QR Code
I’m at a loss at the moment, I just recently bought a mini printer and with the needed QR code and scanning it fails to register the QR Code it prints out as well I cannot connect with bluetooth. Overall, it prints well, I am just confused on what could be wrong.

I wish these apps and mini thermal printers would be more specific about what they can or can’t do. This app lets you type a label much longer than this 2” limit, but you can’t print it.

100% recommend the mini printer from temu
I got this temu printer for free and and I had to download this app to print,I already had the app installed so I didn’t need to worry,I had to connect the printer with Bluetooth and I had to allow them to use my photos,it actually works really good but you have to get more printer paper but overall 5 stars and also I love Gotoogo(the company)

when i first got the app i could print a ton at once, but now when i try to it'll print the start properly, cut out a couple chunks in the middle, then print the end. i REALLY don't wanna have to go through and print everything individually but i'm also sick of wasting my paper trying to fix this :/

Don’t recommend
I bought the little printer. Connected it and it worked fine. Tried to use it again today and now the says connected and my phone says connected to the printer but when I try to print anything from the app it says check connection or try again and no images show in the app. Now what? The app is not easy to use. I can’t enlarge labels big enough to see and it uses to much paper for such a label and I don’t see anything in the user guide explaining how to fix it.

One lil issue
Literally bought this off Temu, I knew it was going to be black and white so I was exited for its shipping, but when it got here I found out IT DIDNT HAVE ALL MY PHOTOS. I mean I even went onto settings. It’s the app. And I would love it if u could fix it because nyeahh … I really like it. And it’s coot. What the heck happened??
As others have recently reported, I can no longer access any photos to print! I’m not sure what’s gone wrong. In the past the mini printer and WalkPrint app have worked quite well. I actually *really* needed it tonight to print a little joke message for my friend’s bday card (which I have to mail in the morning). So I’m extremely disappointed to discover that all of a sudden I can’t use the item I purchased anymore😣
I’d advise any prospective buyers to hold off until (if) these reviews show that the devs have fixed whatever’s going on with the app. If you buy the mini printer now you won’t be able to use it.
(PS- if the problem is corrected I’ll update my review to 5 stars right away👍)

Needs fixing
I bought a mini printer on Temu and the instruction manual said to download this app, if I could give zero stars on this review I would but it won’t let me do it. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app five times today and no matter what I do, I will not pair the device. Every time I try to do it it keeps poping up a message saying: “Device not authorized
Please contact the merchant to register” and at this point i’m giving up. Worst thing I have ever bought, and the app also the worst it doesn’t work at all.

What happened
I wonder if anyone else is having this issue. I tried to use my printer and I no longer have access to the photos from my album in WalkPrint. I went into my settings on my iPhone but WalkPrint won’t allow access to pictures I always use for business. I see where an update was made on the 27th of March. This was working great but don’t know what happened today.

I have tried downloading and redownloading the app 3 times, and it will not let me log in or create an account. I have tried every form, logging in with my Apple account, as a guest, and registering. None of these work and I get an error code “timed out.” Very annoying.

Unable to use
Worked for a couple of months. Tried to log in and connect the printer to my phone after not using for 2 weeks and the app kept asking for a QR code that was on the box. I do not have the box anymore so I guess this was a waste of money?

Works as Designed!
First of all, to address other negative reviews, this is a thermal printer. All thermal printers are black & white. It uses heat rather than ink to create the image on the paper. Moving along, here are a few things about the app.
General:
The app allows you to choose between several preset templates or create custom documents. You can change sizes, styles and fonts of text, import files and personal photos, use the app’s included clip art / stickers / shapes, etc… and edit their size, brightness and orientation, create banners, print webpages and so on. I will say the included pictures and clip art are sort of randomly scattered throughout the app, but it’s otherwise very straightforward, easy to navigate and very user friendly.
Additional notes:
•When printing you have the option to change the darkness of the ink.
•There is an option to print a timestamp on each entry. That can be toggled on or off, but “on” was the default setting on mine.
•If you lose the instructions, you can find them right there in the app.
Tip for setting up Bluetooth:
My phone would not recognize / find the printer when it was searching for it, despite the blinking light on the printer and my Bluetooth being on. The instructions say to open the app and go to “my printers”. I did this and it immediately connected and worked perfectly.
Issues:
The only issue with the app is the fact that I cannot “sketch” anything under the sketch option. It just gives me options to import stuff, but there are no drawing tools. Other than that, this app exceeds my expectations. I was tempted to give it 4 stars on account of the missing sketch option and somewhat disorganized clip art in the various menus, but for the price, this printer and app combo is great! I’ve never used a Chinese made app that is so simple, clear and user friendly in English. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Trust a Dev with no contact?
So I tried their cheap printer and app and seemed to work fine but unless you buy extra media type - it’s only receipt size paper. And can you really trust a Chinese app developer with no contact. Plan on doing a deep dive if you want to find any “contact” Transparency- and then maybe my rating will change.

