Great product

Not giving a full five until I’ve had more than 2 weeks lol. So far it’s great. It does a lot but I like that it tracks my sleep my heart rate and my steps. Due to having a desk job, I need to make a conscious effort to get more steps. Not just to be active but I’m so tight and stiff from sitting.

My son is eight years old and likes tracking his steps, but none of it sinks to the app and there’s no support, I’ve emailed them numerous times with no reply.

So basically, it’s a pedometer that we can’t log the information or do anything else with.

Best Kid Friendly watch ever!!

I love this watch. This watch tracks my sleep, steps, heart rate, calories, and also does workouts and my parents want us to be a healthier family and this watch has it!! And we’re not allowed to use smart watches in our school and this is not a smart watch. It’s a fitness watch so it’s perfect for me to bring to school and my parents can track my data and it’s perfect so then they can see how I’m doing and stuff. and it’s a really good watch and it’s the perfect watch for ages five and 16 and also. it’s perfect for little kids if they want to track their sleep and stuff. Is a perfect watch and my dad says it’s a brilliant product and my mom has been trying two different watches. And none of them will work. The first one was Fitbit and for some reason the app wasn’t working and then the second was Garman Junior and the app wasn’t working also but bigger app is working and I love the act because it’s so organized and so productive. And we also are excited to see what happens in the future so thank you a bigger five!! You are a lifesaver.

What’s a great app, but it’s kinda hard to know where you’re going on the app. love the watch by the way! Also, there should be a tracker on it just in case like you lose it cause I have a habit of that and I really need that on my watches so I, and maybe some other people, need that too. Also, I want it so that it only vibrates when alarms go off or something like that because all I hear when I wake up is BING BING BING BING BING and it scares me to death every time so I want that fixed. If there is a way to vibrate it and I just don’t know please tell me. If anyone does know, just write a review back with your review how to do it in like the next couple days if you can’t that’s OK I understand.

Great watch app is horrible

We got this tracker for our son as he loves running around and to see what his sleep and everything looks like. We get kicked out the app over and over, it won’t let us log back in, keeps trying to have us set up new accounts, when login and putting your password everything stays greyed out so you are just stuck at sign in page. This needs to.be fixed no point on buying the product for the app to not even try to work.

Explaining

Although I like the Fitbit watch, it’s really cool and stuff. The only thing I don’t understand about it is why won’t it let me reply to my messages, but it will let me sync my phone onto the watch like for example I’ll turn on messages and it will go through and everything. It just won’t let me reply to them. I don’t understand and when I got the app, it takes forever to sync. I literally waited like five minutes before I actually did something. I like the app but it will only show you sleep data by calendar days, so if your kid goes to bed at 8pm, you can only see the sleep data for what happens after 12 midnight.

Horrible app and watch

I absolutely hate this app so much. Nothing works like it should. It’s very glitchy and hard to use. I keep trying to pair a device and it immediately disconnects after it’s done pairing. So I tried the support chat function and that doesn’t work correctly either. Neither of my kids’ watches are counting steps, which is why they wanted the watches, so this has just been a waste of money.

Failed app- great product

Super disappointed, when we first bought our watch it was amazing. My son could finally mange his own medication schedule. After the last update it messed everything up, it won’t let me log in, which resets everything on the watch. It isn’t even the right time. Cannot log in

This app was decent when I first started using it with my kid’s watch. Now it has logged me out and the Login button just remains grayed out and unclickable no matter what I do, even though I have entered the correct password. I tried to reset the password and that didn’t work either, and same for creating a new account. So many features of the watch are now useless! Would definitely return it if I could!

Annoying and glitchy

App is very annoying and glitchy. I know I have my password correct, and it won't let me login. So I try and reset my password and that won't work either. My daughters watch has the time wrong and without the app I cannot fix that issue..... which then makes the watch completely pointless. Frustrating!

Downloaded this to go with my kids watches and was able to login, but then got kicked out. Now I can’t log back in. I can’t access the watches to correct the time so they are basically useless now.

Glitchiest app I’ve ever used

I just got these watches for my kids Christmas and the app is awful.

Nothing works, and I can’t even submit a support request because it says my number is incorrect (tried every entry variation I can think of).

It won’t connect to both watches simultaneously. I have to go in and manually connect them every time. It won’t let me add a picture. It won’t let me update objectives/goals.

If you’re looking for something more than a basic time telling watch, this is not it.

