Many flaws
I like the option to work when I need to ! But the app has many issues such as clocking out for lunch and completely clocking you out then not getting paid the correct amount and having to struggle to get the pay owed! Another is the not having facilities be honest about active covid when they do many more flaws but other than having struggles with payments and app issues that need fixed!

The past few weeks the app has been glitching a lot. It take forever to load the available shift and sometimes even clocking it it won’t let me. I like the idea of the app but please fix all the glitching and the app would be great

I love this app!
I found out about Clipboard Health through a coworker while working at a facility and I love it. I have freedom to make my own schedule and the instant pay is a plus. I don’t have to wait two weeks to get paid and I can still work through another agency when there aren’t any shifts near me.

I love that I can pick up whatever I want, it’s confirmed right away. I wish they had a recruiter for more nursing homes it’s a lot more in my area that accept agency

App needs improvement
Even with 5G my app loads way too long and I wouldn’t know whether I uploaded my sheets or not. I often update the app but the prompt saying the app has a new version won’t go away. Working with clipboard is easy but the facility they affiliate with often times don’t even know they have an agency coming. Its still a good way to start being a CNA

Would not pay me
I will never pick up a shift with this place again. I went to a job that said I was confirmed ans found out I never was confirmed. Drove 45 mins to job site. Clipboard is suppose to pay you 4 hours for them not using you and they did not pay me. I called customer support 6 times they said they are looking into it and never called me back and never paid me

I've been working with clipboard for the last year and as of lately things are going down hill. You do not get paid on time, it's hard to speak to anyone on the phone related to them not answering the number listed, the app glitches and does not work at times. I will be leaving this agency very soon. Would not recommend!

third party verifies for pay and miscommunications
We are independent contractors and this is good and bad under the law regular employs have to pay you if you work well clipboard has a weird contract that’s says you don’t get paid if they can’t verify you worked! Sounds complicated imagine you worked and got timesheet signed but some how their people can’t verify you worked because of miscommunications?? So now your waiting weeks (weeks for your pay) this company will get sued (again) for sure you can’t treat people like this.

Idk what went wrong
I have not been able to access my account through the app for over a day now. It takes me directly to a blank screen. This I find difficult because I will have to wait until I get home from my shift to upload my timesheet and that is not very convenient seeing as sometimes it takes over an hour to get it approved to cash out. I need this glitch fixed as soon as possible.

UPDATE: as of the update 3-4 days ago, it’s been super buggy you can’t even do anything without the app going blank
There is too many people running the show. A lot gets lost in communication. I had 6 different people text me to verify I was going to work when I keep answering yes. Then, I’m about 1 hour from my shift and someone cancels! They called me to verify and I told them the truth that I was on my way and then didn’t find the facility in my dashboard. Recently my shifts have taken over 2-3 days to verify. I need gas to wok but don’t have my money. The app took it upon itself to also kick me out of my debit card so I had to enter is again

My account was suspended because they said I had excessive call offs, although the shifts that I canceled were done WELL in advanced, almost 1-2 weeks before the shift was set to occur. Per what they said, those didn’t count as call offs. Not to mention how you have to constantly chase/call them in order to get paid! F**k this agency

About my money I earned they will not reimburse they will not give you an advance on pay for their mess ups they will not give you any incentives all they do is apologize me and my kids got sick we were hungry with no medicine for a whole weekend they still didn’t care I would not recommend to nobody they are terrible

Clipboard Health is one of my favorite apps
As a CNA for about 6 months with CBH I have some thoughts I would like to share. I really like clipboard health and this app makes it super easy for me to find new shifts. The uploading of my CDPH 530 form can sometimes be difficult because the prompt doesn’t always show up. Another point of contention is that I’m sometimes the first line of in-person contact for a facility. They don’t understand who the direct contact is for booking me more shifts. I can always find a work around but it’s frustrating having to get off the nursing floor to help someone in HR figure out these things.

This is one of the agencies I’ve worked with in the past and they really have a sense of customer service. The agents really do go above and beyond to make sure that you are placed in a decent facility and treated with respect.....and the pay is nice!

I like the purpose of the app, however it doesn’t work. In order to verify on the app you have to upload the timesheet, get a signature in the app which doesn’t progress past the point of obtaining the signature which is counter productive because they still have to call the facility to verify the shift and the 80% pay you’re supposed to get once they get a time slip is non-existent.

The worst of the worst . I was hired by this company . They expect you to work when they say work ! When you call out someone will call you as if they didn’t get your messages and lie about getting them . I called out and they told me I didn’t . I even sent a text . They fired me cause I called out and stated it was a no call no show when I called out . They treat there employees like crap . Once I got fired they sent me a handbook .that should have been sent to me the first day of hire . I do not recommend this company at all .

I’ve downloaded the app and I was able to use it and now I’m not able to log in what’s going on. So I delete the app and downloaded it again and nothing so how am I suppose to work and be able too get paid if this is not working anyone can help me out plz.
