I just wish that there was an easier way to add previous periods because of how irregular mine are. I absolutely love this app. From its cute messages to lovely layout, and saying hey to my other friends on the app. I also think that seeing which phase I’m in and where my hormones are is really helpful.
The one thing I wish it would do is have a greater variety of symptoms to log. I would like to be able to have more options for logging my mental state lol. Overall, I love this app!

I love this app a whole bunch! It makes period tracking a lot more enjoyable and I find myself wanting to use this app a lot more than an other period tracker I’ve used in the past. I like the options it gives as far as things you can be feeling, craving, etc. Plus it’s really nice that you get to add notes, so it almost doubles a mood tracker! The only thing is..
I wish that we had more options of feelings/cravings! I know that we already have a ton of specific and non-specific options, I just think it would be cool if we could get a few more options. I’ve had a few thoughts as to what to add in the past but I can’t q u i t e remember what they were? I just think it would be really nice to have more options :)

I downloaded this app about a month and a half ago. I thought it was awesome that they aren't sharing this information and thought it was super charming! however, every time I've gotten a notification and tapped it to go to this app, it cannot load. every single time. it isn't able to load when I tap reload either. what is the point of getting a notification?? I was hoping for an update to the app since some of the reviews have a response from the developer saying there will be one soon, but I think I'll pass :/

I’ve been looking like an app like this one after the last tracker I really liked and used consistently closed down years ago. This one is similar in how simple and cute it is. I love that it’s women owned and respects the users’ privacy. My only issue is that a lettuce head represents healthy foods, and that strikes me as an issue because so many people use lettuce as a weight loss tool.

I got this app cause I saw that the lunar cycle helps a lot with knowing when you’ll start and let me tell you the notifications I get from Stardust, I’m cracking up. One time I woke up so gassy and about an hour later I got a notification from Stardust and it said that progesterone, I think?, was either high or low and to expect to be very gassy. It was spot on for me! This app sure helps me with knowing when I’ll get my period and how my high or low my hormones are during different times of my cycle! It could be different for everyone, but this app worked for me!

Let me start with I love this app! It’s very cute, I love the hormone graphs, I like that it’s private woman owned, and I love the features including my lunar cycle. What I think this app would benefit more from would be meters for symptoms and an ‘energy level’ option. I say this as someone who has an irregular period, my period does not come anywhere close to a fixed 28-30 days. I’ve noticed with my irregularity, I often know when my period is coming based on my energy level, and symptoms, not really so much by time between periods, or dates, as it has proven to be unreliable. For people like me, having more options to input symptoms and energy level (like “do you feel creative, and upbeat, or drained and ready for bed”), would help more accurately notice patterns and trends in my cycle.

LOVING the app so far. It’s just really fun to navigate! I recently made the switch from Flo to this app, and although I understand the flaws with Flo, I believe Stardust could take some notes.
Flo’s variety of symptoms and moods really just made me feel seen. The notes function on Stardust could be used for the same purpose, but it would just be easier to check everything off.
With Flo, checking off symptoms and moods made me recognize patterns and see if my symptoms/emotions are usual during a certain time in my cycle.
Unlike Flo, Stardust’s discharge tracking is in the same category as the period tracking, which was confusing at first. Having a dedicated section with more variety would be helpful.
I just really liked Flo’s symptom charting system, and would love to see something more like it in Stardust.

I just downloaded the app after watching a Tiktok on it and was very excited to have an app that doesn't sell my data. when i opened the app i tried transferring all my old period dates from other period trackers so i can have the best estimate of when my period would start. after filling out about 4 weeks worth of data the app froze and i had to close it and start over. i preceded to just add the last period i had and save my information. then i keyed in all my information and when i was done (after putting in dates all the way back from 2017) the calendar was super laggy and hard to scroll. also, the moon phase wheel that you can spin gets in the way a lot when i’m trying to scroll down. i also cant tell which way it spins because it seems to go every direction no matter how i try to spin it. on a more positive note i really enjoy the animation of adding period dates to the calendar and the last craving about mac and cheese. keep up the amazing work devs! i can’t wait to see what updates you’ll make to this app.

It’s too glitchy to even be functional. Every time I open it or tap any menu item, I’m met with an error message and a reload button that doesn’t work. And that’s if the app doesn’t just crash and close out entirely.
At the doctor’s office when I had to figure out my last period date, I had to guess since this app wouldn’t even open properly for me to look at my period history. I get that the developers want us to have a cute app, but it seems to be an afterthought to them that we are also relying on this to store important medical information.
My phone is up to date and I don’t have this issue with any other apps. Great concept, poor execution.

