Disappointed
I was given a 25 cents off reward for gas. Went to use it and the pump was so slow, ten minutes to
get four gallons. The cashier came out to tell me that pump wasn’t working properly but the others are. Went to move and guess what? I don’t get my 25 cent discount.
I don’t know if was just my bad luck or if that’s there way of doing business.
However I’m done with purchasing fuel from Circle K.

Age verification
Age verification is completely broken. No matter what I do, scan, manual entry, clear cache, reinstall, it fails every single time. The app gives zero useful explanation and no real way to fix it. If your core function depends on age verification, it should actually work. This is frustrating, time wasting, and unacceptable for a major convenience store brand. I gave up.

Where’d the barcode go?
What happened to the barcode for inside circle? It used to be right at the top of the app. I used to pull up the app and the code was scanned at the register and I got my drink discount. Now I have to input my phone number at the register. Am I missing something?
Update: Turns out you have to choose a favorite store. Once you do that, the barcode appears.

One of better apps
The basic fuel perks aren’t the best with a flat 3cent and 5 cent max after 500 dollars but they do offer a lot of limited promotions for 25 to 40 cents off plus 50 cent first time promo. The in store rewards are what really sells the app tho.

When I first downloaded the app about a year ago, I got rewards but shortly after they stopped. I only get the 5 cent off. I have filled up and did the challenges, nothing. They say wait up to 48 hours after to track ur progress but mine has not updated for several months and I hate that, I was loving the perks.

Ignoring the scam text messages we all get from foreign countries is a daily habit, I’ve ignored them for a while and haven’t had any data breaches in a while, until I had made an account on this app, now I’m back on these scammers list as an active account, it happens so often for people that they think people won’t notice, obviously not.

When they advertise these big savings at the pump, they don’t tell you it’s limited to 5 trips — if it even works at all. Just a scam to get your information. Immediately after I downloaded the app, it froze and I couldn’t progress. Deleting and moving on. I suggest you do the same.

Now as is, it offers the convenience of all that it offers, and it does offer plenty of features, plus the convenience of rewards and managing your fuel points. I’m very particular about which gas stations I go to and usually just go for convenience but once I’ve downloaded this app i actually search out Circle K stations to benefit from the promotions and great gas discounts. I recently filled up with .10 off a gallon of gas. It all adds up and every penny saved is a blessing. The only gas app I use

What are you waiting for!
Out of all the gas station apps. This one is by miles the absolute best. You not only save 25 cents off your first fill up. You get to you use that discount a total of 5 times. I paid $2.42 cents a gallon. Its been years since gas was that low. I use about a full tank a week. So that means for the next 5 weeks I get cheaper gas.
I have downloaded all the apps at some point and none of them have offered such great deals.

How I feel about working at circle k
I love how employees an use their app and get discounts on food and gas however it would be nice if it could be 3 times a week instead of 2 times weekly I drive an hour to work everyday and that would be a great help versus what I get paid because it’s starting not to add up and it feel like I’m working for gas money but o er all it’s good and also we should get more sick time vacation time ect I’ve been at circle k for 4 plus years and never have enough time for vacations maybe once a year and we only have open enrollment for health insurance once a year versus other job you get benefits day one

Circle K Contests
I have been playing the Circle K, “Rock, Paper, Scissors” contest, religiously. I have not missed a day, to help get more chances at winning the Grand Prize. Today, out of the blue, the contest has disappeared. There was no notification that the contest was over, and no notification of who the winners are. After wasting my time trying to locate the prize winners, I texted, and emailed trying to find the prize winners. This appears to be a scam by Circle K to keep you playing daily, and trying to get you, to buy from their stores. Needless to say, I will no longer spend my hard earned money at their stores.

Rigged rock paper scissors game
The rock paper scissors game is extremely rigged, I have played it 11 times, and the couple times I won, the “instant prize” is a buy one get one deal. Like I’m sorry but that’s not a prize. The only options for the buy one get one were gummy bears, gummy worms, and sour gummy worms. On top of that, those items are nearly $3 for 1 as opposed to the $1-$2 at any actual store. Also their pumps have malfunctions semi frequently. Will spray gas out everywhere instead of just stopping when full how normal pumps do.

A vast improvement from being almost useless.
First time around trying the Inner Circle rewards system and it’s so smooth it even surprises cashiers! My only wish is that franchised locations would be smoothly integrated whether or not they’re being served by Shell or Chevron. At Circle K branded fuel pumps, it would be nice to see mobile payments being available.

