Worst App Ever.
this app will bug your phone out and kill your battery worse then call of duty mobile. one of the worst apps i’ve ever seen developed you’d think they could do a little better. 👎👎👎

Painful to use
Could not get through login. First, it appears to require the upload of an image from my phone. After selecting “cancel” to avoid this, the app would not allow anything except “go back” in the login process.

Some issues
I love the game! I play Boxbollen everyday because it is really fun. The issues are on the app. I want to change my name but I can’t see the change name button? I looked it up on why I can’t see it and it says and admin might have it turned off. If you see this can you turn it on for me please. Also one more issue is that whenever I am on the app it sometimes kicks me out. But anyways the game is really fun! 3 stars

Love the game, hate the app
This app is SO ANNOYING. It crashes constantly and then won’t open again afterward. I have to restart my phone to get it to work again. Also, it somehow is making my phone glitch. I have an iPhone and have never ever had any problem like that before downloading this app. I have plenty of storage, my phone is pretty new and my software is up to date so I doubt it’s my phone. As soon as the app crashes, I can’t play any videos on my phone: not thru Facebook, YouTube, Hulu or any other streaming service or app. Or my phone just doesn’t respond to anything and I have to restart it to stop the glitching. I don’t think I have ever intentionally restarted my phone the entire time I’ve had iPhones, which is over a decade. Today, after the app crashed, I made the mistake of not restarting my phone, and I could NOT hear the person on the other line of a few phone calls no matter what I did. Also, the app doesn’t do the best job of accurately counting the times you hit the ball. I’m hitting it perfectly and it’s making an easily heard loud sound each time, but the app often doesn’t count many of the hits. AND the countdowns on the games will start to lag and go from 3-2-1 to 3-1 and then just a lagged 1 before the game starts. It’s just such an annoying app.

Age limits for videos please
I think there should be a limit of what age we all see. I don’t want to see a bunch of 10 year olds in battles, I want to see the RFK Jrs and Donald Trump battling this. I could see this as a professional game. Overall great app and game. J love it.

this might be the WORST app i have ever used. 1. the countdown glitches by just skipping to number 1. 2.it absolutely KILLS my battery. i started playing at 9 percent and i did three 5 second rounds and ended up at three percent. 3. 80% of the time the app just crashes when i press start. 4. the game will kick me out and play the countdown noise out of the app. it will keep counting down repeatedly until you shut your entire phone down which is very difficult since it makes my entire phone lag. the product is overall really great but the app is disgusting. do better.

WORKS ON SOUND
I clapped 23 times and it caught me clapping and not actually hitting the ball. THERE IS NOTHING IN THE BALL.
I dont hit the ball hard but I can keep it going. It doesn’t always count the contact. I should have researched this before purchasing 15 as gifts!!!

Four of us tried for 45 minutes to get the app to work. It never did. Also, the string connected to the ball could have a better way of changing the length if multiple people are using it. We just wrapped it around the head band which is rather ridiculous. It’s fun but way overpriced for something (app) that doesn’t work.

The game itself is great, but the app not so much
The app is ok because I can play the games they have on it and record videos. One problem is that the rules of the game is very complicated. Never have I ever gotten accepted from sending in a video because I break the rules from having “no full extension of arms.” It’s a really hard rule to follow and I see other people on the app who get accepted also with a non full extension of arms. I think that the moderation system is a little rigged and should be fixed. Thank you.

A great game
It’s a great game. It’s fun to see if you can beat your score. It’s a great way to exercise so if you like the game, whether your kid or grown-up if you’re a kid kid, you can convince your parents to keep letting me play and if you’re a grown-up, they can get obsessive it’s so good.

Garbage app, garbage product
App doesn’t work as many people have stated. Unable to delete my account since the app is literally nonfunctional. They have zero support. I guess the next step is to file a complaint with my state attorney general’s office. Not allowing someone to remove their personal information is illegal.

Couldn’t get my account
I got this for Christmas and I didn’t use it for 2 months and I could find my license so I applied to get one and it said it would take 24 hrs and it’s taken 4 days but overall even without the app the ball is very good it helps me with hand I coordination and reflexes and it’s very fun🤠🫡

Didnt get my prize, overall crappy app
So this is a good app and generally a good except the timer and hit counter is very buggy.
Especially the review time to wait for a score to get reviewed is VERY SLOW. I was competing for a tournament to win $1000, and I got the highest score. I waited for my score to get reviewed and then the tournament ended. I had sent in my score 3 DAYS before the tournament ended, and the score still wasn't verified. please fix this app and give me my well deserved 1000 USD.

Unable to Log in - worthless
I tried to login for the first multiple times, app continues to ask for a new password, I update it, then I get “unexpected error”, over and over and over. Worthless. Hope I can send this back.

App is a joke
This is my first time writing a review and it’s because it’s a joke of an app. I love the game itself but whoever is in charge of developing and maintaining the app is out to lunch. The countdown timer glitches, video won’t load or i do a round, right next to my phone where I know it can hear the ball and it only counts one hit. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not stellar at this but I’m most certainly getting more than one and the microphone can hear that. App is trash but if they bother to read the reviews I don’t see how the problems can’t be fixed.

What a ripoff.
App tracks sounds. You can sit there and clap or yell and it registers as hits. It’s a complete scam designed to sucker you into purchasing a nerf ball, rubber band, and piece of Velcro for much more than they’re worth because the marketing implies there’s hardware in the ball that tracks hits. Thank goodness I only bought one.

We just registered today. App works on both of our iPads registers under the same email. I don’t know if it counts the hits accurately, but it’s good for burning off pent up energy on winter days between homeschool lessons.
People are saying it’s confusing to use. What the heck, watch the video and it shows you. My ten year old figured it out all on his own, the own registration process but using it. It’s not hard!

i got this as a christmas gift and the game itself is pretty fun and quite entertaining, you can even work up a sweat. the app however does not calculate the correct amount of hits, even in a quiet room. the idea and competitive aspect is cool but when you are hitting it 16-17 times and it only registers 11-12 it can be frustrating.

The concept of the game is fun and it dies get your heart rate up if you’re looking for a fun way to exercise!
However, the big bummer is that the app doesn’t work that well. Doesn’t calculate hits, times out then restarts on its own. Very confusing when your as competitive as my family is! Nonetheless, if they can fix the app, I’d give this a 5 star.
