Cannot get app to open
Has anyone gotten any help for this issue? I cannot get the app to open- I allowed it access to my photos and it just freezes when loading or shuts down on me. I can’t even get in?

Does not work with Apple photos
Your only able to upload photos through the AiMOR app. Apple does not recognize this app in Apple photos. The upload to the photo frame is terrible using their user interface.

The best of digital frame apps
I’ve tried a handful of different digital frames and this one was the best - especially for the price. The app has a few missing features - like ability to reorder the photos - but is otherwise easy to use.

Email Spam
The app was fairly simple enough to use. My issue was literally within hours of registering with my email address, I became flooded with spam (over 30 now in 12 hours). Use caution as they have no regard/respect for privacy. This also begs the question of how do we trust them with our photos? So nothing inappropriate folks - lol

Followed the instructions- worked like a charm. I’m a baby boomer and had NO trouble. Received it from my kids as a Christmas present. Love it!!!

Horrible
I bought 3 frames and can't use them because the app crashes before I can even set up a profile.
I reached out to the developers and they assured me they fixed the problem and to try the app again... Absolutely no change. The app crashes before I can even enter the frame code or select a photo. I wish I would have reviewed the app reviews before purchasing the frames. Framo seems to work just fine for other frames, I don't understand why these guys can't get it together.

No problems
Bought the Skyline13 for parents for Christmas. Easy set up, and 6 people downloaded this app, and no one had any issues downloading, or setting the app up, and transferring photos to the picture frame has been easy. We all are loving this gift. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but we are all very pleased.

Easy to use but
It’s really easy to use pretty simple but the one thing that I don’t like is that you can only download nine pictures at a time and then for some reason it just shuts out me completely from the app and then I have to start all over again

Very annoying
Got this frame (as opposed to the brand name one because of the capability to send via app vs. email) for my dad for Christmas and the pictures take DAYS to send, if they send at all. The app often crashes and sending a video is all but out of the question. Please update this to make is more user friendly and for it to actually work without frustration.

This app is terrible. I am returning multiple aeezo digital frames i purchased because this app crashes all the time and has limited functionality linking to other apps. this app alone renders the aeezo frame useless.

I bought 2 frames as gifts and they don't really work as advertised. Uploading photos is frustrating at best. For the money it should work better.

Crashes every time I open it. You would think the company would want to sell the product and have people be happy with it rather than be an usable gift to be returned.

Limited Functionality
Basic (and I mean BASIC) functionality seems to work fine. However, it needs the ability to share pictures from other apps - especially messages (like FRAMEO did). It also needs to support hundreds of pictures being selected simultaneously. Allowing for remote administration of pictures through this app will be a necessity if you plan to seriously compete in the digital frame market.

Why did they make their own app?
Why not just let us use the Frameo app to send photos? This app is awful - I can never tell when items are actually being uploaded because the progress bar is always stuck at 0%, and it loses the thumbnail of what's being uploaded so you don't know what it is! I have to constantly re-send items because of this.

Christmas-Ruining-Problem
My goodness. If this app doesn’t get fixed ASAP I have no idea how many people will be disappointed these holidays. I’m (hope I’m) tech savvy enough to load pictures on over SD card, but I have to think most aren’t. This app crashing on load essentially make the two hundred dollar gift frame useless.
I will gladly change review if they fix their app. The frameo app is fine, but it appears aeezo only allows for this stupid non functional app to be the loader for this new frame. Glad I opened the box, grandparents never would have figured this out.

Truly Awful
An app that was likely never tested. On Mac, impossible to see the photos themselves in the tiny tiny window that is displayed. Window is not resizable (?). App freezes on "remote control" screen if selected. Unbelievable.

Keeps crashing!!
Please fix it. It crashes every time I open it. I agree. Very frustrating!! I’ve had to open it 10 times just for it to stay open long enough to upload a couple pics. And very very slow.