I try to visit mostly one circle k over 90% of the time, due to convenience of distance, the store manager-lei, which may run a tight ship but a well balanced and down to earth individual that seems like a decent person to converse with. One gets greeted when entering his store and a thank you when exiting his store.
He is kind and understanding to his employees, firm when it comes to business but definitely very understanding.
Lei and his staff make the visit pleasurable at this location.
I have visited some other locations and refuse to go back due to their staff.
There is always fresh hot dogs ready, clean environment, and good deals, oh and the cookies baked daily are delish!
As far as the company goes I am not happy with the price jack up on gas every Monday.
I did appreciate every so often they had a 25 cent a gallon savings. They are pushing to use an app now and will have to see how that turns out in the short terms which may sway me from using it or not, will see.

Improving, mostly
Circle K has always been the closest thing Phoenix has to a neighborhood market, someplace within a short walk from one’s home where one can buy groceries. For one, nothing is within a short walk in Phoenix. For two, nobody walks here if they can help it. It’s too hot! Circle Ks are getting bigger. Now you can get all sorts of self serve food and drink. I’ve seen a drive thru window on newly constructed Circle ks along I-17. My personal favorite thing about Circle K is the BEER CAVE. When my kid was little and the a/c in the car didn’t work, we altered our path to include stops at circle is that had beer caves that we could stand in until had lowered our core body temperature to survival range. No one ever made us leave. That sort of kindness made me a loyal customer. I wish I knew why every time I want an iced mocha, however, the machine is out and must be reloaded. I do not like the phasing out of human cashiers, but even us customers will be replaced by robots eventually.

Generally good, but some fake deals
I generally like this app it is cool that you can get stuff for free occasionally or discounts like 2 for four dollars. But sometimes it gives me a reward that does not work when I try to use it and that honestly just makes me leave the Circle K with a bad taste in my mouth today I stopped to get gas after work and I was hungry so I bought a corn dog and I tried to use a deal in this app for a free body armor drink The app said I still had an hour to redeem it but when I tried to check out, it didn’t work so I had to either pay for it or leave it there just kind of annoying because I was expecting to get something for free and then it didn’t happen so I feel let down.

Absolutely terrible because I like to see the Gas deals the only deal they have is safe $.10 for 365 days but you have to spend $500. You might as well get the fries Gas app because you spend on things that you would use for your family or at the store and that just adds up. The Circle K if you read this, I need some better gas prices or some better deals for the people that wanna get your app and actually help you guys be bigger. Cause I think 711 is up and running.

Worst customer support. Told me there was no supervisor available while talking to a supervisor in the background when he forgot to mute his mic. Kept telling me to call back that there was nothing that could be done and that someone would call back as his supervisor was telling him to say in the background. This is a bad way to run a fuel services company that is quick to take a payment but not resolve any customer complaints regarding their emails that don’t work and say to call them for help. No help was given. Better off choosing a reputable fuel company that has real customer service and does not lie blatantly to a “customer”

I had to call and talk to multiple people for everybody to say the same thing which is annoying. How can everybody around me verify their age in the app but I can’t and they can’t do anything about it or send me to someone who can. My address on my license has nothing to do with it and whether or not I changed my address has nothing to do with it because if that’s the case nobody would be able to verify their age and yet everybody can except for me. This app is trash if the whole application isn’t working. Those deals are a huge part of why I go to circle k and if I can’t see them then it defeats the purpose

Overall Improvement of Store
Store at 2360 Broadway AJ, AZ. Angel is an asset to your company. The store has improved greatly over the years. I’ve been coming there for 20 years now and it used to be kind of a dangerous place to go.
The store was clean and everything was accessible and stocked up. Angel notified me about the free hotdog due to the diamondback win. So real good experience this is my home store and I will keep it that way.

Great savings with Circle K
I was finally convinced to add the Circle K app and use it. For the first time, I was able to save .40 cents per gal. Honestly, I had been going to Shell and using the rewards card, but, I have never received as big of a discount than what I received with Circle K. I must admit I am new to the Circle K app., but you better believe I will be getting my gas there, as well as purchasing other items, such as their Sour Cherries, and Barbeque Potato Chips. I was told the more I purchase, points will build up and I can continue saving….i am definitely happy for the Circle K app.. I think everyone should at least, check out this wonderful app.

