We have 2 Suear and most of the time we can’t connect to the internet! Frustrating to say the least.

Won’t connect to WiFi
I tried everything I can think of to get this ear pick to show up so I can connect it to my IPhone 11 but I am having no luck with it. I am not sure as to why but I guess I will have to return it

Suear 10.0.49 doesn’t work
Suear version 10.0.49 doesn’t work. My camera worked fine prior to latest update. After update, it stopped working and now I’m getting an error message: WifiCameraTypeKey = 1; kErrorCode = "-504"; reason = "The product model is not supported."
I want to reinstall the prior versio , but the App Store doesn’t offer that option

Every once in a while we stumble across a Dandy
The tool was inexpensive, it came in a very nice tray with more attachments & tools that I would probably use. I think I paid $10 USD for the tool. This absolutely has many more uses that ears & nose…. Very clear video, I’m quite surprised and impressed at what you get for $10. Plus it’s rechargeable. Excellent job Suear!!! Thank you for having an app that is user friendly and best of all the app connects fast, very easy to use. I haven’t notice any issues with the device or the app… I recommend everyone needs at least one of these in their home and/or car. Thanks so much

Smooth Simplicity
I'm very impressed at how well this app works. Everything about it is simple and easy to use.
I'm actually looking for a different otoscope and hoping it works with this app because I can't imagine the UX getting much better. And I'm both a Software Designer and a UI Designer.
(The otoscope I have is really nice and simple with good pictures, despite being a no name brand; literally, it doesn't have a name on the scope, packaging, or paperwork. The only reason I want to replace it is because it has little slip on silicon sleves over a sharpish metal spoon. The first slipper I used wore out and the metal spoon sliced through the slipper and could have sliced through my ear canal. The second slipper really wants to slip off the spoon and into my ear canal. Otherwise, with this app, it is a great little scope.)
The picture quality is nice, allowing 1080p. (My otoscope is 1080p.)
Taking photos is a soft touch to the iphone screen. Video is just as easy. (Longer video is cut into 15 minute clips for ease of portability or cloud storage.) I also love how easy it is to move these pictures/videos to other apps or other places to store them.
The only things I can think to improve on are pretty minor:
- The pictures (and same for the videos) are listed by day. It would be nice if they were listed by hour, or had time stamps visible, too, as it can be difficult to identify when you start a new session. Since this is an app for an otoscope, the chances are that most of the images are going to look pretty similar. (I've just been taking pictures of my phone to start off each session. So, this isn't a big deal. The date metadata is stored in the pictures, so it will display if you are viewing it from an app that does display that info.)
- The main menu is 4 dots in a square instead of a hamburger menu we are used to in the USA. But, there's not a lot of options to click on, and it's in the correct location, so... this is really trivial.
If you are questioning buying an otoscope that uses this app, question no more. This is a great app that will make you happy that you chose an otoscope that uses it.

Works Great
Not sure why there are so many poor reviews but this app works great. The product is designed very well and I am able to truly clean out my ears with the variety of tools provided.
I suggest having rubbing alcohol handy, it is good for getting rid of moisture build up in the ear and can help fight infections and keep your tips clean.

Worked for me
The app worked fine for me. I used a LEIPUT branded ear camera. Turn on the device, go to settings and connect to the network starting Suear, go back to the app and you should be set.

App Works Great!
This app works great so far and is user friendly! Works with the DEETOK Ear Removal Kit. Just download app. Turn on otoscope. Open iPhone Wi-Fi and choose Suear when it shows up. Go to the app and hit Home. Choose right or left ear, horizontal or dynamic. The app shows you very clear images of your ear. Just make sure the pick is on tight. The first time I didn’t check it and it fell off into my ear! Luckily it didn’t go down far! The picture is very clear. It will take practice to use the picks. Please only rate the app, not your otoscope. Be fair to the app developers!

the software and the tool are great. the scrapper sometimes makes it hard to see but literally all you have to do is turn it. works like a charm for me and surprisingly my ears are clean and didn’t even need this tool lol

DIFFICULT BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE
I will agree that this is one confusing thing to get going and there are horrible instructions. They should put in big letters “Must have device turned on before attempting to connect to Wi-Fi” that alone would’ve saved me about a half hour of frustration.
Luckily I am a puzzle person because if not