Did not have hopes
I did not have high hopes for this mini printer after reading reviews but so far so good it was a little confusing at first but now I got the hang of it but I wish I am not the only one that has this printer but it only prints in black and white that’s the only thing I am disappointed with but every thing is good so far.

Won’t print what I request
Whenever I print something, the label maker just prints out a blank label. I tried everything, and it won’t print the content. I got this for Christmas and I don’t know how to fix it. If you would like to give me someway to fix it, please reply to this review.

Bypasses parental controls & allows unlimited internet access
This was a gift my child received. The printer works fine however this app has a web feature that allows unlimited access to the internet and completely bypasses any parental controls that have been set up on the child’s phone or tablet.

I actually love this app
This is for a cheap printer off Temu but it surprisingly works really well. I was a bit nervous when I saw all the reviews but it's actually very useful. I love how easy this app makes it it print anything. At first it's a bit confusing but after about 2-4 minutes of tinkering with it you should find it relatively easy. I highly recommend this. I already know someone's finna think I was paid to write this or that I'm AI but I truly like this. Also I don't think they would pay a minor to write this but idk.

I got this printer for Christmas, and let me just say it has already been such a useful product! There are so many things you can make through the app, and is definitely a need. I find it’s good for taking school notes, and making labels. Overall a great find! One thing that was just a little confusing. 1. Finding the printer on Bluetooth at first. This was only challenging because it didn’t say anything about how long it would take to find it. 2. It was difficult to open the lid at first. Given that this product is made for children, I feel that the app should go a little deeper in how to open it for first time users. Overall, a great product! Would recommend!!

Working for me
Cheap printer off Temu needs this app to print. I didn’t have high hopes from other reviews, but so far so good. I did have the printer on prior to opening app, and I signed in via Apple. I only printed from their library of images because app wouldn’t print from my photo library when I selected limited access. The next screen prompted me to allow full access, so I backed out. The printer isn’t for me, so no I will not grant full access to my photos 😖 not sure that I would even if it were mine. 2 stars off for that bit of creepiness.

I think this is a good idea and I like the car but in the log and it says email so I typed in my email and then password but then it doesn’t let you use letters. I think that if your email password has letters then I won’t work and mine has letters so I don’t think it’s will work for me

Works for me!
For a cheap thermal printer I bought off of temu, the app and printer work great. I she noticed that the app wasn’t made for the printer (ie: changing paper rolls instructions don’t match mine) but it still works nonetheless. If anyone were to consider getting a small cheap printer, I’d say to just do it. Simple tips for people that won’t read and would rather complain:
You can get rid of the time stamp in the profile section
Yes, the pictures will be blurry(ish) and black and white
Don’t use the « light » ink setting, the darkest is best. I use the custom ink level at 22.
I would not pay over $30 for a thermal printer, mine off temu works fine and I don’t use the printer enough for it to be important
The paper is like receipt paper, like while I thought they’d be stickers, they are not.

I connected the printer and it didn’t work it connects but it doesn’t print. I tried changing the picture and I picked a more simple picture and it still didn’t print. All it says is “sent” but it never prints!!!

Missing Content
All of a sudden all my folders are empty. When I click on TEMPLATES I get an error message “Token Disabled” and just get a blank white page. Where did my Templates go? How do I ENABLE Token? Went to the developer’s website and no help there, App not even mentioned.

The software does not work with the printer. Making it unusable. I bought the mini cat printer and none of your software works with it. I want a refund. Please stop selling this product until you know everything is working.
