Notification fail
I have been trying for hours to get notifications from my phone on the watch. Bluetooth notification is on, location is on and all setting at the app are on. I knew I was not going to be able to respond to txt, but now disappointed because I will not be able to receive them either. Besides that, the other features seems to be working fine.

App keeps crashing after sync
EW1 watch. Latest iOS. Letsfit app keeps crashing after showing sync 100%. Already tried resetting the watch, etc. Now I cannot even sync the settings to watch.

Notifications are all or nothing.
The watch is nice, but the app is not great. There is no way to specify which notifications you want to appear. The only options are “Incoming Calls”, “Messages”, or “Others”. My watch is vibrating every few minutes! The demo video shows you are able to specify, but it’s not true. There are no options. Please fix!

Good, could stand improvements
1. Occasionally exercise sessions are not shown on the activity dashboard;
2. Its hard to get workout details ftom the graphs - they are low res images that can’t be expanded for more details;
3. It would be nice to export exercise data as a CSV file to allow import to a spreadsheet;
All in all it does what I need.

Old version app disappeared. Forced me to this version. New version can’t be logon. The wristband is useless now.

Says it is compatible to my phone but it will not sync. Feel like I was duped into buying this device...ugh!

I have the watch they say should work with the app and it won’t connect at all. I can’t activate any of the feature without the app.
