Barely works at all!!!
Whenever I connect the drone to the Wi-Fi for the camera the app still says I need to connect my device, which I did!
But the controller works fine.
Its just the camera setup was a pain.
Still haven’t figured its out yet…

The drone itself in controller are working wonderfully when it comes to the app. However, once I’ve established a Wi-Fi connection the app continuously shut down and will not allow me to press start or go to the settings on the app but once I disconnect the Wi-Fi connection to the drone. The app worksfine except I cannot connect to the drone to use the camera or controller functions

This app crashes and closes frequently. I can’t get past the start screen nine times out of 10 because as soon as I hit the start button, it crashes.

Garbage
This drone is absolutely garbage. I got it to fly for about 3 seconds and then it never would power up again. I contacted support to simply get a replacement, thinking it possibly was defective. I never got a response and am stuck with losing the money and a drone for my children that won’t even power up

I can get to the app interface without connecting to the drone WiFi. As long as I am connected to the drone, the app crashes and I am out. Useless.

First of all the instructions are mostly in Chinese and you can’t understand what they’re saying. The website is in Chinese to get any kind of technical support. Every time I open the app while the device is connected to its own Wi-Fi it crashes, so I cannot use the phone to maneuver it. I will need to use the remote but that entails going to the store for batteries.

“Vientiane model” is headless mode
Headless mode as in it is supposed to orient itself in space and then treat left and right as relative to that position without consideration to which direction the drone “front” is actually pointing. So glad this works well when I have a drone that has all of its functional components installed and working. Pairing wasn’t flawless, but it only took a couple tries before everything worked as intended. All in all I would say this app is fit for purpose and competently designed. Thank you 🙏 my children love this

Locks out my game controllers
I downloaded this application for my new drone that the instructions called for. Later I tried to wireless play my games, with both the Sony Shockwave 4, and my Steelseries wireless Nimbus controllers and they shut off as soon I connected. They would not connect until I deleted the app. on my iPhone. This happened even with the app. not in use. I did not have the app. On my iPads, just on the IPhone, yet it still effected my iPads; (8th generation) & (10th generation). I’m running iOS 17.0.3 on all 3 devices. Update: OPPS! Unlike my other drone, I went into Bluetooth instead of Wi-Fi ! At age 74, at least I’m persistent!

Instructions art pathetic. You can’t watch the video at the same time your controlling the drone. You can’t use the manual controller and use the camera simultaneously. You can’t even clear the videos (delete) them from the app. At some point I’m sure their will be a limit reached and that part will crash. Pathetic

Bought this at 4 o’clock in the morning. Big mistake. In my opinion, this is total junk. look at the operating instructions on this before you buy it.

Literally nothing I have done shows the camera view of the drone I purchased. Even trying to look up instructions online has yielded no help. If you want a drone, just do yourself a favor and get the more expensive ones. This kind of crap isn’t worth the effort.

App does work - correct steps
I am not one to write a review but after seeing a few bad reviews, I did my homework and found out why my camera was not showing. First, if you got this app because you bought a cheap drone from Temu or someplace similar there is a correct way to connect the drone. First turn on the drone, then the remote that came with it. Once the drone and controller sync, connect to the drone via Wi-Fi(on your phone). Once you’re connected, open the app and you will have your camera and all the features. Failure to follow this set up each time will result in no picture, which is the whole point for the app if you have a controller.

So I downloaded the app, easy. But whenever I do connect it to the drone it kicks me out EVERY TIME. I cannot get into it again without uninstalling it. And the remote I have no clue how to work. The drone doesn’t move when I press anything and all the directions are in Chinese. Idk how to work it.

Received today, returning tomorrow. After charging battery the drone won’t turn on. Controller has batteries but won’t connect. No Wi-Fi signal Lon iPhone or Android. Save your money and head and don’t buy this.

Got the drone, followed the qr code.. downloaded the app.. instructions tell you to search wifi_*** my wifi doesnt have a search feature.. tried everything.. cant connect via wifi on my phone.. app starts up but cant connect.. no settings in the app to connect.. using my wifi autosearch (default) cant find the drone either.. does this app work... no.. disappointed... needs update or pitched in the bin.. please fix this

Use Google Translate
The drone and its controller hardware instructions, placards and labels are all in Chinese. There’s a one page English crib sheet that doesn’t cover much. Once you figure out that both the drone and controller have to be powered on to make a WiFi connection to an iPhone this app works but the controller itself remains a mystery until you take photos of it and it’s instruction sheet and show them to Google Translate which then renders them intelligible in English. Thereafter Bob’s your uncle. You can fly with or without the iPhone . 5 stars for the hardware, 4 for the app and 3 overall because of usability issues noted.

Get what you pay for
I paid $35 for the drone on wish and the drone is fun to fly but in no way shape or form is the camera 4k as stated and the latency between the drone and the phone app is terrible on top of that on of the controls on the app even work to control the drone only the physical control does the job. The phone only acts as a camera and video recorder but besides that that app is trash and does nothing as far as controlling the drone. Next time I’ll spend $500 or more for a drone and app that actually do what they are advertised to do! Complete trash!

I randomly got an ad for this drone on YouTube every now and then a while ago and I don’t know what I was thinking buying this piece of garbage. Did I really think a $100 drone would be as high quality as the ad said it was? I feel so embarrassed for getting duped by it, don’t buy this drone! Actual high quality drones are expensive

No problem getting app installed but when in flight control the Direction control does not function and the section containing one click take off, stop and one click landing does not even show up on screen. Overall product is nothing like what is advertised. Did not expect much and got even less.

Get what you pay for lol
So, I knew that I was buying a cheap drone off of eBay with a supposed GPS Function. I have found nothing of the sort. This app is okay as in it does the work it needs to do, but it does need some more instructions.
I had no idea that connecting my drone’s 2.4gHz controller would sever the phone controlling aspect of the app.
There is no return home feature and definitely no 360 radial flight. Fun drone if it was used for maybe a 10 year old, but other than that, it was okay between the app and drone.
The intent of my usage was to use this cheap little drone for UAV CQB reconnaissance during my Nerf Wars with my buds, and it will do that.
Only reason I’m giving 3 out of 5 is because of fake advertising of their drone product
features, and because of the severing of the phone controller during remote usage.
Other than that, pretty fun!
