Description

StockAce allows you to scan stockpiles, pits, trenches underground rooms in mining and calculate their volume and mass using Augmented Reality on your iPhone or iPad. No additional hardware or accessories are needed. StockAce doesn’t rely on GNSS positioning and works also indoors and even in underground mining.

Results are instantly exported on-site to PDF, E57 or CSV. All processing is done directly on the device - no network connectivity or additional cloud services are required.

Features:

- Measure the toe point polygon of a stockpile or edge of a trench/pit

- Define a reference surface

- Scan the surface using Augmented Reality

- Measure a stockpile within a bunker/silo

- Calculate volume of extracted material in underground mining

- Calculate the volume and mass from the point cloud on-site

- Create a sketch and report

- 3D Viewer

- Optionally export the point cloud in CSV and E57 format

The Free version includes all above features, except the CSV and E57 exports, and is limited to volumes up to 3 cubic meter (106 cubic feet). All new users can evaluate the Professional subscription (no limitations) 7 days for free.

Would not recommend

This app is great when you first download it. However, after paying the $399 yearly subscription i was unable to access the “professional “ services. There is no info anywhere on how to fix the problem. The account says “unverified “. But gives no way to verify it. I subscribed and paid my fee almost a year ago and still have been provided no services. The only way to contact for help is an email, to which i have reached out multiple times and never had a response.
