that big a deal, they just don’t refresh onto the screen. This doesn’t seem to be a problem for my friends, as the photos I take instantly appear on their screen and refresh with each new one. I’ve tried finding a solution, but so far nothing has worked.

I love this idea, I’ve been using It nonstop with my friends and it’s great. However I didn’t have any problems until I added more than one person. It worked perfectly, sending pictures back and forth and them showing on my widget, with one person, but now I have two people and it’s become buggy. The only issue is that the pictures that the person I added first no longer appears on my Home Screen, even if she sends 3 in a row. The only pictures It shows now is of the last picture that the second person I added sent before the newer pictures of the first person. So now I don’t see the pictures that person sends unless I go on the app and look at the history, It doesn’t show on my widget on the Home Screen. That bug is my only suggestion. Other than that, the app is working good for me!

I love this app! I really enjoy that I can quickly send people cute moments throughout my day, and they can do the same. I love being able to open my phone and see my friends without having to message eachother.
I would love it if I could create separate widgets for each person/group, and even more-so if I could select which person it sends to. I understand that makes it a bit more complicated, but having two separate friend groups in each locket would be so much easier and appealing personally.
Also, not a need by any means but i think it would be extremely cool to make the locket just a circle. I wish there was an option for the rounded square, and a circle. Nothing complicated!

this app is so fun and such a cute way of sending stuff to your friends and loved ones however, I would like to be able to send different things to different people. for example, i would hate something i’m sending to my best friend get sent to my sister as well. being able to send pictures to people separately would be so convenient. another thing would be if you could make it to where you could put multiple widgets on your home screen for different people. right now i have my two best friends connected to my locket and i would like to see what they each send me on my home screen, but i cant cause only one picture can show up at a time. if i could have two widgets, one for each of them, so i can see what they each send me on my home screen would be great!! besides that this app is such a fun idea and i hope you continue to better and grow it because it has SO MUCH POTENTIAL!!!!

Gotta be honest I love the app, sending random pics to my gf and seeing her in my home-screen and seeing different pictures of her. I don’t know if the app is new but it would be better if it had more stuff, some ideas like sending pictures from the cameras roll, or doing groups and each widget is a different person or group, and a timer for the photos. Something that has been bugging me it’s the app doesn’t have notifications so i don’t know when my gf send me the photos and it can pass 6-7 hours and when I finally open the app i see like 6 pictures she sent without me noticing. So I would gladly love if yall add notifications.

i love this app and it's whole concept, my partner found it first and we've been sending cute pictures back and forth for about a week now. At first the app ran smoothly, but now I've noticed that it has started to give messages about not being connected to the internet. It takes me about 2-4 tries to send a picture through, and I have to turn the wifi on my phone off or on (if I'm connected it has to be off, if I'm not connected I have to reconnect). My partner also has said that the pictures don't show up sometimes, so I'll have to tell her that I sent one so she can actually try to make it update. I hope the little bugs get worked out soon because overall this is an amazing concept! :)
