Our school district switched to BusRight for the upcoming school year and so far the majority of the district is getting an error message when trying to log in after making an account. First bus of the year comes in about 7 hours…

I do t like the new update

New update makes it pretty much useless to me. There are times when the bus is 30 minutes late due to lack of bus drivers. They updated it that now I can only see where the bus is when It is within 5 minutes from me. If I can’t see where the bus is from start to finish I can’t decide whether I need to bring my kids to school to get him there on time. Stupid update that I hope they fix.

Ok

It’s better than the app out district used to use which I think was StopFinder. It always works which is more than I can say for the former. The tracker can be a bit off some times, it’ll show the bus quite far away then all of a sudden it’s really close.

What is minor but really bus me is that when you open the app it defaults to whatever route is listed first. So mine opens to a sub bus that was used once. I wish it would default to the bus route that is the next one to run chronologically.

Also wish it worked with Apple Watch.

Help!

When the app works, it’s great. But I’ve been getting nothing but a yellow screen for a couple of weeks now. The app works for my husband, but not for me. I’ve sent emails but still still no solution.

The stops are not updated and incorrect information

The information on my app is from the schools my kids were at last year. Additionally, the really crappy IRCSD Transportation office updated my routes, never told the bus drivers who left my children stranded and obviously that information still hasn’t gotten to BusRight.

Better than nothing

It’s ok. Our bus route vary. One day it will be 15-20 minutes later than the previous day. This app does give an estimate, but those estimates are off by a lot. We live in WA. While keeping track of where the bus was yesterday, it showed the bus in Salem Oregon.

Not enough Option

I have multiple kids riding different busses at different times but the app only allows me to see the whole school district, but doesn’t have em labeled for what school they go too so I can’t figure out which bus my kids are suppose to be on.

Awesome App, but……

This app is so much better than the stopfinder app our district transitioned from. The app is very consistent and hasn’t crashed nor lagged since we started using it. It would be the school app of the year in my opinion, but it needs to be compatible with Apple Watch. Most of us parents aren’t walking around with our phones early in the morning, we are trying to get our kids ready for the bus. Unfortunately I have to wear a Fanny pack to keep my phone with me to get updates about the bus. Please make this app compatible with Apple Watch asap please please pretty please.

I really like having this app it helps me out to know if there is any problems with pick ups or drop offs and I like to know where the bus is at so if there is a problem I know where my son is and get him if the bus breaks down or something like that

When it’s working it’s good

When the app is working it’s wonderful.

It has stopped showing where the bus is on the route and I haven’t been able to get it working again.

I deleted and reinstalled the app. I restarted my phone, and I called the district transportation and they said it’s working on their end.

No Response From Tech Support

One of the bus routes disappeared from the app. I have emailed customer support about this MULTIPLE times, but never get ANY response. Not being able to know where my child’s bus is makes this app pointless.

Great App. WatchOS version please!

Love this app. As a busy parent it removes so much anxiety to make sure I get my kindergartener out the door on time. I only wish there was an accompanying version of the app for my Apple Watch for a quick check. Instead I find myself setting a timer as a backup when I know the estimated time to arrival on a given day.

Cannot view route

I’ve gone round and round with with the district about not being able to view the bus route. I have reached out to BusRight twice and have not received a response or a solution.

Great App

I really enjoy this app and knowing where the bus is located. I recommend more schools should do this. It keep me at ease knowing where and when my children will be arriving or picked up.

Poor app with limited functionality

Cannot toggle buses if the normal bus is out of commission like the app the school used prior could. Doesn’t automatically come on so majority of the time it is in off line state. I hope the district isn’t paying a lot of money as the is pretty much useless.

Wonderful way to track my son’s bus!

I can now get notifications when the bus is arriving or dropping off. Really helpful when the bus arrives earlier or later than usual.