Lots to choose from
I love the Circle K app. There’s always some sort of freebie or buy one get one available. If you live in Arizona, they have the diamondback strike out free beats, which are pretty cool. Plus you get a discount on gas and the inner circle discount and freebies. Much better than a lot of the otherstore apps. I highly recommend it.

Lots of freebies!
This app is great for freebies. It also has coupons & $$ off of different in-store specials. It is actually a great app if you’re on the go & need a quick pickup. The free items range from soda, coffee or tea, chips, candy, you name it. I’ve actually won a $50 gift card through a game in the app, as well. If you stop at Circle K, you should definitely get the app.

App issues
This app is horribly done. It has pages that won’t allow you to scroll, others that throw pop up information over the information you are trying to read and can not sue to the pop ups that you can’t x out of without doing so to what you were reading, then when you try again it does the same every time. Other menus as wel don’t scroll to allow you to see what’s on them. These issues have been this way for some time showing the lack of attention given by those producers of the app. Do better.

Love the app, but having a problem
I love this app but I am currently having a problem, I am unable to view stores near me in Jackson, MS. I try searching by location and manually, but it does not show any stores near me. I look on the store locator on the circle k website, and see all of the circle k stores in Jackson. Was wondering what’s going on, thought it would be an update issue, but there isn’t any new update, so unsure.

Daily stop
I absolutely love our town’s Circle K. It’s become a daily stop for me on my way to and from the school house. Not only does Circle K always have what I’m needing, but I get to see students and other community members there and that’s always a delight. My absolute favorite person to see there is Ms. Ruth, she’s so funny and I enjoy her interactions with the people who come to the store. I tell you, I’d trust Ms. Ruth to run more than a store… that lady is something else. Best team ever
The employees at the Circle K on the corner of Asheville Hwy. and Springfield Rd. In Spartanburg, SC are, without a doubt the best team there is. They all work together and especially since I’m disabled, they will help me get things that are too heavy or bulky to my vehicle and never gripe about it at all. They know what regular customers are going to get and many times have what I’m going to buy that is behind the counter, on the counter by the time I reach it! I’m sure they have a bad day sometimes but you never know it. They’re always smiling and positive and it makes going in the store a good experience instead of going in a store and the employees never speaking except to tell you what you need to pay. And the store and bathroom is always clean and well stocked. I wish all stores had people like these working for them!

Review of cigarette discount
They would have gotten a 5star review if they had not raised the prices on the cigarettes just as this coupon came out. How convenient is that? So really you are not getting the full $2.00 off when you purchase the 1 pack. I don’t know if it was just that circle k that raised there price or if all of them did. I do know that they have been higher priced on certain things compared to the one that I normally go too.

Belleview FL Abshier BLVD - Worst Store
This store used to be the best, cleanest, always stocked. Now it’s a mess 24/7, they allow homeless to sit out front and ask customers for money and or just stare us down.
Inside the store is filthy, counters are never clean, floor below fountain drink station is always sticky. Items are NEVER stocked. Fountain drinks machine is either down or ice is down and usually it’s down for weeks. Frosters are never working as well.. Polar Pop Prices are cheap but if you can’t get one what’s the point?

LOVE but see my suggestion in review
I've been using this app since it started. Circle K is very generous, however, I have driven to my local stores (3) multiple times to get items won in games just to be told I need to go to the bigger locations that are much farther away. Please consider giving items that are available at every location. This may sound petty but it's fun winning something then very disappointing when I drive to get it just to be told, nope...not here! Happens atleast 85% of the time.

Slow, sloppy app. Collects info
I tried to set this up multiple times. She provided all your information you still do not have access to discount fuel prices. Do you redirected to another site that processes the “ easy pay” payments. Tried multiple times to setup easy pay but it just stops and then send you back to the login/setup page. When I finally did get to the information page it wants all kinds of personal information no other gas payment site has ever asked. Full Name, Full Address, Full Drivers License number, Last four digits of Social Security number. With this much info someone could easily setup another account somewhere. I can see wanting your name and address and of course you would enter a debit card number. But not all of the personal info they are asking for. Remember, this isn’t a credit card with better protection, it’s going straight into your bank account. Out of curiosity i then read the privacy agreement. All i can say is holy smokes!!! Just read it!

