Beautiful sounds
Not gonna lie, I never thought I’d write a review for a sound app. But here I am, rejoicing in the glory of the creators of sleep. This app features a wide variety of sounds, and even classical hits if you’re feeling like a pompous 14th century big wig. The app has put me and my entire family to sleep, thank you guys for making rest enjoyable.

In Love With This App!
Believe it or not… SLEEP is an essential part of me falling asleep at night. SLEEP has an array of different music themed sounds from city noise and rain to the crackling of the fireplace and squeaking of the rocket chair - all very great to fall aSLEEP to. The thing I love most about it is that you can adjust the sound based on what you want to hear more or less of AND you can save it as a new sound, if that should be something you choose to do.
Aside from that, you also have the option to set a timer that can be very beneficial to the way you choose to sleep!
Def a 5/5 for me!

I appreciate any app that tries to help people rest relax & sleep!! These are three very important things for people to live a happy healthy productive life and they don’t always come so easy to some of us. Some of us can listen to some relaxing sounds and that will do the trick some of us need a little more like a soothing video or picture WELL this app has IT ALL!!! You open it up to the most beautiful calming picture & sounds you can then scroll through to different pictures and sounds then stay on the one that you like most! The colors are captivating! There’s even a timer so you don’t have to worry about falling asleep and your phone running all night! This is a great app! I’ve told everyone that will listen about it lol! My kids love it too!!!

I love this app
I am loving this app, it really helps me sleep. Though I do have some complaints , mostly everything costs money, so u can only listen to only limited stuff. T the beginning u choose a voice u like best but still they make u pay for them, why not have the ones u like for free? And at the beginning why don’t u let people pick like 3-5 sounds that would help them sleep Bc not everyone can fall asleep to rain, thunder and night. That is my review a lot of negative stuff but still a really good app I give it 4 stars

This app is amazing!!! (And I just started using it) I just love how you can create your own sleep sounds, how there are so many things to choose from, and I just love that when you first get the app, it asks you what you like and you get to rate the narrators so that it know what story’s we like.
I have been searching a little but for the perfect sleeping app and this app was like my 𝗫 marks the spot! I am so satisfied with this app I don’t even have a word for it!!! But...just one thing...it’s a little bit of a rough spot when it says we get one free with but then we need to pay $2.99 (or $2.00 I honestly can’t remember and if I leave this review it would get deleted 😅😂) but other than that this app is like a dream!!! And if you are reading this thank you so much for taking the time to do so! Again this app is amazing other than that little rough spot.

If the developers are reading this then maybe...if you didn’t have to pay for ALL of it.
But overall it’s a good app to use to go to sleep every night or relax

And 2 back rounds for free and you could change the person reading the meditation like how you can change the narrator in a story.

Within 5 minutes I was able to recreate the sound of a rainy night at my grandmothers old beach cottage. By far surpassed my expectations and I had the best nostalgic sleep I thought I’d never have again.
If they were to add a couple more sounds like single engine planes for example and the ability to change the frequency of sounds like that or thunder I would give 6 stars if possible

Free options terrible, premium too expensive
So I used to have this app probably 2 years ago. I loved the meditations. I have a really hard time getting my brain to slow down when I’m trying to sleep and the meditations did me wonders. I did delete the app for a while however I found myself really needing the help to sleep better once again. I was very disappointed when I saw that you guys updated the app. The free version used to offer about 5 or 6 stories and meditations. With a total of about 12 free things to listen to. Now it only offers one of each which is ridiculous. I’m also completely shocked by your fee. You expect people to pay $3 a week for premium? That’s $12 a month. I would consider paying $5 a month max for a sleep app. I loved the way it used to be even though I wasn’t paying the monthly fee. I’m sure plenty lots of other people would love to have the 5/6 meditations and story options to be free again. I would really sit down as a company and think about what your app is really about. It’s about giving people a peaceful way to fall asleep at the end of a stressful day. Your app is supposed to help people not make them scratch their head and question why the need to pay so much money to get a good nights sleep. Either lower your fees or offer more free options.

