Two days ago it said my shipment was delivered. So where did they deliver it? Not to me. Oh, I have to wait 5 days to file a claim? Is that in case it shows up during those 5 days? If so, why don’t they wait until then to tell me it’s been delivered!
And who’s delivering it- Fed Ex, UPS or the post office?

I know I stink at checking my Gmail and setting up my filters. That being the case, Route is amazing because it takes no effort to set up, check, or organize. I can see the delivery status all of my purchases in one place — without having to go one-by-one through my spam, promotional content, and main Gmail inbox. Because of Route, I’m able to plan my day so that I can get home or ask a neighbor to pick up my package from before a porch pirate snatches it. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been using the Route app for several months now and I’m continually impressed with how quickly I get updates. In many cases the Route app has beat Amazon’s updates by several minutes. Amazing!! Can’t wait to see further updates and developments.

Do not get this insurance is a waste of money. Every dollar you give out they are making money and not paying the claims. Is false advertisement. They are very unreasonable wanting me to go out during a PANDEMIC to do a police report to process my claim. Who wants to get exposed? NOBODY. I can’t believe that they are not flexible during this time. I am putting a claim on BBB. Their ad where they claim they pay all claims and simple process is false advertisement.

Hats off to the team for figuring this out. So sick of searching for tracking codes and putting them into the garbage UPS and USPS websites. no way this can’t get 5 stars from anyone with a brain who’s tracked orders the old fashioned way. Love it.

I’ve made an order and I was suggested this app to help me with updates as to where my package is, I ordered my package on the 5th of February at around 9:00 A.m I even paid for the 3 day arrival for my purchase but until today I haven’t received any notification please help me on what it might be.😌

It seems to think pickup orders also need tracking. However, it doesn’t realize they are pick up orders? So they stay on your list as “out for delivery”. Needs some work.

I tried using this app to track a package, but unfortunately it never worked. My package shows on fedex that it will be delivered today, yet in the Route app this package shows that it still hasn’t been shipped. Even worse while trying to go to the “report a bug” link within the Route app, ironically the link doesn’t work. Don’t bother downloading this app.

I was using the app and quite enjoyed it to help me keep track of my shipments.
However recently the app stopped working entirely. Whenever I open the app it immediately closes again to my phones home screen. I still get push notifications but I cannot open them.
I tried reinstalling it several times and rebooting my phone several times and neither seemed to help.
I am not sure how to resolve it as it closes instantly whenever I try to open it directly or via a notification.
Any help would be appreciated.

I ordered a riki mirror online and got the Route insurance along with it, downloaded the app but it’s been almost a week and no news regarding my package. I emailed Riki and they say my package has been delivered but the Route app says it’s still awaiting shipping information. Not reliable at all.

I can finally see where my orders have originated and track it! It even tracks my Amazon prime deliveries!! I love the fact that I do not have to go to the website from where I ordered to find my tracking number to then go to either Fedex, UPS and USPS to then enter my tracking number to see delivery dates. This app does it all!! Thank you. Brilliant!!

There’s a ways to go in terms of how the app pulls info from my email (doesn’t always pick up on tracking info or deliveries), but it’s super useful and user-friendly. Look forward to seeing where it goes.

I would love to be able to use this app. Great idea. Only thing is that I cannot get past the log in screen. The app just crashes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but same thing happens.

At its core, it works. Unfortunately it didn’t pick up on all shipping notifications. Even when those shipping numbers were in plaintext in the email. I also found a significant delay with notifications, but this might just be an API thing.
I hope to revisit this app in the future when it’s a little lore ironed out. They also need to add a way to delete your account, it seems you need to contact support.

Route is an awesome app to see where all of my packages are. I downloaded it to help me track my holiday purchases so I know when to expect them. Very easy to see where they are all at even though they are from different stores. Not to mention the insurance is pretty cool. Hope I won’t need it though.

It’s about time someone figured out how to make our lives so much easier. I love not having to fumble through emails trying to remember when and what I’ve purchased online, get the tracking number to find out where it is and when it will be delivered. Route solves all of that! And killer visual display with helpful notifications so I can go to one place to see if my purchases...even the ones I haven’t used the Route insurance on. Where have you been all my life?? Haven’t had to make a claim yet but incredibly happy with the app so far!