Frustrating app

This app never works when I need it to—we’ve had the watches for almost 2 years. Today, I can’t even log into my account…won’t let me touch the login button. I’m constantly having to resync the watches. When it does work it is slow and sometimes doesn’t keep the information saved for two kids’ watches. Hope everyone else has better luck than me and it’s pretty sad when he kids are annoyed. I will likely be investing in different watches.

Poor visual accessibility / Not WCAG 2

The app has incredibly small text, and uses colors with very low contrast. It also does not adjust to the larger text Accessibility settings native to my phone. I had to use my iPhones Zoom accessibility feature for the entire account setup. Very frustrating. I haven’t started using the actual app yet, so can’t comment there yet.

Watch itself is great, the app?… not so much…

I got these watches for my 7 and 8 eight year olds in lieu of the Fitbit ones for kids just to assess how they handle these devices. They love them! And to be honest, they are actually really cool and surprisingly effective for their price point. They track things pretty accurately. So the watch is probably a 4-5 stars. HOWEVER, the app is terrible. It does not let me sync both watches and view them simultaneously like other brands do. I have to log out of one, sync the other watch, and reset the device and refresh the app just to check their stats on the app. Both of my kids are constantly asking things that require me to frequently go in and out of the app, causing me to to do this. Not to mention the app itself isn’t the most user friendly. So hopefully they get a serious update.

Two stars for battery life and the fact that it keeps time.

The app is amazingly terrible. It often will not connect or will never be able to retrieve data across multiple days.

We have two kids and they each have a watch, with each connected to a different phone. They both lose connectivity with such frequency that the app is no longer utilized.

Cannot consider this a fitness tracker if we cannot track fitness on a consistent basis.

If you’re looking for a watch, it works well for that but nothing further.

Losing my mucking time

This is a terrible product. First off it does not keep time. It gets off time daily unless you use a parents phone to update it daily. Second, the app is total garbage and you must reset you password every time as it does not follow iPhone password protocol. DO NOT BUY unless you goal is to teach your child frustration and curse words. The get password application fails to connect to their own network so you must recreate an account each time. Irritating and inconsistent

I really dislike this app. When it’s working, it’s not very user friendly. But right now my issue is it has logged me out and when I try logging back in it says network not available. For the record, my wifi and data are just fine, so I don’t know what that’s about. It’s frustrating. Every time I try to connect my watch to the app it says it’s successful, but then when I go to the Home Screen it says it’s not connected. Then I checked to see if it was just my phone and in Bluetooth it said it was connected. I can’t change the time or date, and it can’t track sleep or really any thing.

Doesn’t except your password when you try to change it following all the criteria it says it’s wrong. It won’t let you change your password. I’ve tried 15 different passwords and it keeps saying not the right thing. Frustrating don’t buy it.

Why is this app designed so only one parent can view it? You can’t sync the same watch to two different devices! I like to track our sons steps/sleep and my husband wants to use it to log his running. We can only do it with one phone! Great for a first smart watch

Got this watch for my 7 yr old son. He loves being able to see his steps and other information. I like it because it needs no internet connection and it has no games on the watch. It does need to be connected to an app on the phone but that’s only needed for updates or to make changes to the watch settings.

This app suuuucks. It crashes every time you try to log in. I finally deleted and reinstalled it and now I cannot even log into it. We just bought the fitness tracker for my daughter’s birthday and that seems to work just fine…as a watch.

App is Bad and that’s putting it lightly

The blue tooth function is terrible. It barely connects and I have to continually turn oBluetooth on and off on my phone to get app to connect to watch. Since the app update I can’t even get into the app because the initializing functionality always fails and doesn’t give an option to get out of that message to get into the app. This makes the watch useless because you can’t do anything manually on the watch, it’s all through the app on the phone.

Not great interface

Most of the changes on the watch has to be made via app but app/phone has to be right by the watch to connect to Bluetooth which then downloads the changes. This affects being able to remotely set the alarm, set goals, etc. Not very user friendly and interface is so confusing, especially when trying to keep up with multiple kids. Syncing watches takes forever, if at all able to. Step counter on the watches are a joke, very inaccurate. But I guess it’s what you get at this price point.

I love this app!

A lot of people say it’s hard to use but I love it! You just have to learn how to use the app before using it daily. I will admit it took me a while to learn how do use the app but ever since I loved it! This app is better than VeryFitPro.