Sleep has more free sounds then other apps which for me is a big quality cause I don’t want to spend money so with that being said it’s already a 8/10 for me and most of the sounds are outside and are relaxing and last but not least there is different options in most apps you can only do sounds but on sleep you can do multiple scenarios so you can really be in the moment or if you want just listen to the sounds anyway this is the reasons I gave sleep a 4 star review and In my opinion it’s a 8.9/10 good job sleep 💤

I just downloaded the app, and I can’t even pass without starting a free trial! I don’t want to try that. I am not going to start a free trial, because it’s pointless, and then I am just going to get annoyed that I can’t use anything I like without paying a fee! That’s stupid! The best app ever!
Okay so first of all I want to point out that almost every app I have tried was a scam or you had to pay, or to many ads, but when I tried this one I got so many sounds to try and it also included bedtime stories which were very interesting and great to listen too, I enjoyed this app as soon as I got on it it helped me sleep even better and made my mornings so much better, I’d you are looking for a sleep app I recommend this app! It has helped with every sleep problem I had ever had. If you like bedtimes stories it has a great amount of stories to listen to, If you like rain, fireplace, ocean, forest, all of those sounds you will LOVE this app, 10/10. Cured my insomnia!
I’m not the type to leave reviews, but seriously this app is amazing. I’ve had insomnia for 8 years now. I slept every couple of days, whenever I would finally be so exhausted that I crashed for 12+hours. I’ve tried everything. Prescription drugs. Non prescription, melatonin, diffusers, routines, tiring myself out. EVERYTHING. So I said screw it and downloaded this app because it was showing up on all my social media’s.. and now I’m sleep in less than 30 minutes. But I bought a Bluetooth sleep mask with speakers in both ears, and now I’m sleep in 10 minutes. It’s crazy. It’s honestly worth the $3 a week to know that I’m going to be able to have a full nights sleep

This is a great app
I know that you do have to make a monthly subscription or weekly or whatever, but honestly it is so worth it. This app is amazing it puts me to sleep so fast and I have honestly struggled to sleep. I tired so many different sounds and things but this all truly helps. And you can select certain sounds to play together at once to help you sleep and you have multiple speakers to chose from depending on your preference. I personally like Sue she has a very calming but monotone voice that just puts me to sleep. If you struggle to sleep especially because of anxiety this is a great app to use.

Weekly is too much
I’d rather use ads to accumulate time to listen to the music, like every one add you watch will grant you idk 10 minutes of music or something. Kinda how vpn works, they make you watch ads and give you time.
I know you guys worked hard from what I’ve read in the other reviews but I don’t have money to spend weekly. Maybe if it was a one time purchase or that same amount monthly, not weekly. That’s too much
There should be an option with limited use of the app but still free, and the premium with full access. That’s how it used to be, but now it’s mandatory to pay. Weekly at that.
I know my opinion doesn’t matter but I’m just upset that suddenly there’s a mandatory fee and not a limited option to the app that remains free like so many apps do :(
and please don’t say to try the free trial. I already know what the free trial looks like because as I said, you guys used to have that limited use of the app and now I can’t even access that without committing.

Weird/annoying background sounds
Ok so everyone seems to be talking about the price but why is nobody mention I bug the background sounds in the sleep meditations?? There is literally one with freaking MONKEYS and BIRDS CHIRPING in the background - not peaceful at all!! It actually woke me up!! At first I thought I was dreaming about a bird, then I woke up and thought it was my headphones or something in my bedroom, but then I changed the meditation and realized it was coming from there. And it's in ALL of them. There's a "hair salon" setting one that has the sound of SCISSORS CLIPPING (to simulate hair-cutting noises) that just made me want to rip my hair out (pun intended lol). Oh and their breathing exercises are super weird...only through the nose, even exhaling. That seems so strange to me and does not work - you always exhale through the mouth, everyone knows this. Anywayssss yeah maybe the things I mentioned won't bother everybody but they made the app a horrible experience for me

Great for some people
A lot of people will rate meditation apps poorly just because they cost money to unlock premium. I just want to say that I think judging an app by that is completely unfair. The developers of these apps have degrees in meditation and and sleep and devote hours (usually more) of their precious time to create these apps to help people out. This app does cost money for premium but it is much lower than most. I really like this app, but I don’t really think that it is for me. People are calmed by different things, and this app understands that. They have different voices and different sounds which is really helpful. I was looking for a meditation and sleep app, and while this wasn’t necessarily the type of app I was looking for. I know that it is helpful for many people. The only thing that I think people would enjoy is more variety in the meditations. One of the things that I wanted to have in the meditations was more breathing exercises and I’m sure many people would like that too. Thanks developers!