Enjoy the app overall, but wish they would add additional options for “cravings” or tracking options, like differentiation between sex and… self love, which I feel like would be really helpful for more accurate period tracking.
And “skin issues” is so wide in what it could be. Acne, dry skin, really oily, all of those can be encompassed in skin issues, but do mean different things with regards to your hormones. Idk. Just a thought.

I never write reviews. Ever. This app is just phenomenal. I’ve been using period trackers for years, and they all felt impersonal and like they only cared about your money. The fact that this app is free blows my mind, and funnily enough it’s the only one I would want to pay for. The interface is absolutely beautiful, and I love the features including the feelings & cravings tracker, the section for notes, and the insight on how your current hormone levels can be effecting you. I like Stardust, it makes period tracking… fun? Yeah, it makes it fun! I especially like the graphs of hormone levels throughout a cycle, I find that informative to my mood and physical symptoms. The variety of symptoms, cravings, and flow options are great! The notifications are much more interesting and engaging than the ones I used to get using Apple Health.
The thing I don’t love is how this app tries to shoehorn your cycle into 28 days. Not every menstruating person has a 28 day cycle that perfectly syncs with the moon! For instance, I got a notification today that I’m entering week 4 of my cycle, which is not accurate, I’m on week 5. It aligns what kind of “witch” you are to the moon too, but that won’t be consistent for those of us who don’t have a 28 day cycle. This honestly makes me feel “abnormal” and left out, like I’m not a complete woman because I haven’t achieved the ultimate syncing of my hormonal cycles with nature. I don’t think that is the intention of the app creators, but a side effect nonetheless. The moon cycle stuff is great for graphic design and mood, but it doesn’t work practically.
Overall, I enjoy the app and just ignore the parts that aren’t accurate.

1. I love this app the fact that you protect our data and making sure I feel safe has brought me a lot of comfort! ❤️ Also loving all the phrasing that is in the app. It adds a fun spin for something that at times is not so fun. So thank you!
2. Could you add a section for sex? Like protected, unprotected, self-pleasure, possibly even a h*rny scale. You guys have great little names for everything so I’m sure you can find a great way to phrase this.
3. Could you add a mood section? I am coming from the app that shall not be named. The mood section really helped me to see how my mood was affected based on my hormones. The feelings one is great, but it’s a mish mash of physical and emotional. Could we have a section for just emotions? I find that really helps me see if it’s just a bad day or if hormonally I’m also experiencing something.
4. Please leave all the things that are currently there. I LOVE all of them. Just need more added section. Please keep the chart and the moon. I really LOVE these features.
5. One last thing could you possibly make it downloadable? I go over these with my gyno and I usually bring in a paper pdf printout so her and I can track what’s happening.
6. Oh I lied another thing. Idk about other people with a uterus, but I get yeast infections, UTI’s, other womanly things near my period or sometimes at random. It’d be great to be able to track that somehow. Maybe in the feelings section? I promise that’s my last little thing!

You wouldn’t believe that only maybe a few weeks before I found Stardust, I was saying I wish I had an app that tracked the moon AND my cycle because I’ve known I was synced up with the moon for a long time. I had Flo and loved it but wish there was more moon stuff! And then I heard about Stardust through TWITTER! I love EVERYTHING about it except one way I wish it were more like Flo- I wish the symptoms tracking was more comprehensive the way Flo’s is. Such as a way to track sexual activity and vaginal discharge. Just more comprehensive symptom tracking all together. Other than that, this app is literally so perfect for me. I love what this app is trying to do and the promise of not selling our data… but the app crashes A LOT. I’ll literally get a notification from the app, and when I click it the app opens then immediately gives the error “this is embarrassing. We can’t load your cycle at the moment. One of my friends sent a link to download this app in our group chat and all 8 of us decided to download it and add each other and it has been so much fun every since! The notifications are so funny and I find myself constantly clicking into the app to read the funny and insightful comments about my cycle. PLUS the fact that this app is made by women (!!) it makes me so happy :) Also when I first downloaded it a pop up message came up about the Roe v. Wade situation and it was so cool to see the developers active and concerned about the matter. The layout of this app is also so so so cute! I love it! its really accurate and i mean like super duper accurate! the moon phases are lovely too. If i could suggest anything maybe a way to turn off the floating icons that move around the screen?