It’s always off
It’s bad enough y’all did away with sip and save. Then you took away the beverage club (even though it as before midnight, I couldn’t get my free drink before you took that program away too!). I’m super disappointed in this app and Circle K as a whole! There’s free items I should’ve gotten but wasn’t able to, after the Diamondback’s won! I was also charged THREE different prices for a King Size Twix ( $2.99 which is the regular price, $1.49 and $1.00). It was supposed to be $1 with any polar pop purchase but y’all messed that up too!
I used to love Circle K and this app. It’s very disappointing to customers. I would go to circle K daily and now I have zero desire to even take up space on my phone with this inconsistent app’

Love this app!
This app is awesome! They give you free coupons every month for awesome snacks and other circle k items & that’s not all! They also give you five free drinks upon sign up! The app also helps you keep track of your # of purchases that are apart of the circle k inner circle like drinks, pizza , candy, chips and tons of other yummy snacks! Every 6th one is free! I love how simple it is to use and how streamline the process is for the cashier to scan your coupon upon check out! Puts a smile on my face everytime I am able to walk out with something free! Nothing is better then FREE!

Mrs. Kay and her staff are friendly, respectful, welll mannered and NEVER seen chitchatting with a line of Customers as I have at too many places!! I find it HIGHLY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to be on your cellphone while they’re checking you out!! This is the 1 and ONLY 1 I come to, the Inner Circle program is great and very beneficial, you get gas discounts, free drink after a couple, free candy, BOGO sales, free pizza,🍕, 🌭 etc rather you win it that day or it’s BOGONdiscounted!! Scanning you receipt especially if pay at point adds up your points as well as games!!!!! Mrs. Kay knows each and everyone of her customers by name, 1st one to greet you in the morning ☀️ and always with a big 😊 smile on her face!!

I checked the app and saw a special for Friday two for 4 and I went with intent to get this deal from my app and it didn’t even work the worker didn’t even know how to get this to work and on top of that I had to pay more then what the app told me. I say this app has no recommended quality that would make me say I want to see what promotions there are because there not even acceptable at store. I even shown it and the cashier didn’t want to change it to that promotion as if he states I don’t know anything about this app. I would of thought they be up to standards with 711 but there app is much more friendly and easy to follow. I give this a -1 star with the knowledge that this other reviews are just bots or paid cooperatives I bet they don’t even know how to use this app themselves.

I have patronized this location for 10+ years. It is always tidy and friendly. Sometimes when I just go for a coffee late evenings, it is complimentary. I locked my keys in the car one evening and was treated like family at Grandmas until case was resolved. They are expanding from a pizza kitchen to a Burger corner, and it couldn’t be any neater and less obvious. Highly Grateful for The Donut Peddler donuts and pastries. So dagburn delicious! An occasional treat, though every time craving.

I have tried and try for the last two months and a half to get my credit in my rewards activated as a debit I haven’t been successful so far there’s not a lot of help in the stores there’s not a lot of help online and there’s not a lot of help around, so why have a store that offers so muchwhen there’s no help anywhere else think about it do you want to sell a product but you don’t have the resources that’s all I’m saying

Stopped working
The app was great while it lasted but all of a sudden today it just stopped knowing where my store was and I can’t use anything on it. I can’t use my inner circle and I can’t do the circle k days of gifts. I tried redownloading it and it just stopped and I can’t use anything I have in there. I would love a reply on maybe how to fix this or if this is happening to a lot of people or if this got fixed at all and my phone is up to date on software updates so I genuinely don’t know what the problem is

The latest update added bugs no fixes
Get it together people!! Not only does your app not actually serve a real purpose from the consumer’s side (cuz yeah, the discounts all apply automatically when entering my number at the register without doing anything on the app!!) but take up space and steal our data to stuff your already plump pockets with but your stupid app isn’t functioning at all anymore saying it can’t find me, when it found me and I had used it only 2 days ago!! Well if it can’t find me or even work at all, I don’t need it on my phone or in my life at all in fact!! Buh bye!

Do not trust the app
Two days ago I checked the app for Circle K and it said their price was $3.27 per gallon so I use my last $30 to get gas so I went inside and prepaid the $30 went out and pump the gas and after it was done the gas price was showing $3.47 per gallon. I would’ve been able to get $6.00 more gas. So I called the Circle K phone number and told them what happened. Tell them I had pictures of what it showed on the app and what it showed at the pump after I pump the gas and their thing was they could only give me a polar pop, for that would cost $6.00 that I could use for gas. The polar pop was a compensation for my displeasure of the gas price when it showed on the app $3.27 per gallon and said three $3.47 per gallon from here on I am not going to trust the app at all. I am very disappointed and on a polar pop for compensation for the only $30 I had for gas for a week.