An app you must try!!!
Well I don’t right reviews at all but I needed to do so for this app. When I first got this app it was nothing but sounds. I went back on that app with out trying it for months! They changed a lot of stuff and it’s quite nice. You can now adjust how much you want a sound to be playing and they also added story’s! Now the reason I’m giving it a 4 not a five is because I wish there were more scenarios to play, you don’t have much to choose from. Also there not to many story’s for free to choose from. But I think this app is A MUST TRY. If your a guy like me that like to have background noises to sleep this is that app!

Nice app, but a TOTAL rip off
I’ve been using the free version for a while, and i finally decided to bite the bullet and pay for the premium version, except the ONLY payment option is $2.99/WEEK. That’s $156 A YEAR. For comparison, that’s about the cost of Netflix for a year. That is just WAY too exorbitant for the amount of content you’re getting. Think about what you’re getting when you spend that much for an unlimited amount of content, but with this app all it is is basic sounds and basic stories. Absolutely not worth the same amount as something like Netflix. I’ve seen other sleep apps that have multiple payment options and the absolute highest I’ve seen for a year is $80, and that’s still way too much. I’ve never understood charging weekly for a service that really should be a one time purchase. The app is actually really nice but the devs seriously need to get with the program and properly value their product. Even offering a yearly plan for less would be better than paying $156, but really this app should have a lifetime purchase option. I’ll only invest in this app when they change this, otherwise I’m looking for a new sleep app

Everything except one sound locked? Nice.
I used to like that we had at least about 3 sounds available for free. I come back to the app after a couple months because I’m having sleeping issues again and I see only 1 free sound/scene available for free while literally everything else is locked. That’s how you know they’re just money hungry. And I don’t want to receive a developer response telling me all the features your app provides for calm and peaceful sleep. I get it. That’s why I downloaded the app. But $2.99 PER WEEK for premium is an absurd amount to ask for. And locking everything except 1 sound/scene is straight up ridiculous. I’m deleting this app, you developers really are just money hungry and it shows.

Must purchase premium or you can’t use this app
I downloaded this app hoping it would provide some basic sounds or noises that would help me sleep. There are lots of free sleeping apps that can do this. I download this app only to see that I literally cannot get started unless I agree to pay for premium. It won’t let you X out of the window. You HAVE to sign up for premium to continue. Yes you can apparently cancel after your free trial but why would they make customers go through that loophole just to enjoy the app? That’s so complicated! And more importantly, what’s the point of even providing a free version in the first place if literally 100% of the content is gated behind a premium subscription requirement? This is unacceptable. It’s completely inaccessible and therefore not conducive to helping people sleep. The developers need to take a marketing 101 class and learn that forcing users to subscribe after falsely luring them in with a “free” app is the first thing on the list of what NOT to do if you want to make money or be successful. I’ll be sure to share this app with developers I know, it will give them a good laugh! But for now, here I am writing this review instead of getting the much-needed sleep I thought this app would help me get.

Great app, would 100% suggest for troubled sleepers
I had this app on another phone a long time ago and I’ve just never thought to get it on this one. I had been reading through the reviews and all I saw was people not knowing how to get past and free subscription and all I thought was “How do they not know how to click an ‘X’?” So I had gotten it and there were no problems before but then I ran into the same problem everyone else was having. But I thought “Well I might as well sign up for the free trial and then immediately unsubscribe from the payment.” (Mind you, I’m only 14) So I had tried it and it had worked! Just wanted to give this tip to the others having a little trouble. It also gives you the instructions on how to unsubscribe from the payment if you go to your account and go down to “Subscription Info” and follow the directions. (Now I just have to wait and see if my mother gets mad at me because I have no clue if it charged her card or not, also it’s 3:40AM to give a little context)

This app works so well for me! I love that they have a couple settings with different sounds of different atmospheres to listen to as you sleep. You can also create your own mix by overlaying up to twelve different sounds of animals, nature, music, etc. There’s a lot of choices and you can always mix things up. After a couple minutes of hearing the sounds of the sleep app, I’m out cold throughout the whole night. Not to mention that there are stories that can be read to you, as well as meditation sessions. Very lovely app, and very effective!

I got back all my apps so I didn’t have sleep on my iPad so I downloaded it again and I went to meditation It said THE FREE TRAIL MEDITATION BEFORE MEDIATION WAS FREE NOW NOT ain’t cool I couldn’t use meditation I can’t even use the app SO WHATS THE POINT OF THE APP IF NO ONE CAN USE ANYTHING WHEN U DELETE IT OR CHANGE YOUR APPLE ACC. IT WONT BECOME FREE ANYMORE this ain’t cool so please fix this .ps. My iPad broke so know I’m using mobile. Thx for reading if u are SLEEP and pls fix my issue or is this a update?

Why do I have to pay to sleep.
This app is a Heath app and is looking for me to pay outrageous prices on a vital necessity. I have gone for weeks without sleeping, taken every drug on the market and nothing helps. Mixing up a couple of sounds so that I can actually fall asleep is wonderful and it puts me to bed and helps me stay asleep. Yet I have to pay 2.99 to sleep for a week. Why would anyone in their right mind put a price on something people need? Graphics, amazing. Sound quality, beautiful. In the end here I am having to give it up all because someone wants money that they probably don’t need as much as others need peace of mind. I think having to pay for it overshadows then quality that this app brings. I even pre ordered this app, and didn’t have to pay anything at the beginning. I slept so well for a couple months I didn’t use it. Then I need it again and I have to pay to have assistance in sleeping. Consider me out. I will never pay for this, and no one else here should.

Amazing!

They will NOT let you proceed without doing the free trial and then canceling it. Once it is up you lose all privileges. All story’s and sound editing. Every time I clicked anything it tried to make me re-sign up. Sure I get you need to make money but it’s misleading and I wanted to try the free version. Honestly, I’d prefer they just be honest they saying free but with “in app purchases” the whole app is a purchase. It’s just a subscription not a one time. If your willing to pay for it though 5 stars. It’s really cool and relaxing. I just wish I didn’t have to do the trial and get used to it helping me sleep before finding out there is nothing free.

Misleading
Thought I would have at least a limited amount of options for free. I was wrong. It plays some “near the ocean”sounds of a creaky boat and some rather annoying seagulls. The only option is the free trial subscription or a blank screen with this crappy sound. Disappointed that it isn’t made abundantly clear that unless you pay you have no real choice in what you listen to. Where’s a girl gotta go to get a little thunderstorm action without adding ANOTHER monthly expense. Don’t even bother replying to tell me you offer everyone a free trial because that’s obvious when it’s the only option on your app. What you need to do is be clear about what costs money and what doesn’t so you don’t waste the average persons time.

Great App!
I honestly have no complaints this is a really good app and I appreciate the people who created it. It helps me go to sleep and relax which is what I downloaded it for. It serves its purpose well and if you need something to calm you down or improve your sleeping quality this is the app you need to download. I have downloaded many apps before this and none of them worked quite as well as this one. To summarize I am happy with my purchase.

Confused??
I had the sleep app on my old phone and it was the only thing that could ever get me to fall asleep. I never even signed up for the free trial, i had just been using it for free, but now i’ve downloaded it on my new phone but it will only let me get a free trial for premium. I don't want to know what premium is like, for a whole year I've just listened to the same free meditation every night and idk if its just me being dumb but i cant find any way to get off of the free trial screen when first opening the app. I don't want to seem cheap, i just don't need premium, and obviously you need to make money but i simply don't need premium, so why advertise an app as free just to not allow someone to use it for free without getting a free trial. Again, this could just be me being dumb and not knowing how to do things but idk

Confused and fustrated
I look at other reviews and it seems like there is a free version. I would put this as a 5 star if I got to use it. When they say there is a free version, what I do is start the app and it show this welcome sign and says," Get Started," when I press it, it forces me to buy the premium. I can't do anything about this so I get out and delete the app and reinstall it. When I go back in, it still shows the same things ng and I can't get any free thing or whatever. I would be very happy with this app if I would just know what is wrong with it right now. What I'm thinking is that there is nothing wrong with this app, it's just I don't know how to use it. If someone knows why this is happening please tell me, because I really want to use this app.

AMAZING!!!
So i have bad insomnia, this app not only fixed my insomnia but it took it away completely, i love how you can choose the settings of how much rain or talking or cars going by, it’s amazing. i’d recommend anybody with sleeping problems this app. i put it next to my ear at night even sometimes the other side of my bed...i love it and have nothing bad to say. (i only have the free parts as well) so i’m a solid 5/5 even without the money paid part

Beautiful app marred by deceptive subscription practices.
The app itself is great - neat little 3D scenes, adjustable sounds that loop perfectly, neat sleepy stories, a large library of sounds to make your own sound landscape.
However the app requires a paid subscription to get into the app the first time, even though the language makes it seem like the subscription is optional. There’s no way to get into the app without committing to the subscription.
On top of that the subscriptions themselves are a mess. There are around twenty options, with ten different weekly options. No UI in the app to view what the different options even mean.