Trash App
The positive reviews are just people commenting on how much they like the cashiers. The whole Circle K ecosystem is trash. It’s confused, disjointed, the registration system for a payment card is separate and also stinks. The SMS verification process works in an early step and fails later when it makes me verify my phone number a second time for some reason to finish my profile. I try to connect my Easy Pay card to the new app, and get some PHP couldn’t open a log file error. It’s a comedy of errors. The last Circle K app was also awful. Maybe you need new product leadership.

We have always stopped @ this store but when I started doin rewards & point systems @ all these stores… ⭕️ K jus had tons and tons of much better options games with real time prizes… I can honestly say that we probably visited Circle K about 300 days out of the year and that’s been the past three years. Seven save also was the best thing that they never come up with until they raise the price because in all actuality, I wasn’t saving any money because every time I would go in and get my free drink every day. I ended up buying a candy bar, so I was actually spending way more appreciated 599 price but I will not pay the $10 today… Thnx 🥤⭕️K

Not happy
Had a K card to save me 10 cents a gallon. Lost it.. found it then went to use it. Said they canceled the cards last month. Handed a slip to sign up for a new program. Went to car to use my phone to scan & sign up. Then I noticed I would only be saving 3 cents a gallon. Big deal! Went back in to store (Blue Diamond) and there was a line of 8+ people. I was paying cash anyway so saving 3 cents wasn’t worth standing in line. They should have made an exception for me. I left and went to Smith’s where I got gas for 2$ gallon with my Smiths points. So I actually saved 40cents a gallon.

Garbage app from a garbage company.
On the off-chance the app actually works and doesn’t give you an “unexpected error” (as opposed to all of the errors they were expecting) there’s still a good chance that the idiots who are supposed to maintain the database forgot to do their jobs and your “free” item won’t be free. Then you have to rely on the minimum wage employee to know how to handle that situation. Even worse, when you ARE an employee - like me - and you just want to get your “perk” of $0.20 off per gallon of gas, it just doesn’t work. No explanation, no fix, you just get to pay full price for gas this week. Better luck next time.

Debit easy pay is horrible
Easy pay debit from Circle K. it is horrible experience. It’s so hard to use. It’s crazy that you have to make a debit card and then you can’t connect it to your app and just pay it like that or use your regular debit card and just input a rewards number or something it’s so complicated and convoluted and it’s so hard to get anything corrected if like you use the wrong pin or anything the people that work at a gas station can’t help you with anything you have to call the customer service number, if anything has any issues.

Best Store Employee Ever!
Sam at the Derry NH store (55 Bypass 28 Derry, NH), is the absolute kindest, most helpful, professional store clerk around! He always has been very kind to me, and I light up when I see that he’s working, but the way he treated me and my past visit was nothing short of amazing! Thank you for hiring the likes of Samuel. The fact that you employ people like Sam will keep me a loyal, long returning Customer! He should absolutely be recognized for his superior customer service skills. Thank you again Circle K for employing people like Sam and thank you Sam for your wonderful attitude and personality and customer service skills!
Plus, I use the restroom this last time and it was impeccable! You could’ve eaten off the floor, but I decided against it….😉

My name is Courtney I have been going to circle K for over six months and there is a lady that works circle K store 2363 on Seawall her name is Debra. She is really friendly and very nice. She knows me by my name I go in there and every week and get a carton of cigarettes. She’s really funny. and really kind. And everybody else that works there they don’t know me by my name they just see me as just a customer and it’s nice to have someone that knows me knows my name and every time I go there she always tells me hello how are you today

Great Coffee
I really enjoy stopping at the Harbor circle k after dropping my grandson off at school to pick up a cup of there coffee. The coffee is always fresh nice flavor. I also like when Cindy is working because I usually pick up some hot pretzels to go as well. However they do need 2 cashiers working not just 1 the line at times are very long.

An absolute disaster
The previous iteration of this app seemed to work perfectly. they continually told us about a new app coming out soon and it did. Unfortunately, virtually nothing works correctly. All of your discount fuel cards that were tied together with a previous card no longer show up and give authentication issues. There was obviously no beta testing with this app and rather they rushed it to the consumers. It’s well known that Circle K is taking over many local stores which I congratulate them on but if they would’ve spent a few extra dollars testing this app it would save the customers all of this heartache.