AMAZING
I absolutely love this app!!💕 I feel so relaxed when I listen to all the the different stories and music. the meditation is one of the best features. ☺️one thing I wish this app didn’t have is the restrictions. almost everything on there you have to pay for🙄 this app definitely will make you go to sleep as long as you try your best to not think about a whole lot and focus on what you hear. I have social anxiety and I don’t sleep at night very well or at all because of it. so I hope whoever gets this app definitely enjoys it!!🥰

Good features, but not available for many.
This app has a lot of cool features, but you really do have to pay for most of it. They start with giving you a quarter of everything they offer in that app. If you have serious sleep issues and need a really good app you’ll use on a regular basis, then I’d say use this one, but if you are just looking for a quick free app for the night, I wouldn’t use this one, as it’s options are very limited. You would have the make quite the investment. But that’s just my opinion. Like I said, it’s not like this is a bad app, it had some great stuff on it, but it’s going to be a bit of an investment.

Fine at first
When I first got this app is was perfectly fine how it was. I was fine with my small amount of features and thought in the future to buy premium. However I’m sure I encountered a bug. I reopened the app about a day after I first downloaded it and I could no longer go listen to a story nor open up the sounds menu. Nothing worked. I was stuck looking at the same screen. So today I tried deleting and redownloading. I open up the app and can’t even get past the get started. I’m really hoping the app wasn’t meant to lock up features overtime. Please fix this so I can at least use it.

I can’t even use the app without it begging for premium!
So i just got this app out of curiosity just to see what it was. And i was quite disappointed. So as soon as i open the app, it says get started. I click it and it brings me to a screen that says to get the premium version. I didn’t want to so i attempted to leave the screen by pressing the x button, but it then brought me back to the welcome screen where there were no other options. So i clicked get started again to see if there was another way but nope. Im either missing something or this app is just another one of those money begging apps that ask for premium before you even get to the content of the app. And I think I'm leaning towards the second idea...>:(

PROS/CONS
PROS - (there is a free part, don’t have to pay for premium)
1. The background graphics are simply just amazing, and FREE! You can even edit what sounds you want in each background!!!
2. Although the customization for sounds is limited, the available choices aren’t bad and there is plenty to choose from.
3. If you choose the morning one, I think it will play a sound in the morning. (Or it might just be mines.)
CONS -
1. There isn’t any place to get this to play in the mornings, so you can only keep the time you chose at the beginning.
2. The sounds for each background is set, so you can’t add any new sounds. You can buy premium for news certain sounds.
3. The stories might not always be the most interesting, and the voice is not always the best.
IMPROVEMENT: It would be nice to just have classic bedtime stories and fairytales along with the current stories. Also adding a time we would like to play something in the morning would be nice.
Overall, I would rate this at 5 stars, because the graphics is simply amazing! And what you currently get for free is simply worth the try, because it’s better than the other apps that make you pay for almost everything and only give you a little. There’s so much to do, and I love the fact that you get to have 5 different backgrounds+sounds for free! It’s also very simple to use and modern.

I mean i like it but...
Just wish that they didn't have to pay. This is supposed to help people sleep. But it asks you to pay money. And it's really annoying, sure making games cost money and you want it back, but this is supposed to help people. Like what teachers say " Gifting is better then receiving" Or " Help those in needs without a payment" so i am really sad cause I can't sleep and the noises that they put, I cannot even sleep. ( Of course they won't read this or change anything, but this is for people to read before they download the game)

Love this!!
1. I love how there’s a timer for how long you want your sound playing so it’s not playing all night.
2. I love how you can customize the sounds into one and customize what you’re sleeping too. I also love all the different choices there is.
3. I love how there bedtime meditations & bedtime stories. It’s just amazing. I sometimes use it on myself but I mostly use it on my kids and they’re to bed in less than 15 minutes.

I LOVE it!
I think it is a amazing app! I helps me sleep if I am awake 2-3 hours before I went to sleep. It makes me fall asleep like 1-2 minutes after I put in my ear buds in! I love how you can change the settings of the sound! I personally love the lake sound. It calms me down when I am sleeping! I use it every night even if I am not awake 2-3 hours later. I love the lake sound with the rain cloud and thunder cloud! It is very calming!
I think everybody should try out this app! If they have trouble sleeping, they should definitely try out this app! The developer did an amazing job making this app! I will always use this app! Amazing job! 👍🏻👍🏻

Wonderful sleep app with little to no strings attached.
No doubt, the best app to get for free. They give you the ability to mix and match a couple of free sounds, but the real value is the different scenarios they give you and the ability to adjust audio for FREE. Everything is so transparent to the user and there’s no ads or anything to interrupt you. Occasional bug saying that I’m not connecting but a simple fix is to just restart the app. Such wonderful features that aren’t gated by a paywall, makes me want to purchase their service to just support the kind developers.

I think this is awesome, but has a couple of problems
When I set the sound, I just slept away to good dreams! But I just couldn’t sleep right. I mean I don’t know if it’s some kind of thing wrong with the app or maybe it’s just that I have sleeping problems. Maybe if you could just set some calmer sounds, then maybe I would sleep better, and get a good night rest. And plus, how about something smoother with the app, maybe add some bedtime stories for toddlers who want just a story! If you could add those, I would be glad to thank you!

Amazing App!!
This was by far the best app I have used for relaxation and sleep. I would definitely use this! It plays different stories, sounds and even landscapes. The best part is that it can play different meditation stories that change a little each time played!! Get this app and I think that everyone will get to sleep a little better than before! The bonus is, if you don’t like the app, you can just delete it!!👍👍❤️

Such A Great App, Made For Sleep!
I find this app very calming and is easy to fall asleep to. Sometimes I listen to music but this app is wonderful! This app includes scenes, stories, meditations, and quiet calming noises. I sometimes have trouble falling asleep, which keeps my mind wandering. But nothing makes me feel calmer than the harbor scene which can easily settle one to sleep. There is also a trial which can unlock more meditations, stories, sounds and other things. Nonetheless, I think you should download this app if you are struggling with any sort of sleep. That’s all I have to say, have a great day/evening/night!

Wow. Just, Wow
I got this app hoping to improve my sleep and it did just that! being able to adjust my own sound mix is quite amazing and all the sounds couldn’t be more customizable. The stories are by far my favorite part and i have found myself going to use this app just to relax when i’m stressed. listening to a soothing voice talk about Cappadocia is great! i couldn’t be more pleased with this app. I can really tell they poured their heart and soul into this! Very satisfying
I love this app in many ways but the thing I love most about it is the satisfaction about this app especially the camp fire sound is my favorite and a sound that I recommend and overall this app is good quality and I’m obsessed with the music,sound and other things and if ur on a long car ride exhausted and want to go to sleep this is the app for you😂 this also reminds of asmr which is a good thing but ya I totally think this app is good.

So far so good
To keep it short I actually like this app. It shows a lot of good things from the get go like the ambient noise, brown noise which you never know if somebody like those. This app helps me set the tone so I can go to sleep. There’s not much to say about this app other than if you’re having trouble sleeping then this might help you sleep. If you want to take it a step further you can pay for the extra sounds(in my opinion this sounds should be free) and stories which some people might end up liking. But overall good app, surely they’ll put more feature or sounds hopefully.

This is my new favorite sleep app. No more long nights of no sleep! This is probably the only app that has ever exceeded my expectations from the pre-order ad. Also, a decent amount of sounds and story’s are free plus you can listen to them with your phone off! Been using from day #1. Give this app a try for at least a week and if it still doesn’t help you sleep, use it more. Nicely Designed
When I first discovered the app it was not ready and I had to preorder it. This app looked like many others, but with a twist. I have never seen an app like this one though. With this app it truly features everything shown... I would highly recommend! Even though their is a free and paid version... the free version is absolutely amazing! Final Opinion: Get the app! It’s worth it! Quick Disclaimer: I have not slept with it.. but seems legit (sounds, stories, etc.)

Download if you're stressed!
I had this app on preorder for a while, and it didn't let me down. It's definitely relaxing and definitely helpful for meditation and sleep. If you're stressed, GET THIS APP. It's really incredible for getting into a calm mood. The only thing I can really say is that I wish there was some more features for those using the app without a subscription, because I know that I can't afford $3.99 per week. Other than that, it's overall a great app with lots of abilities for customization. I'll keep using the app and see how my sleep and mindset improves, I'll add to this review soon. 👍🏽
